i've got a quick clip of the police or
rather gada because this takes place in
the republic of ireland seizing a
supposed sovereign citizens car at a
checkpoint i say supposed because there
isn't much in the video to define him as
one apart from him being a little
combative but the video title kind of
confirms it he claims they seized his
car in retaliation for him filming the
interaction but regardless of that the
car did come back as uninsured when it
was checked against the police national
computer which i will get into after
showing the clip
alright let's get into the video

because i i don't want you to believe
that you when you don't go somewhere
else you change the world you think you
say that

your policy well i am

going to be arrested or whatever you
want to do now when have they ever said
you want to be arrested victor then let

up to a checkpoint yes
with no insurance disclaimer
can you let me speak are you just going
to keep i want to please
give me 10 days according to the policy
according to the policy
according to the
insurance policy of ireland and to
gather a regulation i have 10 days to be
given to provide my insurance to the
gather station of my choice
and i'm telling him that give me the
option to provide my insurance within 10
days but he is not doing it
look i will say for the record i am
asking for the 10 days because usually
never asked you to do anything for me
all he has to do is prove you have
insurance i have given you my document
um i'll give you my license
so the video cuts out just as they're
about to discuss what documents he gave
them it's funny that
anyway this is not the end of the story
he claims in the video that his vehicle
which he had recently purchased was
temporarily insured and he does provide
evidence that in fact his vehicle was
insured from 5 pm remember that time on
the 22nd of march 2021 to the 28th of
march 2021 he says the stop occurred at
5 45 pm on the 22nd of march
and yeah i can agree with that the
lighting conditions do suggest that so
according to what he presents the
vehicle had been insured for 45 minutes
so that's probably the reason why his
insurance policy didn't show up on the
police national computer
he also says he handed the police or
gada sorry his insurance but if that was
the case then why would he ask for 10
days grace to produce that policy at the
police station that just doesn't add up
to me and like i said at the beginning
he says they toured his car in
retaliation for filming well if that is
the case then these gather really need
to grow up we have the right to film the
police in the execution of their duties
and end of and if he is doing nothing
wrong then he should have no problem
being filmed
on the other hand this guy does seem to
have had a few runnings with the
authorities since moving to ireland from
nigeria so he's either really unlucky or
he just rubs people up the wrong way
or was the local guard at fault here and
could they have done more to help this
guy out
