a law repugnant to the constitution is void and with those words chief justice john marshall in marbury versus madison declared as unconstitutional for the first time a law passed by congress and signed by the president of the united states think about that a law repugnant to the constitution is void welcome to the here's the deal channel let's go and roll the intro [Music] [Applause] i touched on this a little bit in a previous video and granted this does come from may 14th 2020 but this is still on the table guys people literally think that they are authorized to steal the product of your time in labor energies in this case to steal your 3d printer or your your gun build kits or unserialized firearms bill would require sellers of online gun making kits to comply with federal firearm safety regulations that is a violation of the 10th amendment guys there needs to be a separation you know the state is bad enough okay the government is bad enough but you don't want to federalize bureaucracy making a blanket law that every state has to follow state laws are bad enough but you know if if it gets too oppressive in one state you can go to another state if the federal bureaucracy spreads their umbrella and their their their vulturous wings across the entire landscape you've got no place to go you're gonna have to go out of the country to taste a little bit of freedom and and i'm not saying that's not me saying the states are good the states are out to lunch too anybody who would seek or thinks that they have a higher claim over your life and property than you is a psychopath plain and simple senators dianne feinstein and camel toe harris that's back before she became president joined with senator richard blumenthal and 12 senators today to introduce in the untraceable firearms act untraceable in other words we the government can't trace it and if we can't trace it we can't control it and if we can't control it well that's not that's not what we want we're control freaks we want to put we want to have our finger on the pulse of everything that goes on we want everything under our thumbs can't have that can't have a government that's not in control of everything build a ban ghost guns untraceable gun guns built from kits or using 3d printers reports indicate that the public health and economic crisis caused by you know what have spurred an increase in demand for and sale of these untraceable weapons and then look what they say and this is what i wanted to highlight is the wording here this goes in line with what remember senator what was his name senator nelson from the clown hall meeting at the cnn clown hall meeting after that certain event that shall remain unnameless or shall remain nameless but listen to what he said he basically said when you get right down to it the gun is what is going to do the killing [Applause] and the lemmings applaud but he means that and that's what dianne feinstein thinks and that's what camel toe harris and any gun control advocate really believes they really believe that when you get right down to it it's the gun that is going to do the killing they believe inanimate objects or you know on some level they believe that inanimate objects are out there ending people's lives and so they take that excuse to vilify the inanimate object and therefore criminalize the person holding that in an inanimate object it's all a psychological warfare here untraceable guns built from kits or using 3d printers have no place in our streets at dying senator frankenstein i'm proud to join with my colleagues to introduce a bill to close the loophole that permits oh you can't be allowed to do that these so-called ghost guns to be made we need to stop the proliferation of these deadly unregulated weapons in order to save lives that's animating an inanimate object saying that it in and of itself is evil therefore everybody who owns it must be criminal so-called ghost guns exist to evade detection and background checks evading detection and background checks is consistent with the ideas and ideals of individual liberties guys if you're not free to be anonymous if you're not free to evade detection if you're not free from background checks where the federal government looks into your background and goes let's see are they worthy are they worthy for me to allow them an exemption to be able to have a firearm are they worthy they should not be on the market this is common sense so you have a political psychopathic parasitic politician tell you what common sense is this legislation would be would help keep our community safe because that's what that's what legislation does right that's what laws do the more laws you have the more safe your community is right i mean just look at chicago look at look at new york they don't call chicago iraq for nothing you get laws upon laws upon laws the places where the most strict gun laws are are the places where there's more mayhem and death happening this legislation would keep our community safe and ensure that gun sellers are licensed and are performing background checks as required by law this you-know-what is spurring a deeply disturbing demand in untraceable weapons i wonder why why are they gonna why are they going to this length to do this to get a 3d printed firearm to get some lowers why are they doing this they're doing this because for the most part they want to evade detection they want to sidestep background checks they don't want the government to know what they've got congress must must act urgently to stop these homemade ghost guns before they spur the next horrifying wave of gun violence that's what they think or that's what they try to get you to think that they think or that's what they're trying to convince everybody that this is this is actually what's going on this is the so they're creating for themselves some form of the galilean dialectic problem we got some horrible handmade ghost guns that are gonna spur the next horrifying wave of gun violence that's the problem reaction oh my god ghost guns for people who aren't thinking and then the the uh uh you got the fear-based reaction and then you got the solution well the solution is to create more regulations so that we can criminalize people who hold these evil evil objects currently anyone with access to the internet can order a gun making kit or use 3d printing technology to build their own assault weapon pistol or shotgun circumventing identification we want to identify you're going to circumvent me trying to id you no we can't have that because we got to bring the violence and brutality of the state down to bear against you because you're trying to sidestep identification licensing and background check requirements these untrai they're trying to make you sound like you're a villain because you want to escape from the federal villains these untraceable homemade guns are just as deadly as guns already subject to these same requirements my legislation would close loopholes you know what you know what a loophole is a loophole is a tunnel of freedom we want to close tunnels of freedom that's what a loophole is a loophole is actually a freedom zone it's a liberty zone we want to close liberty zones and prevent this public safety emergency in the making the untraceable firearms act would include ghost guns in their core building blocks unfinished frames and receivers and the gun making kits used to build them in the definition of firearm under federal law in doing so online gun kit manufacturers and distributors would be required to comply with the same federal regulations that govern the production and distribution of completed firearms so they're going to put them in the same exact category guys nothing should be in the category of it needs to be controlled by the government nothing no one should be in the category of we've got to look into your background check to make to make sure that you're okay and to see if we're going to actually allow you or give you a permit so that you can act like a free man that that's what government is in the business of doing is taking away your freedoms and then getting you to the point where you're begging for permission and then they go all right we'll give you the freedom to do the things that you have the right to do in the first place but you got to pay 150 for it this includes a requirement that sellers have a manufacturer's license and put a serial number on the frame or receiver included in each kit and that purchasers undergo a background check this is control control control and that's why we say that governments isn't the government is not eloquent it's not reason it's force and like fire it's a dangerous servant and fearful master the bill also incorporates the untraceable firearms modernization act which would prohibit firearms that can be easily modified to pass through metal detectors undetected can't have that because the only people we need armed in this zone are federal agents that's what's going to keep us safe in other words they're they're they want the public to be beholden to the feds they want you to be in the victim seat and they want to place themselves in the driver's seat this legislation is endorsed by leading gun violence prevent there's no such thing guys that is a completely made-up term right there if there's such a thing as gun violence then there's scissor violence and hammer violence and baseball bat violence and inanimate object violence just think about these euphemisms that they use and that's what politics is it's the clever and deceptive art of using euphemisms lies emotionalism and fear mongering in order to dupe average unthinking people into accepting and even demanding the chains of their own enslavement prevention groups every town for gun safety giffords and newtown action alliance untraceable ghost guns are a clear and present danger to all americans since they are becoming weapons of choice for criminals and now mass shooters a key word they're becoming oh so it's not really a problem yet oh we're just gonna we're gonna try to nip this in the bud we need to take away your freedom and your freedom and your freedom because there's a bunch of criminals out there and the more laws we make the less crimes will be committed because we know that criminals obey our laws they care about what we say so i wanted to show this to you this this is uh this is something that is absolutely contradictory to individual liberties leave your thoughts about this for the world in the global thought police in the comment section below if you haven't done so already subscribe to the channel hit the bell notification icon
