Today we have a video from Unpopular, and the title of the video is disorderly 19-year-old shows up at woman's job ready to fight, ends badly. Yeah, we've been having problems on Facebook for the past wakes up thinking about me. Okay, so she wants to fight Yeah, honestly She was posting pictures of me when I was a child because I did send to my boyfriend at the time. So she thinks she can get away with this cuz she thinks she can do whatever she wants to get away with it, and it's not okay. And I tried to square her off, and the girl kept coming to my car, hitting it, and then the old man ended up hitting my car as well. These girls keep bothering her. They broke her window. >> On April 24th, 2025, officers responded to a gas station following a report of a woman who got into an altercation with an employee and then struck an elderly woman with her car before driving off. Hello. Hey, what do we have going on? Good question. Sounds like there was an altercation by the person that fled in that black Honda. She fled northbound. I don't know who she was involved with over here, if it was the staff member of the gas station or another >> Okay. This is your car. That's what she hit that hit this lady with with her car, and then that broke that off. So she did get hit pretty good. So this lady is the one who got hit by this person. >> Yes. Okay. This gentleman and then the folks over there are going to have a better idea. >> Well, we also got video. Okay. They also got video, so Robert I told her that as soon as she pulled us OUT OF THE PARKING LOT, AND THEN SHE ACTUALLY PULLED us out of the parking lot, she hit that lady with this lady. Yeah. Yeah. I was too. I was on the phone with you guys. She was ramming into my car. And all I saw was her back out and hit her. She went flying. She hit her while she was in the car, right? Both. Job well done. There's a third person. Like And she's on a cane. Yeah. That white is what hit that lady. They came off of it and hit the Yeah, they were fighting you guys maybe. Do you Do you have video camera for this or whatever? Not of this kind of footage. I have a little bit of good footage. Are you unable to access the one inside? >> Yeah, I can't I think there was another one. Who can access it? You don't see much. I just see the lady on the floor right here. She hit her right here. He got her. She was parked here. No, she was parked in the handicap. No, she was parked she was parked here. So, she But she I didn't I stopped I didn't record before. But she's trying but she's trying to say here. And then there was a guy in a Chrysler great Chrysler Concord. But she's still trying to hit her. Okay. But she pulled up here wanting problems first. She came here first and I was countering. Do you know who she is? Alia Estep. Yeah, we've been having problems on Facebook for the past two weeks. She wakes up thinking about me. I can't tell if she wants to fight or not. So, see and I'm telling her like I am going to help you. So, she came here first starting problems first. Not only that though. Do you mind if I take a look at it? >> Weeks ago weeks ago she She was posting pictures of me when I was a child because I did send to my boyfriend at the time and my boyfriend I stopped responding to her and she's posting pictures and you guys never did anything about it. And I said I wanted to press charges on her and then the still shows up on my job. Yes. So, is there something that can be done about this because she thinks she can do whatever she wants to get away with it and it's not okay. And one of these days she's going to get hurt. And the only reason I didn't do it was cuz I have three kids and I'm on the clock. If I wasn't and this was a social setting I would have hurt Okay, well I'm glad you didn't because you might have been going to jail so. And then I don't care I got bond money. I got bond money. Yeah, you don't care you have kids. Well, I do but they also have a whole dad and everything else. But the thing is is that if this keeps going, you know. She's 19. So, a couple of things that I want to address. So, number one our male sergeant who spoke with you on the phone about the pictures Okay. I'm still waiting on a production record to come back from Facebook. Okay. So, I already explained the situation to her. So, I'm sorry about that situation and the way it's playing out but that's the way it That's the way it has to go, right? So, today we're going to try to follow up with her. Okay, that's what I'm trying to tell you. We're going to follow up with her. find her first, right? Don't do anything unless I find her. Okay, good. And we'll figure that out. Figure out what else I was going to say. We'll go see if we can find her and talk her down. And then we'll deal with that accordingly. Who can access the camera footage? Yep. I've got him. Let me go tell him real quick. Hey Jacob. When you have a chance, can you pull up the video camera footage for me, please? That unfortunately corporate said you know what? And we have to file a mental health report on how people talk to us. How long does that take? I can call him right now and see if he's available. Yes, if you wouldn't mind. Yeah, that's what I was going to say so you guys can speak to him real quick. Yeah. And he knows her. I thought I had his phone number and I do not. I thought I did too, but they lost my black phone. I only have the people one. It's all good. Hey Rico, it's Beth. I'm so sorry to bother you. Do you have a minute? I know you're probably not supposed to talk to us, but I'd like to speak to you real Okay, give me one second. I'm going to hand him over, okay? That is our loss prevention. Hey Rico, this is Jacob with LPD. We're just looking to get camera footage of what happened in the in the parking lot cuz it should show somebody getting hit by a car. Thank you, I appreciate it. I assume it goes without asking if you want her trespassed if the Yes. It's like the second Yeah, second time this week. And then today this? >> Yes. Hi. Hello. Are you Aaliyah? Yes, she said yes. Huh? This is my daughter. Oh, no way. Oh, she's over there. Okay, well, can she come outside? Yeah, she's coming. Hi, are you Aaliyah? It's my mom. See, before we get into it, man. Listen, that gas station that gas station must be paying good, boy. She said she got bomb money. She ready to go. She ready to crash out. Forget the kids and all of that, man. She come through. I'm crashing her, man. Crashing out. On one end I get it, you know, the disrespect and all of that. I I On one end, I understand it, but then on the other end, it's like I feel like it's just different when you when you're a single person with no kids and it's like, you know, you feel disrespected and, you know, whatever, you going to crash out, right? If you don't mind going to jail or anything, all that stuff, right? But when you got kids, I feel like it's like you got to set a better example, man, because this is all this is >> [clears throat] >> How should I say you're willing to go to jail over a woman saying words, right? She didn't put her hands on you. She's saying words and because she's spreading photos that you thought you sent in private, but the guy leaked them or whatever. Cuz that's the only How how else did the photos get out? Because if you if you had a boyfriend at the time and you you you know, ladies, you know what I'm saying? Whatever, you know, ladies want to you know, uh excite their man every now and then, you know, you know, you know, uplift his day, you know what I mean? And some of of that nature or whatever. And uh he leaked them cuz it had to come from him cuz how did the other people get it? And so, he leaked them, which is messed up. And they're they're being passed around and stuff like that, and I understand that, but you know, the officers got to go through their their protocol, you know, they got to reach out to Facebook. Facebook probably has 30 days or or you know, 30 to 90 days or whatever to reach back, you know, or something you know, so it's just a whole process. But you ready to crash out and you know you got kids, man. Come on. Over that? It's it's like I I I I don't think it's that I know it's a big deal. I don't want to say it's not a big deal, you know, explicit photos being passed around about it. It is a big deal, but I feel like the only reason people should be crashing out and willing to risk it is if it got something to do with their kids or like a loved one, you know what I'm saying? Maybe mom, dad, something like that. Um because you got to think you got to think about them kids, man. Even if you only in jail for the night, it's like, come on. You just bringing an extra burden onto the family, man. Now, yeah, you may have bond money, but that's just extra money that's going out the household that don't need to be. So, whatever. I just feel like her alarm went off. Please, hurry. Hurry up. What happened over at the gas station? >> So, I pulled up to the gas station to buy a drink. I asked the girl at the cashier to refuse service. Started yelling everything. She like that I get out of your mouth. I literally just walked up to get a drink. Like after she started recording me and screaming, so I did the same. There was an old man in line behind me and he started screaming as well. She was just telling them to like go in front of me so that she could like ring them up and everything. I just like walked out, went back to my car, turned it on, and then the old man Well, I told the old man, I was like, "Keep on smoking your cigarette. Like just calm down." He got even more mad, so he was yelling in my face, so I went to my car and he was parked on the right side of me. He got in his car and then a gray car pulled up to the left left side of me. There was a man in the driver's side and a girl in the passenger's side. Man, you can hear the shakiness in her voice. She know she cooked. You can hear it. You can hear it. The way she Listen to her voice, isn't She's not saying it with a confidence, nothing. It's a lot of shaky and nervousness in her voice, man. And then you see this officer rolling up her sleeve. She like, "Man, if this goes sideways, I'm ready." There was an old man in line behind me and he started screaming as well. She was just telling them to like go in front of him so that she could like ring them up and everything. I just like walked out, went back to my car, turned it on and then the old man Well, I told the old man, I was like, "He bought cigarettes." I was like, "Go smoke your cigarettes. Like, just calm down." He got even more mad so he was yelling in my face. I went to my car and he was parked on the right side of me. He got in his car. And then a gray car pulled up to the left left side of me. There was a man in the driver's side and a girl in the passenger's side. Uh the girl got out and started hitting me. She knocked over my window. Started punching my my driver window. So then I like put my car in drive and I like tried to go out and then the gray car like reversed and hit me. So I like tried to swerve my way around them and then there was an old lady walking by and I really didn't feel that I hit her but I think she threw herself. Like both the girl that was hitting my car and her were in there and I like went forward and I like braked really hard cuz I saw them and then I tried to swerve around. The girl kept coming to my car, hitting it. And then the old man ended up punching my car as well. Okay. I just left. I felt unsafe and I called 911 you guys. You told 911 though that you were still there. Is there any reason you told them that when you were here? I was not here when I was on the phone with them. Yes, you were. So our dispatch has a way to track where you are when you call them. Yes, you are. I I called them when I was like when I left. So why did you tell them that you were there? I'm sorry? Why did you tell them that you were there? Because I was I was there and then I left. Okay. Do you have your driver's license and registration on you right now? Uh on me right now? Okay, where is it? Probably inside my purse. Okay, can you go grab it? Yeah. I have it in the Okay. Did anybody damage your car when they were hitting it? Yes, on the inside. Here's the registration and my ID and insurance. I have it on my iPhone. Okay, I'm going to need a copy of your insurance and your ID so can you go charge your phone real quick? Yes, ma'am. And if you could just plug it in and come back out. >> Did they say anything about her or >> There's other officers over there. Because they said these girls bothering her. They broke her window. Does she know who these girls are? Okay. The girl over there, she came and broke her window over there while the car was parked. We didn't know when or how, but one day she just found the the car broken. Yeah, that's So, we have Oops. So, how do you know that she broke the window? You don't know how or when or whatever, but you know it was them. That don't make sense. Come on, Mom. Mom, you don't even know what's going on. Just You You You You hearing information that's passed down through your daughter. She It's one-sided Listen, Mom. Just Just stay out of this one, man. Just stay out of this one, man. know when or how, but one day she just found the the car broken. Yeah, that's So, we have two other officers on scene. That's who he's on the phone with right now. She's going to explain it all out. You know, I just got to grab everything in case there was a traffic accident. Yeah, it sounds like she did hit her in the intersection, so it might be eating something like that, but I'm not sure because I'm here, not there. Mhm. Well, she said that she didn't feel like she hit anybody, that she saw the lady just fall down like by safety. Yeah, so they they have cameras and everything there, so I'm sure they're going to be looking at that. So, we'll be able to figure it out. Okay. Can I bring you the the insurance I have on me? Yeah, that's really what I need. Do you have a regular driver's license Um, yes. Where is that? Somewhere in my purse. Okay. Just so you know that when you're driving you need to carry that with you. All right, Aliyah. So, it sounds like the old lady that was there that you hit, sounds like you confirmed that you did hurt You hurt her. I did. Yeah, and she's elderly, so that's an at-risk crime. So, unfortunately for that you're going to have to go to jail today, okay? So, can you turn around for me and put your hands behind your Can I get my stuff, please? Well, well, let Mom grab it, okay? You're holding it. >> Mom, come here. Mom! Um They're taking me to jail. We'll explain it in a second, okay? Or my partner over there, if you want to go chat with him real quick. It'll all get worked out. I need my Mom, can you bring my phone charger, please? Yeah, we'll go get it. Go get it. Go get it. Mom, Mom, Mom. Bring Can you grab your phone charger for me? When I get So, we'll grab it for you, okay? We'll make sure your mom grabs it. We can't let you back in the house, though. I'm not going back in the house, Mom. Okay, but we'll have your mom grab it, but we need to get you in cuffs right now, okay? Mom, come here. Can you bring me my charger, please? Mom, bring me a charger. She will. We'll get it after, okay? Where is the charger? Bring me your phone, please. I can't go to Bring me your charger. Get her together, boy. Come on, get her together. Get her together. Come on, man. She not acting right. How many times are you going to ask ask her to turn around? And go grab my charger. I need my charger, battery pack. I need I need my Crocs. You know, yeah, I need everything. I need my lipstick, lip gloss, mascara, whatever, eyelashes. She need everything, man. She needs a hair tie, even though she got a hair tie on her wrist. She needs another hair tie. Yes, I promise I'll come out, okay? I know it's your fingers like your prints. So, you guys have proof that We're just going to put that person So, my partners that are over there um are the ones that are traffic one. So, it's one of our traffic officers, so going off what they said, they're the ones that are over there watching the video. That sounds like my partner's going to be the one doing the booking. are going to take in the fact that I was being like harassed, attacked, and they were being We'll be talking. I know this isn't fun right now, but this is what it is, okay? You need anything else? Do you need medications you need or anything like Do you have a phone charger, a phone, driver's license, or anything like that? >> What's going to happen after this? She'll go to jail because it's a person's crime, so an elderly female was hurt. Again, I heard I heard a bit of what she said. Um that will all be taken into consideration in the report and everything. And then court is the place to fight it. Um so she'll have to see a judge, and I don't know that that'll be today, probably not. Probably be tomorrow. And then they'll decide whether or not that they set bond or release her on her own recognizance. I don't know how that will go. That's all up to the And what about the other people that were harassing her? That's something that the officers We're here right now. The officers that were there, they had told us that they have probable cause to place her in custody right now for this vehicular assault and or criminal assault, I'm sorry. Mhm. Evident risk? Evident risk adult, and then the traffic charges. So again, that will all What were the traffic charges? That will all come to be seen. So that I don't I don't know either. >> I believe it was the hit-and-run charges, but I'm going to take into consideration everything you told me, and that will be documented and all >> and this will all be in the court and all that stuff. You're all good. I know it's not fun right now. I apologize for you having to go through all that, but this is what will happen. Am I able to press charges on them? We will work through all that. The investigating officers Well, again, we came here to contact you. They're They're not contacting you, thank goodness. So that's something that If you wish to, when she takes you to uh our police department to start the booking process, if you wish to waive your rights and talk to the officers and answer questions, um then you can do that there. And then they'll work with you to try to figure that one out. Are we able to call her? The woman was charged with third-degree assault against an at-risk adult, elder, or juvenile.
