okay I want to cover this incident that recently happened reportedly coming out of Jacksonville where there was a shooting at a Dollar General this is another example where the police department has a responsibility to clarify things to ensure that people's rights are secured as they're pursuing criminals and they don't do it they fail at it big time and they drop the ball and this has to do with people in our community namely people like the armed fishermen who want to go out and educate people by showing them that it's okay to get out there and exercise your rights to display your your weapon to have a bulletproof vest on to have a long rifle to have a handgun listen to the description that this Sheriff's Department functionary how he describes the shooter and there's no qualification on it which makes it dangerous for we and the armed fishermen and everybody like him who want to exercise our constitutionally protected hahaha because cops don't protect our constitutional rights but these supposed constitutionally protected rights listen to this tonight I stand side by side with a law enforcement Partners our mayor city leaders to share the heartbreaking news the Jacksonville has suffered the loss of three precious lives at the hands of an active shooter this afternoon a little after 1 pm an individual we have not yet officially identified in our Dollar Tree in a new town area of Jacksonville outfitted with a tactical vest armed with the AR style rifle and a handgun oh my God a tactical vest an AR style rifle and a handgun who does that sound like he described without any qualifier guys this is our friend the armed fisherman it sounds like they described him let me show you he's got everything he doesn't have his vest on I don't think in this picture right here but he does right here he has all that he has the tactical vest the AR style rifle and a handgun and I'm going to show you I'm gonna I'm gonna play the rest of this clip with this Sheriff's Department employee this welfare recipient where he doesn't qualify so it kind of puts in the minds of the people when they hear this and they hear this kind of reported event going down I don't know if it was a real event I don't know if if it wasn't I don't know if it was organic I don't know if it was planned or it's it's not the in the scope of this video to determine that but I do know that what he described was something that is completely legal and constitutional and something that every free man and woman should be and can be and is free to partake in but he doesn't give any qualifier this Sheriff doesn't give any kind of qualifier and so it puts in the minds of the lemming masses the non-critically thinking brain pickled propagandized fake stream media masses the extreme media molded masses that oh anytime I see somebody like oh I don't know say the armed fisherman walking on the street I'm conditioned to panic and fear for my life and call 9-1-1 it was a tactical vest armed with the AR style rifle and a handgun then the shooter killed three people before turning the gun on himself taking his own life other than the three individuals killed and the shooter himself there are no additional people who suffer gunshot wounds we are not identifying the deceased victims at this time but I can tell you that there are two male victims and one female victim all all of the deceased victims are black multiple units from the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office responded to this active shooter scene as did members of Jacksonville fire rescue our mayor and city leaders now they're billing this as a a racist hate crime because the guy who had the AR and the tactical vest and the handgun was white and apparently he had he's going to show a screen right here where he supposedly had swastikas on his gun and you know he's a white supremacist and of course he made a Manifesto that's really convenient you're still in the very early stages of this investigation so there's a lot of information that we don't know at this time I will show you that with you the information that I've been able to uh to verify the shooter was believed to have resided in Clay County with his parents he was involved in a 2016 domestic call in Clay County with no arrest in 2017 he did have a Baker Act we know that so he was Baker acted which means somebody called the authoritize on him and said hey I think this guy's a danger to himself and to others and the sheriff's department moves in and forces medical treatment on him as a matter of fact forces him away from his family and takes him to a government-funded medical facility where he's basically not free for 72 hours guns are taken away and freedoms are completely trampled into the baker act so this is a person who is the recipient of Baker Act treatment and when you treat somebody like a common criminal who may or may not be I don't know maybe this guy's wacko I don't know maybe he's a CIA plant I don't know I don't know I'm just spitballing here but when you treat somebody like that how can you expect them not to want to go into retaliation mode I mean the government doesn't have a real good track record at causing people to walk down on the straight and Arrow they actually create a or Foster or fuel a an already present Criminal Intent in the heart of most men 11 39 a.m today Sheriff Cook gave us information that he left Clay County headed to Jacksonville at one time at 1 18 pm he texted his father and told his father to check his computer at 1 53 PM the shooter's family members called The Clay County Sheriff's Office by that time he had already began shooting in Jacksonville the Clay County Sheriff's Office who has been assisting our agency with this investigation received information after the shooting that the shooter had authored several manifestos one to his parents one to the media and one to federal agents of course he did of course he did he's got three separate manifestos he's got everything well thought out one to his parents one to mainstream media and of course one the federal authoritize that Ma everything's all nice and neat and tidy here wait till we see what was imprinted on the side of his gun portions of these manifestos detail the shooters disgusting ideology of hate play me put this shooting was racially motivated and he hated black people he wanted to kill Nick that's a one and only time I'll use that word I want to be very clear that there is absolutely no evidence that the shooter is part of any large group we know that he acted completely alone if you take a look at the images on the screen you'll be able to see what he utilized the weapons that the shooter used today are a Glock and a AR-15 style rifle this is a dark Block in an AR-15 criminalize those things ban those things make Society safer by having the government move in making sure that only the military and only the police and only political parasitic security guards have firearms because we need to be kept safe please please do it enact these laws criminalize all these innocent gun owners day in Jacksonville's history any loss of life is tragic but the hate that motivated the shooter's Killing Spree adds an additional layer of heartbreak there's no place for Hayden I don't know if you can see this let me see if I can blow this up can I blow this up I wonder how much of this is real this is being filtered through mainstream media it's being filtered through government funded police sources and you know this guy talks about this this individual this Sheriff talks about this individual being radicalized I can't think of an organization who does a more thorough more complete incessant job of radicalizing individuals I don't care if it's Americans or other people in other lands with their governments that they have to deal with nobody does a better job radicalizing people than the United States government in my opinion community and this is not Jacksonville let me know what you guys think in the comment section about that comment right there Community I'm sickened by this car this colony of hate homicide detectors are badged uniform clown coward who employs other badged uniformed clown cowards who abuse their Authority on the constituency they're supposed to be protecting and serving is talking about the Cowardly Act of a lone gunman it's it's rich with irony actively investigating this tragedy and despite the fact that the shooter is dead they will continue to investigate this until we have a complete understanding of what happened and even why he did it our Jacksonville Community collectively cries tonight to the victims and victims families our thoughts and prayers are with you well this is the reported event or situation that happened in Jacksonville Florida and my heart goes out to anybody who suffered the negative consequences of this guy's actions but it is just this guy's actions and its incumbent upon a person who's supposed to be protecting and serving the people and safeguarding rights to say hey but I want to make it clear even though this guy had a protective vest on even though this guy had an AR-15 style rifle even though this guy had a you know Glock or some kind of handgun that is not to say that everybody who wears that kind of stuff is an evil person as a matter of fact you want somebody like that besides you in aisle five if they're not criminally minded because if something does come down like if this guy comes into the room you want the armed fishermen to be in your aisle whether it's a sporting goods Iowa grocery store aisle or you're trying to pick out a you know bouquet of flowers for your girlfriend you want the armed fisherman being in your aisle but better yet with the armed fishermen and everybody out there is trying to convey and let's you know let's let's go to the armed fishermen here let's just focus on this what you want to convey is that this right here is not wrong it is not criminal activity it is not Beyond The Pale of reasonability and sanity this actually is more sane than going to a public area not having this because there are so many crazy people out there and then if you choose not to have that for yourself or for your family or anybody else in your zone of influence then don't object when you see this guy wanting to protect himself and his family because you know what there's another reason the armed Fishermans of this world go out there like this it's so that they can protect you who choose not to empower and defend yourselves so I just to summarize this as tragic as it is what happened in Jacksonville and all over the place with all these crazy people going into public places offering people with their you know their long rifles or whatever as crazy as that is it's incumbent upon the law enforcement agencies to be very quick to say this is not illegal this is certainly not unconstitutional and as a matter of fact we encourage the armed Fishermans of the world to have protective vests and long rifles and handguns what if this guy who walked into the Dollar General encountered this guy first what if what if he saw the armed fisherman kind of walking in the parking lot with his don't tread on me flag maybe he'd go somewhere else where there wasn't an armed fisherman who could actually do some fighting back because this guy who offered himself the Dollar General was probably thinking hey I'll just have uh this is gonna be a safe working environment I'll have my way I get to overpower a bunch of
