What crime do you suspect me of? What are you trying to do? Verify who you are. >> This is public. You do not have a state of emergency or anything. So, am I still being detained unlawfully? >> Give me Give me a proof then. I'm not No. See, I don't prove anything to you. You work for me. Sir, why are you unlawfully detaining me? And you're violating Title 42 right now. So, what are you doing? What are you doing? Look at this. She Look at this bootlicking. Wow, man. Lick those boots, guy. My freedom is being impeded by some stranger for traveling freely in my own neighborhood. On the streets in America, I have to prove something to you. >> Yes. Look what they're doing. Look. Look. They're getting ready to get hostile and aggressive cuz that's all Instead of using intellect and reading the Constitution, these guys use violence. What is your problem? You won't leave me alone. Good. You're not supposed to go in there. Says who? Can I see your ID? I live here. You don't live here. Where's your identification? >> Ma'am, I live here. Where's your identification? >> I live here, guys. What they told They told you He won't let me go. I don't know what you're mad about. He stopped me. I didn't stop him. He stopped me. If you're not free to record a public interest story in the land of the free, then you're not free. And I would say a sinkhole opening up in a neighborhood is definitely a public interest story. This is from John Felix. He saw that there was a sinkhole that opened up in a neighborhood. The police are out there blocking off the roads to keep people safe. John Felix grabs his camera so that he can actually record the incident. And that's when he says he was directed to the media staging area by Deputy Morris. The same deputy who would later say that federal civil rights laws are sovereign citizen stuff. So, John grabs his bicycle so he can go around the sinkhole. On his way, Corporal Keppennek observes him taking footage on the approved side of the checkpoint. And then he makes it a point to ask John why he's filming and tries to ID him verbally. Then John goes around the corner past another checkpoint toward the media staging area where he was directed by Deputy Morris. That's when Deputy Aiken detained John claiming that he had to present ID. After that, they said he was guilty of nothing and that he was free to go in the direction that they dictated as long as he didn't ride his bike in the daylight. And then they sent the original tyrants from earlier that day, Davila and Ojeda, days later to issue John a retaliation bicycle citation and lack of address citations in the sum of $800. And John says that after fighting it multiple times through multiple judges, they investigated themselves and found that they were guilty of no wrongdoing. So, let's take a look at this thin blue line brand of tyranny on American soil. All right. So, we got a checkpoint. This is the same checkpoint as earlier. Two cops are now. How you doing? And they got three Three I am videotaping. Yes, sir. Why? For my own personal use. Okay. All right. Thank you. Absolutely. I'm in public. All right. You know that. You know that, right? So, this guy's got three cars held up and he's worried about what I'm doing. Can I videotape you? He knows he can videotape me and I can videotape him. See how they have an issue with that? What is this with the issue? All right. He didn't ask any of them for ID. That's pretty good. Make sure I'm on both sides. Why do you think it would bother me to be on camera? Does it Does it bother you? I'm in public, so I have no expectation of privacy. Oh, well. All right. Right on. Record away. I enjoy being recorded. I'm a undiscovered comedian as it is. That's right. Thank you. What's your name? My name is Corporal Keppennek. All right, Corporal. What's your name, buddy? My name is John. John what? John the John public citizen. >> John public citizen. Gotcha, buddy. Right on. All right, man. All right. So, here's another checkpoint here. This guy's carding people. Now, he's told me to stop. Am I being detained? Am I being detained? Am I being detained? Yes or no? Well, in that case, yes. Okay. What What crime do you suspect me of? Anyone coming in here >> What crime do you suspect me of? Are we really going to do this? What are you trying to do? Verify who you are. If you don't live here, you're not allowed to come back. >> Actually, I am allowed to be here. This is public. You do not have a state of emergency or anything. And I do live here. So, am I still being detained unlawfully? >> Give me Give me a proof then. I'm not No. Innocent until proven guilty. I don't prove anything to you. You work for me. Are you going to call back up now? Let me see your supervisor, please. I've seen so many Americans say, "Hey, what's the big deal? Just give them your ID and it's all over with." But if you start giving up that right, then you give up another one and another one and pretty soon you look back and you don't have any rights left because you freely gave them away when you could have just stood on them. This guy right here, he has one job. That's it. Safeguard American unalienable rights. That's it. Not make people insecure in their person. Okay. This guy says I'm being detained. Doesn't know who I am. Haven't committed any illegal act. Claims I'm not allowed to be in my own neighborhood. What's your name and badge number? What's your name and badge number, sir? You're unlawfully detaining me. I want to know who you are. I will tell you. Go ahead. I'm ready. For the record, please. Can I see your supervisor? Who do you think I'm calling? I don't know what you're doing, sir. You're unlawfully detaining me and I want to be on my way. Why are you unlawfully detaining me? Sir, why are you unlawfully detaining me? And you're violating Title 42 right now. So, what are you doing? What are you doing? Okay, you can just keep asking me. Like I said, right now >> What? >> all of this going on, Uh-huh. I just need to verify >> You don't need anything from me, sir. I'm in public anonymously and I'm perfectly within my right. You're breaking the law right now. Okay. Yeah. Let's see. I'm going to take a step back from you cuz you're fully armed and I'm going to keep my hands up because you're you're [ __ ] dangerous, dude. You're stopping people for no reason. You don't have a right to stop me. What's your probable cause? What's your reasonable suspicion? I already told you. What's your reasonable suspicion to stop me? I already told you. And I'm suspicious in what way then? Everyone trying to come in here For what reason? They do not So, every all the media people down there live here. Is that what you're telling me? They have a reason to be Hey, sir. If you wouldn't mind, would you witness this? This guy stopped me for no reason illegally. I don't know what the [ __ ] he's going to do. He won't tell me who he is. He won't tell me why he stopped me. I'm not on I'm on [ __ ] foot. I don't have to have ID on me and I don't have to ID myself. Are you going to follow the law or what? So, you can see my hands are up in the air. This guy's [ __ ] crazy. And he's causing a traffic jam, illegally detaining me. Just so you can see, I'm at least 12 ft away from this guy. What is your problem? He won't leave me alone. Good. You're not supposed to go in there. Says who? I live here. You don't live here. Where's your identification? Ma'am, I live here. Where's your identification? >> I live here, guys. As I've said often, it's not so much that there are a few psychopaths who want to rule us, it's there many brain dead, brain pickled sheep out there who want us to be ruled. He won't let me go. I don't know what you're mad about. He stopped me. I didn't stop him. He stopped me. There's your ignorant sheep citizens thinking that he's doing the right thing by impeding my freedom. This cop thinks he's doing the right thing by impeding my freedom. What do you want, bro? I already told you. Tell me what you want cuz I I want to be on my way. Anti Okay. Now you're throwing around derogatory uh Wow, bro. There's nothing to give you. I'm not required to give you anything. I'm media and you're stopping me from doing my job. How can I help you? Anti-police throws up an alert. All that's going to do is cause somebody to come there code three, sirens blazing, just ready to pull their weapons on somebody. This is a very dangerous situation when you start defaming somebody's character like this. So, now they're saying I'm not allowed to be in my own neighborhood. Sir, with all due respect, I go around the corner. This guy says I'm not allowed to ride my bicycle down here. You believe this? Oh, you do believe it. And you're cool with it? Oh, you're cool with impeding a freedom. I see. You're one of those guys. I'm not on armed I'm unarmed, by the way. I'm no threat to you. I'm trying to do my job and you're impeding on my freedom. So, tell me when you're done. And my hands are up. All right. All right. Man, what if they doing this to your family, dude? My family would just give the ID. Your family would just bend over. I see. Okay. Very good, sir. You're raising a tough family. Look at this. She Look >> Look at this. To me, this is about as disgusting as you can get. When you have bootlickers right here who are shaking hands with the thin blue line gang of tyrants, you might as well be a colonist getting out there in front of Sam Adams and Ben Franklin and Patrick Henry and shaking hands with the redcoats, defecting to their side. These people are enemies of Americans. The standing armies on American soils harassing us, collecting from us, being evil to us. And people right there, they're just ready to polish and lick those boots. This bootlicking. Yep. >> Wow, man. Lick those boots, guy. Am I still being detained illegally or what? My supervisor is on the way. >> Am I still being detained is the question. Do you understand English? >> You can leave and go that way. Am I still being detained is the question. Am I still being detained yes or no? Am I still being detained? Am I still being detained? Am I still being detained? So why don't you answer that? You're answering a question I haven't asked. Am I still being detained yes or no? What is your name? What is your name? What's your badge number? Why am I being detained? That's not what I asked. Why am I being detained? No, you cannot tell me which direction I can go. Are you insane or what? Am I still being detained or what? Okay, so I I'm free to I'm free I'm free to go throughout my neighborhood, right? Okay, you're going to block media. Okay, so this guy thinks that I have to prove myself innocent in America. I have to prove myself innocent in America. Weren't you just over there? Well, what the [ __ ] is going on here? Because my freedom is being impeded by some stranger for traveling freely in my own neighborhood. I don't care what you've been told. The law is you can't do stop me unless you have probable cause or reasonable suspicion of a crime. I know that. It's right by my house. Okay, and I would like to attend to my business without being harassed. So you're accusing me of something? Then why are you asking for proof? Is this court? I have to prove something to you. On the streets in America I have to prove something to you. Which is what exactly? And what so if I don't prove to you on the streets in America where I live, so right now you're saying I'm guilty? Okay, so I'm free to go then. Oh, you're saying I'm not free to go into my own neighborhood. Okay, you you want a lawsuit? Okay. So tell me what you guys are going to do. If I go on to my own where I live in a public street, are you going to use violence against me? Okay, so these guys are claiming if I go into my own neighborhood, they're going to use violence against me. That's what violence is. You just as far as I'm concerned I'm detained right now or I wouldn't even be talking to you. You guys are blocking traffic at this point trying to find out something that's none of your business. The Supreme Court has ruled that you have no obligation to keep the public safe. Okay, good. Then why don't you know that? Why don't you know that? Why don't you know that then? Higher than the law? Higher than the law? You answer me first. Am I still being detained unlawfully? That's not the question. Are you guys like what is your IQ? Room temperature? Here's the question. Am I still being unlawfully detained? Because you don't understand English. Am I still being unlawfully detained yes or no? Am I still being unlawfully detained yes or no? So I'm free to go. Okay, I'm free to go. Look what they're doing. Look, look, they're getting about to get hostile and aggressive cuz that's all instead of using intellect and reading the Constitution, these guys use violence. So I went to pick up my bicycle and right away they're getting in a stance where they're going to [ __ ] tackle me or something. Hey, hey, why don't you guys give me some room so I can obey the king's orders. You're full of [ __ ] bro. There's video. Hey, go read title 42. Get away from me. Can I pick up my bicycle without you attacking me? Okay, you're not going to attack me. All right, calm down, fella. Calm down, little guy. Calm down, little fella. All right, so these guys claim Yeah, I see how people bend over to you and how you [ __ ] get off on it. I see how you get off on it. I see how you get off on it. Hey, do when when the when police start doing this to your family, what are you going to do? No problem. Police can do whatever they want to my family. Hey, Keep blocking traffic, guys. You look good. Look what you're doing right now. Okay, so here's the here's the deal. I'm riding my bicycle in my own neighborhood. I attempt to ride my bicycle in my own neighborhood on public street and these guys feel because some dick sucker higher up told them some dick sucker higher up told them that the Constitution doesn't matter when there's a sinkhole, now you can prevent people from going to their own home. You're full of [ __ ] bro. Is there is there a state of emergency right now? Yeah? Who who declared that? Did they? So when I was watching the news live, something happened from my bicycle to here? Okay, that's when it happened in the last 5 minutes? Also oh so look look look what this guy is doing now. He's now So now now he's looking for a reason to use violence against me because he's a [ __ ] fat pig. I'm talking the different pig like what you are. Your culture your pig culture. You're looking for a reason to put me you're looking for a reason to kidnap me. I'm trying to explain if you shut the [ __ ] up. You're I'm trying to explain if you'll shut up. The guy whose freedom you're impeding on. Look at you, dude. What's your name and badge number? Tell me again, please. It's not your policy? What is it? What is it? That's right. And your name? Corporal something? Kirchner? That's a lie. At Supreme Court you guys are allowed to lie too and steal and you don't have to know the law. You don't steal? You don't steal? Oh my god, this is how brainwashed this guy is. Have you ever stopped hey, have you ever stopped somebody I'm going to ask you. Let's do this interview. This is good content. Have you ever stopped somebody for a victimless crime? You're a [ __ ] liar. Oh, really? So you've never stopped anyone for speeding. You never stopped anyone for speeding. Okay. So who's the victim? Who's the victim? And what's what damages do they suffer from the speeding? What what what damages did they suffer? So see this when they when they get a question they can't answer, they answer different questions. You see how that works? You see that? Well, you're impeding you're impeding you're impeding my freedom, stupid. Stupid. You're impeding my freedom. Of course you are. And they got look, he's got the little patch. He's got the little blue patch so they all know the they're all the gang members. Dude, why did you let why did you let that media and not me? Stupid. You're stupid. Why did you let that media through and not me? Do you not see the [ __ ] press pass? Yeah, do you know what a media pass is? Hey, do you know what a media pass is? Do you No, I was bothering no one in trying to go down my own neighborhood. Oh look, now he's looking for something to arrest me for. Oh, here we go. Now they want disorderly conduct because the sheep have told them I'm going to leave now because these guys are dying to use violence against me. No, I'm I'm leaving. I'm leaving. Oh yeah, because you're threatening violence. You you're threatening Hey, where am I allowed to stand? Where am I allowed to stand? Where am I allowed to stand? Oh, look at these look at these clowns. Look at these clowns. Look at these [ __ ] clowns. So here you go. This is America. Happy 4th of July. Your mother's Yeah, whatever she's got I got. Who's the victim again? Then why you being a [ __ ] As many as fit. Yeah, you just impeded my freedom with guns. That's all. You get to tell me where I can go. That's hilarious. Look at this guy who's 85 pounds talking what telling me what to do. That's why I needed a [ __ ] gun. I'm going to attack you till you start acting right. Read the Constitution. Do you know what the Fourth Amendment says? Yeah. Uh unreasonable search and seizure? Why was I seized? My person wasn't SEIZED JUST NOW. WOW. [Laughter] HOW MANY YEARS YOU'VE BEEN A COP, DUDE? THREE AND A HALF YEARS HE STILL doesn't know the legal definition of a seizure. You're a [ __ ] dumb. Oh my god. You you guys didn't just seize my person. You're a liar. So I can go back through my neighborhood. This [ __ ] piece of [ __ ] doesn't even know the law. That's that's typical. Hey, just so you guys know, when a cop stops you, that is a seizure. I'm I'm in public. You guys don't like speak freedom of speech either? You don't like my speech. So you really want me out of here. Look, he's dying to use violence so I'm going to leave. He's dying to use violence so I'm leaving. Please don't hurt me, bro. Easy Snoop Dogg. Hey, thanks for the seizure. Hey, thank thanks for seizing me. Thank you for seizing me. Look, this stupid ass tells me to leave or he's going to use violence and then he keeps egging me on. See what a [ __ ] [ __ ] What a [ __ ] [ __ ] What a piece of [ __ ] So you see, guys, now look, they've copsplained me so much I have to walk my bicycle or else he's going to use violence and now he's using the sheep of the nation to get me to try to use violence and as I'm walking away he's talking [ __ ] cuz he's got a gun. He's got a gun so he's tough. Nice costume, bro. Nice nice costume, bro. You mad, bro? Don't be mad. Hey, look, I'm obeying you. Look, I'm obeying. How are you, sir? Very good. I do not, sir. I live here, sir. I do not have ID and I live here. I live at 3 Hold on. I do not for the third time. Sir, with all due respect, I'm just going to take a step back because you're scaring me already. I'm going to put my bike down. I'm going to take about 15 steps back. I live here. I just told you my address. Please let me go home. Are are you detaining me? Are you detaining me? Just say yes. Can you please answer me? Are you detaining me right now? I can't go home though. I already told you. I don't have Okay, sir. Can I speak to your supervisor cuz this is the the fourth time I'm telling you I don't have ID. I don't understand why you don't understand that. What's wrong? >> Oh, I understand it. Then why do you keep asking that over and over again? But why do you keep asking that over and over again? I'm trying to go home. You can't get more stark than pulling up a chapter out of history where the Nazi Gestapo said, "Show us your papers. You cannot go from here to here until you show the soldiers your papers." And that's exactly what they're doing. "Give me your ID" is yesteryear's "Show me your papers." And yet they cannot help but act like the Nazi Gestapo that I'm sure they would say that they hate. But they're emulating the very actions of those people that we detest. Your other officers made me put my bicycle down. Won't let me ride my bicycle. They threatened to kidnap me at least two times. Here they come again. I've I've already called 911 on them telling them that you're in threatening me. Why are you following me now, bro? Why are you following me now? That's not a false report. You threatened me like five times. Where is the supervisor? Yours I asked for your supervisor. I don't need your supervisor. Okay, sir. I want because you're not letting me go home because you're insane and you're violating Title 42. How many times I have to say this is my neighborhood to you? I live right around that corner to the left and then the next corner to the right I'm in the teal house. I understand what they told you that, sir, but that doesn't legally obligate me to have ID. No no, you cannot enforce your policies on me. I don't go by the law. No, it's not. You cannot stop and ID. This is not a stop and ID state. It's not. Sir, can I please see your supervisor? Because you guys don't know what you're talking about. You cannot impede me from going to my own home on foot. You've already told me I can't ride my bicycle. I'm trying to go home to get away from you guys and you're following me. Now you followed me like half a mile. How about you leave me alone? You're lying. Now you're copsplaining. This is classical copsplaining. Because he came within like 3 ft of me and I wanted to get away from him, so I put my bike down and backed up. Let me go home. I already told them my address. I pay the bills. Sir, that's a legal question and I plead the fifth anytime I want. I don't have to answer your questions. I DON'T EVEN HAVE TO TELL YOU MY ADDRESS. I'M DOING THAT BECAUSE YOU'RE being so ignorant. Pick up. I'm asking you to leave me alone. That's what I asked from the start and you guys Look, let's see here, guys. Any officer, public official who deprives another of their First Amendment rights is personally and departmentally subject to suit for civil damages for deprivation of rights per 42 US 1983. That means you. That's you. John. I'm not giving you my full name. I'm not giving You're not getting ID from me. Sir, it's like 300 yd. Why don't you follow me and watch me walk in the door? You can escort me. Yes, I did. Yes, I did. And I don't I'm not obligated to give you that either, but I I see that you guys are dying to use violence against me and I just want to go home. Then why don't you let me go? Okay, sir. Okay, if you would back up I'd gladly do that cuz you're going to say that I attacked you or something. So if you back up a few feet I'll pick up my bike and move it out of the way. No, this is you guys. Just give me some space, sir, so you don't say I tried to attack you. I'm trying to. All right, give me some room. All right, this See again, these guys they're just tripping. I would be on the bicycle if you let me ride it. But no, this guy he's just dying to use violence to put me in handcuffs for nothing. You're You're laughing cuz you're dumb, dude. How How ignorant can you get? Is this good, officer? Just within your authority? Just make you happy. Yeah, good. I did and I was TRYING TO GO AROUND LIKE YOU TOLD ME TO AND THIS THIS [ __ ] GUY STOPPED ME. WON'T LET ME. TRYING to tell me I have to show I have to prove to him where I live. You guys are insane. Are you insane? Yes, you are. Where is your supervisor for the fifth time? Can I have a supervisor? YOU'RE THE ONE FOLLOWING me in my own neighborhood. You're like creepy as [ __ ] I want to be left alone so I can go to my house. Uh dude, I've given the address five times. I'm not doing it again. I'm not doing it again. And I'm not required to give that to you either. This road right here. Oh, good. These guys are verified. The The king. Hey Hey, why didn't you do that earlier instead of threatening me with violence? You're required to threaten me with violence. I see. I see. Am I allowed to ride my bicycle now or are you still going to be a [ __ ] Oh, I see. So you're still going to be a [ __ ] I see. So, sir, do you want to know what Title 42 is? You're his supervisor? Wow, immediately with the sovereign citizen claim. You mean sovereign citizen guys that have tons of guns and don't think the laws apply to them? Is that what you're talking about? Cuz that would be the police. So So you're a sovereign citizen, but what I'm quoting is actual law. It's called Title 42. I was going to do media stuff and I have the right to do it under Title 42 and no one can obstruct me including police. I was trying to get there, YOU MUF- OH MY GOD. HEY, can I go to the media area so you guys are not violating the law? Can I go to the media area? See, they don't care about the law. They just want to say, "We own this now and you can't go to your own house." What a You're a [ __ ] idiot. How do Hey, how do I file a complaint? How do I file a complaint? Why do you keep saying my name like a homo? That's not how you pronounce it. Wow, you're stupid. So how do I file a complaint against him and the black guy? What's that? Is there a complaint form? Can I have all your names and badge numbers before I go home? What is it? 3842 and your name? Morris. Morris has actually been good. He told me to go around to where the media area is. I got my bicycle so I wouldn't have to ID myself in America. I don't care who it was. You Both of you. Cuz I spoke to both of you. And then I go around and they're like, "Oh, YOU NEED TO STOP, BRO. WE'RE POLICE." YOU CAN'T You can't travel freely in your own neighborhood in America cuz we have tons of guns. So I believe Dude, that's what you guys sound like when especially when you say the law that is Is it not a seizure when you seize somebody's body? Is it a seizure when you stop somebody? Of course it is. So this corporal right here doesn't know what a seizure is under the law. He's been a cop for 3 years. Still doesn't know what seizure is. Bro, did you go to police academy? And you still don't know what a seizure is. Why did you guys seize me over there? What probable cause did you have? What probable cause did you have, smart guy? Zero. Lawbreaker. I'm allowed to be here, right? Am I allowed to stand here? Oh, so You have a decibel meter now? Tell me Tell me where my voice gets too high, sir. Oh, so here we go. So now they're going to use us. Hey, am I bothering you guys? Yeah, okay. So this So the citizens said I'm bothering them, so I'm going to leave. No, that's actually right away. Man, this corporal is really dumb. It's right away. Oh my god, you're stupid. This The most stupid corporal in the history of the police force. Sorry, guys. I respect you guys. I respect you guys, but what I was just going down there trying to film and they said I have to prove to them that I live here.
