HEAD ON THE GROUND. [screaming] >> I DON'T HAVE >> LAY DOWN. HEAD ON THE GROUND. >> WHY IS MY HEAD I DON'T HAVE >> HEAD ON THE GROUND. [screaming] HEAD ON THE GROUND. >> HOW'D YOU GET IN? >> THROUGH the gate. >> Well, it was locked. >> Uh there was a chain on it, yeah. Is there an issue? >> At this time, I don't want to answer any more of your questions. >> Hey, and who's Eli to you? >> I don't answer any questions. >> I don't understand what the deal is. >> I'm not answering any questions. >> I'm just trying to investigate >> Okay, you can investigate it other than my property. >> I don't understand what your problem is. >> No, no, I don't have a problem. I just don't like people coming into my property when it's a locked gate. >> Am I going to be arrested? Is that what's going to happen? >> The sunglasses come on usually means that you're about to go hands-on, right? >> That's insane. You got to be kidding me. This is a joke, right? All right, yeah, you're kind of an idiot, but uh you do you, boo. Let's see if I get arrested later on for standing right here taking pictures. >> I've got a lightning round for you in this video. Just tell me if you can spot in any one of these examples I'm about to give you a single law enforcement agent protecting and serving anybody. That is anybody but the state apparatus. In this first clip, Little Rock police officer Thomas Shook has been placed on paid administrative leave after body camera footage showed him pressing his firearm against Gregory Williams' head in an August 9th encounter at a gas station on South University Avenue in Little Rock, Arkansas. Police were called after a store clerk alleged Williams threatened to shoot him, and the clerk later said he didn't want to press any charges, he only wanted Williams banned from the store. >> Show me your hands. Get on the ground. >> You told us to shoot. >> Get on the ground. >> the ground. >> Get on the ground. >> What the [ __ ] you telling them, bro? Right here, you want to got one at gunpoint. >> Get on the ground. >> You told me to get on the ground. >> GET ON THE GROUND. >> HAVE YOU A GUN. >> GET ON THE GROUND. >> I DON'T HAVE YOU A >> GET ON THE GROUND. >> BRO, YOU TOLD >> GET ON THE GROUND. >> I DON'T HAVE YOU >> LIE DOWN. >> I DON'T HAVE YOU >> LIE DOWN. >> YO. >> SPREAD YOUR OUT. >> ALL RIGHT. >> HEAD ON THE GROUND. >> WHY IS MY HEAD I DON'T KNOW >> HEAD ON THE GROUND. HEAD ON THE GROUND. PUT YOUR ARMS OUT. CROSS YOUR LEGS. >> Put my arms out and CROSS MY LEGS? >> ARMS OUT. >> RIGHT IN >> ARMS OUT NOW. >> I LIKE GETTING COME AND GET SOME FOOD, BRO. I didn't eat [ __ ] none today. I didn't I didn't >> I don't care who you are. That is ridiculous. >> I don't have nothing, bro. Why you have a gun at my head? I DON'T HAVE [ __ ] BRO. >> HEY. >> HEY. >> HEY. >> I LITERALLY JUST CAME FROM THE [ __ ] PLASMA CENTER. I DON'T HAVE [ __ ] BRO. >> You old cabin. >> In Kalispell, Montana, a Flathead County Sheriff's Deputy identifying himself as Deputy Mark bypassed a chained closed gate onto private property under the premise of investigating an abandoned Ford Expedition parked near a local school. The Deputy claimed that he was conducting a welfare check to locate an individual named Eli Tully. The problem is you don't go on to another man's property unless you've got a warrant. But do you think Deputy Mark cared about that? Hello. >> How are you? >> Not too bad. How about you? >> Good. >> Can I ask what you're doing here? >> Yep. Give me 1 second. Let's go check on him. >> This is just for You know, I don't deal with you guys, so >> Well, that's okay. I'm recording, too. >> Okay, good. >> Uh yeah, I'm Mark with the Sheriff's Office. I'm looking for an Eli Tully by chance. Do you recognize that name? >> He's in jail. >> He's in jail? >> Yeah. >> Okay. So, the reason I'm contacting there's a white Ford Expedition down there at the school. >> Oh, okay. >> So, it's parked down there. It's been looks like it's been there for a bit. >> Yeah, he's in jail. >> Okay. Do you know who the car belongs to? >> That's Eli's. Uh can can I I How did you get in? >> Through the gate. >> Well, it was locked. >> Uh there was a chain on it, yeah. >> Okay, it was just All right. >> Is there an issue? >> No, no, no. I just just wondering. >> A gaggle of cops will go ballistic if a cameraman records a police station from a public sidewalk, but they think it's okay to enter a closed chain gate on the private property. >> Okay. So, uh there was a note left on the console there >> Yeah. >> that said somebody had effed up and the keys were in the in the by the gas cap and a phone in the console. Just making sure everybody's okay. >> Um at this time, I don't want to answer any more of your questions. Just to be, you know, all legal and stuff. I don't know what this is about, so. >> So, I'm just trying to conduct >> contact the Flagler County Jail, and I'm sure he's in there. >> Okay, so whose card is it? >> Card? >> Car. Whose car is it? >> That's Eli's car. >> registered to him. >> I don't know. >> Okay, and who's Eli to you? >> I don't answer any questions. >> I don't understand what the deal is. >> I'm not answering any questions without my lawyer present. >> This cop knows what the deal is. He knows that it's unwise to talk to any police officer ever. When they're conducting an investigation and you start talking, you're helping them investigate you. Besides that, this cop is basically saying, uh my ability to conduct an investigation gives me the authority to step onto your property without a warrant anytime I want to, buddy. You're not >> You're not under investigation for anything. >> Well, that's good. I'm just covering all my bases. Dot my eyes, cross my tees, you know what I'm saying? >> I do. So, here's the thing, man. So, I'm I'm trying to investigate and make sure that whoever that car belongs to is okay and not in need of help. >> Okay, you can investigate it other than my property. >> Do what? >> You can leave now. Please, if you would like to just >> understand what your problem is. >> No, I don't have a problem. I just don't like people coming into my property when it's a locked gate. >> I didn't know if you had horses here. >> trespassing, so >> So I'm in here I'm here conducting an investigation. >> Okay, you can investigate, but not here. >> Okay, and this is your property? >> I don't answer questions. >> [snorts] >> All right, man. >> Have a good day. >> Is your name Jake? >> I don't answer questions. >> Jesus, man. Unbelievable. >> Thank you. >> Yep. >> Jesus, man. Unbelievable, says the guy who just entered onto another man's property without permission, which is more unbelievable. But this cop's not done. >> I'd like you to leave my neighbors alone, please. >> Okay. >> Hey, skip. Don't don't answer any of his questions. >> So, yeah. There's So, there's a car that's parked down there that has a piece of mail in it >> Okay. >> that comes back to an Eli totally unrelated. >> Yeah. >> So, >> That's not me, man. >> What's that? >> That's not me. >> No, I understand that. I'm just making sure everybody is okay, but he obviously doesn't want to help me out in any way. So, do you know who the car belongs to? >> God, you guys are putting me on the spot. I don't He He's trespassing right now. I'd like you to leave my property, please. >> trespassing. I'm here >> through a locked gate, and this is private property. It's marked all over the place that you can >> Thank you. >> private property. >> Okay, call and file a report. I'm sorry. You don't want to answer any questions, either? >> What's your name and badge number? >> what I'm trying to figure out. >> This deputy knows that if this guy files a report, nothing is going to happen. This report is going to go into the round file, and the cop will be able to get away with trespassing on private property. >> I was just whoever that car belongs to is okay anymore. Okay. And he's currently in jail? >> As far as I know. >> Okay. >> Yeah. >> And it's his car? >> We I I answer any questions. >> Okay. >> Have a nice day, officer. >> I'll leave when I'm done. Okay. I appreciate your time, sir. Okay. And what's this guy's name? >> None of your business. >> Yeah, it's up to him. Got you. Sorry. Okay. Well, if I was living here, I'd probably find a new place to stay cuz this is ridiculous. Have a good day. >> You too. >> Okay. This harassment now, I'd like you to go. >> That wasn't harassment. >> What's your name and badge number? >> I don't want to give it >> You don't want to give it to me? >> Yep. I don't give information out. >> Trespassing through a locked gate. >> Constitutionally, "I'm conducting an investigation" is not a legitimate excuse to trample unalienable rights, but this deputy thinks a little differently about that. So, there's no protection in service of the people happening in Flathead County. This pompous, ego-driven cop learned real quick that he can't just arbitrarily block Florida public access areas, and there are members of the public who are brave enough to stand against his tyranny. >> I told you what I was required to tell you. You need to leave this area of the parking lot. >> Yep. >> Go back over there. Go over there. >> Where Where's Where's over there? Like which way? >> Public areas is the main road that goes through the jail. >> Okay. >> there. Yep. All right. So, can you get your supervisor down here? >> Nope. >> No? Isn't it for policy? You guys are clear accredited? I do my research. I'm headed that way, but I just want to get your supervisor down here and you're saying no. You're saying no? Am I going to be arrested? Is that what's going to happen? The sun The sunglasses come on and usually means that you're about to go hands-on, right? Okay. It means they're about to go hands-on or it means they're about to lie profusely and they don't want you to see their eyes. Can you get your supervisor down here? >> You want to talk to your supervisor or what? >> What's your supervisor's name so I can have that? >> Major Bowen. >> Major Bowen. Sounds good. So, all right, we're here in Marion County. We found one tire right here. This is not marked off as as we're saying. It's not, but what we're doing is looking at some of the cars down here cuz usually these are involved in in some type of pursuits right here, but this guy I bet so. Put some signs up. You just can't arbitrarily tell people that they can't come places that are public openly here. If I want to come in here and do a public excuse me, a public records request, I sure can to the fleet maintenance. It's done right here where the records are kept per Florida statute 119. I know my stuff. They are kept here. They're clearly kept here. Logs for bringing the vehicles in are kept here. That's they're they're exactly kept here. It's not for the law. It's where the records can be kept. That's where it is. The laws doesn't say I have to go to the sheriff's office and do one. This can be where the kept records are kept. So, when they do a vehicle maintenance fleet log, it's right here. It's not over there. It's here. That's what I'm trying to do. I'm just going to I'm just going to I'm just going to advise you right now you're violating a First Amendment protected activity. I'm just giving you that heads-up. I do ask the courts to strip any of your sovereign immunity that you have if you do anything. I'm just out here. If there's no signs and this is wide open like it is right here That's who's who's paid for? Yes. Yes. So, why isn't there some Why isn't there some Well, just what I'm saying, why isn't there signs up there that says that? So, that But, that's the question I have for you. That's the question I have for you. You want to give legal advice 90% of the time, but now you don't? Why is that Why is this area not Why is this area not open? Is this a sidewalk you said I had to be on the sidewalk? Is that correct? >> [clears throat] >> Why is this right here a crosswalk coming over here? This is not a public area. How far? To the roadway. Is your car locked? Unattended? State law? This is what bullies are, guys. If you guys don't see it right here. Just want to Yeah, you're a bully. I'm not talking to you anymore. So, that's what these guys are. So, where Is there a right away right here? Is this good? That works for you? Good. What's your name? What is your name? Yours, over here. Yes. Yours. Stephanie 9? 9? Okay, cool. Very cool. You don't like cameras? You don't like them. You just want to be the bully today. I just want to come in here and get a public records request on one of those vehicles, and that's where it is. I don't want to go over there, cuz I don't like law enforcement like you and you. Simple as that. Because the people that work on the cars are not sworn people that have guns that want to shoot you. And that's what you want to do. I know what you want to do. I'm clearly looking at it just by your intent, because I want to come down here and get something on one of those vehicles from this place over here, just a vehicle log. Feel free to go make a request. I don't want to. Those guys have guns just like you do. >> The people sitting at the front desk don't carry guns. >> They might. >> They don't. >> They don't. >> I would presume there's probably video of you taking in there prior to this, so that you obviously know that. >> I didn't go in there. So, don't don't you do the same that you're accusing me of doing to you, telling me that I'm doing something that I haven't done. For do what? >> For giving someone something you don't know. >> Yeah, that's what you guys do all the time, smiley. I don't know the number, you guys can get it if you want it, but not my problem. I just want to go there and get a public request. There's no signs indicating that this place is marked off. Okay, I don't need your assistance, you're dismissed. Get out of here. Both you guys get out of here then. I can stay in here. You said this is fine with you. This ain't your property. You got the wrong idea there, buddy. You don't Yeah, you work here. Who pays for this property? You do not own this property. The only people that own this property Well, if you live in this county, you might own some of this property. State owns it, not this property. The state doesn't own this property. The city The The citizens own this property. That's what they pay taxes for, for people like you. This is a First Amendment protected activity. This is an open area not marked off as a restricted area, but by duress, I have to abide by you because if I do it any further, you're going to you're going to get me trespassed from a public place. There's already a court case about that. I haven't committed a crime. Learn your laws, man. I know you got your cool earpiece and your badge hanging down there. By the way, if you're running first foot pursuit, that thing will probably chip your teeth. >> It is amazing that people whose profession it is to know the law. It's even in their name, law enforcement. They're woefully ignorant of their own laws, and a lot of people in the public know more about the law than they do. They don't care. It's not about law and order. It's not about safety. It's not about protecting and serving. It's about controlling people. It's about exercising their authority. It's about hiding behind that badge. That's what it is. And if the problem with the world is that there are evil people in the world, then probably the last thing a just society wants to do is give some of those evil people a badge, a uniform, a gun, and the authority of the state. >> All right, you can lock it up. You're not as cool as you look, man. It's Friday. I know it's casual Friday with jeans. I just want to come down here, get a public records request on one of these vehicles, and that's it. I don't want to go there. This is where the You want to You know what Florida Statutes 119 are? Do you even know what they are? No, you don't. You might know like 843.02, 781, whatever those are for trespass and battery, but you don't know the Florida Statutes for for public records, apparently. And that's sad. So, you're prohibiting a First Amendment protected activity, one. Second, a Florida State Statute. You're prohibiting me from filming in a public area that is not marked off in an area here that is absolutely not marked off saying it's non-restricted like it says over there. Obviously, the guys at the jail have more sense than you guys do. That's all I can say. Do a good thing and sit out there and watch the stop sign where people are pulling out here like six six or seven people. You enjoy getting back in your car and getting in the AC. Don't be stupid. And don't teach this guy stupid stuff like you just taught him. Oh, there we go. These guys right here. And unfortunately, you get you get homeschooled with the sunglasses putting on there. He's going to come out here and play games, so >> And now we turn to another clueless DEI higher officer who actually believes that you are committing a crime by exercising your constitutionally protected right to record from a public sidewalk. This is courtesy of KULT News. >> It's a public sidewalk. I can't be trespassing on a public sidewalk. >> If you're going to stand and you're going to do the things that we >> There's a bench here. You So, can I sit on the bench? >> And take pictures, no. >> That's ridiculous. I think you need to get a supervisor then. Yeah, that's crazy. Cuz I'm going to stand here. I'm going to take pictures. What crime is is >> It's trespass. >> Trespassing to stand on a public sidewalk. They So, by walk >> your mind. So, wait a second. So, if I walk through and I'm taking pictures as I'm walking back and forth >> If you continue to do so >> Is that legal? I can't >> Because you've been warned about that. >> So, I can't take photos of this bank from a public sidewalk. >> From over there or up the street? >> Well, can you can you show me where the line is? I don't want to make I make sure I don't cross the line. So, so wait a second. So, from from right here to where the sign there that says Chase? >> The other side of that building. >> So, I I can walk through but I can't stop. >> And trespass. Correct. >> That's insane. You got to be kidding me. This is a joke, right? Who put you up to this? I swear Shawn Reyes, if you put this sergeant up to this, I'm going to get you, man. That's crazy. >> make sense to you? >> It's No, it doesn't make sense. >> and it's curtilage. >> It's a public side. It's called a traditional public forum. If I was a Jehovah's Wait a second. Stand your hand out flyers all day long. You're telling me that I can't exercise my Inside. You can't trespass me from a public sidewalk. It's a public sidewalk. >> can walk on the public sidewalk. >> But I can't stop on the path. I'm going to ask for a supervisor. That's ridiculous. That's crazy. Then you need to get retrained. That's crazy. >> No. >> You tell So, can I can I sit on the can I sit on that bench but I can't take photos from that bench? >> their immediate curtilage? >> I don't think so. It's a public sidewalk. It's a public sidewalk. >> And most people aren't in there trespassing. >> I'm not in there trespassing. I'm not in there trespassing. >> So, you've been told >> Wait, wait, wait, wait. Time out. Time out. When did I go inside their bank? >> Did he go inside their bank? >> No, he didn't. >> No. >> Did they trespass him? >> Police So, they don't want him on the phone. >> Okay. >> Yeah, yeah, yeah. They don't want him on the >> So, they trespass him? >> It's a public sidewalk. You can't trespass me from a public sidewalk. You should know it. How long have you been a police officer? Are you brand new? >> You'd be on the curtilage of their building once you do that. >> I It's a public sidewalk. I've already checked with the county. The county lines are very clear. This is a public sidewalk. >> the state law is the curtilage included >> So what law is that then? I'll look that up and then I'll come back here in 10 minutes. What law What law says that they can make the public sidewalk their personal property? >> They're not making it their personal property. It's the curtilage of that building. >> The curtilage. So you So but I can walk through, I just can't stop, right? >> So you've been warned. >> No, it's That's ridiculous. Who's your supervisor? I'm sorry, that's insane. >> here today. >> What law is it? So I'd be charged with trespassing for walking down a public sidewalk? >> I'm not going to keep going back and >> I'm trying to clarify it. I No, you can't bait a good cop. You can't bait a good cop and you're clearly a bad So okay, so right here, this is not their curtilage, right? So I can stand right here? >> So as long as you are past their address >> Yeah. Yeah. There you go. All right. So I can stand here, but I can't stand right there and take photos. Yeah, I'm not blocking the sidewalk. Plenty of Plenty of room. All right. Yeah, you're kind of an idiot, but uh you do you, boo. Let's see if I get arrested later on for standing right here and taking pictures because >> You can't be out in front of their building. >> on a public sidewalk. >> on their immediate curtilage. >> That's ridiculous. What law is that? What are laws that this says that they trespassing. So So I could make the sidewalk in front of my house illegal for people to walk by and I could say you're trespassing. >> been there and trespassed on you before? >> I've never trespassed on these folks before. I'm walking on a public sidewalk. >> That's the difference. >> Is there a difference? >> Even if he was trespassed from the building, he's not trespassed from the public sidewalk. This is truly is insane. >> I'm not inside their bank. I'm not inside their bank. It's ridiculous. >> You've been trespassed by them. >> Inside. They can't trespass me from a public sidewalk. You've got >> She knows she's wrong, but she's too far in. Her ego is too shattered. She cannot give up a millimeter of ground. >> I have to know this. You need to call your boss or somebody because you're making a huge mistake. It's going to cost the city of Baltimore an awful lot of money for something as stupid as thinking I can't walk down or stop and take photos on a public sidewalk. This is a traditional public forum. It's not against the law for me to take photos on a traditional public forum. You should >> And now one of these cops step forward and just kind of pull her aside whisper in her ear, you know, he's totally right. Why are you choosing to die on this hill? >> should know better. >> You can take pictures of the public. >> I just can't take pictures >> You're taking pictures of the public. You're taking these pictures of the >> Okay, so to be clear then, so I can stand here and I can take pictures that direction and that direction and that direction, but I can't aim my camera that direction if I'm standing like where you are. If I stand where you are, I'll be arrested for trespassing because I'm on their public curtilage. >> Wow. >> Public. It could happen. I don't think it will. I'll call your bluff on that because I'm going to be out here all day long now. >> Okay. >> You need to learn a lesson, a valuable lesson about what is and is not legal, and it is illegal for you to claim I can't take photos on a public sidewalk. >> Okay, as long as you're not on their immediate curtilage. >> No, I will be. I'll be I'll be right here. I'm I'm going to wait for you to leave just so you can come back and get another call. >> Okay, that's fine. >> All right. >> Cuz we'll pass it on to the next shift then. >> That's fantastic. Yeah, yeah. Arrest the man for standing on a public sidewalk. What a [ __ ] seriously. Who who who who who who is Who is your boss? Who's your supervisor? >> The city of Baltimore. >> The city of No, you have a boss other than the city of Baltimore. Well, you might want to get him on the phone and talk to him because you're telling him you're telling me you're going to trespass me from a public sidewalk if I stop in front [music] of this business. >> Because this business has trespassed >> From inside? They can't trespass me from public sidewalk. >> That's called doubling and tripling down on moronic unconstitutional stupidity and tyranny. I read something today in somebody's bio that really resonated with me and speaks to our reality, our unfortunate reality today. If you eat their food and take their drugs, go to their schools and attend their churches, watch their propaganda, vote for their parasitic politicians, and support their enforcers, you are under mass formation psychosis and hypnosis, and you are a big part of the problems that we face today, and it's time to wake the F up.
