So, your IQ's that low? You were one of them cops that got hired, huh? The idiot cops drop out high school. I'm sure. Yeah. Huh? >> Um, you ever heard of the Constitution in the United States? Huh? Have you ever heard of the United States Constitution? Didn't you take an oath to uphold it? Yeah, sure you did. There are no exceptions to my freedom of speech. Get the off my property, man. >> Okay. While the government is obsessed with dividing people into groups instead of uniting them as individuals, cops are busy abusing their power as they play on the ignorance of those individuals. And we're not just talking about a small subset of cops like it rarely ever happens. Those few bad apples that we always hear about. Abuse of power is a pattern of their life. It's their profession. It's what they get paid to do. They can claim and pretend it's for your welfare and for your safety all they want, but actions speak louder than words. So, I've compiled a couple videos from cops in different departments so we can examine those actions cuz this really is a game to these people and it's all about control. And if the problem with the world is that there are evil people, then the last thing we need to do is give some of these people unbridled authority and power and qualified immunity. Cuz this is what happens when some of those psychopaths obtain the ring of power. >> All right. What was the crime? I'm sorry. I'm just >> not a crime. >> What do you need my ID for then? It's not a crime because we don't know who you are and you're out here parked and one of the things that we do out here is we if we have a a vehicle that's parked and >> Mhm. >> you know it's a little odd just to be parked not doing anything. It's not identify the people who are out here. >> Sorry. I want to >> I didn't ask you to come outside the car. >> What? >> I didn't ask you to come out. >> I didn't ask you to step outside the car. >> Okay. >> All right. What do you want? >> We have to kind of go about this the right way. You just can't jump out of cars when when you're on a police car. >> Yeah. I literally just parked here about a minute ago and I could even show you on my dash cam. >> Okay. Well, we need to see your ID so we can identify you. >> I'm not giving my ID, dude. >> You're not going to give us your ID? >> No. >> Really? >> Yeah. Cuz unless I committed a crime or something. >> No, that's not how that works, man. >> Yeah, cuz you look where you're parked right now. >> Are you allowed to be parked here? >> Uh, I don't see the sign. >> So, so what you're doing So, let me just want to make sure I have this down correctly. >> Yeah. >> Okay. You can record me all day. I'm recording YouTube. You're refusing. >> I'm not refusing. >> Well, when we ask you >> if you committed a crime, then I get my ID. >> No, no, no. That's not how it it works there. When we ask you, you're to identify yourself so we know who you are because that's one of our jobs out here that we're doing. And then when you refuse, what is that? What is that? >> That's only refusing if I'm refusing if there was a crank committed or something. I'm not going to have my rights violated. Dude, >> your lights aren't We're not violating your rights. >> Can I see your ID? >> Can I see your everything I have? >> Okay. You can see everything I have, too. >> No, I don't. I don't know who you are. >> I just told you who I am. >> My name is Rodriguez. >> Well, my name is >> right here. >> It's posted right here. You're not You're You can see my >> I'm not doing nothing wrong, dude. >> I literally just pulled up, parked, about to take some photos. It's also another reason why we stop people here because it's a it's a narcotic area where a lot of people like to they stop drugs are passed drugs are given a lot lot of things go go down like that >> I'm literally about to go into the military too >> we want to deprive you of your rights because reasons we're just making up reasons he's just coplaining right now and he's hoping this guy's going to be ignorant but this guy's not as ignorant as a lot of people in the past that these cops have probably encountered. >> That's why well that's why when we ask you you know who you are we eliminate these these things very very simply. So you're refu So what you're telling me is you're refusing to give us >> I'm not refusing unless it was a crime committed. >> Okay. So you said your name is what? >> Miguel. >> Miguel what? >> I'm not giving you my last name. I'm not violating the rights. >> I've run into border patrol every day here. Never had an issue. >> I'm not border patrol. Yeah, but I'm just letting you know cuz you're law enforcement as well. They're federal. >> That's the police. >> They're federal. >> We're not We're not for >> I'm not saying you're both >> refusing to identify yourself, dude. That's a problem. >> No, I'm not. >> Oh, yeah, it is. >> No, it's not. Unless you committed a crime, then it's refusing. >> What? What crime did I commit? I'll give you my ID. Just got to tell me a crime. >> Commit a crime? >> What's the crime? >> You did not commit a crime. >> Okay, then I don't have to give you my ID. So because this guy was knowledgeable, he mentally arrested these law enforcement officials who were more than willing to trample his Fourth Amendment right to be secure in his person. And this one right here is just flat out bizarre. >> Guy, you can take you can record me all you want. >> I know, sir. >> Okay. >> There's someone just flagged me down and said there's a gentleman with a kid that are acting suspicious >> just sitting here. >> I don't know. Sitting is acting suspicious. >> Okay. So all I'm asking you is what are you doing here? What I'm doing isn't relevant. >> It is relevant. >> Okay. >> Okay. Come on. Stand up for me. >> For what? >> Come on. Just stand up. >> Why are you touching me, sir? >> Stand up. Come over here. >> Why are you touching me? >> You have ID on you? >> I do have ID. >> Okay. Let me see your ID, >> sir. I'm not I'm not required to produce ID unless I'm being suspected of committing a crime. >> 170. Sam, you buying an L tag? >> I don't understand how sitting here waiting for >> All I'm trying to do is communicate with you and find out what you're doing here. >> I'm I told you, sir. I'm waiting for a friend. >> Okay. But why are you here? Cuz I'm waiting for a friend. >> Yeah. Not good enough. >> How is that not good enough? Sir, I've answered your question. >> Hey, can you 911 be me at Cedar Bluff and Rothrock, please? I got a uncoop citizen. >> I don't understand again how I'm uncooperative. I've answered your question. >> You're answering this simple question that I'm asking. You're not answer. >> I've already answered your question, sir. >> You didn't You don't You did not tell me why you're here. >> I don't have to tell you why I'm here, sir. >> That's the issue we're having. >> But I don't have to. I'm not required by law to tell you why I'm here. >> I didn't say you were. Okay. As a normal citizen, someone who is would like to keep the neighborhood safe, >> you should be just give me simple answers so I can leave. >> I gave you the simple answer, sir. >> That's not the answer I'm looking for. >> That doesn't matter what you're looking for, sir. >> Can you come down to Roth Rock and uh and uh Cedar Bluff? >> Yeah, copy for >> Hey, when you were down here earlier on Cedar Bluff, did you contact anyone? >> No, sir. All right. I got a a a guy and a a young kid down here that are refusing to give me any information and apparently don't have any reason to be here. So, come on down here for me. >> Sir, I've given you a reason why I'm here. >> No, you know what it is. You're just being a jerk. >> I'm not being a jerk, sir. Standing up for my rights isn't being a jerk. >> You're not standing up for your rights, sir. It's cooperating with me to keep the community safe. To tell me why you're here and why you're you don't belong here. >> You're not cooperating with me. I'm trying to force you to cooperate with me, but you're the one being a jerk. >> I How do you know that I don't belong here, sir? >> That's what I'm asking you. >> I've already given you an explanation of why. >> Sitting here waiting for your friend is not a good enough answer. So, sitting can't tell me where you have a car here. >> That's not relevant, sir. >> That's the problem we're having. You're totally uncooperative. >> It's not uncooperative, sir. Am I Am I legally legally obligated to answer your questions? >> No, you're not. >> Okay. So, then what is the problem? >> Because it just goes to show you that you're a troublemaker. >> It's not a troublemaker, sir. I've never been arrested. I've never been in trouble in my life. >> You're setting a very poor example for this young kid right here. >> To teach my son how to stand up for his rights. >> It's not about standing up for your rights. It's about standing up for the community. My job is to keep the community safe. >> And I applaud you for trying to do your job. >> You're giving me zero information why you're here. >> I've given you information, sir. >> Right. >> Do you know that I don't live here? >> No, but I've asked for your ID and you won't give it to me >> because I'm not obligated to give you my ID, sir. >> This is the issue we're having, >> sir. I'm not obligated. I'm not saying you're obligated, but we've run into an issue here where you're being uncooperative, not giving me the information I'm asking. >> I've answered every question you have. Sir, >> the issue that we're having is a power struggle. This guy right here, this cop wanted to control the other man. I'm going to give you a command and you are going to obey my command. That's how this is going to go. Here's the deal. You don't have rights. I'm in control. You're not. This is psychopathic behavior because if you try to do the same thing to somebody else that this cop is doing to this guy, forcing him to do things against his will, the just thing would be to remove you from society. Now, watch this cop think he's going to take advantage of somebody's ignorance. First and foremost, identify yourself. Name and badge number, please. >> What's your reason for stopping me? >> You don't have a gun on the bike. Down the sidewalk. >> I have a horn on it. >> Okay. You're in the street. >> I'm not on the sidewalk. I got off right here and pulled up. >> You could do that. All you have to do is give way to pedestrians. >> You were in the street, >> which I can be. It's legal. >> You were in the bike lane. There's no license. >> There is. The street is the bike lane. >> Just come to the hood, man. Relax. >> No. >> Get your supervisor. What crime have I committed? >> It's an infraction. >> Check. Check. Check. And check. Made. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> What's the infraction? >> Give me your name. >> What's the infraction? >> Just a vehicle. >> Get your supervisor. I will >> get your supervisor. >> Okay. In a second. >> What's your name? >> I don't answer questions. >> You just said that to yourself. That's it. >> No, I don't. Fourth Amendment. >> What's your ass? >> Reasonable, articulous suspicion that I have, am about to commit a crime. >> It's just anction, >> which isn't a crime. So, I don't have to I don't have to surrender my rights. My person is my property. My ID is my property. I don't have to surrender. I don't answer questions. Fifth Amendment. >> Stop moving. >> You're the one creeping up behind me. I don't answer questions. Fifth Amendment. Officer Freddy Mercury is dazed and confused. >> It's electric. >> Yeah, it's electric. >> Just sit down. I'll look at it. >> No, I don't have to sit out here. >> I don't have to sit. >> Okay, just do it back over here. >> No, I'm good. Right where I am. I'm on a public easement. >> Stay right here. >> I can be anywhere I want. >> Why are you >> Cuz you haven't articulated a crime that I committed. This is an illegal detainment. >> This is an electric bike. I don't need a license. I don't need anything. >> I don't even need a helmet because I'm not under 16. This is Long Beach. These streets are deemed bike lanes. >> I'm not upset. I'm educating you. Get your supervisor and quit asking me questions without an attorney. >> Get in here second. >> Then quit asking me questions without an attorney. >> What is your name? >> Quit asking me questions without an attorney. >> I refuse to answer questions pursuant to my fifth amendment of the United States Constitution. >> I ask you questions right now, dude. >> I don't care. You're asking me questions. >> You haven't articulated the crime that I've committed. >> So I don't have to answer no questions. My name is my property in pursuant to the Fourth Amendment. Unless you could articulate any crimes that I have and we're about to commit, I don't have to surrender that. >> This is a double nightmare for any cop because number one, this guy's not ignorant. He knows his rights and he has a video camera so he's recording so he can cover his bases. Remember, cops lie, cameras don't. Get your supervisor. >> I'll do that once. >> Because you're harassing me. That's why I'm upset. >> I'm not harassing you. >> Yes, you are. >> I'm not. >> Yes, you are. >> No, I'm not. You pull on the street. You don't want license plate on there. Don't need a license. Place electric. >> You didn't signal. >> Yes, I did. I put my hand to the side. >> Did not do that. >> Just because you didn't see it doesn't mean I didn't do it. You were behind another car. >> You were the second one in line right there. >> This cop is desperately trying to throw everything, including the kitchen sink at this guy. And he's checking him at every turn. >> Cuz you do understand. I'm gonna get your body cam and your dash cam, and it's going to show you're behind another vehicle. Fine. >> What's your name? I don't I answer questions. >> What's your last name? >> If you want to ask me questions, provide me with an attorney, please. >> You're not being interrogated for anything or anything. >> You're asking me questions. That's an interrogation. >> Your name? >> Provide me with an attorney. >> What's your name? >> I have the right to remain silent. >> You just have to ID yourself. >> I I don't have to ID myself absent a crime. Fourth Amendment. I went to law school, buddy. I went to law school. >> Which is not a crime, you dumbass. >> No. Then provide me with an attorney if it's a crime. And lastly, we've got this cop trying to deprive another American of their unalienable rights. >> You can record your ID. >> No. Did I commit a crime? >> Well, I'm investigating something. >> Am I Am I being detained? >> Well, not at this point. >> Then no, you don't need my ID. >> Okay, I'll just find out who you are. I'll just >> Now, I invoke my right to remain silent. If you want to ask me any more questions, you should uh wait till I have a lawyer here. So, is that all you wanted was about to leave? >> Find out who you are first. I >> think we're all set here. >> I don't think we are. >> Am I being detained? >> Am I here? I need to find who I'm talking to. >> Am I being detained or am I holdight? Hold tight. >> No, you can hold tight. So, will you work for me? >> You watch how you talk to me. >> I'll talk to you. I see fit. >> No, you won't. >> Yes, I will. >> Am I being detained, >> sir? Just hold tight. >> Am I being detained? Yes or no? >> No. Am I being detained? Yes or no? >> You don't have a beef with me. You have a beef with I have a beef with you now. Am I being detained? You're violating my rights. >> I'm not violating your rights. What's your right, sir? Tell me your right. >> Am I being detained right or am I free to sir? >> Am I being detained? Am I being detained? Tell me your right. >> Am I being detained? >> You don't know your right. >> Am I being detained? >> Copy. All right. So, you need to leave your neighbors alone. At this point, you're trespassing. Will be trespassed. >> At this point, you're trespassing. You need to leave my private property right now. >> I'm letting you know. >> Hey, you don't have any right to be here. Get off my private property. >> I'm telling you now. >> Get off my property. I don't care. You don't tell me nothing. >> Okay. Well, I am telling you. >> I'm 30 [ __ ] years old. I I've lived my life with no instruction. You don't tell me what to do. >> I am telling you what to do. >> You don't tell me what to do. >> I just am. >> You are not You have no authority to tell me what to do. Yes, I do. No, you don't. Sir, you're being detained. Do not throw leaves in your neighbor's yard. >> Am I being detained? >> You understand? >> I understand. Am I being complaint with you? >> Am I being detained? Yes or no? >> Sir, the complaint is >> Why can't you answer my question? Why can you Are you that >> Sir? The complaint is that your phone. >> So, your IQ is that low. You were one of them cops that got hired, huh? The idiot cops drop out high school. I'm sure. Yeah. Huh? I just need you. >> The DEI low IQ cops. You can tell when a cop is not used to being treated like he deserves to be treated. These guys are constantly earning the hate and they're shocked when they encounter somebody who stands up for themselves. >> Do not put leave. >> Okay, I need you to get off my property. If I'm not being detained or if I'm not under arrest, you need to leave. >> Have a great day. Okay. Good day. Good day. >> Good day. Take off. Kick rocks, buddy. >> Kick [ __ ] rocks, homie. You [ __ ] tyrant. Get the [ __ ] off my property. the public. That is a disturbance. >> Um, you ever hear of the Constitution in the United States? Huh? Have you ever heard of the United States Constitution? Didn't you take an oath to uphold it? Yeah, sure you did. There are no exceptions to my freedom of speech. Get the [ __ ] off my property, man. Get off my property right now. Leave. Go home. Go be a tyrant somewhere else. >> No. Who you think you are, homeboy? >> Sir, I think you might want to go back to your house before >> I think you should leave. >> I don't need your instructions. You're not my dad. Don't tell me what to do. >> You have no authority over me. I do. >> No, you damn sure don't. You damn well do not. Kick rocks, homie. >> Now, if I was a betting man, I would say that these cops are not there to protect you. They're there to control you.
