That's Trooper James Hendrix Jr. From the illustrious Kentucky State Police. James, oh, he's a smart one. There's a lot of processing power going on underneath that funny hat. He's a veritable high-level intellectual, let's say. Because he saved the public from the loud exhaust attached to this vehicle by deploying this Taser near a bank of gas pumps. Yeah, he actively, knowingly, intentionally deployed a sparking device on a property where the surrounding area is filled with gas fumes to create a public safety situation. I think we can safely assume that James' chin dimple is deeper than his thoughts could ever go. Let's sit back and allow Trooper Hendrix to prove to us once again that you don't need a high IQ to be a police officer. As a matter of fact, you don't really even need brain matter. We'll take a look at this and make some comments along the way. Where's my hat? Where's my hat? Got to put my hat on. The reason I'm having to pull you over is I don't want you backing into the gas pump, okay? You mind stepping out of the car and walking back here for me? A vehicle and nuisance. You don't need to go to law school to understand the basic Some of the basic tenants of the First Amendment, the Second Amendment, the Fourth Amendment, the Fifth Amendment. It's pretty clear. You have a right, an unalienable right to be secure in your person. If anybody makes you insecure in your person, as long as you haven't committed a crime, they are the criminal. They're the The criminal on the scene right here is the guy wearing the uniform. Where did you go? I'm not comfortable with Oh my god, you can't see in. Oh my god, my tint is legal, buddy. Get your thing. Okay. Well, we There's all kinds of other louder vehicles. So, the cop just lied on the radio. I can't see in. You can clearly see from the officer's perspective that he can't he can see in through the tint. Okay. I need you to step out of the vehicle, bud. No, I'm not. I need you to step out of the vehicle. Okay. For a driving violation? Okay. Is this How is this What is What did I do? With the behavior that you have right now, I don't >> comfortable Here we go. I work my ass off for everything I got. Okay. Go ahead, run it. Here, I'll pull up the insurance, too. After you walk away, go run my ID, and I'll pull it up. I'm not going to tell my I'm not walking away, man. It's the way you're acting making me feel uncomfortable. No, you try to roll up Why did you pull me over? I pulled you The guy who walks up to you and harasses you and ruins your day is telling you, "You're making me feel uncomfortable." You got a loud car? >> I pulled you over. No, you didn't. Why did you pull me over? Look at you, dude. You about to go He's so uncomfortable that he turns his back on the guy he's uncomfortable around and walks away. Is he concerned about officer safety at this point? I'm not I'm not walking away, man. It's the way you're acting making me feel uncomfortable. Why did you pull me over? Look at you, dude. You about to go hands-on? Sir, I've asked you several times to step out of the vehicle. >> I'm not stepping out of the vehicle. I ain't done nothing wrong. No. Okay. I'll give you my ID, buddy. Well, I've given >> Why do you want me out of the vehicle? I've given you your options. >> Why? Okay. Why do you want me out of the vehicle? Dude, I'm going to sue you. I will sue the KSP again. 518 I've asked him several times to step out of the vehicle. He's continuing to roll the window up. The window's tinted, so I'm going to bust it out. Got it. All right. I need you to step out of the vehicle. I'm going to break For what? I've asked you to. Why? Because Why? >> It's the windows versus Mims. Okay. If you break my dude, I will swear to God I'll sue you. The old Pennsylvania versus Mims. Could you imagine James sitting down with the KSP during the hiring process and the Kentucky State Police coming to him and saying, "James, tell you what, as a perk of employment, we're going to write you a special little note and we're going to pin it to your uniform. It's called Pennsylvania versus Mims and you get to order anybody out of the car you want and all you got to do is tell them that you were concerned for your safety." Cuz you see James, in these parts, in the Kentucky State Police and really police departments all across the nation, officer safety trumps unalienable rights. Now, you just keep that little tidbit of information under your hat, in your back pocket and stuck to your lapel and use it as often as you'd like. Welcome to the big club of the Fraternal Order of Police. Okay. You know what? I'm going to ask you to step out of the vehicle. What I do? Okay. Okay, what did I do? You are moving over. Why? >> I've asked you to step out of the vehicle. For what? Okay, vehicle nuisance. So, I'll sue you. What? I can't get out of the vehicle for my car being loud? So, it doesn't matter why I pull you over. Case law states that I have the right and you have the obligation to step out of the vehicle when I ask you to step out of the vehicle. Pennsylvania versus Mimms. For what? >> Can you imagine being such a baby, such a coward, that you're actually going to utilize this law against people you're supposed to be protecting and serving when really what this officer is doing, he's protecting and serving himself by invoking Pennsylvania v. Mimms. What? Okay? So, officer safety. Officer safety? Well, I'm in my vehicle. How am I a threat to you? Okay, so step out of the vehicle. Why? Please step out as I asked you to. For what reason? Okay, so again, if you don't comply, I'm going to place you under arrest. >> I will sue you. I'll Go ahead. Okay. Yeah, break my break my window. If you do it, I'll sue you, dude. You better not break my car, dude. If you break gas pumps, this guy's fueling up his truck, there are people fueling up their vehicles on the other side, there's fumes going everywhere. Break my window, buddy. Look at this, almost every pump has a vehicle near it where people are fueling up. You better not break my window. You better not break my window, dude. This is step out of the vehicle as I asked you to one more time. For what? I don't even know what I'm doing. Step out of the vehicle one more more time. What? I pulled you I pulled you over. You [ __ ] broke my car. What are you going to break my car for? Get on the ground OR YOU'RE GOING TO GET TASED. Get on the ground or you're going to get This is the dumbest thing. Let's deploy a spark where all these gas fumes are. Great idea, officer. Took the taser like a champ. Now [laughter] watch how the cop tackles him. In a land of true justice, this could never happen. If somebody attacks you, somebody who doesn't have a uniform on, what are you going to do to him? You're going to defend yourself by any means necessary. Why can't we do that here? Take a look at this unwarranted attack again. Thank God somebody had the wherewithal to stop and record the police. Always record the police. Holy crap, you are insane. Yeah, you say you were insane, dude. Oh my god. You saw him break my window over my car being loud? Over my car being loud, buddy? Holy [ __ ] you are [ __ ] insane, dude. He's just advising on his actions. Oh my god. Oh my god, you were insane, buddy. Is everybody okay? Yeah, dude, I was freaking out, dude. You were freaking out Who is freaking out? What? An armed man comes to the door of another man and with the implied threat of force harasses him and threatens him and then deploys a taser on him trying to electrocute him in front of a public who's fueling up at a gas station with gas fumes everywhere and the trooper was freaking out? I'm glad you're okay. Dude, I was freaking out, dude. I'm glad you're okay, though, dude, for real. Appreciate it, man. I got freaked out, dude. Dude, he he had me going. You got handcuffs on behind you? Yeah. He tried to fight back and he had a gun. Uh no, he didn't want to go to the ground, but once he started going to the ground, he was He done. He wouldn't put his hands behind his back. He put them up, but he wasn't fighting. Nice car. It didn't like It has seat belts and everything? But he makes six figures with his Swedish massage So, you thought you were having a bad day? Just wait till the protectors and servants show up. According to reporting by James Freeman, Trooper James Hendricks Jr. had a dad who was known to, let's just say, sexually harass women in the office. I guess you could say harassment is in his genes and marbles are in his brain.
