but now can you guys hear me now come on man how about now it should work now for some reason the audio is turned no no what the heck what is going on here audio output yes you can now you can by five okay sorry guys wow glad i did that i would have been talking for 30 minutes and people go no there's no freaking sound so let's just check out system audio can you hear system audio right here of taxation but i always knew that canada was really hot you should be able to hear system audio let me know if you can hear me and joe rogan you know it used to be we hear you now sound working okay let me know if you just put yes i can hear joe rogan if you can hear joe rogan i see a lot of yeses i don't know if it's for me or for system audio or both the camera was high but just say yeah system audio is working system audio good thanks thanks james freeman hey what's up james i saw lackluster in here got the gang all here um okay so what i was saying that you couldn't hear is a lot of people suggested that i go live a little bit more and so i want to i want to do that i do enjoy hanging out with you guys it's real refreshing to be with people who are like-minded and and when i say like-minded i'm not talking about locking ourselves in our own echo chamber and saying the things that we want to hear for to hell with everybody else i'm just talking about like-minded people who really appreciate value and contend for earnestly contend for freedom because we want to be free i want my family to be free i want me to be free i don't want to i don't want to worry about a knock at the door at two o'clock in the morning because i didn't obey the authorities local state and federal and i want you to be free and that's what this channel is all about and the reason we title it here's the deal is because that's what you hear from a tyrant right before they're about to trample on your rights so i put this meme up here mom what is betrayal well it's when your country's suffering from inflation from too much government spending and they send 40 billion dollars to a foreign country and i talked about this i don't remember if it was this channel or d live but to put a billion dollars into perspective or this 40 billion dollars into perspective to earn 40 billion dollars would take a thousand people earning 40 000 a year it would take them a thousand years for those hundred people earning forty thousand dollars a year to earn their first billion dollars that's ridiculous we have inflation we got military industrial complex spending we have the washington's district of criminals spending like there's no tomorrow and you know for some people there's not going to be a tomorrow because they want you to own nothing and they want you to be happy now let me give you a word for the day and i just learned this from liberty savage i did not know this prior to today and i wonder if you guys did maybe you did i wasn't clued into it but i learned this from liberty savage on twitter and the the word is the word for the word for the day is hoplophobia put in the put in the the um the comments section if you don't look it up don't be honest okay what is hoplophobia does anybody know here i'll spell it what's up not telling haplophobia that's the word for the day anybody know what hoplophobia is what's that broken system broken trust oh what i was saying that you couldn't hear before is if you send a super chat i've got my viewer activity screen open so if you send a super chat you want to get my attention and you want me to read something i guarantee you i will read it at the end of the video or somewhere in the middle that where it's appropriate haplophobia you know how people like you know if you have a if you don't like a certain thing you know you're not saying that hey you shouldn't do this or i'm going to force you to do that or whatever you just don't like a certain thing to add phobia to it oh you're transphobic oh you're homophobic or you're you're uh you know whatever phobic well this is hoplophobia and hoplophobia is the irrational fear of guns fear of hopping says jamie hoplophobia is the irrational irrational fear of firearms we got a whole lot of that going on these days the reason i wanted to this this wasn't uh in the purview of what i wanted to talk about but it caught my eye before i went live and i want to demonstrate to you joe rogan's kindergarten mentality toward who he thought justin trudeau was and because there's a whole bunch of copyright stuff going on with the joe rogan podcast and spotify i'm just going to read to you what he said because he he basically does call justin trudeau and i call him justin fidel castro trudeau a creepy effing dictator and that i mean let put a one in the room if you agree with that i don't disagree with that so he says people were friendlier it seemed like uh it seemed like a great system but then when you have a creepy effing dictator for a prime minister that's what he is the way he behaves the way he behaved during this thing the disingenuous way that he communicated it freaked me out why why would it freak you out when a politician acts like a politician that's what the prime minister is that's what the president of the united states are there they're politicians uh you know engaging in politics the clever and deceptive art of using euphemisms lies emotionalism and fear-mongering in order to dupe average people like you and me into not only consenting but demanding the chains of our own enslavement why would you be freaked out when a politician acts like oh i don't know a politician a politician that is constantly pushing statism you know statism that brilliant idea that we give a small group of people the right to kidnap and prison harass steal from and kill people so that we can be protected by them from people who kidnap harass steal from and kill people it makes a whole lot of sense that is the psychopathy in a nutshell of the problem of statism and that's what we got to overcome but he says it freaks him out because i never thought that guy was like that i never thought that a guy who ran for political office who wanted to grab the ring of power so that he could dictate what other people can or can't do i never thought that he would act like a psychopath go figure this is a kindergarten mentality i don't care who they parade on the stage in front of you democrat or republican you know liberal party conservative party it doesn't matter they want the ring of power they want to be in the legislative seat where they're trying to write the rules to make you do something or not do something so this shouldn't surprise anybody and it's crazy if he truly thought i never thought this guy was like that that is a kindergarten mentality that is that is staying cemented in ignorance in cognitive dissonance and you know sprinkling a little bit of stockholm syndrome in there rogan went after trudeau for attacking truckers with no provocation before invoking the emergencies act to quash the peaceful demonstrations against overreaching covenant convids 1984 v double x i keep forgetting we're live we're live we'll do it live i thought he was a handsome fellow what does that have to do with anything in the arena of politics i thought he was a handsome fellow with a good vocabulary of course they're gonna have a good vocabulary that's why they put obama out there right after bush he was articulate that guy was a teleprompter reading pro who cares how good they talk well you know i i didn't see the tyranny coming he was such a handsome guy he was such a good talker he seemed like a he seems like a nice guy said rogan how how how elementary can you get how ignorant can you get how naive before he really leaned into the woke stuff i thought he was a kind sensitive guy and i thought that's probably a good disposition to be a leader the way he did it he just cast a pejorative label on them with no evidence with no provocation it was like i'm gonna label them this so that i can impose laws to stop them from doing what is essentially a peaceful protest where has joe rogan been what's going on here i mean i'll try to give the guy the benefit of the doubt that he really is that ignorant but i kind of don't think he is rogan was not the only one to criticize justin fidel castro trudeau for his handling of the protesters who oppose his policies during a house commons public safety committee meeting on thursday former deputy minister of national defense and security adviser richard fadden told parliamentarians that trudeau went too far with his historic rhetoric labeling protesters so i just wanted to point out to you that one of the reasons that we're in the shape we're in right now one of the reasons that we have tyrants running rough shot over us is because we remain cemented in our ignorance we remain naive we actually think okay in the next four years we'll get some guy a little bit better who will lighten our chains oh he won't allow us off the plantation to actually be free but at least he'll give us the illusion that we are free that we have control over our own our own destiny i'll tell you what guys we gotta get out of that mindset and we gotta get out of that mindset like yesterday because like it or not democracy is the cosmetic applied to the face of tyranny to give the slaves on the plantation the illusion that they're in control of their own destiny never forget it never forget that democracy is evil because it is a wealth redistribution plan no different from the communist totalitarian marxist socialist plan so just real quick for today's news there was apparently 20 wounded multiple shootings in downtown milwaukee following this nba game but i thought it was kind of interesting how they reported on this listen to this an incredibly violent night here overnight in the city of milwaukee police still on scene hours later this a mass shooting investigation underway at this hour milwaukee police saying 17 people shot overnight in what appears at this hour to be a shootout police have arrested 10 people nine guns recovered as this investigation continues all this transpiring just hours after the milwaukee bucks nba playoff game just several blocks from here what's interesting is that the cops say they recovered nine firearms nine firearms on the scene and you know what's going to play out here you know how leftist media is going to spin this and maybe even rightist media will jump in on this nine guns oh my god that's what you get when you have a country of 323 million people and you got 400 million guns we got to get these guns out it's the gun's fault that's why i want to start out this video with hoplophobia the irrational fear of guns because you know chucky schum little chucky schumer's going to have something to say about this adam schiff for brains nazi pelosi diane frankenstein they're all going to jump in on this aoc of course we can't let this happen because politicians care so much about us right you can take a look this is what the scene looked like overnight as investigators started to arrive and they are now piecing together all of the elements of this mass shooting as we come out here this morning take a look down here this is all we see it is garbage littered all across for blocks and blocks evident signs that people once the shooting started through their stuff and ran this investigation underway at this hour that's really not happening you actually when you have big crowds you actually see evidence of that whether there's a shooting or not that's kind of weird milwaukee police say that 17 people were injured in two shootings in downtown milwaukee during near an entertainment district and down here let's listen to this right here breaking news at five o'clock on your saturday may 14 17 people shot in downtown milwaukee just blocks away from pfizer forum it happened just after 11 p.m at the intersection of water and juno that's where you know anti-gunners will actually use this as see we need to get guns off the streets pro gunners are going to go no this is an example of why you need to be packed and racked man you need to be ready at all times it's better to have it not need it than need it not have it if you're in this situation where something was happening like that would you prefer to be disarmed or armed would you rather call 911 or 1911 or 357 you you tell me 12 news is matt smith is this morning now matt breaking news just coming into the newsroom we're learning it was 17 people shot gabriella still an incredibly active scene as we come on the air this morning for you mpd still here as you can see so it says police say they've arrested 10 people in the cases recovering nine guns from the scene and people are just going to freak out because they do have hoplophobia the irrational fear of guns before we get into the oklahoma law that actually stamps out the first amendment right to freedom of the press the man remember that tulsa shooting where that officer got shot and the guy um his buddy picked him up well the guy's name is david ware and he was just convicted yesterday and sentenced to death the man convicted of killing let me just i'll play this a tulsa police officer and seriously injuring another is officially headed to death row amber geiger is not headed to death row philip brailsford is not headed to death row those mesa police department cops or and the california cops who killed kelly thomas or the other mesa cops that killed james boyd are not headed to death row they went out intentionally to provoke enter harass and to steal from and to kidnap into cage and they ended up killing daniel shaver daniel shaver who's trying his best to obey every directive that philip brailsford and his uh his evil band of mesa police department officers in that laquinta inn hallway were laying down so philip rails for announcing he's not going to death row amber guy geiger who shot both john in his own house in his own apartment sitting on his own couch eating ice cream watching a movie you thought you think hey i had the right to be secure in my person's houses papers and effects i'm just going to chill out i've been working hard all week i'm going to grab a gallon of ice cream and watch a movie that'll be nice amber geiger comes through the door boom boom boom bottom john gone amber geiger gets 10 years she's eligible for parole today so how can she be eligible for parole but this guy right here david ware gets to go to death row because david ware who you know some might argue was defending himself from road pirates um he doesn't have qualified immunity qualified immunity is another thing that we need to take a look at and what's interesting is the people who have qualified immunity i.e badged law enforcement tyrants they will call you a sovereign citizen oh you think you can operate above the law while they operate above even their own laws so i just wanted to show you that another thing that happened in oklahoma before we get to this law change is the oklahoma police chief was arrested in a meth investigation in the sky this guy actually has experience on drug force task agencies it's calvin oklahoma an oklahoma police chief was taken into custody after finding himself on the wrong side of the law on friday the oklahoma bureau of narcotics announced the arrest of joe don chitwood the chief of the calvin police department so there was a there was a statement a couple years ago or a year and a half ago when he was actually acting as police chief talking about how the police are so great and you don't want to corrupt the police department by a couple bad apples well i'm not even going to call him a bad apple because if you're not free to deal whatever you want to deal on american soil you're not free i don't care who you are you should be free to deal whatever you want to deal and a third party shouldn't be involved in that but it says officials said chitwood's arrest was part of an investigation into methamphetamine distribution on southeast oklahoma this investigation began in mid-april this investigator said receiving information that chitwood was both using and selling methamphetamines in hughes county obn and dea worked in a joint investigation that resulted in chitwood's arrest here's chitwood right here by the way he he kind of looks like a user doesn't he he was the police chief guys a stream can rise no higher than it's the source this guy was the police chief he was the top of his chain in calvin oklahoma this isn't isil the reason i want to show you this is because this kind of stuff is not isolated this is what cops are involved in and um even the stuff that the public thinks is okay is not okay road piracy though it's legal in their eyes is not moral as a matter of fact it's immoral they're not going to talk about the road piracy but they're going to talk about chief chitwood from the calvin police department distributing meth woodward says agents were serving a search warrant at chitwood's home in watumka when they found small amounts of methamphetamine meth is the leading killer and check this out meth is the leading killer among drug-related deaths in oklahoma and for a peace officer to be responsible for putting more meth on the streets is a disgrace well what do you call road piracy isn't that a disgrace what do you call drug interdiction units that keep make people insecure in their person's houses papers and effects what do you call enacting red flag laws or extreme risk protection orders isn't that a disgrace can we talk about that for a second disgrace to the proud men and women in law enforcement who look at this put their lives on the line every day to protect our citizens from the deadly consequences of substance abuse it is not your job cops to protect anybody from anything as a matter of fact the supreme court has ruled on this and if you want two cases castle rock versus gonzalez and deshaney versus winnebago county let me just read real quick is one of those supreme court cases this right here was actually put out by the new york slimes believe it or not back in 2005 justice rules police do not have a constitutional duty to protect someone can they exercise discretion and protect someone yes usually who they exercise that reserve that discretion for though is fellow officers isn't isn't that interesting oh they can speed they can run through the stop light without putting on their lights or they're you know blaring their their sirens they can uh engage in other activities where if we did it we'd be considered uh criminal hold on one second guys i gotta let i gotta let dakota in he's crying at the door just a second [Music] come on boy come on all right here's a special uh here's a special appearance by dakota the most friendly chihuahua in oklahoma this little guy would not harm a flea look at him there he is are you happy aren't you embarrassed that you cried at the door in front of 511 people aren't you embarrassed give a thumbs up if you love dakota this little guy he's the best guy where's your where's your little where's your little toy all right that's dakota little baby dakota he's a good guy so the supreme court has ruled that cops do not have an obligation to protect you and there's an extreme circumstance in this right here with the castle rock case says the supreme court ruled on monday that police did not have a constitutional duty to protect a person from harm even a woman who had obtained a court-issued protective order the so the court issued a protective order in that context the cops the supreme court ruled that the cops are under no obligation to protect you even if there's a court issued protective order that if that doesn't tell you everything and show that what that guy just said about oh we have a duty to protect the public against methamphetamines and other drugs against a violent husband a court issue protective order against a violent husband making an arrest mandatory for a violation the decision with an opinion by justice antonin scalia and dissents from justices john paul stevens and ruth bader ginsburg overturned a ruling by a federal appeals court in colorado the appeals court had permitted a lawsuit to proceed against colorado town castle rock for the failure of the police to respond to a woman's pleas for help after her estranged husband violated a protective order by kidnapping their three young daughters whom he eventually killed mr gonzalez was psycho drove to the police station with his children in the back of his truck engaged in a shootout with cops cops killed him but even in that context with that court order uh protective order no obligation to protect you so when you see protect and serve you know on the side of cars which by the way those are disappearing as we move along in society they don't have it's a lie to protect and serve is a lie they'll protect and serve themselves they'll protect and serve the politicians they'll protect and serve the rules that take away your freedoms and put the politicians poc hands deeper into your pockets but they're not going to protect you they're not there for that now sometime on some off chance they might you know engage in protection if they exercise that discretion for you but usually it's going to go against you for hours in the night of july june 22 1999 jessica gonzalez tried to get cat the castle rock police to find and arrest her estranged husband simon gonzalez who was under a court order to stay a hundred yards away from the house he had taken the children ages seven nine and ten little kids as they played outside and he later called his wife to tell her that the girls he had the girls at amusement park in denver mrs gonzalez conveyed the information to police but they failed to act before mrs gonzalez mr gonzalez arrived at the police station hours later firing a gun with the bodies of the girls in the back of his truck and the police killed him at the scene so that's castle rock versus gonzales police are under no obligation or duty to protect you there's dis duchenne versus winnebago there's a whole lot of other cases that show the supreme court goes yeah they're not obligated to protect you so this protect and serve nonsense it's it's it's bunk and so we come to our law that we have in oklahoma let me remind you don't take comfort in red or blue states okay i can't think of a more red state than my state oklahoma oklahoma has 77 counties and all 77 counties voted red in the 2016 election they voted red and in this state governor stitt this the guy who's the governor of this the state right now signed into law that it making it illegal virtually illegal to record police as they conduct their daily duties as public servants well in marbury versus madison they came to the conclusion that a law repugnant to the constitution is void i would say it's pretty repugnant to the first amendment to create a law to codify something that says that you know if you intend to use this film and put it online and including the badge number and name of the officer we're gonna assume that you're trying to harass and we're gonna issue a takedown notice and they've codified it into law against the supreme law of the land let me remind you what the supreme law the land is according to article six of the constitution and this is why i constantly say what spooner says whether the constitution be one thing or another this much is certain it's either authorized a tyrannical government that we currently have and we do have a tyrannical government or it's been powerless to stop it in either case what's it good for it's unfit to exist this constitution and the laws in the united states which shall be made in pursuance thereof and all treaties made or which shall be made under the authority of the united states shall be the supreme law of the land supreme means there's nothing higher you're on you're on the peak of mount everest and there's nothing higher everything else is below you if you stand on the peak of mount everest everything is below you but somehow these governors think that they can just no we'll i'll tell you what with the the with the science i'll tell you what i'm above the constitution today and i say that you can't regret i know what freedom of the press is and all that kind of stuff but i say no no freedom of the press here in oklahoma we'll get to the the verbiage and the terminology in these two bills right here hb 1643 and hb 2273 and the judges in every state shall be bound thereby anything in the constitutional laws of that state to con to the contrary notwithstanding so there you go with uh marbury versus madison and then it says the senators and representatives before mention and the members of the several state legislatures and all executive and judicial officers both in the united states and the several states shall be bound by oath or affirmation to support this constitution well i would say it's far from supporting the constitution if you made something that kind of puts an x over freedom of the press and by the way you are press you don't need pres there's no such thing as press credentials if you have a camera and you can you have some way to accurately record history playing out before your very eyes you are press you don't have to be donald lemon from the communist news network jakey the snake tapper sold out sean hannity from faux news says to support this constitution but no religious tests shall ever be required as a qualification any public or trust or under the united states so what's the supreme law of the land supreme law of the land is the constitution of the united states and yet somehow the legislators and the governor of the state of oklahoma with 77 counties that all voted red determined that well if you if you take photos or video of cops then we may determine that as threatening intent i'm gonna read this bill but uh this guy actually writes a pretty good brief on it bill meant to protect privacy of government workers think about this think about the irony and the um the oxymoronic stance of this you're a public servant but this bill is meant to protect your privacy as you act as a public servant nonsense it makes as much sense as jumbo shrimp or tight slacks or military intelligence bill meant to protect privacy of government workers prohibits posting a video or photo of a police officer with threatening intent and you know how they do it's like you you can feel safe going no i'm gonna i don't have any threatening attend i'm gonna go ahead and post this and then they go no that was threatening intent so they get to define the terms that's always a dangerous thing when they get to define the terms and they get to basically determine what your motive was in posting this thing intent is determined by a judge or prosecutor hb 1643 was signed by governor kevin stitt at the end of may 2021 and it took effect this past november 2021. so let me read this to you because i don't think i've gone over this this is the first session of the 58th legislature in 2021 in the state of oklahoma and the house bill is 2273 an act relating to law enforcement officers making certain acts unlawful providing penalties penalties for recording defining terms providing defining the terms the way they want to define them providing for codification and providing an effective date so a new section of the law to be uh codified in the oklahoma statutes it shall be unlawful for a person who by telecommunication or electronic communication as defined in section 1172 of title 21 of oklahoma statutes to willfully publish on a public online site or forum attempt to publish or conspire to publish on a public online site or forum personally identify personally identify identifiable information of a law enforcement officer with the intent to threaten intimidate harass or stalk that this is so broad these these terms can have broad definitions inserted in into them for example you record a cop who's harassing a motorist who's dragging her out of the car and throws her to the ground and you get the officer's name and badge number and then you post it online well in the state of california you could be seen as harassing that officer because you put his name and his actions out there as he was acting as a public servant actually a public master can you get a little oppression with that of course of course you can get oppression with that here let me put on a badge uniform and a gun and come with the authority of the state i'll oppress you whether you like it or not it's good for you and as a result causes attempts to cause or would be reasonably expected to cause substantial emotional distress the cop could just say you know a cop goes i feared for my life yes that wagging little chihuahua came up to me dakota the most friendly chihuahua in oklahoma but i feared for my life so i had to end it i had to end his life i had to pull out my service weapon they fear for their lives all they have to say is hey judge this uh this thing that brian put online or james freeman or lackluster covered it's causing me emotional distress i need you to issue a takedown and take take all those videos down that's what this law is saying it is it's not just a bill it's a law now as of november november 1st or financial loss uh to the law enforcement officer oh poor little guy you're gonna run over james sheets and oh i might lose my job and be financially affected well you just killed somebody i'm gonna remember amber geiger oh my god the first thing she said on the radio is i i think i'm going to lose my job over this she was she wasn't worried about botham john the guy she just snuffed out she was worried about the fact that she might not have a paycheck coming in anymore how how how messed up is that are these people even human i don't even know i don't even know hey schmidty we gotta say we got us a live one over here or financial loss to law enforcement officer or to the family household member or intimate partner of the law enforcement enforcement it goes beyond him it's like you affected his whole family by putting that thing online what's wrong with you you trying to ruin the guy oh that's malicious intent right there except as provided in some section c let's see any person who is convicted of a second or subsequent violation they're calling you a criminal for recording in public they're calling you a criminal for standing on your constitutional right to freedom of press and and putting it online freedom of speech and press violation of subsection a let's see it defines family law enforcement officer means any officer agent or employee of the state a unit of the local government or federally recognized american indian tribe authorized by law or by a government agency to engage in or supervise the prevention detection or investigation of any violation of criminal law and personally identifiable information includes but is not limited to in other words there could be more we can insert a whole lot more it's not just this right here name guys cops have name badges if you put that online then according to this bill right here they can they can issue a takedown because hey they violated the law by putting that up how is that how does that equal cops interested in any kind of transparency we don't want you to shine the spotlight on our oppression and our tyranny in despotic ways we're going to issue a takedown so now you because you acted as press and guys think of the gravity of what you're doing when you're out there recording police you are the eyes of the world that can't be there right then you are doing the world a favor by shining a light on something that nobody else sees so that they can see it so they can make a determination about what needs to happen in life and society so that we can make society a little bit better place you are the eyes of the world in that place the entire world thanks to the internet so if you post the guy's name badge or his um is his id number his badge number you you're guilty of violating this law you're a criminal telephone driver's license number social security place him in place of employment if you say yeah he works for the glendale police department he works for the tahlequah police department or he works for you know fill in the blank los angeles police department new york nypd oh you're you're in violation you're a law breaker you're a criminal mother's maiden name look at this here we go a photograph or any other realistic likeness of the person you are prohibited in the state of oklahoma to put a cop's image on the screen even if the cop is engaged in criminal activity that the public needs to know about it in other words what kevin stitt governor kevin stiff from the state of oklahoma and all these legislators that signed on to this bill right here which now has become laws of november 1st 2021 what they're saying is you don't have the freedom to offer any layers of transparencies to public officials you don't have any authorization to be pressed as a matter of fact we just violated the first amendment what are you gonna do about it they don't care this is a red state man we're not talking about a democrat state here far from it far from it but does it really matter at the end of the day when they took away your rights i mean what boot of tyranny do you want bearing down on your neck you want the red boot of republican tyranny or do you want the blue boot of democrat tyranny it's like choosing between two parties is like choosing what caliber of bullet you want to be shot in the head with you want the 223 brian or you want the 40 caliber 45 9 millimeter what do you want pick your poison it's literally insane so that's 2273 and 16 1643 says pretty much the same thing says whoever with the intent to threaten well we thought we we feel that you intended to threaten officer harris let officer cameltoe harris take away your rights but you are not and i repeat not approved to record her taking away your rights and if you try to record camel toe harris officer campbell to harris or officer creepy uncle joe biden interfering with your rights curtailing your rights infringing on your rights or just otherwise causing general mayhem and criminal activity in your society if you record that well we we assume that you intend to threaten or intimidate that individual and we're gonna issue a takedown notice because it's law man it's law if a law is unjust what what did jefferson say if a law is unjust dot dot dot what what what should you be obligated to do what should your duty be when injustice becomes law what becomes duty whoever with the intent to threaten intimidate or harass or facilitate another to threaten intimidate or harass uses an electronic communication device to knowingly publish knowingly publish post or otherwise make publicly available personally identifiable information of a police officer that's broad or public official or public official that includes judges uh prosecutors politicians law enforcement uh you know meter maids codes enforcement if you make that publicly available personally identifiable information of a peace officer or public official and as a result places that peace officer or public official in reasonable fear of death or serious bodily injury shall upon conviction ah you're a criminal be guilty of a misdemeanor punishment punishable by imprisonment in the county jail for a term not to exceed six months or buy a fine not to exceed exceed one thousand dollars so you can get you could go into a cage you could be thrown into a cage a rape cage for six months just because you posted officer camel toe harris abusing a member of the public that's not criminality that's something al capone would do for his own man i gotta leave cover for my own men here yeah of course guido busted him in kneecaps and this guy recorded it i went i want to not only do i want to take down notice on youtube or whatever social media platform it went up on i want to throw that guy in a rape cage for six months and charge him a thousand dollars because he filmed guido breaking sally jesse raphael's kneecaps that's the first that's the first name that popped in my mind be guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment of six months and a thousand bucks or by both such a fine and imprisonment upon conviction for a second or subsequent violation the person shall be punished by imprisonment in the county jail for a term not to exceed one year in two thousand dollars and they go over what a what a um you know electronic device is who a personally identifiable and what personally identifiable information is says means information which can identify an individual including but not limited to name birth date place of birth mother's maiden name biometric records social security number official state or government issued driver's license or identification number that's badge number government passport number employer tax identification number or any other any other information that is linked or linkable to an individual such as medical educational financial or employment information and putting his likeness up on your social media page because why do we do this why do we put why do we expose cops like this because we want society to know the criminal activity that's happening right under their noses because most people don't most people think cops are the good guys they're not involved in criminal activity of course they can harass cage in prison and steal from us and if we did that we'd be considered criminals hmm wow never thought of it that way that's that's that's the public guys that's the public that's why the cameras help that's why cameras everywhere are a good thing for the public now cameras every everywhere against the uh public on this in this surveillance state the surveillance police state is not a good thing because they want the biometric information they want to find out where you're at they want to study your gate they want to duplicate who you are they want to find out where you're going what you're doing who you're talking to who you're hanging out with what your political affiliations are that's not good but the public should be able to surveil and isn't that interesting you got street corner cameras you've got cops body cameras you've got um dash cams front facing and rear facing they're constantly recording us and they can put that stuff on their website but as soon as you do that to them well you're a criminal they're doing the exact same thing guys these police activity pages you know putting your what was that um that that series called cops you know bad boys what you gonna do what you gonna do when they come for you those guys are putting the likeness of the public up on their social media platform how come it's okay okay for them to do it but once you do it to the public servants you're the criminal six months or a year in jail one or two thousand dollar fine and now you got a criminal conviction on your record it's it's unconscionable unconscionable let's see um super chats les hicks sent a super chat five dollar super chat thanks less that is classic projection by public tyrants yeah it is it truly is they do the exact same thing that we're doing that is recording in public they post stuff on their social media platforms they have qualified immunity they're immune from any kind of prosecution any kind of takedowns you know youtube's in their corner or facebook or wherever uh twitter and you do the exact same thing all of a sudden you are a criminal they're not criminals for doing the exact same thing but you are so yeah thanks les hicks another five bucks from lester says that statute is the very definition of prior restraint yep yep it is it's a joke it's a joke and the joke's on us so i appreciate that less hicks thank you very much let's see do we have anything else we're at 44 minutes that's that's pretty good time to finish i don't really have anything else other than to say yeah it's it's now the law of the land in oklahoma against the constitution of the united states against the first amendment right to freedom of speech freedom of the press to record a public official whether they're law enforcement judge politician prosecutor and if you post that online and they take it as um you know they they assume your intent threatening intent they assume threatening intent on you well they'll take it down i like how this guy says back in february oklahoma legislators passed the second of two companion bills that would criminalize anyone who films and publicly post a photo of police officers determined to prove their support for law enforcement oklahoma state senators and representatives took a drastic step see this is the knee-jerk reaction of the blm movement the burn luton murder movement they say defund the police that's not a bad idea defunding tyrants defunding tyranny defunding terrorists domestic terrorists is a good thing this knee-jerk reaction is no we don't not only do we not need to defund them we need to give them extra special protection and attention so this is this out of control knee-jerk reaction it's like hey how about we preserve the first amendment here determined to prove their support for law enforcement oklahoma state senators and representatives took a drastic step the legislation would make it more difficult to hold public servants accountable for their misconduct and that's all by design it's all by design remove the transparency remove answering to the public remove the public scrutiny on public servants okay what i'll try to do is i'll try to remember to put these two supreme court cases duchene versus winnebago
