were conducting a business checkout 3 AM
when they came across a man asleep in
his car with the engine still running
and what looks like a bag of white
substance on his lap but this isn't just
any man asleep in his car nor this man
claims to be a citizen of the Washita
Empire or Nation as they are known an
African-American group who claimed to be
a sovereign state of Native Americans
which doesn't exactly go down well when
he attempts this defense with Florida
cops right let's get into the video

list of all these cops but I think we
now know the reason why he was passed
out to sleep in his car with the engine
running at 3am especially if this

with a bond of two thousand dollars
