time I was leaving you should have left welcome back to the lackluster channel on November 21st of 2022 STC media was waiting for a friend to drop off paperwork to him at the Missouri Department of Social Services in Saint Charles County while waiting in the lobby the security desk took issue with a camera on his hat you need to go back to the resource yes ma'am I'm waiting for my ride I have to wait for my information to come here because I don't have all my proper information you should have said when you I don't need to answer to you yes you do no ma'am I do not then you need to leave no I this is what I'm trying to find out okay before it goes any further I'm trying to understand is this not a state-funded listen hold on please let me please please before I you answer I'm curious okay public is allowed to go in here and get state funded state-funded assistance and these facilities this what is that is this not going to argue with you I'm not arguing there's no argument man I'm trying to ask I'm trying to ascertain item on your I'm trying to ascertain what this building is absolutely not I'm trying to ascertain what this building is okay these are these are uh uh state-funded um programs that that the public can come in that the public can come in and and get assistance correct it is tax paid hold on Sir all right but I am not in a recording I am not interesting on this app you have to get permission it looks like a I'm in a public Lobby correct it is Public Access there you go that's all I need if you want to call the policeman you can call the police but I'm staying here and a half I've asked you to identify what is on your hat I have asked you if you're here to do business or if you're your boyfriend the interaction continues in this fashion for nearly 20 minutes during which a building manager clarifies that STC is allowed in the lobby and can film is the public allowed here so the public is allowed here Financial absolutely thank you and I would never do that nor that was never my intent and to be honest my only intent really was to get out of the cold for a minute okay and wait for my ride the rest of the interaction is fairly interesting with the guard alleging that the camera on his hat appears to be a weapon I'm trying to enforce your non-existent Authority like a weapon could you please identify what the item is moments later STC exits the building as officer Riggins of the Saint Charles Police Department arrives on scene what's that I mean I need them to understand what we can and can't do and this lady keeps on trying to ascertain my uh my camera on my hat as a weapon and she keeps on trying to say that if I don't leave that you know I'll be arrested or whatever so I mean if you can just at least let her know that obviously in public I don't have any I don't have to answer to her on this and and this right here does this look like a weapon sir on my hat thank you can I get your name badge number real quick really 308 do you got a card at all too why don't you wait out here oh no I'm going to be around I'm gonna fight here I'm going interfere with what I'm doing I'm not interfering at all okay I'll stay back I don't know who you think yeah okay Officer officer dip we got it officer Riggins is already showing signs that he is not impartial to the situation the officer knows STC media by name and makes his bias towards him known by threatening to pull up and state his social security number unless of course the officer has it memorized which would add an even deeper level of maliciousness to what is about to occur officer tyrant the person who said I was allowed to be in their recording as long as I didn't get anybody's personal information which I 100 didn't do and then this lady continues to try and just run me like I'm her slave and I'm not and you trying to what do you want to do they asked me to leave it doesn't matter I did nothing wrong for them to ask me to leave so there that is go ahead and make your call I mean he said on camera I was allowed to be there filming can I get your name badge number please I need it every time can I get it of course it's in 431. thank you I remember how hard it was to get it off you last time oh I'm leaving I was leaving anyway yes if I was done I was done I was actually leaving now I am I'm leaving but I will be back just to let you know I'm allowed to come back and I will be back so thank you foreign I leave when you guys leave I can't go until you go it's just the way it is [Music] their boots are a little dirty if you wanted to go ahead and lick them clean for you oh hey officer why are you trying to dox me oh yeah and you know what the hell that means guess what man how about how about I find out who you are right I find out your first your middle and your last name and I post that on YouTube Buddy what's that gonna what's that gonna be like huh oh yeah you're a person you're a piece of that's what you are you go yourself guy ain't nothing but a jerk yeah thank you officer Riggins has now opened the vehicle's door intentionally using it to make physical contact with STC media when we slowed down the footage it is apparent that he opened the door just enough to access the interior changes his grip and then accelerates the door as to increase the force in which it would collide with STC all while making eye contact with his Target STC does not appear to be moving towards the vehicle but we would need the department to release the body cam footage to be 100 sure immediately after making contact officer Riggins then lunges at STC to arrest him smiling the entire time this is commonly known as duper's Delight an emotional boost that one can experience when they successfully lie or deceive someone it often appears in the form of a smile forced by A Rush of Pride and a sense of power that they believe they hold over another person as a result of manipulating someone most commonly appearing as the ACT is being performed STC media is taken to the ground and is cuffed as officer Riggins tells him he is going to jail for felony assault and that he is very dumb when confronted with why he would purposefully hit him with the door officer Riggins remained silent why officer Riggins now admits he hit STC with the door by asking him why he thinks he did it you said you were leaving I am it's not in some states assault refers to causing someone to reasonably fear imminent harm however there is no battery charge in Missouri instead assault is defined as the act of inflicting physical harm or unwanted physical contact such as slamming a door into someone on purpose SDC media was charged with assault on a police officer a felony which requires a person to attempt or knowingly to cause physical injury to a police officer STC media was taken to jail and was released on Bond and at this point it seems pretty clear that this department is about to cost its tax paying
