Now, I'm not saying you would ever be a cop, but if you were a cop, do you think you'd be able to tell the difference between this vehicle and this vehicle? Especially since you had just pulled one of those vehicles over because today we're in the great state of Arkansas. That's right, the home of Rodney Dunn who likes to perform pit maneuvers on pregnant women who are trying to find a safe place to pull over on the side of the interstate. Apparently, the road pirates in Arkansas really, really like performing those pit maneuvers. The woman had signaled she was pulling over. That didn't stop the police officer from doing this while she was still going 60 miles an hour. The pit sent the woman's vehicle flipping onto its roof, the pregnant woman strapped into her seat inside. Are you the only one in the vehicle? >> Yes. Okay. Pregnant. Why didn't you stop? Because I didn't feel like you were going to pull me over. Well, this is where you ended up. I thought it would be safer to wait until the exit. No, ma'am. You should pull over when law enforcement stops you. >> And you may be asking yourself, well, what became of Trooper Rodney Dunn? Well, he's still on the force because the highway patrol cares that much about your safety and the safety of your unborn children. But check out this TVI or tactical vehicle intervention and see what you think. We're going to watch the whole thing all the way through because I want to show you how ludicrous this is. It's almost as stupid as emptying your mag because an acorn fell on the top of your police car. Let's just start from the top and we're going to begin at 1 and 1/2 times speed just so we can get right to the action. So, this trooper is, of course, obeying all the traffic laws, but if he found out that you weren't obeying traffic laws, he'd be the first to pull you over and exercise some of that officer discretion on you by economically terrorizing you. Watch how he picks somebody out just from the pack claiming that they're going 91 miles an hour when I don't think he's being honest about that. Let's take a look at this. Again, we're at 1 and 1/2 times speed and then I'll slow it down when the action begins. Oh, there's his customer. I mean, victim. I mean, that's the person he's there to keep safe. Got to get that guy off the street. Look at this. Same speed as this guy right here and has been since the patrol car caught up with him. We're going to increase this to three right here. The guy pulls over. Now, let's listen to the cop's explaining dialogue. Hey, trooper with the funny hat. Remember, always keep your mouth shut. Anytime you run your trap to the police, it's not going to work out in your favor. And also remember, you don't have to roll your window all the way down and we're going to find out why in a second. That looks like a license right there. Is that your license? That's my ID. That's not my That's not my license. You got your license? You already had your seatbelt on, didn't you? Did you take it off? I just took it off. Why'd you take it off for? I took it off because I was I already knew you were about to pull me over. Well, why would that Why'd you take your seatbelt off though? You see what I'm saying? The cop comes up to the window, you know, and it doesn't look good. I ain't I ain't know I was supposed to have it on, but I thought you seen me with it on. Yeah, I I didn't notice. Yeah, I just took it off. Okay, I got you. Um, you got any marijuana in the car? I have marijuana. Any marijuana in the car? Cuz I smell marijuana. I smell marijuana, which would be virtually impossible if you just cracked your window. And in a lot of states, you don't have to give your license. All you have to do is present your license. They asked you for information, you gave it to them. You know, check your state, but typically, you don't have to put your license or your registration or your proof of insurance into the hand of the law enforcement officer {slash} road pirate. You got any weapons in the car? No. Any Any marijuana in there? Any marijuana in there? So, I asked if you had marijuana. You Is it yes or no? Do what? Yes. I got a I got a blunt in my pocket up there. Okay. Shut the front door. Given all the evil and the actual crimes going on all over the world, this is what law enforcement agencies decide to pour their resources into. I smell marijuana. We got some low-hanging fruit. We can fill the prison industrial complex with all these people who are committing non-violent crimes. Meanwhile, all the rapists, murderers, and thieves are getting away with actual crimes while these people trample our rights under the color of traffic law, corporate traffic law. So, no weapons in the bag right here? No? Okay. I got you. You can take it. So, do you have that license? Okay, this is ID. You know what I'm saying? That's what I'm saying. I'm I'm rushing. I'm rushing. I just got over. I'm trying to get to my wife. That's what I'm saying. She's on the phone right now. Okay, I got you. All right, I'll go back. Okay. wasn't that smell of marijuana in the bag. He didn't answer if he had marijuana or joint. Is there any marijuana in the vehicle? He gave me a small joint. I don't think that's what is causing that smell though cuz I asked him if he had marijuana and he reached in the bag to pull out something and I said, "I'm going in the bag." He didn't answer if he had marijuana or not. And I had to re-ask him two two more times. The supervisor on the other end, if he cared about the Constitution, the Bill of Rights, and your right to be secure in your person's houses, papers, and effects, should say, "Okay, now, do you suspect that this guy has committed a crime?" Well, yes, sir. He's probably trafficking drugs. Uh, is trafficking drugs a violation of anybody's rights? Does it encroach on anybody's rights? Does it victimize anybody? No? Then then screw that law, bud. Drug war laws, it's not a war against drugs, it's a war against people. Do you actually want to wage war against the people? Well, no, sir. Well, then carry on. Let the guy go. Why are you harassing this guy? That's what they should say if these supervisors are sensitized and sensitive to the Constitution, to the Bill of Rights, to your unalienable rights to pursue life, liberty, and happiness. But they don't say it. Why? Because they hate the Constitution. They hate your individual rights and they're not working for you, they're working for the state. They want to fill the coffers of the state want to make you a slave in the prison industrial complex. It's all a scam. And here is where the action begins. Look how freaking dangerous this is. Not just for the guy that the cop pulled over, not just for the cop, but also everybody else on the road who could plow into this stationary object that is now on the side of a busy highway that wouldn't have been here if the law enforcement agent hadn't decided to harass under the color of traffic law. Any number of bad things could happen in this high-speed scenario. A blown-out tire, a mechanical malfunction, distracted driving, an elderly person has a sudden seizure. If it's true that traffic laws are set up for public safety, for roadway safety, why are cops constantly creating roadway dangers? Here we go. The action begins. >> Now, before we continue to watch this state trooper, this Arkansas state trooper continue to put lives in jeopardy on our public highways, I ask you once again, could you tell the difference between a vehicle that you just got done pulling over and a vehicle you're going to initiate a PIT maneuver on filled with innocent people who don't know what the hell you state troopers are doing out there? And let the chase begin. What are you doing, [laughter] dude? Show me your hands. Show me your hands. Get out of the vehicle. SHOW ME YOUR HANDS. What did I do? I'm sorry. I got the wrong car. I'm sorry. I got the wrong car. You're good. Get back in the vehicle. I'm sorry. I'll give you a report number. I'm so sorry. Not only did this guy, he had to have in his mind a picture in his mind of the right vehicle, but he didn't even have to perform the PIT maneuver. They had already slowed down to 30. But this guy was so in his head and he was so dead set on taking this opportunity to do one of those coveted TV eyes so he can put that little notch on his lipstick case, cuz I'm certain that this little punk coward wears dresses and lipstick. >> [music] >> That he just couldn't help himself. Yeah, I'm sorry. I had a car fleeing. I thought it was y'all's car. I'm so sorry. I stopped the wrong vehicle. They're dragging their bumper. While the Arkansas State Troopers Association claims that Trooper Fitzgerald was fired from his job with the Arkansas Highway Patrol, we got another question for you. Is he still certified and can he still be hired to be a trooper in another state? And my bet is the answer is yes, because troopers, law enforcement agencies, sheriff's departments don't care about public safety, they care about officer safety. And it doesn't bother them one bit to put the rest of us at risk. Leave your thoughts about this for the world and the global thought police in the comments section below. Isn't it pretty easy to distinguish the difference between this vehicle and this vehicle, especially when just a couple of seconds prior this is the vehicle you actually pulled over? That makes no sense. I'll see you in the next video. >> [bell]
