It's been 3 weeks since I've done a live stream and I really hesitate doing live streams because I want to present something to you, the audience, that is substantive. I don't want to waste your time. We all have a limited supply of time in this life. And I want to maximize my time and your time by presenting things that actually benefit us. And that's what that's what I like about first amendment and second amendment audits. It benefits us in the way of giving us education so that we can be armed. I know I say this a lot and it sounds old, but back in the 70s when I was growing up, 70s and 80s, they had this thing uh this cartoon. It was really it was for the most part as I remember it, it was educational and it was called Schoolhouse Rock. One of the things that flashed up on the screen is knowledge is power. If you want to become powerful in this life, and I don't just mean physically powerful, although that's going to help you too, but I mean mentally powerful, morally powerful and courageous. If you want to become powerful, then you accumulate knowledge. That's how you become powerful. If you desire to be ignorant and free, according to Jefferson, and I agree with him, you desire what never was and what never shall be. So, when we're talking about tyrants, specifically the thin blue line badge tyrants who are supposed to be protecting and serving us, it's so easy to be wrong and to persist in being wrong when the costs of being wrong are funded by others. So, when you see a cop, an Amber Guyger or Philip Braillesford or the guy who shot uh and ended the life of Philando Castile, when you're talking about those people, even when they get convicted, even when they go to prison, it doesn't monetarily, usually, most of the time, doesn't monetarily cost them anything. In Philip Braillesford's case with Daniel Shaver in Mesa, Arizona, he was acquitted for doing something that if you and I did the same thing, we wouldn't see the light of day for the rest of our lives. But somehow because they have this blanket of qualified immunity, they can uh get away with literal red rum. Can you guys hear? Okay, there's a one. I see ones in the room. Uh, Fred Walker, Raymond, Lenny, Joe Farmer, uh, Jeff hates pigs, bipolar's here, Marshall, Accountability for All, the arm fisherman. Thank you guys. Tashantha Spencer is here. If I missed you, don't worry. Okay. So, I I'll I'll I'll shout you out hopefully somewhere along the course of this, but I want to say that I want to I want to present something to you that is substantial that does increase our knowledge bank and make us powerful individuals and powerful beings because we are going to eventually one day or another. It's it's not a matter of if, it's a matter of when, you encounter that psychopathic power tripper. And I truly mean psychopathy. And we're hearing a lot lately that uh cops don't become psychopaths. Psychopaths sign up to be cops. And we see that freaking prophecy fulfilled every single day. There's thousands of videos that go up, not just on YouTube, but throughout the internet showing that, hey, it's not just a few bad apples problem. We have a freaking systemic problem. And it almost looks like the system was built to facilitate and accommodate psychopaths who will rule over the rest of us. Because let's face it, who's going to fill that vacuum of power? It's going to be people who want to rule you, who want to exercise authority over you. Let me ask you a question. There's 200 people in this room right now. And if you if you don't mind, if you like this content, you want to share it with others and you think others could benefit from it, don't forget to hit the like button. I, you know, when I go into the the I try to discipline myself when I go into somebody's chat on a live stream, I automatically if I know who the person is and I'm familiar with their content and it's not just me giving an empty like, but if I know who this person is, I try to automatically give them a like. But let me ask you, do you have any desire, any desire at all to rule over another fellow human being? Do you have any desire or willingness to want to give another human being a command and if they don't follow it then you can punish them and get away with it? Do you have any desire to do that? Because that's what it is to be a political parasite. That's what it means to be a law enforcer. I mean, when you flesh it out and you look at their actual actions, not what they say they're going to do, not the oath that they took to protect and serve, but what they when the rubber meets the road, what they actually do to you, they they thrill at getting your ID. Like David says from San Valley, Transparency, and I agree with this because you can see it on their face. It's like crack to them. It's like they're a they're a dealer or they're they're a user and they got to have that next fix and that next fix is making you give their ID, making you insecure in your person. Well, I wanted to read this right here because this is a comment from Bobcat Arizona 4840. I want to give a shout out to him, but I read this comment. I was like, "Wow, I would like to see this right here in action." As a matter of fact, I wrote back and said, "Hey, do you have any video of this? Cuz I would like to see you do this right here. I'd like to see somebody do this. I'd like to get an opportunity to do this myself. He said, "I've had a couple cops try this with me." And this is from the last video that I did with Mac and Bravo. This guy, I know it's an old video, but it's definitely still instructive and just as relevant today as it was 3 years ago, but he said, "I've tried this with um uh I've had a couple cops try this with me. When they start asking me continuous questions, I then invoke chain of command laws and demand an officer of the court and an internal affairs officer out to the scene immediately. I then accuse them of abusing uh sorry, of abuse of taxpayer dollars and see if the DA will take charge of being in possession uh take the charge of being in possession of a firearm while in the commencement of a crime also into consideration. And that's something that's interesting to me because what are these cops doing to you? All you have to do is ask yourself, what would happen to me if I did the same actions this badge law enforcer is doing to me if I did that to other people? Well, you'd be arrested. Why? Because you're actually committing criminal activity. You're harming somebody. You're victimizing them. You're economically terrorizing them. You're stealing from them. You're kidnapping them. You're throwing them into your basement, you know, the cage. If you did what officers do, if you did to others, what officers did to you, you would be rightly charged with committing a crime. Why? Because you're actually leaving a real victim. So, what does that mean these officers are doing? I don't care that they have a uniform on. I don't care if they have a badge, they have this perceived authority of the state or whatever. The h it's only a human being, guys. He doesn't he or she doesn't have more rights than you. You don't have more rights than them. They're not over you. You're not under them. you're not over them. It's all we're just equal. But they believe and the masses, the unthinking, non-critically thinking masses perceive that law enforcement and political parasites are over you and above you and they have legitimized authority to do what they're doing. It's not true. I don't care how many people believe it's true. It's not true. Truth is truth even if nobody believes it. But a lie is still a lie even if everybody believes it. And it seems that a majority of people believe that law enforceers can do what they do and they actually have qualified immunity whereas you don't. So if you just ask yourself the question, if I did to others what a law enforcement officer did to me, what would I be doing? What would I be engaged in? I'd be engaged in the commencement of a crime with a firearm. Period. I mean, it's so freaking simple. That usually gets the bully's attention real quick, says Bobcat. They didn't try to hurry up and finish what they were doing. And when they hand me my tickets, I make sure that they are held under citizens arrest until the DA DA and the internal affairs officer shows up. And if they run away, I sit there and wait for the DA and the internal affairs officer and have the officer called back and an additional charge called flight from prosecution is presented to the DA. First of all, I can't see a DA actually showing up to a traffic stop just because you requested them. Never seen that. Never heard of it. So Bobcat, if this has happened to you, surely I mean this would set precedent. This would be groundbreaking. Surely if you did this, surely if they came out, the DA came out and you actually charged those cops citizens arrest, you got it on video, you got it on body cam, you got it on dash cam, you got it on your, you know, your cell phone. Says the cops really hate it when you actually know the laws that affect them. And that's true. Two things that cops really hate. They hate men and women with cameras and they hate men and women who know their rights. They can't stand it. They can't stand when you go toe-to-toe and then they start engaging in ad homonym activities. The rolling of the eyes that, oh, we got another one. Oh, you're one of those guys. Oh, you're a sovereign CIT. you know, if I say that word, they'll actually it'll go into the algorithm in text and then it'll generate a an information shelf that says S so ovcit and then it'll give some kind of Wikipedia article on it. It's just the the censorship is ridiculous. I also asked if they can be uh looked at for violation of police policies. Everybody needs to learn more laws. And the two laws that you you really should learn outside of the fourth amendment, second amendment, and the fifth amendment, especially the fifth amendment. Guys, stop talking is 18 USC 241 uh conspiracy against rights and 18 USC 242, deprivation of rights under color of law. Name one officer that doesn't violate one of those multiple times every single day. If you have a police officer or a police force engaging in the the drug war, which isn't a war on drugs, it's a war on people, then you have somebody who's engaging in uh violation of 18 USC 242, deprivation of rights under color of law. Do you have the right to put anything in your body that you want to? Yeah, as long as you're not harming somebody, threatening to harm somebody, or damaging somebody's property and not paying for it. Do you have the right to transport any substance that you want to transport as long as you're not harming somebody, threatening or harms somebody, forcing somebody against their will to do something they don't want to do? A according to the Declaration of Independence, you have the right to life, liberty, property, and the pursuit of happiness. And if it makes you happy to transport whatever, fill in the blank, then there's no law that can be written against that. Not legitimately. Yeah, they got these drug wars from the 1970s and Nixon, oh, we've declared a war on drugs. Well, good job, Nixon. You've back, you've actually declared a war on all the American people. So, with that war on drugs, the US government, the federal government, the state localities, the state governments have declared war on their own people that they're supposed to be protecting and serving. Beautiful. Wonderful. Great job. So, I like that from Bobcat, Arizona. Got Cuda in here. The armed fisherman. They make stupid people famous. Hey, make stupid people famous. He says that's armed fisherman, formerly solo yaker approaching uh 200,000 subscribers on his YouTube channel. Congratulations. Who else we got in here? Tyrone Joe Michael Dalvio Canatrol. Make stupid people famous. Oh, that's your name. Make it make stupid people famous. I like that. John Denola, Brooklyn Audits here. RB's here. Angel K. I appreciate you guys being here. Okay. So, let me just go over something that happened a couple years back. You might remember this, but I want to jog your memory in before I click to the next tab. I want to ask you if if cops, and I don't care if it's an Arizona cop, a California cop, an NYPD cop, a Colorado cop, a Florida cop. I don't care if it's in a red state or a blue state cop. I don't care if he's a conservative or a liberal cop. But we have precedents of cops violating our rights just for having a camera in a public place on a public sidewalk. If cops are going to do that, what makes you and I think that when the S hits the fan, when the cow dookie hits the fan and things get really bad, that they're not going to go doortodoor confiscating firearms and other weaponry from people who just want to protect themselves because we have precedents and I'm going to I've done this several times. I think I maybe not on this channel but definitely on the high impact flicks and uh grease monkey videos channel but I just want to refresh your memory on what happened after the tragedy of Katrina back in 2005 as reported by ABC always broadcasting crap. Listen to this just as a refresher. I know you know this but reminders are good. That includes New Orleans where today authorities stepped up their efforts to empty the city. Bob Woodruff is there again tonight with an extraordinary human drama unfolding. Bob, that's true, Elizabeth. And good evening from New Orleans. Here, the police and the National Guard find themselves in a very difficult position tonight to try to carry out an order to force people from the city without actually using force. What? That's so laughable. We got We got to know by now mainstream fake stream CIA infiltrated operation mockingb bird MK Ultra Media is not our friend. I only need one example to show you. One example and that's it. Weapons of mass destruction. How many soldiers perished on battlefields that they shouldn't have been on for the Zo International Banking Cartel? these people who own these mainstream media broadcasting companies which back in the 1970s, 1974 and 1975, even Frank Church from that Senate committee hearing, the Church Committee determined back then in the early 70s and even in the late60s that the CIA c the central intelligence agencies had already infiltrated all of print and news media including the Associated Press. How much worse do you think it is today? So, we know they're in the back pockets and they speak for the authoritized. They call them the officials, which sets them apart from us. So, you have the cops forcing people from their homes without using force. That is laughable. It's always with I don't care if it's the military. I don't care if it's the Coast Guard. I don't care if it's the local police or the federal police, FBI, ATF, DEA, and all that. They they always come with the implied threat of force to force you away from your freedoms. And it's this this perfect storm of the power and wealth transfer. They're there to take your rights and increase the power of the state. And they're there to take your money and take your freedoms and increase the coffers of the state. This happened during a very vulnerable time time with the people of New Orleans who were trying to stay back in their homes and protect their property from looters and cops were going door to door to make them insecure in their persons houses papers and effects. Today in New Orleans, they got a lot tougher on the holdouts. Police department in your home. Not only the flooded areas, but New Orleans driest and wealthiest neighborhoods, too. So, so it's not just about the flooding of the homes. It's not just about, hey, you got to leave here because it's for your safety. Even in the driest parts that weren't even hit or flooded, they were going door to door to violate people's Fourth Amendment rights. And these are sworn officers that swore to protect those rights. It's just utter hypocrisy. The police and national guard going street by street, house to house. We need to make sure too that whenever we knock on doors, people refuse to leave. We need to make note, call it in. They say there are no orders to use force, just strong persuasion. Sometimes entering open houses with guns drawn and instructions to disarm anyone inside. You get somebody one some power triple with an itchy trigger finger. What do you think's going to happen to you? What do you think's going to happen? They're just dying to to launch a round. Guns. Guns will be taken. Yeah. No one will be able to be armed. We will take all weapons. That happen. There you go. There's your leader. Where does crap flow downhill? Can a stream rise higher than its source? Nope. If the leadership is saying that, what do you think the underlings are saying? What do you think their mentality is toward you? Toward Americans? Toward fellow Americans? You would think this is North Korean troops or Chinese troops or Russian troops going doortodoor? These are fellow Americans. What where do you think they are on the moral totem pole? You said guns guns will be taken. Yeah. No one will be able to be armed. We will take all weapons. Wow. That happened today in this world. And what did the criminals say? Yay. There's our free shopping spree. You, my friend, you police chief just made my workload way lighter, way safer. Thank you. healthy neighborhood where homeowners had armed themselves to protect their mansions. Residents were handcuffed on the ground. In the end, police took their weapons but let them stay in their homes. They were a little bit They let them stay unarmed in their Oh, how good of you. Well, hey, I could have taken you to prison. Oh, thanks. You've done me no favors. threatened because our weapons were bigger than their weapons. For many of the police and guard troops, it is an uncomfortable job to do this in an American city. This guard unit occupied a church using it as a base camp. They had to leave a note because they could not get hold of the pastor to get permission. It is it is surreal. Yeah, you just never you never expect to do this in your own country. It's sur the guy who swore not to do it is doing it anyway. Why? Cuz he's a conformist. We talk about this a lot on the channel, too. I'm not I'll I'll continue to kick a dead horse until it's gelatinized. They're conformist. They do what they're told. It doesn't matter to them if it's right or not. As a matter of fact, this guy right here, you can see in his words, he's undergoing a a a solid form of cognitive dissonance. He's trying to hold two mutually contradictory ideas at the same time. I know it's wrong, but they told me to do it. Uh, I'm I'm bound to obey my superior commander, but I'm also supposed to be bound to fulfill my oath to not do what I am currently involved in doing. That's cognitive dissonance, folks. He's got two dogs fighting in his head. And guess which one is winning? It's the conformist doing what he's told regardless of if it's right or not. Not being the moralist doing what is right regardless of what he's told. He should quit his job. If he was a moralist, he would not only not do it, he would get all of his buddies together and he they would turn their pew pews on the command and say, "Hey, you have violated your oath. You have committed you're you've committed treason against Americans and you're ordering us to commit treason and we ain't doing it." But because he's a company man for the military-industrial complex, he's going to do what he's told because he's getting a paycheck. And it's a rare man that will leave the paycheck behind to do what is right. We got many, many weak and cowardly men in uniforms, more than willing to do evil to their fellow neighbors and goes, "Man, you never thought this is sure is a surreal experience that I'm bringing into reality, even though I swore not to ever do this." So, what do you think they're going to happen? What What do you think if if Fred Bible here, his name is Fred Bible, give me a break. Can the irony be any thicker? So Fred Bible here, if he's still, you know, a member of this squad, I can only imagine he's gotten worse because typically people don't get better over time. They get worse and worse. They don't get less tyrannical and more freedom loving. They get more tyrannical and less freedom loving. It's never you never expect to do this in your own country. Chris Montgomery says he'd rather be in Iraq than patrolling American neighborhoods. walking up and down these streets, you don't you don't want to think about the stuff that you're going to have to do if somebody pops around the corner. I mean, shoot in America. Yeah, they know they're doing wrong, guys. You don't want to This is how bad it is. Oh, they'll protect if things go down in my town. I know my police force cuz that's what government is. It's not eloquence. It's not reason. It's force. I'm like, fire. It's a dangerous servant and a fearful master. Oh, no. my not my not my police force. I know that I know the sheriff's department. I know the local police. Those are great guys, man. They they eat at the diner down the street. We shoot the breeze. Yeah. If stuff if stuff went down here, they wouldn't be going door to door confiscating what These guys are doing it and they know they're doing wrong and they'd rather be in Iraq doing it, which that's not that's not legitimate either. The only reason you're in Iraq doing it to the innocent people over there is because the military-industrial complex sent you. And why did the military-industrial complex sent you? Because the propaganda arm for the military-industrial complex, CIA infiltrated Operation Mockingbird, MK Ultra Media, conditioned you to believe this way. And now you're cemented in cognitive dissonance. You've sunk into the quick sand of immorality and you're doing something that even with your lips you're you're admitting is wrong. That's how bad these people are. So, when I was doing that live stream yesterday and on Facebook and that that lady or girl, whoever it was, Christina, I think is what her name was, entered there and said, "You're just always bashing cops." I I like the strategy of, you know what? It's not that I'm against cops. I'm against bad cops. You know why? Because everybody who has any moral fortitude, any inkling of any kind of moral standard or moral compass residing in their hearts, they would have to say, "Hey, I'm against bad cops, too." Now, let's talk. Let's have a conversation on how do you identify bad cops? What separates the bad cop from the good cop? If there was such a thing as a good cop, what would that look like? What would they be engaged in? What would they do? I'll tell you one thing they'd be doing. They'd be not only identifying the bad cops who were violating the rights of us every single day for simply having a camera on a public street. They would not only be exposing them, they would be putting their hands on them, getting out their taser or their pew pew, and they would be arresting them, throwing them back in their cop car, having them fingerprinted and taken to jail for what? For violating American rights under the color of law 18 USC 242. It's like, dude, you just violated, you just put your hand on the armed fisherman because he was walking down a public sidewalk carrying a firearm according to the Second Amendment. You know, I know that there's there's that law in Florida that you can have a firearm displayed as long as you're going hunting, fishing, or camping or whatever, but you know, beyond that, we have a six uh the second amendment. And beyond that, we have an unalienable right. Forget about the state laws. Forget about the second amendment. It's called an amendment. Some human being, some psychopathic powertripping human being is going to come along one day and we're not going to have the second amendment. But you'll always have the unalienable right that nobody ever gave you and nobody can take away. So what causes a guy like this to see somebody like the armed fisherman for example who I think was in the room and and violate his rights? Imagine this. A a a guy with a costume and a shiny little badge coming with the authority of the state coming up to another American and this guy is armed. This costumed creep is armed. coming up to another fellow American who's also armed and hypocritically saying, "Hey, you can't be armed, but I can. If you're armed, you're a criminal. If I'm armed, well, that's law enforcement, and I have qualified immunity, and I have more rights than you." Unbelievable. Off the charts hypocrisy and immorality, which which fleshes itself out of one human being is going to retain rights. That's a guy with qualified immunity. And one human being, well, he's on the verge of losing all of his rights. You know, can you think of anything more insidious than taking away a personal protection device of a person who's walking down a public sidewalk peacefully exercising his rights? Can you think of anything more heinous? Now, if something goes down, like remember John Hurley in Colorado? John John Hurley before the cops even came actually put down in short order a guy who was targeting cops and then guess what? The cops showed up and made everything worse. You think you're having a bad day? You ain't seen nothing yet until cops show up. So when the cops show up to find out what's going on, John Hurley, the guy who's a hero who actually saved the lives of untold how many pedestrians and and police officers, gets by the Colorado cops. Wow. Wow. Didn't need the government to put down the threat. Took care of the thing without calling 911 or tying up any emergency services. Didn't need to extract money from the tax cattle so that John Hurley could be funded. He just did what he what he was conditioned to do as a human being to sell save other human beings and and including the costumed variety human beings. John Hurley, a true hero. If you're not familiar with John Hurley's uh uh the incident with John Hurley, you really should be. It's pretty sad. It's pretty pitiful. And I can't think of a greater hero than that guy right there. What I'll do at the end of this live stream, if I think about it, is I'll put the video link to to the uh John Hurley uh encounter that I I did on my channel, cuz you know, it's pretty infuriating what what happened to that guy at the hands of the costume creeps who one of their brethren went down because of the guy that John Hurley ended up taking care of. All right. So, um, one thing I This is This is really what I wanted to get to on this live stream right here. This is a Lynn County Board of Supervisors, uh, council and this was uploaded by Joy, you're going to start and then we'll Oops. Hold it. Sorry about that. This is uploaded by Afro Audits. If you're not familiar with Afro Audits, I just recently did a video on him. I'm waiting for YouTube to release monetization on that. And let me explain to you why I do that, guys. If you have a video, if you're a content creator and you have a video that's got the yellow dollar sign and it's not monetized, then it is going to receive limited view viewership because automatically YouTube will bottom shelf that because you can't play ads. If you wait for the green uh dollar sign, then you have a higher probability of having more people view it. The reason I make content, the reason Lackluster makes content, James Freeman makes content, the reason we spend all these hours in front of the computer making content is because we need people to see the content so that they can get the education so that they can increase in knowledge and increase in power and then we can have a strong moral fabric in America and get people to realize what law enforcement actually is. Some would say domestic terrorists. I'm not saying that and I'll leave that for you to decide. But this is the Lynn County, Iowa Board of Supervisors talking about what do we do with this problem of first amendment auditors. Let's take a listen and I will be stopping to read some comments. Uh super chat from studio 3.14 314. Hey Brian, first time on a live stream. Hope you're having a great night and hello from the who's your state. Ah Indiana. I was born in Indiana. We all need to unite. All of us are getting screwed and all. None of us is greater than all of us, guys. None of us. So, let's listen to some of this. This is a 58 minute video. If you want me to keep on going after some breaks here, I will, but I do not intend to play the entire 58 minutes, but I want you to hear this first part. Very interesting. We'll also have Lisa EP from the county attorney's office uh assist us with several um emerging issues as it relates to first amendment auditors. Um, and I would also ask, I don't know if this is in your area of expertise, Joy, but certainly for our uh, county attorney reps, since we're probably we need to go down probably some of the amendments, there's also a new emerging issue with Second Amendment auditors who come in armed. So, I I think it would be there's an emerging issue, and when they say issue, they mean problem. We've got a problem with people Americans out there thinking they can exercise their first amendment right provoking law enforcement who's supposed to be there protecting and serving and now we got an issue i.e. problem with second amendment auditors as first we could start with the first amendment auditors who they are what they're trying to do and how we should respond and I think we also need to have a conversation about second amendment auditors so we need to have that conversation good morning I'm Joy Alexander Lyn County communications director I'm going to talk to you today about first amendment audits if some of you might recall in um early 2020 it was either January February Lisa and EP and I did present this the same presentation to a department head meeting much like where we gathered today. Um we went over the same um information, same PowerPoint, the same handout that I have for you today. Um so some of you maybe this is your first time, but we did cover this in early 2020. Our plan was to do this annually. Um but as you all know what happened in 2020, everyone's plans changed. Um, so now we're back and and here we are to present this information and to help answer um and your questions as best that we are able. Um, so just kind of briefly, what is a first amendment audit? Um, so first first amendment auditors um sometimes they'll refer to themselves as other um by other names. They might say um that they are um members of the free press, independent journalists, constitution defenders, taxpayers, what whatever name they go by, they're all um essentially do doing the same thing. They could come into a public building. Basically, it's vilifying anybody who would go by that name. That's talking about taking a a brush and just painting this broad uh swath over people who, you know, for the most part just want to exercise their rights and hold their public officials accountable and add that spotlight of transparency, which is what this thing is. This is your guys, don't ever forget this is your portable courtroom. You have a judge in your pocket. Use it. This is what you're going to show the judge on how innocent you were and how guilty the perpetrators were who decided to go above and beyond the law and mess with you. Portable courtroom right here. This is your jury. You're going to prove to the jury that you were innocent and these people are guilty. Um with their with their phone, take photographs, video recordings, anything like that. And what we want you to leave here today is knowing that that's legal. They can do that. They can stand in a public space. They can record. They can take photos in a public space. And we cannot ask them to stop because that is their first amendment right to That's not even true. Anybody can ask you anything they want. You can ask them to stop. You just can't make them stop. You can't threaten them into stopping. You can't call the police on them. Men with gun. Oh my god, there's a guy in the 911. This is This is an emergency. We got a man and a woman in our public lobby with Are you sitting down for this? They have a camera and they're recording in a public place and I need you to send men with guns and send them now. Make sure you have extra magazines. Do that. Um and so we just we want to drive that point home. This is a presentation that we we include in the new hireer orientation as well. We have a handout that we give to all new hires. So, at least for the last year, every new hire that has come into Lin County has received a very brief overview. So, they should be aware of this as well. Um, and you never know when it might happen. It's been happening across the country and various. It's like like the plague is arriving in town. You never know when it might happen. It could happen to you and you should be ready for it. These pesky Americans going around reading the Constitution thinking that they can put feet on that and enact all this freedom in the land. Well, be ready. It might happen to you and counties. Um, if you Google it on YouTube, you'll see a lot of different examples. I have just I like what Swamplo Lover said in the comments. She is causing more fear in the police and politicians, assuring to always be escalating a situation involving someone with a camera. Exactly. Even though she's saying some of the right things, she's conveying the message of this. This is a this is a pretty horrible situation, but I want you to know they're actually working within the frame framework of even our laws few here today. Um, but yeah, you're welcome to go check it out yourself. Um, so we just want to give you some tips on on what to do. First of all, we want to make you aware that it's it's it's legal to do in a public building, in a public space. So, that's number one. Um, and what should you do if it happens? Um, well, we want you to to be professional and be polite. Um, stay calm. Is it awkward when someone Why wouldn't you be professional and polite and staying calm just because somebody's in your foyer recording pamphlets or or maybe doing a live stream, maybe it's a Tik Tocker and you're you're you're as long as you're not bothering anybody, interrupting somebody else, harassing them or whatever. It's like be prepared. this could happen to you and oh my god if it does just try to try to work a smile into your face and maybe look down and don't make an eye contact but just know that it's regrettably legal. Oh god. If they come up and you know are recording you? Yes. Um is it okay for them to do that? If you're in a public building yes they they can. Um, so we want you to be um professional and polite. Stay calm. Um, be aware of your tone and your your the volume of your voice. Seriously, stay calm. The only time you wouldn't stay calm if is if somebody slipped a note under the cashier window and said, "Give me all your money. Under this towel, I have a a personal protection device that I intend on using if you don't empty your cash drawer." That would be a time not to stay calm. But somebody with a camera, when you've got 12 cameras in your lobby, your public lobby recording, oh my god, we have 12 cameras recording him, but you will not believe the gall of this guy. He actually thought he had enough freedom on American soil to take out his camera and record us. Send help. I feel like panicking. Uh beware of your body language and and try to keep the interaction brief if you can. Um, a lot of times, and I'm going to speak in general terms, not about any particular um, auditor or or event. Um, but generally they're just here because they they know they can do it and they're just making sure that you as a public employee um, know that they they can do it. So, don't try to stop them. Don't um, anything like that. So, those are some tips of what you should do. It's it's like apologetic. the America is supposed to be built on the solid foundation of the unalienable rights of the American people. And she seems to be apologizing for those rights and then telling public officials that beware, somebody might come into your facility and have the audacity to actually exercise those rights. Somebody apologizing for your rights is not your friend. They're not looking out for your best interest or even her own best interest. She's actually working against the be best interest of herself, all these public officials, and her freaking family. Um, what you should not do is do not tell them that they can't take photographs or videos in public areas. Um, because they can and they know they can. And do not try to take their camera. Don't argue with them or use profanity. Do not touch them. Um, and don't pull out your Now, you'll want to use profanity against these camera wielders, but please try to bite your tongue and don't use profanity. Jeff hates pig says camera shoots 60 frames per second of pure truth, baby. Your own phone, especially if it's your personal phone, um, don't pull that out and start recording them. um because that's that could be seen as an escalation and we don't want to escalate any situations like that. That's also why you would want to um you know watch your tone, watch your body language. Um you know because if you become argumentative and then they become argumentative and then it just keeps going up like that. So just just be calm. Um and also it's like she's in you're in boot camp and she's preparing you for the Normandy invasion. I mean, beware. They're coming on you boats and the guns are going to be blaring. Man, what the heck? Very important. Only call police if it's necessary. And necessary means you feel threatened or you feel or I'm sorry, you see illegal activity actually taking place. Um, don't call the police or, you know, sheriff's deputy just because someone is walking around with a camera. They are allowed to do that. Um, so we want to make sure you know what you you're actually not allowed to do that. You are not allowed in America to walk around with a camera in a public place recording whatever your eyes see in public. You're not allowed to do that because if you're allowed to do that, that means there's somebody over you that grants you permission to do that. And because you're not a a subservient, because you have no masters above you and you're not above anybody else, you don't need anybody's permission because free men don't need permission. But you are free to do that. I hate this aloud. We really need to eliminate it in that context from our language and our uh you know, a repertoire of things. It's not I'm permitted to be here. I'm allowed to do this under law. It's like, "Oh, I have a master over me, and my master says that I can do this, so I'm going to go ahead and do this." It's like, I'm an American. I am just as free to do this as a free man living on the land as you are. I'm just as free to record you as you are to record me with your half a dozen cameras in this lobby. So, we need to I mean, if anybody disagrees with this permission slashallowance versus free to do it as free men, let me know. I mean, if you think I'm getting into nitp nit nitpicking semantics by talking about permission or allowance, then let me know. But I believe that words have meaning. And if those words have meaning, then we need to stick with those meanings or there is no meaning at all. You're not permitted and you're not allowed to record in a public place because there's no master that has granted you that right and granted that permission because that's what a permit is. It's permission to do something. you have the freedom to do anyway and they sell it to you at the highest bidder. But if you're free to do this, then everyone is free to do this and nobody gave you that freedom and damn sure nobody has the right to take that freedom away. So if you think I'm making a mountain out of a molehill on that, let me know. I'm open to correction. Everyone is aware of of that. Um and so now I have uh before we get to questions, I do have just a few video clips. I want to show you some uh examples of interactions that went well and and one that did not go so well. Kind of an example of what not to do. And again, you can feel free to Google some of these examples on your own. So, um here are just a few videos. I don't know if we'll get to see these videos, but I'm kind of curious. Let me see. I'm going to I'm going to I'm going to increase the speed right here because I don't want to waste anybody's time. Okay. So, the first one that I will show is um I believe it's out in um Colorado. And so, it's just the First Amendment auditor as they're walking into the public building explaining what they're doing and and why they're there. I don't know if they actually show a screen. I don't think they do. Yeah, exactly, Michael. It's a It's an issue of rights and freedoms. It's not an an issue of permission and allowance. What the heck? Why is Why is there so much dead air? Come on. What the while we're trying to figure out the volume issue here, essentially what this um person is saying, he's he's the one with the camera and he is turning it on himself, saying that he is walking into a public building just to make sure um or to see if they're going to respect his First Amendment right to walk into a public building with a camera. Tell you what, why don't you play it and we'll see if we can determine if this is going to be a good video or if we can tell by body language that this is not uh so maybe if you want to go to full screen and we can just go on this adventure together. Adventure. Come on, step it up. There's a couple um so I I really wish this was working. apologize for that because this is an example a really good example of of how to do it right. She's welcoming. She's just saying, "Hi, how are you doing?" Um, and then he asks her questions. What do you do for the county? And oh, so they're they're going to talk about the perspective of the public employee doing right or wrong. Not the perspective of the cameraman or a first amendment auditor or freedom lover or constitutionalist doing right or wrong. They're actually there to commend or criticize the public servant who's being recorded. He's a passport acceptance uh agent. And so you see she's she's smiling. She's answering the questions. She's not um Oh, that'd be nice if it worked. Telling them, "You can't be here. You can't you can't record." Um and she's just answering their questions. And and actually at the end of this they get a plug for um her office and um people are encouraging the public the the people behind the camera they're encouraging the public to come to this office get your passport photos and make an appointment because this office um is is customer friendly. So this one was Oh okay. Well actually that's fair. Okay. So if she's going to look at it from both pers both both ends. So basically she's saying that the public servant did right reacted appropriately and let's just say constitutionally to the camera person and the camera person because they received um you know a constitutional pro-f freedom response then they let their audience know I don't know who this was it was in Colorado but they let their audience know hey this is a good place to come to to get your passport you're going to have good interaction if if I'm any indication you're going to have good interaction at this place because they apparently respect American rights. A great example, Joey, would you send out to the department and elected officials um distribution an example of this? Yes, I plan to send a Okay. Just so then we're covering our bases so on their own time they can watch sort of a um a good approach. Mhm. And does in this video and this may lend to some conversation. If I'm a First Amendment auditor, I'm not just going to be filming. I'm also going to want to try and open doors or get into offices. Are we going to cover um if someone's like, "I'd like to come back and see your office." How we handle that? Yeah. Request if it's not a publicly accessible, right? Like in this this is a passport agent. Do you know of any First Amendment auditor who's tried to get into a door that says authorized personnel only? I can't. Off the top of my head, there there could be. There could be. You know, I'm not I'm not uh infinite. I'm not omnisient. I don't I'm not all knowing. I've not seen every single video there is every auditing video. You and I have seen a lot collectively, but I've never seen one personally where an auditor tried to get into an authorized area that was posted. So, there may be different rules, right? Who can be there and who can't, right? If if um we can talk about that right now, just since you brought it up, but um essentially if if the area is locked, if it's key card access only, that's not a publicly accessible area. So, um, if someone would were to, um, you know, try to get into the treasurer's office, you know, behind those doors, for example, they that's not a public area. So, they can't just walk in. It's key card, it's access, uh, only. Now, they could stand in the public area and record anything they can see from that public area. Um, even if you're in a conference room with the door shut, if they can hold their camera up and see in there, standing in the public area, they they can do that. Um, so just be aware of what can be seen if if you're um, you know, working with clients. I know and and Lisa is here to talk about maybe some specifics because I um, with the public health clinic, there may be particular instances there um, where it's not Yeah, I mean I think this I'm Lisa EP from the uh, county attorney's office. I think that in that is a general good general way of let me be fair here. I Okay, she this this woman who's presented these videos and is trying to present these videos and the audio portion of a First Amendment audit, she could be ignorant and not really know all of what we know because, you know, basically a lot of you guys in this room are seasoned. We've been around the corner. We've seen a lot of auditors conducting a lot of different audits in a lot of different venues. So, she could be ignorant about a lot of this stuff. But something tells me, I mean, there's something in the back of my head saying, "No, she knows. She's just keeping a vital piece of information from this council and by extension from anybody who would see this recorded counsel because I something tells me that she knows that First Amendment auditors have a habit of not going into authorized sections of public buildings. And it's pretty obvious from what you see. I don't care if you're watching, you know, Sanwaqin Valley Transparency, James Freeman, James Madison audits, uh, the Arm Fisherman, Big G audits, all these good auditors out there. It's pretty apparent. One of the thread lines is you don't go into an unauthorized place. The whole reason we're here is because we know that we have the freedom to be in a publicly funded place recording whatever our eyes can see, including behind an authorized door that has glass, not going into it, but you can record through it. It's incumbent on the public servant to create that barrier, to create that privacy. It's not your job to create privacy. And nobody can trespass pass your eyes. And if they can't trespass your eyes, then they can't trespass what your camera can see. That's that's fourth amendment right to be secured in person's house, page of effects, a freedom to uh freedom of speech and of the press. And in how many court cases by the Supreme Court and lower court saying, "Hey, you can't trespass eyes and you can't turn a constitutionally protected right into a crime." So, I think something I I I don't know for sure, but I suspect that she is withholding information that could be valuable to a view viewing audience to consider looking at it. But honestly, it doesn't even have to be locked access to be non-public. I mean, if you think about it, um there are times when people are having meetings in rooms down here. For example, I think one day that the auditor was having a meeting with some elections people and it wasn't a meeting that was open to the public. Um, and they could look in through the window, but I think even in that case, the gentleman knew not to just burst into a meeting and start filming. So, it's not a locked door, but it yet again, it's not public. So, I kind of try to think about it as um if my mom wandered in off the street, would she be welcome in this area? She wouldn't be behind the treasurer's desk. um she could wander around down here all she wanted. Um she can I I think you brought up an interesting idea about the public health building. Um there are probably areas in that building where there are patients and so I wouldn't think that it would be appropriate for one of these people to come in and film the waiting room where patients are waiting because that those people have privacy with respect to their health information and just the fact that they're there for um for a medical appointment is is health information. So yeah, that's a that's actually a good idea. Somebody said, "Name drop your favorite auditors." Somebody who said that, um, Free Press Fort Worth said, "Name drop the best auditors." Yeah, you do that. Name drop the best auditors and why you think they're one of the best auditors auditors. I I consider a good auditor somebody who's calm, somebody who approaches things respectfully, somebody who's got a a not just a working knowledge, but you can tell it's coming out of their heart. It's not just coming out of their head. They didn't just watch a couple videos one day and just start regurgitating stuff. They are really they are actually standing on the bedrock of their rights. Name your favorite auditors. You know, you could you name a couple if you want to. Um I think that's a good idea because I think I look at auditors in terms of demeanor, in terms of the educational benefit that they give, the entertainment value. That's that's also an important thing. If you have a super educational and entertaining audit, I mean, that's the best of both worlds right there. But the key is to distribute knowledge. And the end result of this whole thing is to get Americans to understand, hey, you can't keep giving away your rights and expect to wake up the next morning thinking you're going to have those rights. You can't expect to be ignorant and free because that's something that never was and what never shall be. So yeah, name drop some of your favorite auditors. And don't forget, don't forget to hit the like button. I appreciate you guys hitting the like. We're almost at 500 likes. See if we can get over 500 in the next five minutes. Your best uh judgment. Yes. So, what if there's an employee who's not familiar with First Amendment audience and they let somebody behind one of these locked doors? What would be what would happen then? Are we would be able to ask them to leave that area? Yes. Yep. It's not like vampires once they're in, they're in. You could say, "Oh, oh, I'm sorry." Um, Joe didn't know that this isn't a public area. Uh, it is a public area and I'm going to escort you out. And if they didn't, would that be a time to call the police? Gosh. I mean, you don't want to, as she said, escalate if the guy's, you know, kicking up a scene in that, you know, if you feel threatened or harassed or that, but I mean, I I think the vast majority of these people know what's what, and if you ask them politely to leave, they're going to do it. Um, are there jerks out there? Yes. Great question, Charlie. You got to admit there are I'm not going to name any names, but there are auditors and you've you got to be honest. Have you ever watched an auditor and it's it just kind of makes you involuntarily cringe. It's like, oh god, why did you do that? Why' you say that? Why are you acting like this? What are you doing trying to give us a bad name? What's going on here? they keep they have their office door open all the time. So if someone goes in there um it's up to them to Yeah. I mean they can say this is my private office. Um you know the door is propped open but this is my private office reporters office right I I don't I don't really want to go on with this cuz I feel like anything beyond this is basically wasting your time. So I'm going to drop that link. I've got the link in the chat room right there. This is starting to get a little bit boring to me. I'm not going to watch this whole video right here, but I did see this out the corner of my eye. There was an excessive force lawsuit filed by a 78 or 74 year old man against the Madison Heights, Michigan Police Department. Now, this is 21 minutes north of Detroit. And um if you'll remember the video that I did yesterday, was it a live stream? I don't remember if it was a live stream or a video. I think it was a live stream on Facebook where the Detroit cop was given chance after chance, two DUIs, domestic abuse and all this stuff. They kept him on the force for years and finally this lady's filing I think is a 10 or 20 million I think it was $10 million lawsuit against him and she'll probably win because the guy was completely out on a limb. So this happened in Madison Heights. We're not going to watch all this because I think there's going to be some uh content here that if played during a live stream will probably not uh farewell with the old algorithms here. So, let's let's see what we can watch. We're only now seeing this body cam video showing an intense altercation. Of course, they're going to they're going to this is Madison Heights Police Department. They're going to start it off. Let's let's see if I can just scroll through this. You know what happens. You know what happens. They're going to abuse this 74 year old guy. But there's a backstory to this that I want to share with you that if you're aware of this story, you may not be aware of the backstory that I wanted to cover because it kind of gives a broadspectctrum look at what's actually going on here because it kind of makes you think, okay, the cops are called because the kids in the neighborhood enter this 74 year old man's house and the 74 year old man gives the kids ice cream. Now, I don't know about you, but whenever I think of ice cream and kids and old man, you know where the mind goes. You know, it's like that nondescript ice cream truck that's roving through the neighborhood and you know, no good thing can come of that. So, that's the first thing I thought. That's where my mind went. But there's a backstory that shows uh but that uh demonstrates or gives another angle on what actually may have happened. So, let's listen to some of this. Good to have you with us for Local 4 News at 5. That man, a 74 year old veteran, is suing the police department for allegedly using excessive force. And for the first time, we're getting police using excessive force. You've got to be kidding me. When does that ever happen? Look at what went down inside this Oakland County home. It all started as a disagreement between neighbors. But as our Will Jones found out, things quickly escalated after officers got there. Will escalated police officers? You don't say. And Devon, this disagreement involved the neighbors kids. But Larry White's attorneys say what police did once they got on the scene more than crossed the line. It caused physical and emotional damage. Get out of the house. Don't even go there. Get out of the house. Okay. Now, they are they are about to cross his threshold. I don't care who you are in America. Right here in America. Not we're not in North Korea, China. We're not in Afghanistan. We're not in Kazakhstan. We are in America. That threshold of of the abode of an American should be considered especially by law enforcement who took that oath as a sacred place that shall not be crossed except in the most dire circumstances. And you better have proof that there's dire circumstances like somebody in the other side of that threshold is about to lose their very life. But they don't treat it like that because they believe that what's higher than you, what counts more than your life is their qualified immunity. And dog gone it, I'm getting away with this. Why you got to act like this? All right. So, of course, they go in, but let's let's hit this story. Let's Here's the guy's lawyer. Let's see what he says, and then we're going to give you some of this backstory. Illegal search and seizure and excessive force. I mean, they they literally brutalized a veteran and good neighbor. Madison Heights officers were responding to a call last summer from White's neighbors after he invited the neighbors kids inside his home to give them ice cream. Now, that sounds bad. That sounds really bad. That sound or it sounds suspect. It's like, okay, if I had kids, I don't want some old guy inviting my kids into his house. What the freak? Listen to it again. It just it just conjures thoughts of bad stuff. After he invited the neighbors kids inside his call last summer, Madison Heights officers were responding to a call last summer from White's neighbors after he invited the neighbors kids inside his home to give them ice cream. The neighbors told officers that White pulled out a gun. Now, apparently this guy in the white shirt, can you see him? Let's see. Let me scoot this over. This guy in the white shirt that they have his face pixelated, this guy's name reportedly is Brandon. Brandon is the guy who called the cops on this 74 year old who supposedly invited kids into his house to give him ice cream. That's Brandon. And reportedly Brandon has a history as well after they confronted him about it. The video shows officers requesting White to come out the house repeatedly and he refuses and that's when they use force. Literally have no evidence that this guy was involved in any kind of crime. All they've got is a 911 call with hearsay from possibly a disgruntled neighbor who doesn't like this 74y old guy who other people in the neighborhood claim this 74y old is a really nice guy and a good good neighbor to have. There's a bunch of police officers crowding around your door screaming at you before he even had an opportunity to talk to them to understand the situation. You got to imagine the shock. This guy didn't do anything wrong. The lawsuit alleges that the officers made false statements about White's actions while they were trying to handcuff him that led to criminal charges against White, which were later. They're in his I mean, guys, every American should look at this and go, "You're in this guy's house. That's his castle. You crossed the threshold. You made him insecure in his home." If a man can't be secure in his home, if the badge tyrants and extortioners of this area can go inside your home for this reason, then they can set precedent to go in anybody's home for any reason. This should be one of those things that just makes your skin crawl, man. But but you know why it doesn't? Because we've been desensitized by hours and hours and weeks and months and years of propaganda painting this as it's okay. That's all right. It's acceptable. We We can Can you get a little uh Can you get a little intrusion with that? Of course, you can get intrusion with that. All the evidence was thrown out that was critical to the case by Oakland County Circuit Court Judgewami Row, who after reviewing everything found that this was an illegal search. Thank you, judge. Finally, a black robe tyrant getting it right. According to White's attorney, he suffered neck and spine injuries, and he no longer trust Remember Gregory Gross from Sacramento from the the 2021 case where he won $20 million because of because of brutality, police brutality, and he was paralyzed for the rest of his life. An older guy. They don't care how old you are. They don't care what your gender is. They don't care what walk of life you are. They don't care if you're black, white, Asian. It doesn't matter. They don't care if you're high income or low income. They just want an opportunity. You know, because we've seen this time and time again. This isn't something that just happens in the darkness every once in a while. This happens in the daylight on camera every multiple times a day. And we have so much evidence that it ain't a few bad apples problem or feel safe around police officers after this incident. Kimberly. Yeah. So, Will, what's the Madison Heights Police Department saying about this? Anything? Yeah, we're investigating ourselves and we'll get back to you. Well, not much. I reached out to the police chief this afternoon. He says he just received the complaint, so he could not comment on it. Okay. Stay on top of it. I Oh. Oh, I Oh, that comp Oh, I just received it. I just now received the complaint and I'll tell you what, I'll look at into it and I'll get back to you. Never hear back from him. So, let's get this backstory right here. It's pretty interesting actually. This guy named Cricut Johnson 5391 says, "You can never believe what you hear or see unless you know the whole story." This Brandon guy, that's the guy supposedly in the white shirt with the pixelated face who made these accu accusations was totally lying. His kids have been over to this neighbor's house several times seeking ice cream and treats. Brandon had never, according to this, this is just another angle that needs to be taken into consideration. I'm not saying this is evidence and I'm not saying cricket is telling 100% the truth, but he could be. And it sounds a little bit different than the story we just got by Fake Stream Media. Brandon had never, he says, told Larry that he could not give them any treats or ice cream, which is actually beside the point in this incident because the kids came over on their own onto the porch, knocked on the door while Larry was on the phone with a relative and asked for ice cream. So, and you saw Larry, the older guy, the 74 year old gentleman on the phone. The phone drops and goes across the floor. And uh so that's who he's talking to, his relative. According to this, when he went to the fridge to get the ice cream for the kids, they the kids opened the storm door and came in on their own, according to this report. Now, doesn't that sound just a little bit different than an older guy going, "Come here, kids. I got some ice cream treats for you." It's it's a whole different and he's he's distracted being on the phone grabbing ice cream treats if that's the case and the kids walk into his house on their own. It's a little bit different than dragging somebody into a van or bringing them into your house to do nefarious things. There was never any luring of these kids into the home says this person, he could be fibbon. The whole time all this took place, Larry was on the phone with his relative Gary. Larry and Gary. And in the video where the police are grabbing Larry's arms, you can hear him yell Gary and then the phone went flying inside the house across the floor. That's another thing that I don't like about these fake stream media things. They don't play the entire body camera video. So you can't and they don't give the they don't ever give the link to where you can see the entire uncut, unedited, unredacted version of the body cam video so you can make an intelligent decision about what you think is going on here. There also was never a gun drawn on Brandon, even though Larry had his gun on him at the time because he carries when he goes out to the store or whatever. In this case, he had just come in from the supermarket and had not yet taken his gun off as he had been on his phone during that time. What he um what he had held out the door was his cell phone, which is a flip phone. So, this guy's obviously not interested in technology, by the way. one of the best phones I ever owned as far as reception, as far as durability, as as far as uh you know, it didn't seem to have um what planned obsolescence built in was a Motorola eraser. I love that flip phone. It was great. Never never had any problems out of it. Now we have these smartphones so that Gary could hear what this foulmouth Brandon was screaming at him and threatened his life. Why Brandon did this is apparently because neighbors had called the police on him over two years ago when he was in his rental house, a rental house that he and his girlfriend and their nine dogs were being evicted from from not for not paying rent. And then he said you can call Larry Campbell at Campbell Realy on 12 Mile Road in Madison Heights to verify this and he was reported several times. Apparently this came to Larry's attention after the fact. other neighbors witnessed this incident and know Brandon lied about what happened which is another reason this lawsuit never held water. So that's an example of fakest stream media possibly because I'm I'm taking what this guy says with a grain of salt too. Okay, but this is another side of the story where if true uh it's pretty damaging that this news station, you know, willingly wittingly or unwittingly leaving out this information. And I don't know if they did it intentionally or whatever, but it's very important to get the truth and as much truth as you can put into the story so that people can make an intelligent choice about, hey, what's actually going on here? So that that's pretty much it. I just wanted to go for an hour. This is an hour and six minutes. Let me go and read the super chats real quick. Studio 3.14 says, "Hey, Brian." Oh, I already read that one. Bipolar Bear 722 says, "Thou live stream, please." Oh my gosh. Let's see how many of you have 651 people. There's 547 likes. Let's see if we can get up to 600 likes real quick. How many of 640 people would want to see a 24hour live stream from the Here's the Deal channel. Put a one in the room. If I get 150 ones in the room, I will consider a 24-hour marathon live stream. And it's not just going to be a live stream where, you know, we're just shooting the, hey, let's go out and have some whiskey, let's smoke a cigar. will be something something that I will strive to be substantial and substantive and filled with knowledge and something we can all learn from. That's going to be pretty hard to do for 24 hours. But if you're interested in me doing a 24-hour marathon live stream, holy cow, please don't let there be 151s in the room. I'll consider it. I'll consider it. East says 150. Oh god, no. Say it doesn't show. Why are you doing that? Why did I even ask the question? Polar bear 24-hour live stream. Get what? What did you do to me, man? Jeremy Filipe says, "Critical question. Is freedom an actual thing or just a philosophical concept in your perspective?" Let me just tell you what freedom to me is. Okay. uh you know I'll just put it in my own words because I don't have a you know just a pat 25 cent college answer for this but let me boil it down with starting with the springboard of what is crime what do they say what do they you know the illustrious elusive they say crime is they say crime is an action or omission that constitutes an offense that's an important key word that may be prosecuted by the state who are 100% criminals by the way because it's an organization that's predicated on non-stop extortion of the people they're claiming to protect and serve. So the state is a criminal cartel. It's a criminal organization that's protected by laws. It's basically legalized theft. And like who was it? Bastiat that said that when plunder that's theft becomes a way of life for a group of men living together in society they create for themselves in the course of time a legal system which authorizes it and a moral code which glorifies it. So what is this offense and what is this idea of legitimacy of prosecution by the state and then it says and is punishable by law. Well what we have to define some terms here. What is offense? What is the state? And what is law? Law is and will always be, unless you can prove to me otherwise, it's the opinion of politicians backed by the threat of force. And that force comes via the enforcement class who are there to do the political parasites bidding. They're not there to do your bidding. If they were, they wouldn't be extracting $150 for you for a 7 mph over the speed limit nonsense. This right here says an action or activity that although not illegal is considered to be illegal, shameful or wrong. And let me give you an example. Slavery used to be legal. You know what used to be highly illegal? Freeing slaves. I can't think of anything more moral than to free a human being from the oppressive clutches of another human being. And yet that used to be illegal. Freeing slaves used to be illegal and thus punishable by law, punishable by the state, even though you did a good thing. And how do we know it's good? Well, it's self-evident. If you were a slave being oppressed by a master, wouldn't you want to be freed from your slavery? Yes. What if you found out that the person who freed you from your slavery went to prison for life? How would you feel about that? You would know in your heart. You wouldn't need a holy book. You wouldn't need to be a part of a religion. You wouldn't need to know anything about a constitution to know that that is absolutely wrong. Why? Because you know you wouldn't want that done to you. And you know that what that guy did by freeing you from the clutches of slavery was absolutely the right thing. So I think to answer that question, Jeremy, um you know what is freedom? You got to find out what is crime. Do you have the do you have the unalienable right to harm somebody? No, you don't. Do you have an unalienable right to steal from somebody? No, you don't. Do you have the right to harass or infringe on anybody in any way? No, you don't. How do you know you don't? It's self-evident. You don't want those three things to befall you. You don't want your property damaged and somebody, you know, let's say somebody came on your property or started doing donuts in your roll your uh your yard and hit your front door and knocked out your mailbox and then scooted away without paying for it. You don't want that done. So, you don't do that to other people. It's the golden rule really. The only the only rule that you need and it's not because it's found in the Bible. It's not because it's found in the Quran, the concept in the Quran or the Bhagavita or any of the holy books. It's just a self-evident concept of, hey, do to other human beings what you would want other human beings to do to you. Conversely, don't do to other human beings what you wouldn't want done to you. It's pretty elementary. And to me, that is freedom. Freedom is self-evident. You have it because I have it. And if you don't have it, then I can't have it. It's like this idea of voting. Oh, okay. What is voting? Oh, I am conferring a power and a position onto an individual so he can do things that none of the rest of us have the right individually to do. Well, if you don't indiv individually have the right to boss somebody around and make rules and policies and commands and procedures and ordinances and regulations for other people to follow, and if they don't follow them, uh, they they have to be punished. If you don't have that power in and of yourself, then you can't confer that power onto somebody else. And if you don't have it, then a hundred you don't have it. A thousand or a million individuals don't have it. If a million or 10 million, let's let's go crazy. A billion individuals who don't each have that power cannot confer that power unto one single person. It's not logical. So to me, freedom is the freedom to do what is right. And it also necessitates the freedom or the ability to see clearly what is wrong. Because wrongdoers must just by that same self-evident standard, all wrongdoers who do evil to other human beings must have justice visit them and it should be done immediately. It's like what is that? Ecclesiastes 8:11. When injustice when justice when justice against an evil work is not executed speedily, therefore the hearts of the sons of men are fully set in them to do evil. If you don't take down the evil doer immediately, if you think that all you need to do is throw this guy to behind bars, give him three hots in a cot, Playboy magazine, uh, ESPN, go out in the yard every once in a while so he can get pumped up, feed him food so he can get out, come come out of prison jacked and just as criminal-minded as he was when he went in. If you think that is just, uh, we all know that's not just. We all, we all know that somebody going to prison for life and being ter taken care of to the tune of $60,000 to $75,000 a year for a, you know, a super max inmate, um, you know, stealing from other people so that this evil individual can be maintained and taken care of. We know that's wrong. We know that's not right. We know that whatever evil befell the person that he's guilty of violating needs to fall on him and it needs to happen quickly. And then that sends an immediate message out to, hey, guess what? Guess what? Next potential criminal. You're not getting three hots in a cot. You're not getting Playboy. You're not getting ESPN. You're not getting unlimited internet access or the ability to go out and work out so that you can be jacked when you get out of prison. You're going to get this right here. And that's going to fall befall you immediately. That's justice and we all know it's right. We can have debates on what the punishment can be and all that kind of stuff, but you know, it's just right. So the critical question is freedom an actual thing or just a philosophical com uh concept in your perspective. I I think I don't know. I don't think you're intentionally downplaying philosophical concepts, but philosophical concepts undergur the thoughts of the mind and flesh themselves out in our daily life. Philosophical concept of, hey, that old lady, you know, this is just one minor philosophical concept. That old lady looks like she's really struggling to put that coin in that MTA machine so that she can get on that shuttle or whatever. Hey, why don't I go over and help her? You don't have to help her out. It's not your obligation to help her out. But hey, it'd be a nice thing to do because I'm I'm going to be that old in, you know, x amount of years. And it'd be nice if somebody came up and my rheumatoid arthritis, shaking hands, not being able to grab that coin and put that thing into that slot. It'd be neat if like a younger person came up and said, "Hey, let me help let me help you out. Do you do you need help on the bus? I I see you're struggling here." And you know, we all have our struggles in life and I just like to help you out. I think that philosophical concept, as long as it's not minimized and being downplayed, is a very powerful thing and can change humanity. Just like the philosophical concept of First Amendment auditing, the philosophical concept is you have the right to do this in a public place. I'm recording because I've heard that there's massive amounts of corruption going on in the New York City Police Department. I want to verify this for myself. And if it's going on, I want to warn my fellow New Yorkers about it. I I think that is a worthwhile moral cause. And that's a philosophical concept that fleshes it itself out in a man with a camera on a street corner looking at badge number 3357 of violating the rights of Jane Doe. And it should not happen. And every the world needs to know about it. There needs to be an outcry. That guy needs to lose his job. and penalties need to personally befall him, not the taxpayer. So, I hope I don't know. I hope that uh answered your question, Jeremy. Thanks for the question. I appreciate it. Maybe I didn't answer it uh you know, exactly the way you might maybe you expect it, but that's just kind of those are my thoughts on the issue. Afro Audits, what's up, man? Afro Audits. I did a video on Afro Audits and like I said, it's going to be released hopefully soon by YouTube and it should be up hopefully in the next couple days. But it's really something you need to take a look at because I always look at it like this. When I watch a video like this that happened with this 74 year old guy right here, I picture that being my grandfather. I I picture that being your grandfather or you or me one day standing where is this? Standing in our living room with a bunch of badged clowns thinking they can be there and that they have the right to do what they're doing. Man, if we all took this personally, we could change the world in a week, maybe a month, because it would take that message, you know, a little while to to really gel in our minds and in our hearts. But when I saw what happened to Afroman Audits for just simply voicing I'm sorry, Afro Audits for simply voicing the concern about a public health issue in a local rental building that looks like a public health hazard, honestly. Uh, and then the cops in that area retaliating. I'm like, dude, Afroman, Afro Audits is my brother. What if that happened to my real biological brother? I'd be pretty incensed about it. So, I appreciate Afro man. Hopefully that video will be up shortly. Uh, Angry Vet, check out Angry Vat's channel. I appreciate the appreciate the super chats, guys. Love your work, brother. Man, I appreciate that. Thanks for the 626 likes and appreciate you guys being here. Uh yeah, I I had diary of the mouth on this one. An hour and 19 minutes. I'm gonna wrap it up with this. I I always say this. The price of freedom is now and will always be what? Eternal vigilance. If we stop looking out, if we get lukewarm, if we get cold, if we get apathetic to our rights, guys, there's always somebody out there who wants to take your rights from you. and they'll take them by force. James James Freeman actually put a really good meme that I had never seen. You know how you see tons of memes, you're like, "Oh, I've seen it all." James Yeah, I'm going to end with this. I love this. I love this analogy. Let's go to his community page. James Freeman, check out his stuff. Really good. I like top quality stuff. Here's his meme. This is good. This is kind of like the frog boiling in the water concept. Let's see if I can scrunch this down into one. Can you guys see that whole thing? I don't even know. Let me expand that over here. Like that. Look at this. Let this sink down. I mean, really verbally chew on mentally chew on this and really just digest this. A dog had his chain reduced one link at a time every few days, maybe every few weeks, maybe it was super gradual until his chain was so short he could barely move. He never resisted because he was conditioned to the loss of his freedom slowly over time. And it's like that frog that starts boiling slowly. It's like, "Oh my god, this is warm. I don't like Oh, it's getting a little Oh, I kind of like Oh, wow. like this is this is actually comfortable. I actually like this. And it's it reminds me of that thing Voltater said a a fool it's hard to free a fool from the chains he rever. And I know this is attributed to the guy with the funny mustache, but he said something to the effect of, "If you remove the rights of the people by a thousand tiny, almost imperceptible reductions, it'll be too by the time they wake up, it'll be too late for them to do anything about it." And that's what this is. That's the tiny the removal of the link is the tiny imperceptible reduction. That's how you lose your freedoms. So when I say uh you know freedom has a price and that's eternal vigilance echoing you know one of our found founders you know if that's attributed rightly to this guy uh it's true the price of freedom is eternal vigilance and indifference to this notion is the means by which the people have and will secure their own oppression. Let's let's unite. None of us is greater than all of us. Let's decide to stop fostering and fueling our own oppression and let's do it today. I appreciate you guys joining.
