and so uh i walk up there and i hear did
you get injured

that's blood rubbing off from him
he did he did charge me but you know i
pushed him off in minutes
and um he uh
and uh she she was screaming at him
stop [ __ ] choking me you know get
away from me get out of my car things
like that
the only coherent person i can really
find over there is
she uh she disclosed to me that you know
that they've both been
drinking a lot oh yeah you can smell
some kind of shirt yeah a part of your
thinking
yeah yeah i'm not sure so she was gonna
take him home i asked for a license she
said she doesn't have one
okay and i leave that up to you know
jurisdiction yeah
um did you see anything like he tried to
advance on herself she tried her best to
get away to maintain a distance i told
her to go
to start walking i positioned myself in
between the two of them so he couldn't
advance him further
he did he did charge at me and pushed me
i pushed him back
and there was no mild mild scuffle
nothing to worry about nothing really
right home of that or anything like that
and then um you know telling her to walk
he maintains trying to follow her keep
trying to tell him just maintain his
distance
i managed to get the driver's license
off of him but he's still you know kind
of pursuing her down the street and
whatnot

you know eventually you know i'm making
my way back down towards you and
that's where you know oh okay

like physically did
any of them going at it physically other
than trying to see the either one of

he did assault her for completely
choking her and attacking her

she stopped and tried to get out but i

that she grabbed onto his face with her
nails
as that happened the daughter hits him
she like his back she said back he slaps
him
back and slaps him to get him off and
now they already stopped there
so when she hits him they she hits him
to separate
they separate he gets out of the car she
gets out of the car
telling him to get away from him and get
away from him at that time he's
applauded

at that moment the daughter separated
separating them again
to get back in the car she gets back in
the car
then that's when she said uh she said
that that's when she saw the marshall
come up
and after she started the marshall said
that they actually started going at it
did he identify himself i asked the
daughter if he had any time identified
himself as a martial or anything she
said no
but then then he came up and they were
just like
fight and the marshall kept telling him
that he won't shoot him he's gonna shoot
him

keep going at her whatever
um but she ran down here and that's

and the washer was able to catch up and

stopped that they're stopped on the bus

they started grabbing each other again

separated then again the mob got back in

and locked the doors so on the outside
right now you have the man and the
daughter outside
as they were joining there you just said

um as they were talking she said that

marshall that's when he showed up

at her putting the gun at her marshall

telling her to sit down on the curb

once she sat down the mom got out of the
vehicle
and started telling marshall that he was
choking me he was choking me
um that's what david the martial and the
mom were talking and then
marshall and the guy ricky were talking
at that time
she said that that marshall told the
girl to turn on the hazardous lights on
the vehicle so she went back in the
vehicle to turn on the emergency lights
and as she did that she said that she
heard a gunshot go off
over to the warning shot and i took this
out then
and i asked her like you know why and
she's like no because i was in the
vehicle
and then as she got out of the vehicle
finally if they should turn the
emergency lights on she got the vehicle
she noticed that they started they
started walking already down this way
and that's how we ended up here so who
fired the one shot the martian of
marshall
that's where she stayed so then
how did your mom have two black guys
there's two that's my eyes
she didn't tell me she all she knows is
that she said she didn't see
and you don't hit anybody but she knows
that when they were in the vehicle
