stopped by the police only batman is
usually of some help
even though he is fictional unlike these
gurus who unfortunately are all too real
they give him questionable legal advice
during traffic stops which usually ends
with him being placed in silver
bracelets
well he's back once again with another
traffic stop fail with nearly 15 minutes
of dead air i really wish soft states
would learn to edit their videos down
but not to worry i'm not going to make
you sit through dead air that's my job
the video is titled bluffton highway
patrol speeding ticket extortion so yeah
he's still blaming others for his own
actions like all soft seats do
the video kicks off after the initial
police interaction but before the cop
comes back with the ticket which is the
best part along with the additional clip
at the end of the video which you're not
going to want to miss

consent to any contract i asked him what
this is regarding a contract he said no

not driver in commerce

speeding tickets and not contracts
they're just speeding tickets
if they were then they wouldn't be
enforceable because you just wouldn't
sign the contract
in fact it would make all traffic laws
and enforceable
but here's a novel idea have you ever
thought about driving the speed limit
for a change i bet you follow other
rules of the road like stopping at
lights and using your blinkers
or is it just the rules that you don't
personally agree with
and i told them that i was doing this

a damn ticket of throwing a ticket
i've already said i don't consent to any
tickets so i mean i only i don't consent

contract
first i asked him if it was

okay so in this next clip he puts
forward a theory as to why he might have
been stopped for speeding

so when the officer
was looking at me right now staring at
me
i was going 50 i'd slow down to 45
so as you see
it's possible that i was going about 44
to 49 or 50.
right
so if the speed limit was
55 which he says it was
that
you might have been wondering why i was
going 40
and at 50
five
because i slowed down to 45 miles an
hour
well my speedometer
so probably was going like 45 to 40.
so i was already going 10 miles an hour
on the speed of it and slowed down 15
miles an hour
when he pulled me over
leave it to us offset to explain to us
why he's not guilty of committing one
traffic offense well in the act of
committing another traffic offense
for those of you who didn't spot it well
he's driving with his smartphone in his
hand it's as simple as that which is not
only illegal but it's dangerous as well
and yes he thought it was a good idea to
