right now
if you don't car I'm gonna break the
window and pull you out okay so you
decide how you want to handle this
welcome back to the van Balian Channel
guys today we head to Pennsylvania for
yet another traffic stop where a
sovereign citizen grandmother with kids
in the car yep it's going to be one of
those kind of videos it gets pulled over
by Lehighton Borough Police Department
for an expired inspection sticker and
she goes straight into the usual scripts
and nervously I might add and encouraged
by the daughter in the passenger seat
unfortunately for her though this cop
who is a supervisor is not interested in
debating any of her pseudo-legal
theories at the side of the road
unrightly so and immediately removes her
car window and then the grandmother from
the vehicle
what is your what is your badge number
your ID number
483
um
what's your emergency how can I help you
please play your hard way
I don't
I don't need to
get my phone and I'm gonna call uh
[Applause]
before I'm gonna break the window and
pull you out okay
so you said how you want to handle this
don't no my personal property
I am
a traveler not for Commerce and not for
Transportation because
excellent [ __ ] job
unbelievable
no it's not excellent nor does she Rock
for listening to your bad advice you
should be ashamed of yourself for
encouraging your mother to play these
soft sick games especially when you've
got kids in the car
disgraceful
I swear if they break your windows
Shrek
so as you can see the people in this car
not only give terrible advice they make
terrible predictions also
I'm not free to operate I'm not
answering questions
please don't touch my car
don't break my window of my personal
property you know what I am not I feel
safe
police to um
wow there is so much dumb going on in
this video that I can hardly keep up
first of all asking the supervisor for
the supervisor is always comedy gold so
please keep doing that subsets and while
that's happening we have one of the
passengers saying hold my beer I can how
stupid that by calling 9-1-1 for the
State Police and unfortunately for them
none of these delay tactics are going to
pan out because the cop has heard just
about enough of this and does exactly
what he promised he would do if she
didn't step out of the vehicle
um
foreign
[Music]
[Music]
mom you have to stop she says we're not
one minute early she was praising her
for not complying I guess it's all fun
and games until it's not right so now we
switch to another camera angle of the
stop from a person who just happened to
be at the gas station filling up her car
she isn't involved in this but she
doesn't let that stop her from
interfering in a stop she knows nothing
about
you're gonna break her arm
you're scaring the kids man
[Music]
yo
what is your problem
there's kids in the car
oh my God
you're terrifying the poor little kids
in the car
you've got to be kidding me right now
I completely agree the driver is a
complete and utter modern for attempting
The Sovereign citizen script while she
has her family in the vehicle with her I
know she's talking about the cop but it
makes listening to this sidewalk
commentary more bearable to pretend
she's talking about the stupid mother
and grandmother
get in the car
[Music]
she wouldn't get out of the car so he
broke her [ __ ] windshield and almost
broke her [ __ ] arm
which is what you open yourself up to
when you first refuse to comply with
love ladders and then resist the rest
she's only got herself and her daughter
who encourage this to blame I think
Child Services need to be investigating
this family after this charade
over here dummy
get in the car
come on man
she didn't do anything either
come up to these tricks in the car
come on
[Music]
no they're gonna arrest him
they're gonna arrest me if they see me
[ __ ] taping this
[Applause]
no hold on stop stay here do not go over
there I know I just don't want you to
get
come on guys
guys
[Applause]
well it's not really any of your
business is it but please don't let that
stop you from inserting yourself into a
situation you know nothing about to make
yourself look like some kind of hero for
internet clout
oh my god dude
come here
honey yes
[Applause]
okay okay
all right
[Music]
okay all right no no no no no come here
come here come here
come here
hello hello
arrested
yesterday
poor kid it's a shame the family members
you were sharing a car with didn't
realize or consider how all this would
affect you before playing these soft
sick games
to put your ass
[Music]
if they hold these two ways
calm down
hold on there's another cop coming
no I'm not not at all
[Music]
hold on
[Applause]
okay all right thank you
okay yeah sir thank you
yeah that's why I told him to come over
here you know
you know okay
okay
all right okay
let me talk to you officers here and
figure out what's going on okay hold on
I died
calm down
we don't appreciate that information
how disheartening is it to hear those
words come out of a kid's mouth like
that they really have done a number on
him indoctrinating him into believing
all cops are bad this stop now reaffirms
that here so well done for that the
family can now say look this is what
happens when you're traveling freely
leaving out the part of course where
it's against the law to drive a car with
an out of date inspection sticker which
at worst only gets your vehicle towed
and the part where it's not really a
good idea to resist the rest
oh
you got it one he's dead
where do you live at you live in town
okay thank you
but you guys are originally
yeah
what is your grandmother's name honey
voice
though
yeah that's my grand mom
is his grandmother's name yes
so that sounds like all the adults were
LED away in silver bracelets it's
unfortunate for the kids but arrest is
always a possibility when you play soft
sick games I just wish they would stop
involving their kids in situations they
know can go south but that's never gonna
happen
anyway according to the comments over on
Facebook they have or had a GoFundMe set
up to pay for a lawsuit against the
police and like this coming to rightly
pointed out using laws they do not
believe in well isn't that always the
case which no one gave a dollar to
according to this post and then I read
somewhere else that it has already been
taken down that might be why I can't
find it anywhere this is all speculation
of course because all we have at the
moment is the video anyway if I find out
any more information regarding this stop
I will of course link it in the
description
