responded to the Madera Vista Apartments verious these ladies call her a couple names cuz I'm fed up with her harassing me every time I come inside I'm here I'm here working for a man I work for a man in here he's my good friend okay personal assistant can I just set these things down my bumper this is my van I got you and so officer let's walk over here what's let's walk over here sure sure so just just easier that way yeah that's people don't yell and not a problem you know yeah officer you know this has been an ongoing saga since I came and uh since I arrived here in July of 20 okay and so I was just about to get this thing out of here right now because I don't want to be towed away because I'm under terrible scrutiny for nothing okay I'm tell you straight up you want to know the truth I'm lie to an officer I have done nothing to offend or violate the law in any way shape or form here except for using some profanity against that woman because she continues to call me uh you know one or the the older Carrie okay yeah and so um she is a really nasty woman I don't know why she continues to Blindside me with her harassment and her incessant calling of you guys un unnecessarily unneeded calls because she doesn't like the fact that my my client was dating a woman that she didn't like and there was squabbling and fighting going on well then finally Lin Marie filipini you probably know who she is okay well anyway finally um here I don't want to feel that make you feel like you're trapped no that's why I came this I as long as I can see that way I'm good um so anyway there was a lot of contention and everything that woman that brought me over here Lyn had to leave and vacate the premises for good and now there's a straining she has a restraining order against her she can't come back anymore but there was a lot of contention built up between Lynn and this Carrie and then they Carrie started calling me Lynn's boyfriend which is entirely untrue I don't know why she continues to do that she continues to gossip and call me names and call me uh dirty nasty names I forget what they were now they were so awful I called her just now I walk in the door and I hear her calling me a SK soon as I W so I walked up the stairs and I confront her I said don't you have anything better to do than to talk about my personal business in here and she snapped at me again I go you're a and then I and then I called her a [ __ ] uh later after some more words were done and then the after school's lady just immediately calls the management uh team leader Bianca Hernandez very fine people I have no squals with her she has to do her job I understand that but here's the thing they allow a young man who's who's under a they want me out because I'm not of age it's a 55 and over do you live here well yes and no okay technically I'm not on the lease and I'm not um I'm not a registered guest okay but I'm an invited guest by a client by my client he has me come over he asked her he said don't can I have a friend and he she said yeah you can have a friend here and so uh I have been his friend and I have been responsible and I have been forthright and I don't break the law and I don't do anything to nefarious or whatsoever I have a close relationship with God I love people and God I'm a good guy I'm not a criminal-minded guy I'm not a dip criminal who doesn't care about anything else but himself and then um you know I I continue to be harassed by some of the people in here you know telling me to you know you know put on a shirt you know and I don't need to put on a shirt there's no laws in California telling I have to keep a shirt on Wherever I Go officer and he's worried about me being seen by the children over here by uh without a shirt on this guy right here this guy right here yeah all right go over there I'll stop stop stop go over there I'll de with in a minute Gregory Walling was not the person who called 911 but had a separate issue with the man Deputy Glasser was there to see Gregory had a recent knee replacement and was walking for exercise as part of his recovery he just so happened to be walking by when the suspect introduced him into the situation by pointing him out to the deputy after being told to leave Gregory can now be seen walking away using his Cane hey I do shut up go over there or you're going to end up in the back of my car I you don't think I won't put you in my car you want I bet not with these I I will put you in the back of my car go over there turn around put your hands behind your back events as he barks orders at other innocent bystanders I want him to walk away he refused to keep going kep tripping back ter go inside you're making the matters much worse ma'am are you okay I'm good from my talked to him 100 times yeah all right I'll be right back [Applause] sir Gregory was charged with resist obstruct delay however to constitute a violation of obstructing under California Penal Code 148 the conduct must a actually delay or obstruct the officer in the performance of their lawful duties and be must be done willfully meaning with the intent to disrupt the officer speaking to someone an officer is interviewing does not rise to the level of obstruction unless it causes a material interference with the officer's investigation this means the speech must impede the officer's ability to conduct their investigation and the courts have held that mere criticism does not constitute obstruction unless coupled with physical interference of the officer's lawful duties Gregory was held in a detention center for 12 hours before they released him without charges he then filed an official complaint against Glasser and followed up with a lawsuit seeking $3 million and now 2 and2 years later Riverside County finally settled paying Gregory nearly half a million of our tax dollars before the settlement was reached the agency's internal investigation sustained allegations of unnecessary Force against Glasser surprisingly after which Glasser was fired Gregory's Attorney Jerry steering has been suing cops for over 40 years litigating hundreds of false arrests and says quote I have never seen a Riverside County Sheriff's Department deputy sheriff get disciplined at all for falsely arresting an innocent for a resistance offense or for wrongfully beating or tasing or pepper spraying or even wrongfully shooting and killing innocent people perhaps the department was looking for a reason to fire glass her let me know what you think in the comments and if you have a story
