early February of 2025 tra County Sheriff's deputy Sergeant Snyder was called for a complaint of vehicles parking on private property upon his arrival he attempted to speak with a man named John who told the sergeant that he doesn't talk to police Sergeant Snider then went to speak with the original caller who claimed that they had parked on her property several times and when the deputy returned to John he began recording Cars up there are right now parked on a young lady's property okay so I explained to her to have those Vehicles towed so she or the HOA president will be having those towed if they are left there that should have been the end of the interaction instead Sergeant Snyder needless ly escalated an inconclusive investigation into a civil matter morphing it into a violent encounter no HOA it's in the deed that we have to park in the culdesac on the deed I have a hearing issue it's on my deed I you're trespassing I'm asking you to leave I am talking to you get off my change to the Department of Transportation resisting arrest as well as first and second degree disorderly conduct despite there being no victim his case is set for pre-trial on March 11th furthermore since this incident the Dr County Sheriff's Facebook page has allegedly blocked Jon from viewing and commenting on their posts and for now I'll stay in touch with him and let you know how the case goes but before you leave a story that I broke in December has finally gone to court open the door from the outside slowly as traffic stops go anybody else in the vehicle step out of the vehicle this one was anything but routine I'm so sorry and it spawned a story I can't hear you I'm sorry signing anything of the difference between rights and a wrong when you know you did nothing wrong you did nothing wrong a story that may one day be told in a courtroom these cops are going to end up in federal court explaining to a federal judge why they don't understand the Constitution of the United States this is David Lane perhaps one of the most skilled civil rights attorneys in the nation walk backwards a story that begins on a Tuesday afternoon in October back in monos is this too tight montro police arrested two people in a gray Kia a car rented months earlier but never returned she thought he bought more time with the rental company oh okay a routine bust until the moment officers discovered a toy in the junkun SUV one of them stuck it to a fender as if it was an x-rated radio antenna at that point those officers could go home with a war story you won't believe what happened today at work but Josh Smith was hungry I usually always get a Reese's polar swirl and the only thing keeping him from that Frozen treat were the cop cars I could barely squeeze through to get into the drive-thru clogging the drive-thru Lane and I just rolled my window down and I yelled yelled he did M out the way KS but for one officer what yelling you're going to get a citation understood there was nothing funny about the hubub at humdingers quiet order your food as I was sitting there waiting for my food I kind of just realized like you know he just threatened me and I didn't even do anything wrong dinner in hand Josh Smith had more to say what what's the problem walking Road they said nobody can get through the drivethru for a half an hour and then a question what's your name there is nothing prohibiting someone from using basically any language they want to protest the actions of a police officer after publishing my original video Josh emailed it to David Lane and he immediately took the case enter civil rights attorney David Lane who's representing Josh Smith flipping people off the United States Supreme Court decided that back in the 70s I'm going to go stop him okay write him ticket $120 ticket for making an obscene gesture I have a wonderful day I was just trying to tell him to get out of the way that's all I was trying to tell him to do the City attorney later changed the charge to interference with police saying it accurately reflects the evidence according to Lane that's just plain inaccurate yelling at the cops calling them idiots calling them names you know and flipping them off doesn't interfere with anything it just hurts their feelings it's just like they're extorting money $120 that's not a lot of money to a lot of people but then they just pay it rather than go to the court Josh Smith is going to court Thursday and it's a safe bet he'll have plenty to say oh a ticket for what dunk that's why you're getting a ticket keep your mouth shut please after changing the false charges to different false charges the [ __ ] prosecutor offered Josh 3500 $100 and a full dismissal as long as he promised not to sue since then numerous news channels and large YouTube channels such as the civil rights attorney and Steve Leto have covered the case instead David Lane filed a motion to dismiss and on the 12th of February Josh emailed me the
