y what's going on so today we got a video from Crime Time Cam and the title of the video is police teach defiant woman she doesn't make the rules St out of the car off of me I didn't do nothing get off of me if we was on the street and you ain't had that badge I'll whoop your ass on June 25th 2024 an officer conducted a routine traffic stop on an individual with a suspended driver's license 1263 radio we've pulled into the BP whoa whoa whoa I before we get started if you're a female getting pulled over the last person you want to pull you over is a female officer trying to tell you you got a better shot with the guys a female pulling over a female m M hi I'm moner TR with the Beach Police Department do you have your driver's license in your insurance card oh why are you pulling me over are you the owner of the vehicle yeah okay your license is suspended that's why you I got right here when how's my license suspended I have to look up to see what cord it's through you weren't aware that it was suspended I know I got a ticket in Shaker but I paid my ticket off I didn't know nothing about no do you have your insurance card with you all right let me see when that suspension uh started and what cord it's through did you get a ticket with them and not pay it should have been it looks like it might have been from 2022 2022 I haven't been in a Shaker court and everything I don't is not Shaker court but how would I 2022 I was living at that a so they would have sent me something I would have known okay um so here's the situation because you're showing suspended we have to tow the vehicle oh my God and I need your why did you even stop me in the first place because your license is suspended so why would you run my my name on my plate in the first place if I wasn't doing anything illegal we typically run license PL just as a matter of polic some no if you had a licensed driver with you then we would be able to turn it over to them but because there's not someone with you that has a license we have to tow it my mom lives right down the street yeah we can't we can't wait and he's already called for a toe what's your current address ma'am what I tell you what I like give me your keys I open the door and she like pulls away and so I pulled her out and she started resisting and cuffed her up and put her she's in the back in my car now all right so you anything else uh no all right I just Che you guys yeah thanks so I stopped her cuz she's suspended and um she's parked at the spot or like at one of the pumps and I told her were tow in her car she's suspended well then she's like you know I'm working on the ticket she just takes off drives up here and just Parks like she thought that if she parked in I'm assuming she thought if she parked in the spot she wasn't going to get towed cuz we told her we're Towing in the car so I go up here I'm like what are you doing like give me your keys and she refused so I open the door to get the keys cuz I thought it was and she refused to get out I told her get out of the car and she wouldn't get out of the car so she started resisting and now she's in the back of my cruiser and this was all just going to be a ticket y'all really ain't got nothing else better to do it's really crime out here and you out here arresting me over unpaid ticket in 2022 back to the jail A2 foll weak going to advise you of your rights you have the right to remain silent baby where was my rights when you drugg me out my car where was my rights why you a reading me my rights when you drugg me out my car and what's your name if you can afford a hire lawyer won't be appointed to represent you before any question you wish if you can you can decide any time to exercise these rights and not answer any questions or Mak any statements where was my rights at when you drugg me out my car you want to read me some rights you drug me out my car over us okay but this this is this is the thing and a lot of people get it confused you only get ready your rights when they're about to question you about the alleged crime or incident or whatever the case may be right then and there she ain't questioning you she telling
