This guy is so pissed at this traffic stop. He starts tearing up his own property. You're acting like a child. I want your driver's license and your insurance. Here's everything I have. Here's my money. >> I got it. Here's my money. >> like a child, sir. >> Here's my card. Here's everything. >> Your driver's license, sir. Hand it to me. >> Take my money. Take these bills. Take that Your driver's license, sir. You're just destroying all my stuff, bro. Can you imagine the American colonists buying for one second the redcoats assertion that the reason we're economically terrorizing you is because you refuse to keep yourself safe while you're riding on that stagecoach? Remember, sir, you need to be strapped in. That's what we got here. The modern-day redcoats, the thin blue line gang, have a click it or ticket rule. And if you don't keep yourself safe, we're going to send a man with a gun speeding down the road after you, jeopardizing everybody else's lives on the roadway to do it. On July 1st, 2022, Racine County Sheriff's deputies observed the driver of a vehicle not wearing a seatbelt in Raymond, Wisconsin. As part of the Sheriff's office click it or ticket campaign, a traffic stop was initiated. As the deputies were pulling him over, they observed the 36-year-old male driver hastily putting on his seatbelt. >> Looks like today I got a ticket. You see that? Mhm. So, you're going to point at me? 53 Wisconsin traffic. [Applause] Southbound G on-ramp. Yeah, there's crimes to be solved and criminals to be apprehended, but these cops decided, "You know what? We need more money in the coffers. He wasn't wearing a seatbelt. LET'S GO AFTER HIM." [Applause] HELLO. I'm WRCS with the Racine County Sheriff's office. Stop because your seatbelt wasn't on and we're actually out You put it on when we were pulling up behind you. I watched you. >> That's not true. >> And he looked like he was leaning forward, sir, when you took the turn out. I watched you put it on. We're not going to argue about a $10 seatbelt ticket over It's right here. Okay. Driver's license and insurance, okay? >> giving you nothing. This is not going to >> Driver's license and insurance, sir. You're going to make this more difficult than it has to be. Your driver's license and insurance, sir. Do you see this? Sir, do you want to be forcibly removed from the vehicle for not wearing your seatbelt? That's not true. The guys who drove up to make life difficult for another man said, "You're making this more difficult than it has to be." Do I have this on? Driver's license and insurance, sir. Are you planning on calling us today? No, you're not going to kill you, okay? >> I'm an American. I have my seatbelt >> great to know, okay? You were not wearing a seatbelt when you drove past me. We saw you putting it on while we were behind you. You going to argue this all day long and make this even worse for yourself? Otherwise, just give us this your ID and the insurance, sir. Why do you want my money? Driver's license and insurance, sir. I like your glasses. You're making a big Driver's license and insurance, sir. You're making a bigger deal out of this than it has to be. With your body camera, I have my seatbelt on. The law's right. Abruptly, he became erratic and started to destroy his possessions, such as his sunglasses and the money in his wallet. >> to see them people now. Cuz I watched you put them on, sir. Now, please put them on or I'm going to ask you to step out of the vehicle. And when I do so, that's a lawful order. And if I have to, I can forcibly remove you from the vehicle, sir. All right? my glasses if you like that? >> Yeah. $150 [ __ ] glasses. Well, that's your problem. Hey, you're acting like a child right now. >> Here. You're acting like a child. I want your driver's license and your insurance. He is acting like a child. This is stupid. This is ridiculous how he's reacting. But what's worse is the road pirates. Armed men have come along the side of his vehicle with the implied threat of force coming from the state expressing the fact that they are order followers and because the law says we should pull you over, we're going to go ahead and pull you over. You're not free to not wear your seatbelt in the land of the free. Here's everything I have. Here's my money. I agree. I got it. Here's my money. >> like a child, sir. >> Here's my card. That's [ __ ] But at the same time, the frustration is understandable. How he's venting the frustration isn't very wise. My seatbelt's on and they're accusing me of something. That's [ __ ] You can't ever enjoy life anymore around here without being harassed and accused of something. I have my [ __ ] seatbelt on. You give me a ticket. You pulled up on me. I have my seatbelt on. That's exactly what's happening. 500 ticket. I have $35 [ __ ] glasses. I have a great I will just [ __ ] set them up in my car right now and give them that, too. This situation. This dude's freaking out cuz we stopped him for a seatbelt and he put it on when we were behind him. Like literally freaking out. He's tearing up money and he's he's freaking out. So, do you just want to go up there with him while I run him up real quick and issue him this citation? Freaking out, seriously. I have my seatbelt on. He's giving me a [ __ ] ticket and they pull up on me saying I don't have my seatbelt on. It's right here. I can feel it. I can taste it. Do you realize how you're acting right now? Irrational. It's upsetting to me. Upsetting to you that you drove past me without a seatbelt? >> crock of [ __ ] You didn't know that. Don't Don't give me that. Yeah, he's tearing up cash in his car and throwing it all over the place. I have my seatbelt on and you're giving me a ticket for my seatbelt being on. >> have your seatbelt on. My seatbelt's on. You give me a ticket. You're taking my goddamn thing. You're giving me a ticket for having my damn seatbelt on. You did not have your seatbelt on. My seatbelt is on. When you pull up to the stop, my seatbelt is on. It was not on. It was on when we pulled up because you put it on there when you got on the interstate. That's not Oh my god. That's not true. My seatbelt's on. >> You're delusional. My seatbelt is on. You pull up to the traffic stop. Well, yeah, you had it on. My seatbelt is on. >> Hey, may I ask you something? The delusional calling the delusional delusional is always a real treat. So, if I drive past you, right, and I don't have my seatbelt on and then you get behind me, I put my seatbelt on, does that mean you have it on? >> true. I'm not guilty of anything. I saw you doing anything. I saw you do it. I can't afford a [ __ ] $10 seatbelt ticket for no reason. >> You could have afforded it, but you ripped your money up. Was cash he's tearing up 10 bucks? Yeah, he had like a bunch of singles and stuff. He He freaked out. I thought I was going to have to drag him out of the car. Cuz that's all it is. All they do is collect revenue for the state. That's all it is. Collecting revenue. I got my seatbelt on. Getting in trouble for having my seatbelt on. And it's true. That's what they're doing is collecting revenue for the state. They're not serving and protecting. They're harassing and collecting. dollar seatbelt ticket. Like it's the end of the world. >> My seatbelt's on. I shouldn't be getting a ticket. I got my seatbelt on. I should have I should have just arrested him for obstructing. Being an ass about it. Look, I got my seatbelt on. He's got Look at that, man. It's on. We watched him I should have arrested him for obstructing. As he's just ripping up his own money, breaking his own expensive glasses. Obstruction of what? Obstruction of his own insanity? This right here shows you how insane the cops are that they're they would even entertain the thought of arresting a guy who's destroying his own property while they're trying to take property from him. Put it on when every turn behind him. And then he's like yelling in the [ __ ] mirror and stuff. [ __ ] That's not right. That's not right. I want to have that here today. What was that? I can't hear you cuz of the motorcycles. Hell no, I won't do that here today. I should be enjoying the holiday and everything else, man. And you're out here I'm being harassed on my birthday this year. Being harassed. Getting in trouble for having my seatbelt on. You guys called the wrong day. He just spent $500 on his family. Probably bought some illegal fireworks. Should ask him to see his permit. Geez. They're going to be like those agencies that confiscate fireworks. Yeah. And then take pictures of it like it's a big drug keeper. Yeah. Body camera's on, right? What's on, sir? I'm recording this whole entire day. Good. You got my suing your ass. >> Okay. Sue me for a seatbelt. Cuz you weren't wearing it. I'm suing you guys cuz I can't legally do that. You can legally do it? department. I can take your money privately. Take you to court. Okay. Okay. That's a true fact. Okay. My seatbelt's on body camera. You're giving me a ticket with my seatbelt on. You walked up with your camera on to my vehicle with the recording of my seatbelt is on. Yes, but then you drove past him. >> was facing straight. I don't got side camera talking to this car. You're accusing me of something I didn't do. This is why you want your own dash cam. One that's facing out, facing in the back, and at least one cab facing so that when they do say that you weren't wearing your seatbelt. I don't know if he was wearing it or not. I don't know if he's telling the truth. I don't know if he's lying, but I do know this. In America, the land of the free, home of the brave, if you're not free to not wear your seatbelt, you're not free. But, you know, to cover your bases, have that cab facing cameras with a timestamp and you can prove in court that you were wearing your seatbelt and the cop was lying. $10 Okay. What's $10 going to break? Well, you just threw your money up, so. Yeah, I'm pissed off because you shouldn't be giving me a ticket for something that I didn't have my seatbelt Now, Scott's got him calmed down now. You have to look both ways, too, when you're looking before you pull out, and that's what I was doing. You said it was on. Well, this guy is full He's got nothing else better to do. He's like he's got nothing else better to do. My seatbelt is on now. I didn't have my seatbelt on. I know you have it on now. I'm So, when you drive away, too, I hope you keep it on, too. You have to wear seatbelts. That's why it's on. It's a law in Wisconsin and everywhere else in >> a law in Wisconsin. That's why you got a citation for not wearing it when you pulled out of your You give me a citation on camera for someone that you pull over at a stop who has their seatbelt on. This guy almost looks like Alex Jones and kind of acts like Alex Jones. How's that going to fly in court? When you go to court then, I will be there and I will testify to the fact that you did not have your seatbelt on, sir. Freaking out over a $10 ticket. Yeah, man. He just spent $500 on his family, dude. Yeah. It's going to be two against one in the courtroom. It's going to be you and your buddy and then me sitting in the car with my seatbelt on. Okay. How are you going to give someone a ticket saying that they don't have something on when they have it on? You can't do that. My seatbelt is on like it's supposed to be. You can't give me a ticket. Big props to the wife who's just keeping her mouth shut, by the way. I didn't even have my seatbelt on. I'm getting a ticket for having my seatbelt on. It's not right. You guys are going to be in court and all. You're being tyrants. I just spent $500 on stuff for my family. And here I I leave a place and these guys are staged up harassing people. I said it's on. Here's your information back, all right? >> My seatbelt is on. And we issued you a citation for failure to wear your seatbelt, all right? >> It's on. It's your body camera. I got my seatbelt on, you know. It's been on. I'm happy it should have been on before you left. >> It was on. So, it's $10, all right? >> $10 for the ticket. And you're freaking out over 10 bucks. 10 bucks. >> Yep, cuz we're doing a click it or ticket campaign. That's why we're out here. >> If you take some of your money together, maybe they they'll help you out with that. All right. Non-mandatory court date of August 11th, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. at the Racine County Circuit Court in downtown Racine. We don't postpone here, all right? You have to pay on or before the court date. If you choose to pay, you pay online, in person, or by mail. Information on the bottom of the citation, as well as on the bottom of the envelope, is self-explanatory. Okay? You have any questions? No. All right. Make sure you're buckled up before you leave next time, sir. All right. Be safe. You got good eyes. Enjoy your weekend. Yeah. [Applause] So, yeah, Americans are sick of being picked on by road pirate cops who are just generating revenue for the state, like this guy rightly pointed out. Some Americans just so happen to express their frustration in different ways. Leave your thoughts about this for the world in the global thought police in the comment section below.
