That's not okay. So what? It's a freedom of speech, sir. It's a freedom of speech, sir. I can say what I want in my mouth. It's a freedom of speech. You're mad. You're mad, but you're racist. You're mad cuz you're racist. Yeah, you're racist. You act like Don't touch me. Don't touch me. Like I said, don't touch me. >> Don't force my 94. >> Don't touch me. Don't touch me. He's arrested me cuz I told him I'mma shoot him and I don't care cuz you're racist, sir. You're racist and I got my license. I don't care. I got arrested. >> You get out. >> I got arrested. Don't touch me. Don't touch me. >> They keep touching me and I told him not to touch me. >> No, I'm not. I gothere. >> Yeah, he's right here. >> 24 seconds. >> I don't want you touch me. I want somebody else. I don't want you touching me. I'll let somebody car up against the car. >> Can you please come get my hands running? Please. >> It's okay, baby. It's okay. I'm okay. They just pulled up the >> hell. It's okay. It's okay. Don't cry. Do not cry. I love you. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. Don't cry. Don't cry. I love you. >> I love you. I'm sorry. >> You wouldn't act like it's in front of your kids if you were sorry. >> He took my license plate on my car for no reason. I have six days to get a license plate. It just expired today. Why did he take my license plate? I have a temporary not supposed to take my license plate. I'm going to let him drive without my license plate. >> I'm right here. >> You're not understanding what he did. He took my license plate off my car. >> In the state of Florida, you have 6 days to get a new license plate. >> It just expired today. >> Ma'am, >> it's not even expired yet cuz today shut your pie hole for a second. I can't get where it is. All you want to do is yell at me and I'm trying to help. >> Y I'm talking to you. walking back to my car. She got out of her car, started walking towards me, said that she was going to shoot people. Started calling me all kinds of racist things cuz I took her expired temporary license plate. I tried to 105 her. She got back in the car. She was calling people out. >> My license plate expired today. >> You just need to calm down. >> You took my license plate car for no reason. >> She's got kids in the car, too. >> No reason. I My license plate is fired today. This is me. I'm suing you. I assume you cannot take my license plate. If it's not even passed today, if it was the 27th, I wanted to stay for 26. You cannot do that. So, you're going to Oh my goodness. These cops these these these cops can't even get in a word. All you hear is like it's like, you know, like when it's a when you got like a dog, but like they like a puppy. You know what I'm saying? And they just want attention. That's kind of what she sounds like. She just sounds like it's just Come on. And then you going to tell your kids, "I'm sorry. He was letting you slide." Like, come on. Obviously, he know that you ain't got no license plate. So, he going, you know, he going to put the word out. Yo, ah, there's a boom. She ain't got no plate, but she going to get it. She going down there today. They was going to put that word out, man. It's not You wasn't going to get pulled over for that. He was letting you slide cuz you got to go pick up your plate. Go pick up your plate. Like what? That's it. All you had to do is just drive down the DMV. That's it. End of story. You know what I'm saying? Or park it up for today and then, you know, ride home today and then boom. You know what I'm saying? tomorrow. Go down there, pick up your license plate. What is she not understanding? Yes, your tag is expired. Yes, but another tag was already assigned to you, so that's it. It's not like it's expired and there was no tag assigned to you. Nah, man. Come on. She don't understand. Like doing all that barking. You going for no reason. He gave you the speeding ticket was going to let you rock out. Go ahead. Here you go. Then you gonna say you g you you gonna do all of that. Come on, man. Saying that is never going to work out in your favor. I don't even know why someone would even say that. Doesn't make no sense. >> Hey, I'm telling you, I'm suing y'all. I am definitely suing y'all. I'm not playing. I am suing you. And you touched my phone. You hung up my phone. Yeah, I'm suing you, sir. >> You did that already? >> No, I didn't. >> I am suing you. >> Just the body. So, I think that it's >> Take a step back. >> I don't think she has any cockets. >> Well, I'm not to spray my legs, so I never been arrested before. So, >> well, I'm I'm helping you. Listen to her. >> I'm spreading how far you want me to. >> No, step back. [Music] >> Partner did illegal [ __ ] >> I highly doubt it, but we're going to figure it out. >> Sir, he took my license plate for no reason. Today is the 26th. Why did he take my license plate today? I haven't been here. >> Okay. I haven't. >> It's not a fire, is it? I'm confused. Is that a spire? >> Well, give me a minute. >> I just got here. >> I'm trying to bend my legs. I can't stand up like that. >> What's your name? >> Jama. >> Okay. Pay attention to me. Okay. So, >> just went a body. So, she should be good. >> I'll help you out. I'll figure it out. I I'll be able to explain it to you. I'll be able to explain it to you. >> Do that. >> I will be able to explain it to you once I know what that's going on. >> Okay. I understand. But I want I want to ask you a question. >> If my license plate's expired today, I have until tomorrow to get a license plate, right? >> We're going to get in the car. Okay. >> All right. Get in the car. >> Yeah. >> Just relax. Okay. >> She got out of the car as I was walking back to the car and said that she was going to shoot me. She needed her temp tag back and all kinds of stuff. >> Why can't you get out of the car? You're under arrest. And she went out of the car. I just held on to her the whole time cuz I wasn't going to tase her with her kids in the car. >> Okay, >> I just got here. Somebody's calling. >> So, hey. All right. Somebody Where's your mom's phone? >> It was right here. >> It's at It's out here on the roof. >> Somebody's been calling. I don't know who it is. They said it was grandma, but >> but yeah, if you want to take it back to >> Yeah, cuz I don't It's locked. >> Yeah, I saw that. >> All right, we're going to get somebody here for you. Okay. >> So, well, he told me you told me you were stopped for he said for speeding. So, all right. So, I he was probably giving you a warning for that or what have you. He said the tag uh expired today, right? However, not however. Hold on. Hold on. Let me finish. However, he said it'd been replaced. >> I didn't know that. They didn't tell me that it's a temporary tag. >> Okay. But what happens is when it gets replaced, that temporary tag becomes no good at that point because now it belong Now the car belongs to the new tag. Whatever it is, a new temp tag, a new hard tag, whatever. >> You guys have any water or anything? >> No. >> But like I said, I've only talked to him for a little bit. But now the problem is where you are now is because of the screaming and yelling and whatever transpired prior to me getting here >> for me screaming yelling. >> Well, apparently you threaten him and multiple things. >> I did threaten him. That's not illegal. >> When you threaten to shoot somebody, that tends to illegal. >> It's not. >> No, it's not. If I don't actually do it, it's not illegal. >> I can say what I want in my life. >> So, you only think if you shoot somebody, it's illegal. >> If it's If you shoot someone, it's illegal. But saying it doesn't put action into it. Actually doing it does. Okay. >> But I did not actually shoot him. So that's not an actual arrest. >> I got you. I got you. >> So I'm trying to understand what I'm going to jail for. >> Once we get all that sorted out, I've been back here with you. >> Almost the whole time. >> You need to watch his camera. I touch him. >> Same with him. He got here way after me. >> All right. Hang out right here for me for a second. Okay. >> How long is my mom going to be in there? >> I don't know, sweetheart. I don't even know what's going on yet. Okay. He said, "Well, I'm taking." I said, "You can't do that." I said, "When did it expire?" He said, "Today." I said, "Today's not over. I can see if it was the 27th. That's different. But today hasn't ended and it's a temporary license plate. It's not like it's a hard plate. It's a temporary license plate." And he said, "No, I'm not getting I said, "Sir, you need to get my license plate back." And that's when I got out of the vehicle, said, "Can you get my license plate back?" He said, "No." I said, "You racist, I will shoot you." And then he came and grabbed me. I said, "What are you grabbing me for?" He said, "Because I told you to get in the car." I said, "Okay, I can stand in the road if I want to. It's not illegal to stand in the road." He said, "Well, I'm going to arrest you." I said, "For what?" He said, "Get out of the car." I said, "I'm not leaving my kids in this car." So, I'm trying to understand where and when did that become an arrest? >> We'll get We'll get all that. All right. Don't worry. You know what? All this will be >> Good thing she ain't a lawyer, boy, cuz she would be cooked. Who whatever client she represents would be cooked. Would be cooked. Oh my goodness. She got the law all backed up, all reversed. >> Body camera. So, it won't even have to be your word against his. All right. I'm going to close this door. I'm going to give that deputy your phone for right now. Okay. >> Let me see what else we need to go to jail with her. >> I don't know, >> but she needed it on for the location. End of my investigation. >> Yeah. So, that's the end of that, man. That's crazy. Thought on a Leo. Can't make it up. Good luck fighting that in court. And then you admit to saying it, too. Oh my goodness. Can't make this up. I don't know what's wrong with these people. Anyways, I think the officer, he handled it a little differently than I would have handled it. As far as I mean, I think everything up until the whole I'll shoot you part. I you know I think he handled it pretty well. Like he just took the tag. All right, go you can slide. You know what I'm saying? And then she barking and all that, but he was trying to let her slide like go ahead just go pick up your tag. You know what I mean? But after that, once he had her once he had to go hands-on with her, I mean, I would have handled it a little bit differently. I know that the kids were there and he didn't want to do too much in front of the kids, which is definitely a good thing. Um, but you can't have her running the show. I mean, and she's a big girl, so you know, she she she built like a dude, honestly. You know what I mean? So, it's like you you you got to tase her or something cuz she's not complying like at all. Like, so what are you going to do? Sit there. You literally, we just sat here and watched them literally wait for probably about 15 20 minutes for another officer to show up. You can't wait that long just sitting on the side of the road holding a wrist looking stupid in the face. You know what I'm saying? So, I think he should have tased her and got her together. I understand why he didn't, you know, so it's like a catch 22. Every officer would handle that a little bit differently. But overall, I think they did a pretty good job, man. Um, you know, pretty cool dude. You know, the officer was pretty cool. You know, she brought this upon herself. So, I'm giving them a four out of five um overall. So, how well do you think the officers did in the comment section below? All right. Let me know. All right. And um you know, if you enjoyed this content, there's going to be a video on the screen somewhere and check it out.
