get an ad to get people to join or whatever now at this point you're probably thinking what skidded off the rails on the village people where things got so bad that this guy had to turn to a life of the 70s mustache dark shades and a creepy smile if you see one you can be sure that there's a broken down white chevy ice cream truck somewhere nearby it's a sad day for everybody did you get a call with disingenuous fakery this area right here is a private drive to restricted so i've been to rogers i've been to lowell and i'm testing these things right now but there's no signage saying that this is that is pass that fence you're up if there's no signage on the front edge of this entrance right here it's public property and it's not considered restricted it's considered open to the public if i can park my vehicle right here which i assume i can because there's no markings right here i can walk all along this you can walk in here i'm actually being very considerate here i'm staying on this road and it was falling over so i walked up to the not all the way to the fence but i walked up a little bit to the fence and then i saw the sign it was laying over on the ground so i went and picked it up put it back where was that and walked around and i looked for signs i was advantage of this during construction right now that sign flows over about three times a day well i think so for you i appreciate that man that's right how many times i've set that sign back up i'm not trying to get over that so listen man i appreciate your attitude i appreciate you being able to kind of do this let me explain to you why why we don't have that sign out here at the driveway because this driveway is a shared one it's both our controlled access here through the gates and it's also our public parking over here for people who are coming to pick up property or pick up the prisoners so there is public access you're exactly right this driveway is public access into that parking lot right there so you know i may have to go to the city and tell them okay we're going to put up another sign up here that would be that would be a solution to the problem it would be do you know what these signs cost yeah and do you know how long we've been building this building and trying to work everything out and figure out what's going to happen and everything you know these signs cost this underling cop right here cares about the cost of a simple sign he's just a peon on the totem pole of law enforcement what does he care besides i don't like the idea of putting up signs that restrict public access whether it's a politician writing it a cop saying it or a sign posted about it it doesn't wipe away our freedoms and i can totally see cops lobbying to have signs posted everywhere to keep transparency cameras from exposing their crimes right so let me tell you one other thing so this is controlled access so that you're safe we're safe everything else so if i stand right up here where you're standing and i've got a camera and i say hey listen i'm just trying to you know i'm i'm a citizen this is public property and cars driving out is it really controlled access anymore is it really safe i mean you can just you can do anything you want right this is off the hook cop splaining in order to elicit compliance built on the foundation of a lie you got to give these tyrants an a for effort here here's my thing i follow the law to the t i don't follow any feelings okay all right so if the law says that i can stand here than i can and follow says i can't stand here i won't stand here and i'll leave under threat of arrest but there is no law currently stating that i can't stand here so i am going to test the boundaries and stand here come thanks real quick sergeant rick frisbie be cool you've been really cool so i appreciate that but i will caution you too um in arkansas and you i knew the laws about harassment i'm sure you understand that very well but there are civilians parking here and videotaping of them because this is our i.t department also not a law you need to have a law back so if you're going to tell me i can't do something say ar i'm not 12-5 sergeant rick frisbie just said i'm not saying you can't do anything but then he says do this what i'm explaining to you is that in arkansas you cannot videotape a person that is not law enforcement so he says i'm not saying you can't do something i'm just saying that in arkansas you cannot videotape a person who's not law enforcement let me see what do we call that right there oh yeah it's a blatant lie another example of when you lie to cops it's a felony and when cops lie to you well that's just policy not to mention what the hell do you call this right here this cop is recording a person who's not law enforcement therefore he's breaking his own fake verbal law right because this is first amendment speech right now i can in public there is no expectation of privacy in public not in a vehicle not you know playing doctrine view uh plain doctrine very much so okay thank you if i can see it you mean plain view doctrine yes that's what it is if i can see through this fence right here if it was covered i can't you should still tell me you can videotape a civilian getting in another personal car absolutely you can videotape our it department absolutely i'm going to refer you to our city attorney's office just for some clarification obviously there's no one here i'm not going to go to this anymore i'm not going to go to the city i kind of think that that's sideable i really do i'm not going to do it there's nobody here but i would caution you that i feel comfortable that i could issue a citation on that but i would caution you that i feel comfortable that i could issue a citation on that so a couple things here obviously mr frisbee a sergeant frisbee here is familiar with the plain view doctrine but i think it's a mistake for today's kgb to bring this up to these cops and why is that because the plain view doctrine works in favor of the blue line tyrants and against the people originally cited in coolidge versus new hampshire it is in the opinion of the courts an exception to the fourth amendment's warrant requirement that allows an officer to seize evidence and contraband that are found in plain view during a lawful observation according to those in the injustice system the doctrine dictates that three conditions must be met for seizing without warrant evidence in plain view prior valid entry inadvertence and probable cause so the plain view doctrine is the wrong legal tool if you want to put it that way to try and apply to this situation if you want to rely on case law it's probably best to refer to cats versus united states or raucous versus illinois mr freedom snatching frisbee here wants to refer the cameraman to the city's attorney's office and why in the world would he do that so that he can legally trample on rights rather than abide by his own oath to the first amendment lastly the threat comes with the pointing of the finger but i would caution you that i feel comfortable that i could issue a citation on that he feels comfortable issuing a citation on a guy who's exercising his first amendment protected rights just let that sink in for a second i wouldn't sign it that doesn't matter okay so here's the deal i really don't believe you have a right to be here on this portion of our lawn it is public property as in the city owns it but it's not public access property in other words you don't have access to the inside of our building or anything else because you know what the gis survey shows i looked it up before i came out here so i already know i've got my i've got hold on hold on i've got all my bases covered i'm prepared for an arrest i'm prepared for anything i'm prepared for a lawsuit i've got my attorney on the phone everything's already so maybe i'm not gonna tell you anything yeah i'm gonna finish up
