profession was intertwined with the idea of serving and protecting but that's not true at all serving and protecting no harassing and collecting all boxes checked if you look at the practical application and the characteristic patterns of how cops carry out their duties terry v ohio has the potential to turn every stop into a fishing expedition when they can freely intrude into your life for any reason their little order following conformist minds can think up any array of reasons to pull you over is good enough for them any reason to throw you up against the car feel you up rifle their criminal activities around the town of wentzville missouri is none other than the wentzville missouri police department where they don't specialize in fighting crime no they spend their time is abused pulled over for where i was parked and before we get into this video it should be noted that lick the whole boot foyer requested this cop's body cam footage and the crime ring down in wentzville missouri at the police department initially tried to charge him 400 dollars for it but later released it for the low low price of 45 dollars because it's all about transparency with those guys this is why it's always good to have at least one camera if not multiple cameras from multiple angles recording at all times this is your insurance policy the ideal would be a front-facing rear-facing and cab-facing dash cam with an accompanying phone so you can record the audio some of those dash cams don't record audio very well so let's watch as an innocent man gets targeted by a road pirate simply because he happened to be in the same vicinity of another man at least reportedly who they suspected was involved in criminal activity which really wasn't criminal activity at all came over for we got a uh when where you were parked at we've been seeing a lot of narcotics activity coming from across the street from where you're parked at in side order that's why i'm just curious because there was a guy a hispanic guy that was walking around make sure he didn't meet up with you or anything did i make any sense i have no clue okay fair enough man a lot of narcotics activity where was he parked in a cvs or walgreens parking lot there's a whole lot of narcotics activity going on in those establishments but of course the cops aren't going to go after the legally sanctioned big pharma drug dealers they want to go after the small time guys who've opened up a street business to feed their families and what did the hispanic guy do did he force others to interact with them when they didn't want to did the hispanic guy harm somebody or steal their money why do cops feel like they want to criminalize two consenting adults engaged in a peaceful voluntary business transaction so if we just take this cop at his word not only was the hispanic guy not suspected of a real crime now he wants to project that non-crime onto lick the whole boot no doubt in hopes that they'll snag yet another occupant in the prison industrial complex scheme fashioned against the peasant class you had it home i i don't know why you pulled me over so you're like did you have a reason you can't it's real suspicion that's it uh i'm telling you something more than that i can't hear you i'm sorry i mean i've got a dash camp right now that's right understandable you're recording too yeah i just told you my reasons reasonable suspicion of what crime narcotics activity that was that occurs over that the subdivision you were just saying that's right i'm just making sure no fair james freeman brought the decision in this case right here out in his handling the video the cybron case established that merely speaking with and being in close proximity with others suspected of criminal activity without more may be insufficient to satisfy not only the probable cause requirement for search and seizures but also insufficient to reach the threshold of reasonable articulable suspicion required to conduct a protective pat search under terry a couple things i want to point out about the nature of this kind of decision who gets to define what crime is if the word crime continues on as this loose interpretation of the blatant disregard for the laws of politicians most of which are evil in and of themselves then any arbitrary decision by any cop in any place for any reason can constitute in the minds of those manning the helm of the injustice system as probable cause or reasonable articulable suspicion because let's face it a crime has not been committed unless and until an individual's will is violated and usually the individual will is not violated until the badged clowns exit their clown mobile the second thing is you're either secure in your person or you're not anybody who violates that doesn't merely go against a written code written 240 something years ago they are living as enemies of natural law and we all know this now i can see a lot of people viewing this video as ryan this is no big deal the cop didn't get irate he didn't pull his taser or his gun nobody was harmed or shot heck the victim wasn't even issued a ticket a lot of traffic stops have ended way worse for the victims and yeah that's true but this is no less important because this kind of stop is always and i mean always a foot in the door for cops to further violate your rights and ruin your life what you have here is a man with funny clothes who for some reason believes he has the right to do things other people don't have the right to do and how we know that is if you did the same things that they do you would be seen by society as a villain and they would want you locked up but for some reason criminal activity is acceptable to the masses if you wrap the package in state authority and a fancy uniform and a shiny badge so make no mistake this guy's rights were violated and his ability to freely travel without harassment was infringed that's a big deal what if this innocent guy decided to ignore the cherries and berries behind him you know what would happen he'd be chased down kidnapped and caged for attempting to evade an interaction with
