the deal this is a video from the youtube channel eyes on washington and before we get started and as a backdrop he says in the description this video actually took place a while ago on july 23 2021 i was traveling north on u.s 93 in northern nevada when trooper boyer badge number 443 of the nevada highway patrol decided to pull over my co-worker that was traveling in front of me i stopped behind the trooper to wait for him to do his traffic stop and us both be on our way and he didn't like that too much so he had to pee his pants and give me a ticket too just to show his authoritar and we've seen this time and time again haven't we you'll see trooper boyer wave eyes on washington on like he was free to go and this motion indicates from the trooper that eyes on washington is not the target of this stop but because the driver wouldn't comply and because the cops ego was bruised boyer had to issue the ticket because that's what road pirates do here's the interaction well i'm with him we're together just do your job i'm with him what i'm good right here are you pulling me over or both of us i'm fine right here you're not pulling me over right are you pulling me over miles an hour no we're not i got my cruise on you're on camera too okay so driver's license and registration please you're lying but you're pulling him over right you and him both you just told me you were pulling him over so yeah well he was going 87 you were going 85. no i got my cruiser tell you i got my cruiser your driver's license and your registration and insurance well you got to give me a minute for the registration but here's my license and you realize that how can you see my speed he's right in front of me you're following him so here's what i did i hit my front radar on him he was going 87. as soon as he passed it went to 85 on you i'd never stop the radar that's the way it is do you have a uh print out of that no traffic stop if you don't do as i say by pulling to the front of him as you said so awful i'm trying to do i'm trying to make it wrong yeah it is because it's officer safety you're obstructing my safety is not allowed the law for that the code i'm not going to pull the law for that then there is no law for that order there's got to be a code for it there has for officer safety there is no code i don't care just like there's no code for public safety why is that what's the problem i'm with him okay it's not safe for me to just pull up ahead and i don't exactly go to the iron paper pulled over if you had a gun or something like that you could always what are you so scared of what do you mean what am i scared of that's the way we we maintain everybody's out to get you that is the way we maintain what do you guys always think i don't know who you are i don't know your officer safety issue is ridiculous you realize that you guys have like one of the least because these dangerous jobs you just won't go i don't have to cooperate because you didn't pull me over you pulled him over where's your registration and insurance i'm with him we're on a road trip delivering these two trucks so what's the problem with me just sitting right back here waiting for you to do your job may i ask you to pull the front with him it's not it's really it's not safe for me to do that i don't want to do it i'm that's just that's the issue you just don't know because it's ridiculous there's no reason for it when i'm already pulled over are you that scared because i pulled your friend over no you're mad because you got to be you you think you need to be scared when you're the one with the gun scared that is how we maintain our officer's safety if i if i do all my traffic stops in every different way possible officer safety is offered officer cowardice is it officer yes it is have you because you don't know my job is more dangerous than your job is it yes i climb towards who you are or what you do i climb cell towers verify that are you where's your registration and insurance i don't know you're gonna have to give me some time it's a work truck so it's not my personal truck you got a supervisor one second um do you hey actually is your body cam rolling camera is on okay what's your badge number in your name i'll give that all to you i'm on a card no you you're supposed to verbalize it i'm going to give it you verbally i don't have to do is provide it to you verbally can explain your slides someone that has vision problems your violations and problems anybody that has vision vision problems is the reason why you're supposed to verbally you have vision problems it doesn't matter if i do or not okay it's for anybody well i don't know about that you know that anyway i'm gonna give you this your violations there that's your total what's the justice court your violation is for speed we're going 85 and a 70. and they give you a violation citation for okay what's your name and the 70. what's your name adventure right down here what's your name imagine that are you going to fail to identify i'm not going to fail lie down so identify providing identify please verbally now the wells justice court the phone number's right there verbally identified please otherwise you're not a citation if you don't verbally identify you're not getting your options and your instruction how to pay how to contest whatever you choose huh who's your supervisor information is down here i'm providing that information too who's your supervisor have a safe day yeah who's your supervisor [ __ ] who's your supervisor and you didn't you didn't verbally identify what's your name and badge number i need you guys to verbally identify we're not going to play these stupid games either that or give me your card both of you and it's not a it's not a request it's a demand i need your name and fazz never or your card it's your job you guys just not like following the law you're out here trying to enforce laws and you're not even going to follow by yourself you're not following the law you're not verbally identifying yourselves by not doing that you're not cops you realize that not verbally yes it's a huge problem in this whole country you know that don't play dumb you're gonna yes you are playing dumb look at your condescending look i'm not condescending i'm demanding your id verbally for anybody that might have vision problems that's the reason for it you know that you guys going to fail to id both of you thank you okay what's your grad number 371 thank you how about you highway sorry lawyer foyer and what was the number again 443 okay why was that so hard i didn't have to no i didn't was it a lawful order if it was quote me the law quote me the law quote me the law you didn't pull me over you pulled him over no it's not obstructing is a physical act a physical act not verbal don't play dumb really you can let go your ego it makes things run a lot smoother if you know if you're courteous i'll be courteous back to you if you're an [ __ ] i'm gonna be an [ __ ] right back to you there ain't no law against that and you know it that's the first amendment [Music] you guys got a supervisor what's his name his name and phone number right there okay can you uh how long will it take him to get here he's not working today yeah [ __ ] i guarantee it so there's supervisor that comes with your supervisor right now that's that is working he is my supervisor for this district who is working right now elko can i talk who's working right now can you answer the question you're my servant i'm not your servant you understand that that's how it works that's how the law works how about you just call them out here because this is ridiculous an hour and a half really wow wow you guys are funny you realize there's cops getting fired all over the country for this kind of [ __ ] losing your [ __ ] pensions losing your job even going to jail qualified immunity is going away you realize that i mean i might be wrong but i'm pretty sure isn't it already gone in nevada you guys are out here acting like you're the [ __ ] boss of the world but you're not you're public servants law enforcement not feelings enforcement you're feeling about me being in your way when i wasn't is your your problem not mine i don't have to move just because you don't like me there i mean if i'm wrong pull me the lock the code and that you you can't do that tells me that i'm right and you're full of [ __ ] no i'm just trying to get you to give me a straight answer and you don't want to do that okay guys thanks for watching this video don't
