agricultural officer was more interested
in the horse box and paperwork
he isn't a traffic cop hence why he
wasn't really pushing it with the
license registration and insurance
but I'm sure the right to travel
Advocates will have a field day with
this one this is all they really need to
convince themselves that you can drive
without a license
