as you know the supreme court recently recognized that it makes no sense to apply the exclusionary rule when a police officer believes in reasonably good faith that he is acting under a valid warrant even if the warrant is defective for some reason my proposal would codify the existing reasonable good faith exception and expand it to warrant with searches and seizures what that's like a blatant violation of the fourth amendment right to be secure in your person's houses papers and effects you shut up brian that's the voice of mr republican ronald reagan you bow down right now and lick the whole boot that's the only way we're gonna maintain and retain our freedoms [Music] [Applause] you know there are some videos that you look at and you're like wow this needs this needs to be met with a lot of eyes this needs millions of views this is one of those videos i'm gonna try not to interrupt guys it's gonna be super hard but this is chile de castro from delete laws he put up a video a couple days ago it's called power corrupts part two reagan biden johnson nixon war on drugs terry v ohio and the death penalty i love how succinctly he encapsulates one of the greatest problems in our land and if you if if you could just matter of fact just watch what he says if you like what he says if he teaches it in an understandable way to cause you to think about something that you haven't thought about before go to delete laws subscribe to his channel tell him here's the deal sent you here's why i'm making such a big deal out of this video this is good stuff down here look at this and now reagan introduces for-profit prisons right here the first reform i want to talk about today concerns that exclusionary rule as you know the supreme court recently recognized that it makes no sense to apply the exclusionary rule when a police officer believes in reasonably good faith that he is acting under a valid warrant even if the warrant is defective for some reason my proposal would codify the existing reasonable good faith exception and expand it to warrantless searches and seizures and did you hear that expand it to warrantless searches and seizures you know what that constitutes that constitutes a violation and an array in a racing of the fourth amendment right to be secure in your person's houses papers and effects ronald reagan mr republican is actually saying you should actually feel insecure in your person's houses papers and effects because i am okay and approving warrantless searches and seizures as long as the cop in good faith feels like he needs to break down your door and as like uh chili says right here well i thought something was funny so i initiated that's called good faith well i felt like something was going on in there so we went ahead and broke down the door broke out all the the windows me and my crew went in with flash bangs we didn't care who was in there because we had a good idea that something was going on in there that our politicians wouldn't approve of a good faith exception and expanded to warrantless searches and seizures and expand it to warrantless searches and seizures it'll make a difference to those of you on the front line and now after that you're going to see an explosion at the same rate from here to here all the way going here and then so now we get to 1994 and the mullen commission comes out and the mullen commission says the same thing about the wickersham commission and the same thing that the knapp commission says but it also says that police have now created a blue wall of silence that they will not speak on other police the mullen commission actually unearthed just like he's saying it unearthed a bunch of corruption in the new york police department check this out it's this is amazing that they would even uh fund the mullen commission because look what they found it says the mullen commission is formally known as the city of new york commissioned to investigate allegations of police corruption and oh boy they found it and the anti-corruption procedures of the police department former judge milton mullen was appointed in june 1992 by then new york mayor david and dinkins to investigate corruption new york city police department mullen's mandate was to examine and investigate quote the nature and extent of corruption in the department man did they find it evaluate the department's procedures for preventing and detecting that corruption and recommend changes and improvements to those those procedures and check this out in december 1993 the new york times this is the new york slimes guys the new york slimes is actually going to report some truth reported that the special mayoral panel asserted that the new york city police department had failed at every level to uproot corruption if they failed at every level to uproot corruption then they did the exact opposite they were actually protecting and hiding the corruption behind the thin blue wall of silence like like chili sand and had instead tolerated tolerated a culture that fostered misconduct and concealed lawlessness by police officers mullin mullin issued a report in july 1994 and this was the conclusion today's corruption is not the corruption of the knapp commission days corruption then was largely a corruption of accommodation of criminals and police officers giving and taking bribes buying and selling protection corruption was in its essence consensual but listen what he says this is the mullen commission today's corruption is characterized by brutality theft abuse of authority and active police criminality and then it makes you think when these law enforcers get gunned down in the streets because people are trying to protect themselves from said law enforcers what do they do they have this huge entourage of all these cops on the clock thousands upon thousands of them a sea of blue for as far as the eye can see memorializing this guy who's involved in this clearly criminal organization according to the mullen report there's a section in the mullen commission i believe it's page 136 or 138 that talks about internal affairs in policing and it and it says that they're completely inept that internal affairs within police are completely inept the mullen commission comes out in july and internal affairs i have no doubt and there's evidence that supports this the internal affairs are are incentivized to be inept it's like purposeful inept ineptitude or ineptness whatever word you want to use and and you know what getting back to ronald reagan real quick before we go on with chile because he's got so many important things to say but i i wish i could find a better this is all blurry but look this is what ronald reagan said and this speaks directly to your second amendment right your natural right to have any weapon you want and your ability to have that weapon shall not be infringed mr republican ronald reagan if this was the only thing he was wrong about he was a tyrant i do not believe in taking away the right of citizens for sporting for hunting and so forth or for home defense but i do believe that an ak-47 a machine gun is not a sporting weapon or needed for the defense of the home he's the one who instituted the first ban on firearms the first significant ban on on automatic firearms if you're not free to buy an automatic firearm in this country guess what you're not free by of 1994 and then joe biden's crime bill comes out in october this says that they will fund police through an organization called cops community oriented policing services it's an acronym community oriented policing services but what the cops program actually does is using the judge advocate general fund again through the 1994 crime bill it mints new police in your city town or state anytime they're requested the federal government will foot the bill for your new sheriff's borough district city town state police you name it we change the law so that if you are arrested and you are a drug dealer under our forfeiture statutes you can the government can take everything you own everything from your car to your house your bank account not merely what they confiscate in terms of the dollars from the transaction and they justify this by saying we're going after the drug dealers guess what who are the biggest in in the united states who are the biggest drug dealers on american soil oh that's right it's the united states government see they don't have a problem trafficking drugs they don't have a problem buying drugs or selling drugs or transporting drugs they have a problem you buying selling and transporting drugs because they don't want competition so of course if if they were gonna if they were gonna be consistent that buying selling and trading and dealing with drugs is a criminal activity then they have to admit that they are involved in criminal activity so what it really boils down to is they don't really think it's criminal it's just criminal for you to offer them competition and that's what the government's in the business of doing is eliminating competition they'll sell drugs and they'll legalize it and they'll justify it but as soon as you do they want the death penalty for you like like let's go brandon and sand right here you just got caught engaging it they can take everything they can take everything if they only apply to the judge advocate general fund that is set up through the 1994 crime bill then they will get new police minted and the federal government will pay for those police for the first couple years it's i'm not sure it's kind of murky i can't get the data how long the federal government will pay for those police but then after that it falls upon your city and your state and so money that would be spent on your kids playgrounds or on a new community center or an act an actual job course center that taught fundamental trade skills it's going to be paid to that new police officer or there's new two dozen cops or the new 20 state troopers in your town and it's going to have to cover their pension insurance health insurance and everything else so the funds that were allocated within your city state or town are then trumped by the federal government's appointment of new police in your specific area depending on which agency they're in there's so many different agencies and look what happens to the prison system look what happens and so police have a total black eye and the mullen commission is hidden from the public there's no there's no real internet email system like there is today in 94. it's not the same 1994 is not the same as today so no one really has read the mullen commission no one's no one's really read it and so it takes a long time to sit and re read the literature but once you read it you understand that the 94 crime bill then funded a chicago ad agency that created a slogan called back the blue and that was from a chicago advertising agency and the money came from the 94 crime bill take some small credit for it myself as well and others the presiding officer that there is now a death penalty and we passed it a couple years ago the biden hatch crime bill as it becomes law god willing biden crime bill is before us calls for the death penalty for 40 51 offenses biden has made it a death penalty offense for everything but jaywalking if you are a major drug dealer involved in the trafficking of drugs and murder results in your activities what did you just describe right there that's the united states government and the united states military-industrial complex major drug dealer check involved in trafficking of drugs check and murder results in your activity check check check you go to debt also part of the 94 by the way it's not a crime if you are conducting your business on the level of voluntary mutual consensual business transaction you've not committed a crime why because crime necessitates that you leave a victim there is no victim if a guy says hey i got 20 bucks give me that bag of weed or that ball of cocaine or whatever uh and they want your 20 uh more than they want their drugs and you want the drugs more than you want your 20 and you do an exchange everybody's happy this person benefited in his eyes this person benefited in his eyes and they go their separate ways where was the crime what crime was committed it can't be a crime because the third party i.e government says that is a crime it's not a crime because you arbitrarily declared it a crime crime means you left a victim you damaged somebody you stole their stuff you damaged their property you harmed someone you threatened someone those are crimes why are they crimes they're crimes there's it's self-evident they're crimes because you wouldn't want those same actions to come upon you without your consent you don't want to be harmed you don't want to be stolen from you don't want your property damaged you don't want somebody to threaten you so if you wouldn't want that done to you then you don't do that to somebody else that is the essence of a crime but let me before we go on with this because chile's got a lot of good things to say here and i'm sorry that i keep on um uh button in but i kind of mentioned an error he's not reagan wasn't responsible for the first gun ban but there was something called the mulford act you remember when the black panthers were walking around and they went to the i think it was the senate house in uh california and they were armed and they had ak-47s and they were walking in in and out of the con the the congressional building well they didn't like that so and mulford act was in 1967 and it was a bill that prohibited public carrying of loaded firearms but they pinned it on the black panthers and used that as a projection to sweep everybody up in this so that they that was their justification to violate the second amendment the right to keep and bear arms shall not be in french the right to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed so it doesn't say any worry about them being loaded then what's why would you carry arms if they weren't loaded says named after republican assemblyman don mulford and signed into law by governor of california ronald reagan that is as anti-second amendment as you can possibly get the bill was crafted with the goal of disarming members of the black panther party who were conducting armed patrols of the oakland neighborhoods yes i want black people to walk down the street with armed patrols armed with whatever they want yes i want that if you don't want it are you racist you don't want the black panthers carrying ak-47s and ar-15s you really don't want that huh what if the white panthers did it and they're like we don't want any panthers to do it we you can lose your spots or stripes or whatever we don't want you carrying guns well then you're anti-second amendment because it says shall not be infringed the mulford act was an conducting armed patrols in oakland neighborhoods i bet the neighborhoods were safer when they were conducting armed patrols i bet they got less safe when this gun ban went through and what would later be termed cop watching amen that's what needs to happen they garner national attention after black panther members bearing arms marched up on the california state capitol to protest the bill and reagan was all for it man if that's the only thing reagan was against that was anti-freedom that's all you need to know to know that that guy has the heart of a tyrant bill is operation relentless pursuit operation relentless pursuit is when all federal task force and agencies unify into one group that's what they saw in oregon over the protests from george floyd being murdered you have the cia the fbi atf ice and any other three-digit agency that they can compile together to create what they called operation relentless pursuit and who is operation relentless pursuit pursuing it's pursuing you and how do we know that because take a look at our prison industry you can just follow the graphics whether you're on the left or the right so far down the line just to keep the score terry versus ohio which put officer safety over your civil liberties passed under lyndon baines johnson that is it that is a really good thing to remember about terry v ohio terry v ohio equals offer officer safety trump's individual liberty remember that are you for terry v ohio of terry v ohio because terry the ohio is another piece of legislation that became a law that actually projects onto everybody that officer safety is way above your individual liberties as a matter of fact it gives them justification to remove your individual liberties and if anybody applauds that you got a serious problem because officer safety should never trump individual liberties signed the 64 civil rights act he saw terry the ohio past that put officer safety over your civil liberties and he didn't do anything about it and he's public democrat move forward republican democrat it doesn't matter richard nixon declares war on drugs so he can lock up black people in hippies he's a republican to create war on drugs and we're on drugs as a euphemism we're on drugs is the war on people gun violence is you know is a is a misnomer gun control regulation it's not gun control it's people control so the government is seeking to control people while they feed him a whole bunch of euphemisms to get those people to applaud those euphemisms so that the government can be empowered and the people can be disempowered is this good for for anybody in society to lock up this many people and this is for marijuana and there's a marijuana store in every corner as we keep going down the line and then gerald ford comes into office and during gerald ford's term look how many people join join the prison ranks he's not doing anything about it jimmy carter this isn't his number one concern ronald reagan says no let's lock up more people and the question i asked to the people who've subscribed to the social media pages how many of reagan's friends got in on that big boom of the for-profit prison industry how many of reagan's friends were told hey there's going to be a new company that's for-profit prisons i think you all know how strongly the american people feel about restoration of the death penalty currently there are no adequate federal procedures on the death penalty so it cannot be used in cases where federal statutes provide for capital punishment my proposal would establish such adequate procedures so that the death penalty provisions already on the books can be utilized in such cases as espionage treason and aggravated murder disactivists have expanded the federal habeas corpus doctrine to such an extent that it interferes with our primary defense against crime the state criminal justice systems originally meant to safeguard our liberties the habeas corpus doctrine is now misused by federal courts to second-guess valid state criminal conviction my proposal would reform this doctrine and prevent it from being used as another tool to let guilty criminals off the hook wow i'm going to fast forward this right here because there's a there's kind of a little dead space the prison industry because this is their stock portfolio right here you're looking at it i love the way he puts that so when you're looking at a graph with the increase in the population in the prison industrial complex this graph perfectly correlates with the stock portfolio of the insiders who initiated the prison industrial complex and imprisoned non-criminals people who had not created a victim there it is there's the stock portfolio of the for-profit prison industry how many of ronald reagan's friends got in on that how many of reagan's friends were invited in amen how many of reagan's friends got in on this first little boost of stock i mean man we're gonna arrest a lot more people right we're passing legislation and laws that allow police give them rights over us and there's where policing for profit comes from policing for profit you are tax cattle you are viewed by them as slaves and they're the masters when they can put another body into the prison industrial complex that generates massive amounts of revenue for the powers that shouldn't be who are already invested in this kind of stock portfolio so now we climb up here now joe biden's crime bill so now we're going into democrats big bill clinton george w bush george h bush so this is jordan now this is george h bush not george w bush george h bush it's it's climbing under him he doesn't he doesn't even notice it bill clinton bill clinton's supposed to be a liberal democrat of some kind look what happens under him he passes the 94 crime bill just two years after being in office that's insane joe biden writes the crime bill this guy he writes it that is that our prison industry then skyrockets like a rocket and then in 2000 george w bush comes in and it's still climbing like a wow barack obama comes in it looks like it starts to dissipate here but you know why because we can't afford to lock up people anymore we don't have enough capacity or money to lock up people without creating even more and people are starting to revolt now when prisons are being built they're going no no more prisons they try to build a bunch of kids prisons in different cities and towns around america and people have revolted i just so what i'm going to do is i'm going to leave you the link because there's there's like nine more minutes of this this is good stuff this is good information and i want to help make this video go viral matter of fact this video that you're watching right now make this video go viral so that people can watch this video and then watch the rest of the the nine minutes it's an 18 minute and 23 second video but people need to understand this because i'll tell you what you guys those who desire to be ignorant and free desire what never was and what never shall be you cannot continue to be ignorant about what's going on in your world and expect your children and your grandchildren to have any semblance of freedom in the coming months years and decades we gotta plow through the blizzard of ignorance we gotta subdue the tsunami of apathy and tame the tornado of indifference basically so that we can maintain and retain our freedoms that's how it works the price of freedom will always be eternal vigilance and indifference to this notion is the means by which the people have and will secure their own oppression leave your thoughts about this for the world in the global thought police in the comments section below and i'll see you guys in the next video take a look at delete laws go over there subscribe to his channel hit that bell notification let him know that here's the deal sent you [Music] you
