welcome back to the channel guys i've
got a quick clip of a sovereign citizen
who is no stranger to this channel he's
the guy who carries his registration
plate in his car rather than on the
outside of it like everybody else
he also claims the 14th amendment grants
the right to travel
he also doesn't mind handing over his
license as long as the officer orders
him to do so
here's that clip to jog your memory
i do this all the time i believe in like
constitutional right to travel
okay can i see your driver license
please is that an order i'm sorry i'll
more than welcome we handle it headed
over as long as you order me to do it
yes sir absolutely you're so your order
order meaning you okay absolutely
well he's back with two more bizarre
claims one is that he is a foreign
national or american national the second
is he believes he is on some kind of
mythical do not detain list
all right sir use your license plate
and your passport card yeah i ran you
you you have valid driver's license
there yeah okay i know i do
hey i'm not i'm not trying to be in
service they're probably used to getting
hassled or whatever i mean yeah freddie
frederick
frederick better perez knows me yeah oh
freddie bros knows you yeah he's good to
open it
yeah i mean i don't know what you guys
think no nothing i mean but anyway yeah
it's
you need a license plate on your vehicle
but you would have given me a fix a
ticket and i would have just put them on
and taking a picture and or we could
have gone to uh hopkins or no that's why
we're not really going this whole long
route i know because
i pulled you over because it's a pc or a
vc violation but it's not it's not
breaking a law i have the right to
travel i have a right i don't know
what whatever foreign national no i
don't know i'm an american
american right you're a united states
citizen i'm an american national you're
right you're right you don't know i'm a
foreign national until you pull me over
right that's all we're doing right
perfect so i'm a foreign national you're
good to go you're not getting a ticket
that's right
okay forget for a minute that do not
detain lists are not a thing for us
offsets
doesn't the fact that you were detained
during this traffic stop kind of proved
the point that you are not on a donut
detain list
just saying
right that's about wraps up this video
