okay we're live thank you for joining this is grease monkey videos i appreciate you guys coming back we have a special guest tonight it is paul unslaved from the paul enslaved youtube channel if you don't know who this guy is you are in for a treat if you do know who this guy is you are in for a treat we're going to be talking to paul tonight one of the one of the ways that i introduce my audience on high impact felix and grease monkey videos to paul enslaved is via this video right here you see in the background this is paul he had an encounter with a law enforcement agent and i'm gonna have paul talk to you about it because i don't really know the exact ins and outs and the specifics of right when he got pulled over but paul welcome i appreciate you being here can you kind of take us through how you got pulled over why you got pulled over and kind of what was the result of the interaction with the law enforcement agent yeah so first off good to be here as always brian but uh yeah we'll just get right into it so um no license registration insurance in place uh they stopped me you know no plate displayed if you go over and check the video you'll see that you know they called in a superior supervisor uh because the first guy didn't seem to know what i was talking about so we go through it you know and he gets into saying well you know give me the name that's not your name that looks like your name that the government gave you um you know revealing the idea of the person the all-caps entity corporate entity the idea being summoned to appear in person so yeah i mean really uh i would just say that if you haven't seen the video go over and check it out because according to the world that we live in according to reality you need a license to drive and that means to move your property and to travel and as we know uh that's not the case but like many things in our reality it's just become taken for granted that it's true uh we've been misled okay so is there is there a difference or is it just semantics when we're talking about by the way guys in in the chat room if you have a question for paul and you want to get my attention probably one of the question and you think it's relevant to this conversation let me know and the goal of this conference this whole conversation the reason i have paul on here the reason i personally have a social media president presence and i'm not going to speak for paul but i think one of the reasons he has a social media presence is because we want to carve out the maximum amount of freedom in our world while we have time left in this in on this earth because the bottom line is tyranny does not rest despotism always advances and if you want to keep your freedoms you got to constantly fight for it so if you want to if you want to ask uh paul a question hit me up on the super chat um and uh i want to ask you paul is there is there a difference or is it just a mere semantics between driver and a traveler because we hear that a lot yeah so again we go to the federal code the federal code defines a motor vehicle and driving and trafficking and transportation essentially uh with different capacity right and there's there's commercial and non-commercial so the term driving is a commercial term uh the term traffic again trafficking means to move goods and services people's from from one place to the other right like drug trafficking you know uh human trafficking so um again a lot of these words and terms have been conflated in the common day uh parlance you know in the colloquial language we just use it to mean one thing but really the etymology the definition the meaning the purpose is something completely different than what we've accepted right like they say driving is a privilege well how could it be a right to travel if driving is a privilege because driving is using the roads to do commerce and business right it's not using it to move from point a to point b uh in your pursuit of happiness so again the government uh the corporate entity the state of uh believes that it has a right and an ability to regulate commercial affairs commercial interactions right busyness between man and woman business so you know that again is another concept that you can argue with agree with or not but that is the conceptualization of what we're dealing with here they've converted all of our private property into public state property that's what registration means the root word is regis it means king of the king or of the state you turn your private property which is called an automobile into a motor vehicle which is a commercial instrument and then you've put tags on it and you know you've done a whole process to essentially denote that you've turned your private property again under the ucc accepted nationwide a household good right you've turned a household good into a state-sponsored commercial instrument therefore you are subject to statute policy and code so how do you when you engage with a human being who calls himself a law enforcement officer or policy enforcer how do you engage with them in such a way because i mean let's face it i mean it sounds cliche but it's dangerous to be wrong right when the government is always wrong because the government is always wrong because they use forced threats and coercion to to violate you and to violate your rights so they can take more money so they can increase the coffers of the state and become more powerful but how do you actually get the law enforcer or the state agent uh out of their uniform not physically but mentally into the realm of humanity so you can actually talk to them on that level i mean what's how do you go about it what's what's the way we how can the average person do that i try to be as honorable as loving as faithful as compassionate without being wavering when it comes to the truth this way we don't have to agree but it makes it harder to demonize me and dehumanize me and therefore do wrong to me so if we can see eye to eye on certain things and maybe i use you know a questioning uh way right i use the way of questioning so i will say to them well how exactly does this all come about your mind what makes you believe that this all comes about right and then you have to substantiate that belief if you can't substantiate a belief and and and compel me to believe what it is you believe well then i'm gonna have to stick with my understanding because my understanding is rude again in words terms purpose and meaning definition this is unchanging it's unwavering it's eternal truth almost from the beginning of time in different aspects and it's the same dynamic going on everywhere on the planet since the beginning of time so okay again so when you use the word eternal truth what do you base that on i mean what objective criteria can you base that on so that you can convey that to somebody else who may not see it your way sure so unless you're willing to admit that we are like the animals and we are predators and you're willing to own that position what gives anybody the right to ever tell me that i can't move from point a to point b with my belongings where did they get that right where did they get that ability unless they're into admit and accept and own the position of being a wrongdoer because we all have conscience we all know that no if if we're all created equal then where the disparity and status and standing come in well it's about how you present right we're all created equal until you present yourself as a fellow trustee as an agent as a person and lose your rights in favor of duties obligations benefits and privileges so in in getting back to that in universal law and basically the eternal law of nature um when you're interacting with that law enforcement officer by the way what state was that in was that arizona well it wasn't in any state because again that's that's what they want you think you're in a state of colorado i'm not in a state of anything except contentment and seeking troops so i was on the land known as colorado again that's why there's two senators for each state there's a state of colorado and colorado state one is the land and one is the corporation that's on the land and it's and it's a it's a state of beingness because again it starts in the mind you we have all accepted there's something called the state of and that you can be in it and subject to its policies and code when really all there is is the land known as colorado which has to be subject to superior and supreme law and constitutional law which is founded in universal law so for people who would be new to this kind of language and this way of thinking in this ideology how do you lead them into this with that i mean because i can see somebody looking at this for the first time and hearing what you're saying going what the heck are you talking about so kind of take a little slower and break this down for us as though people who are listening are noobs because i think it's super important whether you know this or not whether you've studied the terminology and the corporate fiction and all that kind of stuff i think it's important to back up and just kind of build everything off of a solid foundation so how would you lead somebody into the deep waters of what you just talked about about the state of colorado or the the geographic location known as colorado okay so like i said we have to use a little bit of like you know uh connecting the dots and common sense and then we can go back to the words and terms but the state of is in all caps it's capitus diminutio maxima it's the maximum diminishment of capacity means it's a non-living entity so the state of anywhere you go is always a corporate entity it's a corporation it has a tax identification number it has a duns number has a principle so it's owned by someone um when did when did again persons under us code there's two kind of persons natural person and a legal person or a corporate entity so like we discussed before when when did we decide to show up in court appearing summoned to appear in person again person means a mask it's also could be synonymous with agent or agency when did we start taking on the role of being summoned like a dead entity to appear and disappear in person wearing a mask or a title known as an agent or person right uh and then the agent stands up across the room and says that he or she is the people so right there you have the exchange of status and standing and title because i am a man of the people i'm not a person under us code unless you want to say i'm a natural person right i'm not a legal person i'm not the all caps name that's on all the paperwork and they're definitely not the people because they are part of the agent agency they are a state in a capacity of state worker public servant corporate capacity right so right there for all the folks who keep saying this is patriot mythology status and standing doesn't matter no all caps doesn't matter well then why are they calling themselves the beneficiary of the trust the people and saying that we're persons trustees with duties and obligations and no rights why is the prosecutor the only one with standing as the people right so you have you have what you have there i don't know if i'm if i'm clarifying it anymore if we're going deeper if it's more difficult to understand but um it's pretty simple they're switching the roles the status and standing of the trust they're taking on the beneficiary role and they're sticking us with the role of trustee right the obligations and duties is that something code is that is that something you feel like the attorneys and the justices in the lower courts and the supreme court actually understand what's going did are they aware of what's going on because it sounds like a con job it sounds like something that they are aware that's going on so that they can get one over on you or do you think that they're doing this out of complete ignorance because we're too far down the road from what reality is i think like most groups it's a mixture of both you have folks who understand the spiritual aspect of it that it's a luciferian game in order to get us to to to choose right we can if we want to be men and women we have to present as such if we ignorance of the law is no excuse if you want to ignore the cosmic law and and and what it all leads to in the constitution and you don't want to uphold your rights then you will be a slave you will be dictated to so i just look at it at all as a cosmic test then you have folks who are willing to take on that role and in a way i'm thankful for that you know because again you have a lot of folks who would never be rising to the occasion and meeting these challenges and going past fear if there wasn't the feeling of almost an impending darkness and doom of them going into slavery and genocide possibly forever you know so again we have to see that these things don't happen to us they happen for us because there's a reason for them and the reason is ignorance we've been ignorant as a culture for so long again the root word is cult because the money's been flowing so folks don't need to know right and if they do know well hey it's a good gig it's a paycheck if you don't want to go and read and know for yourself and stand on your rights well then you don't deserve them anyway so we're gonna play the game we're gonna regulate you and you're gonna consent right no one forces anyone to sign the papers no one forces anyone to say they understand they ask you every time hey this is how this is gonna go like you select your channel here's the deal understand no one forces you to say you understand most of us don't even comprehend let alone want to stand under what they're saying okay so let's back up a little bit when you were talking to the cop in the geographic location known as um colorado one of the one of the terms that you used was driver and one of the the things that you said about hey we have to agree on definitions and terms here if we don't agree on definitions and terms how can we have a conversation and one of those things that you pulled out of was from the document called black's law dictionary and one of the the terms that you used was driver and driver is linked because i got it pulled up on the screen right here drivers defined in black's law dictionaries quote one employed and conducting a coach character go ahead i wanted to see how good my memory was one employed a a coach or horse-drawn wagon to do commerce on the roadway and i kind of paraphrased that that's what it says yeah yeah it says just and the key word there is employed so break that down for us because you did use this on that colorado cop and you said hey in order in order for us to have a conversation we have to agree on the definition of terms if there is no definition of turns there can't be a conversation with comprehension so go ahead and take that blacks law dictionary of driver and break it down a little bit for us well okay well there you go so uh they'll say well the supreme court uses black's law and then they'll say whatever edition what's the difference what addition it is at one time in one place we all agreed based on black's law bouviers the federal code that driver was someone employed to do commerce on the roadways so now how do we change from that understanding and that belief over to everyone's driving it's always a privilege this is what it is right so i just want someone to use a common sense substantial argument for how definitions words terms meaning and purpose is changing as time goes on is it the perspective and perception of men and women that's changing or is it the inherent definitions and meanings of the word right because again a driver back to old english was somebody who took you once around the park once around the park jeeves that's my driver right right a passenger or someone like on a bus or a taxi these are my passengers but they'll stop you and say well you're the driver and he's the passenger right so he's the one paying me to move him around they're using a word and term game whether they know it or not to get you in jurisdiction jurisdiction in latin means to say the law so they're speaking words they're getting you to accept the premise you don't understand the meaning of the words in the premise and when you say you understand and comprehend they say great we got jurisdiction now we're going to regulate you but the words and terms they're using every single one of them is a commercial term right even just the root word like i say they call it traffic and then it just became regular lingo you look up in the dictionary traffic is just the movement of all peoples on the roadway no it's not trafficking is trafficking and there's no amount of people moving around that's going to change traveling to trafficking trafficking is moving goods people and services from point a to point b for profit now when you were talking when you were talking to this cop you handed him something what was the documentation you handed him was it just a bunch of like case law and definitions from black's law or what was it because it seemed like it really intrigued the guy no but that's what's so fascinating about this people always telling me with the paperwork there was two definitions on there i had a coin definition you know and i had maybe one or two other definitions back up because it geeked out on you i couldn't hear what you said say it again can you hear me yeah go ahead say it again yeah so so it was like two or three definitions of words that i knew again because you can't escape the reality of cornell university is a law university and they're giving you the concept of consent of the government declaration independence what else do i need if i give you the ucc1308 what else do i need if i give you the definition federally and then they'll say well we don't follow that so like i told him well then there's a conflict of interest here because locally and statewide you're bucking federal law they say well we have states rights yeah to do things that are constitutional like sell weed it never should have been unlawful or illegal to begin with what you don't have a right to do is take people as slaves and regulate them with forced contract we fought a war with this so these folks don't understand the concept of checks and balances in states rights it's an up and down process where everybody checks everybody based on the foundations of law and the philosophy and the constitution it's the law of the land if you won't follow that state locally or federally your authority is illegitimate and transfers back to the people because you're interfering with rights under color of law right which is again federal code statute policy and code is not law so if you want to take my rights in favor of statute policy and code without my consent you're guilty of breaking the code right and the code again only applies to agent and agency it doesn't apply to me but i will reference it to bind them and keep them in line because that's what it's there for now guys and everybody in the chat room and everybody everybody's going to watch this video after it gets done rendering you should have access to the chat on the right hand side of this video but moderators if you could help me when we're talking about this kind of stuff if you know the code that he's talking about he already referenced two codes one's 18 usc 241 and 242. 18 241 is conspiracy against rights and 242 is deprivation of rights under color of law which is a ufc u.s code so if you if we have these inalienable or unalienable not able to put a lien on rights that are consistent with life liberty property and the pursuit of happiness then nobody's got the right to infringe on those rights and before i ask paul the next question i just want to let me just give you this uh from a from a court case called chicago motor coach versus chicago and you can't i see people brush this stuff off it's like this is actual case law we're not pulling the stuff out of our derrieres says the use of highways for the purpose of travel and transportation is not a mere privilege but what do you constantly hear you heard it from obama you heard it from george h.w and w bush and you hear it constantly from government functionaries that driving is a privilege and what they usually relate this to is okay you have a second amendment right to keep and bear arms but you got to be part of a militia and oh by the way those rights aren't absolute well i beg to differ because there's no qualification in the second amendment of what kind of firearm you should have or how much ammunition or anything it's just that you have the right to keep and bear arms and if you have a right if it's an unalienable right it's not a privilege that was given to you or can be taken away from you by man it is something that you have because you are a man so what this says is the use of highways for the purpose of travel and transportation is not a mere privilege but a common and fundamental right of which the public and individual cannot be rightfully deprived speak on that paul so yeah now we're back to the idea of part of the corporation the superior head of the corporation that we call government that from all appearances under title 53 i believe all government has been reduced to commercial corporations right so there's a dual jurisdiction in each court um but yeah it's again the corporation deciding putting on putting on the hat putting on the costume and deciding within the corporation what the agent and agency has a right to do and not do and they ruled over and over again listen fellas you're all part of this corporation we're the highest up we're gonna rule that philosophically you don't have a right to regulate man and woman's movement of their property from point a to point b and the general consensus is that you only have a right to do this for commercial activity which again we can bring up another argument do we have a right to free trade but they'll say well you're using legal tender it's a legal society it's a british corporation so you must pay tribute to the crown and all this and again there's there's ways to to argue from their side and their end but there are certain things like you just pointed out that keep coming up over and over again and while it's only the opinion of one man it can go the other way there's one opinion that's right and there's one of pain that's objectively wrong because you can't produce a delegation of authority based on the contractual constitution and declaration of independence that shows outside of the idea that that statute policy and code is given the force of law through the consent of the government that's the whole purpose of the dmv and all that is to establish jurisdiction when you get stopped you will identify identify means to take on a status or standing other than the one you enjoy naturally the tree i'm no longer a man so you're identifying as a person they got you in contract that's how they get jurisdiction that's how they regulate if they didn't need that they wouldn't do that because they would just go back to the foundation of law but again that's part of the foundation of the law of this land and it's ucc 1308 which is accepted nationwide in every state as commercial law because again this is all commerce and contracts they're forcing contract on the side of the road so they cannot force contract you cannot compel anybody or force anybody into a contract you know you cannot license your rights you cannot force somebody to register their private property as state property or commercial property you cannot force anybody to title an automobile a motor vehicle it's called a title you signed a title with your signature you change the status and standing of that property from an automobile protected to a motor vehicle privileged right the same way you change an american national which is a protected class of being over to united states citizen which is a privileged class of being so it's all about status and standing it's all about proper record keeping and it's all about being misled and deceived into thinking we have to do certain things or else and those certain things give up our rights for benefits and privileges okay so having said that let's say we are right and everybody else is wrong one of my favorite quotes comes from krishnamurti it's no good measure uh uh to be considered well adjusted to a profoundly sick society we live in a profoundly sick society everybody believes in the corporate fiction they believe that you have a license to take your property from point a to point b on the public highways have you ever been in a situation where you had your property taken from you and you had to go to court to fight for your rights well i never usually have to go to court because again these corporations so they like to respect and turn so they tend to like to do things like the last time they took my car hold it for 20 days because contractually 21 days is when a contract sets so the guy said to me well the state has a claim over that property because the previous owner registered it right so they weren't interested in federal law they told me they weren't interested in trust law they weren't interested in my documentation they're going to go on a false claim that the state has interest in that property because the owner before me registered it at one time so they held it for 20 days and on the you know the 11th hour they release it okay 20 days in we're not going to hold it for 21 because you know like i know that you made a false claim you the state the state corporation has no interest in that property and no title to it and has no way to claim such if you did you'd take it and sell it so yes i've had the property taken you know different times um luckily i have folks who donate from time to time so uh i tend to not take a loss on that um i just stand on what i know and what i understand and what i have and at some point you know like the guy said to me after the 20 days was up and they removed the false claim okay well we'll give it all back to you just need license registration answer i said no here's all my information and my understanding but we can't let you have this but we're going to go ahead and do it well if you can't do it then how did you just do it right so again this is a bunch of beliefs that a lot of people have it's substantiated with with a cult and and and people wanting and not wanting things to be true but when it comes down to the definition of words and terms and common sense it's inescapable right how is anybody else going to tell me what i can do a property that i pay for upkeep and maintain and have no reason to believe that i'm doing harm with it and and that's the argument i hear a lot because that sounds like what you went through is extremely inconvenient to get your property taken they hold it for 20 days now you're without a car for 20 days and people are like man i don't want to put up with the inconvenience i'm just going to go ahead and get the license insurance and registration i'm just going to jump through their hoops because who's got time for this kind of nonsense if somebody came at you with that kind of uh you know mindset what would you say to him well today it's your car tomorrow it's your right to breathe you're right to have a face and your right to have your bloodstream clear of whatever they decide needs to be in there so again this is a process this is not each individual event and set of circumstances this is a constantly rolling ball where if you won't stand for your right to move your property then soon you won't have a right uh to your body and your bodily choice and you'll have to ask me well you know where do we go next and we know where it goes after that it's to the prison and to the morgue so yeah i mean again we one of our failing psychologically is we adapt right we call it evolution but it's adaptation we adapt to to sickness so at one point i would have put forth a narrative of what the world looks like they would say that would never happen that's a conspiracy theory we woke up in a world today where that's accepted truth that we've adapted to right so what's the difference between everyone out there licensing their rights and moving around the roadway and everything else they're now involved in right and i'm speaking in general terms if you want to get into it we can if not i'm pretty sure everyone knows where i'm going with this no uh like you said we have the one of our downfalls is well it's a positive and negative it's a positive to be able to adapt because then you can adjust to your climate or whatever you know lack of food or whatever on the other hand if we start adapting to tyranny and despotism it just leads down one one way and that's a bunch of bodies piled up under communism marxism and socialism and all that but it's so funny that you said that because when you when people say things like that when you just said that it made me think of that part of the declaration of independence when they say accordingly experience has shown that mankind are more disposed to suffer while evils are sufferable they'll just tolerate it they'll just adapt to it than to write themselves by abolishing the forms to which they're accustomed so that's why you tell them like the founders said right if we really get into the consciousness this is called a british accredited registry so it's a british corporation and a crown in dc where the corporation incorporated in 1860 it's a foreign corporation inside the confines of what we know as the united states or on the land we know it's the united states doing business for foreign corporations so these are the same folks we bought a revolution against and what did they tell you then when the red coats came in and all the deceivers and liars and traders if you love uh the the spirit of tranquility or or serve you know uh services like products and services in your day-to-day life more than you love the animating contest of liberty then go away from me let your chains sit lightly upon you and let posterity ever forget that you are our countrymen so if you ask me what i would tell them i would tell them a modern day rendition of that right want your slavery go ahead and have it because it's got nothing to do with me there's an individual judgment and there's a collective judgment i've done what i can for myself and continue to i love you to the level you love yourself and care about yourself the truth and rights if you won't stand on that let's go into slavery together it's going to be an exciting time right because we'll all suffer together like they say we're all in this together they give you the game and the truth they just perverted so if people knew that them acclimating to tyranny was going to get them a first-class class ticket to fema camp region 4 next to paul unslaved maybe they would think twice uh about acquiescing acquiescing to their their uh bondage um that's conspiracy theory and it's never happened before in history and it's definitely not gonna happen here brian and you're an alarmist and and you're a bit paranoid for even bringing that up so how dare you let's wag the finger deal that's right that's right dog anya um okay so okay so we okay so we have black's law dictionary they tell us what a driver is i just kind of want to go back and touch this base a little bit because there there's this idea where people think well this is just semantics driver traveler operator who cares but even like sometimes the supreme court will get it right but then they'll see another case and set another president that looks the exact opposite so when somebody brings forth the argument oh yeah i know the supreme court case in chicago coach versus city of chicago says this that travel is not a privilege requiring licensing vehicle registration and forced insurances but in this other case right here they say you have to have a license so how do you justify those two contradictions coming from the same court because men and women all come from the same households the same schools these same institutions and the same culture as every other man and woman so if you're born into a world by the time you're 40 years old in the modern day you don't think the same way a 40 year old did 40 years ago so it's very well possible that a man coming to determination uh the the the complicated facts and philosophy of the law right they're fallible men and women are not infallible so it's absolutely possible that a man who does not have discernment does not truly understand the foundation i mean is this anything new like you say this is if we go to all these different products and services and everyone's so good at their job wow look at this guy he's so professional he's so successful he really cares about his product and service he's like really you know a service person right like we live in an epidemic nowadays that's one of the pandemics is people don't give a [ __ ] about who they are their products and services and and really running their business they want other people to run their business for them while they get rich right and it's the few folks who really care who really get it and really excel in their field i don't care what that field is so you know is this something new or something odd that we live in a world today like i said where people not only lack discernment but lack the care ambition and will to go and seek the truth and to get a better understanding or they just say well i'm judged so and so and i'm infallible pretty much and even if i do make a mistake nobody's going to hold me accountable so i'll just do my job half-assed and make determinations based on my will rather than the will again this all comes back to spirituality if your culture is bankrupt of spirituality foundational principles objective logic moral and ethics it doesn't matter what positions you put these folks in because there's no foundation in the public school there's no foundation in there in their 501c3 church which is which is a a uh linked up with the state corporation right there's no foundational principles in any of these institutions and you wonder why it's turning out men and women who can't objectively discern right from wrong uh alexander m says so who has the balls to remove their license plate right now so you don't have a a registration plate on your vehicle currently is that right so lately because i came up to a farm and i'm in the mountains i needed a truck so somebody's been letting me move their property around it has the plate on it but as you know with the video that's up there my property when i move it around i have no license registration insurance and plates because that is lawful right in you know on the land part of the republic based on the rights and the philosophy and the understanding and the commercial law the ucc i can i don't have to be forced into contract in order to keep everyone safe i can just be careful and and then if accidents happen that's a part of living in a free society and free world we compensate the best we can based on liability you know this again this is like i know this is fascinating but again what did he say who has the balls he's not saying what i'm saying don't make sense and that it's wrong he's saying who's going to step up and stop being a [ __ ] coward so we can stand on our rights and i'll ask the same question right because if not we're all going into slavery and genocide yeah and i got news for you the public servants don't respect us anymore so when i get them on the side they go man look at all these citizen slaves we kind of respect you because we signed up to kind of uphold rights in the law and we're just kind of order following now and we kind of want to get back to basics but we don't know how to do this so don't kid yourself if you want to respect yourself and you want respect from others i don't care if it even seems like your opposition you better conduct yourself as son sue said in a way where even your enemy respects you right and no man is going to respect another man who gets told what to do every day that's the reality of it and no woman is going to respect a man who gets told what to do every day right so again there's so much here brian we need to do our own broadcast and tackle all these different subjects in the lifestyle and culture because there's so much value here right in co-creating and changing our world and people places and things we find ourselves around him with you know based on the philosophy do you have any kind of signage on your personal property that you take down the roadways because for example trent from freedom for gut from government has these signs that says private do you have anything that alerts the law enforcers hey this is a private vehicle not for hire yeah so i did that and i found that it's like putting you know a bullseye on the property yeah at least in my case so what i wound up doing was i went to record the property uh with the i believe it's called the fms ca uh usdot so it's essentially federal jurisdiction so my understanding and my belief right i'm not saying that i have the answer of the way was well they keep stopping me because they want some way to know who and what i am and for safety so we can be reasonable i'm going to park myself in jurisdiction where it says that a driver and a motor vehicle and all these other things are commercial instruments i'm not doing that so i will sign up with them and record with them right that i am a private carrier for non-commercial use and i will take their number and put it on the plate so you see what i'm saying i'm parking myself in federal jurisdiction where the definitions of words and terms and meaning match up with what i'm doing i'm not going to park myself self in local and state jurisdiction where they're going to claim a driver in a motor vehicle and all this is codified into state code it means something completely different over here than it does over there so i follow all again i do 55 when everyone does 75 or i'll do 65 because i don't want to waste the gas my truck does better doing 55 to 65. so common sense to me is i don't need to be in a rush and get anywhere it's less reaction time and i do better on gas i'm not riding around trying to you know buck the safety of traffic codes right i simply want my freedom to travel unfettered and unrestricted and and and not coerced and duress into contracts and obligations where i have to perform more and get less i'm perfectly happy and capable of retaining my original position of man of the people with all the benefit and rights and none of the duties and obligations which servants take on they get paid to uphold the law and our rights which a lot of them are not doing they're upholding policy and i get that i get why they're doing that because 90 percent of folks who they stop identify as part of the body politic with the unspoken social contract that they refer to all the politicians so you mentioned fmcsa the federal motor carrier safety administration is that what you're talking about sure because it's all about safety ryan we it's really you know we really just want to make sure that everyone feels safe and inclusive and that you know we got to know who you are because you know in these trying times with so much fear going around and so much terrorism forget about the fact that the definition of terrorism is when a group or a government or organization forces their belief system on an individual so by definition these folks are the ones doing the terrorism forget about that right it's important in these times uh that you know we make everyone feel safe so i want everyone to know i'm following the red lights and the speed limits and all that because it makes sense to me but it doesn't make sense to me and it doesn't make sense to the feds either or the supreme court that somehow my servants got a right and ability that i don't have to regulate their fellow man and woman who they have less rights than right i don't know somehow it just doesn't seem to make much sense to me but a lot of folks out there believe it so it's become common law right everyone else seems to believe it so what did you do with the ff fmcsa what did you fill out on that so i created a trust okay and i got a number for that because you know all these folks like numbers and systems and tracking so i created a trust which is essentially an entity right and i got a number for that and then i put that number on the plate so you can see when you look it up then it's attached to an entity which is a trust and i'm the grantor of that trust and the beneficiary and that property is part of that trust so again i'm in compliance if you dare i use that term right with federal code so now someone has to come along and substantiate to me why i need to follow state and local corporation code versus the original code when you are a subsidiary of the original because you are a state of which again is connected to the original unless you're willing to say that you're impersonating an officer of the united states government and that you're not really part of the united states government you're actually a municipal corporation in which case you're overthrowing the law of the land another crime along with rico baratri fraud false claims i could go down the list of federal codes that people are breaking on a daily basis which are punishable by 10 years and death but i'm not interested in retribution and violence i just want to write the citizenship right i just want to take back the the the captain position and riding the citizenship so if folks want to opt into the body politic and be regulated for everybody's safety by a corporation and keep voting uh keep electing to be a withholding agent on the w9 and paying that tax uh we can because again it's status and standing taxation cannot be compulsory it has to be voluntary based on the code the way that they get you is self-identified as an agent so now they can apply policy to you just like if you called yourself a part of walmart they could apply walmart policy to you so how do you need something so so how do you withdraw from that agency in regard to for example taxation and the w9 and the w-2 how do you do that safely you know so you don't get mess with or at least you mitigate your risk there's no okay well that's two different statements mitigating your your risk or putting yourself forth honorably has nothing to do with doing anything safely in a world of evil people who do run every day and call it their busyness their business there is no guarantee to safety right so you do it honorably you put out your status and standing and your notice to the world and notice to these different corporations here's who and what i am in my understanding if if if there's anything in here that is a violation of law right not legal policy because i'm not a part of the legal society if there's anything here that's a violation of law please let me know but if not then this affidavit stands true because again he who does not without the presumption bears the liability so if i give you notice of who and what i am and you do not rebut that claim it stands true so anyone can come back to me at any time and say whatever i'm on record 10 different ways to sunday just like this broadcast saying here's who and what i am in my understanding i'm not running and hiding from everyone there's a difference between tax evasion and tax avoidance i never once signed a contract i never once took break things down into little bite size edible chunks but you you mentioned something in regard to legal versus lawful can you explain the difference between legal and lawful sure there's a british accredited registry it's a british corporation it's incorporated in the 1800s it's what we call the modern day legal system it's a legal society and and and essentially it works in commerce uh you know uh uh uh commercial uh activities right every all crimes are commercial you go to court in the majority of time if there's no loss injury or harm involved it's a code violation but they'll say it's a crime well you you broke the law you did a crime well no it's a code violation means someone's got to pay so it's all about banking right it's merchant law so there's lawful which is based on the law of the land and there's legal which is legal and illegal based on the policy of the legal society so they've essentially inducted all of us into a secret society or an openly secret society and and they get us all to essentially pledge to that right i pledge allegiance to the flag of the united states of america all caps you know and to the democracy for which it stands you know i mean like there's levels to this because they give you one knowledge and one understanding but give it to you in a shallow sense and then everything they're showing you right the the form and function is not the same as the style and the appearance so so again they'll tell you well well free speech is a threat to our democracy but free speeches are right in the republic so they've been again running this game for so long that the legal society legal process the corporate united states all caps is the government is the country is the land wow that's good stuff okay uh super chat from c dobson he says i was pulled over for something similar no traffic violation illegally searched without consent looking for a re uh redress of government houston texas can either of you provide guidance okay and then i just want to tag on what i just said right what's lawful is what's lawful under god and this again comes back to philosophy if you haven't caused any loss injury or harm and if you haven't signed a contract in which you owe a debt and you haven't done a wrongdoing you haven't committed a crime right so the difference between legal and lawful is you do illegal things every day not knowingly but they're not unlawful because they don't cause any loss injury and harm right you haven't created a victim if you do something illegal but you have committed a crime if you've done something unlawful yes oftentimes these are quote unquote victimless crimes where the person who broke the code winds up having lost a dream harm done to them in some form or another and rights taken so it's a complete inversion and reversal of of the foundation of what court is supposed to be and and the presumption of innocence right they'll arrest you put you in jail then have court you already did the loss injury and harm to me now you want to have a hearing it's take me to the magistrate right away or don't take me at all and if you take me you better have a warrant most of the time on the side of the road they don't get a warrant to take property or take a body they just do it because hey he broke code well now you have to prove that i broke the code and then you have to prove that the code applies to me so you already did the loss injury and harm to me right so again uh by definition and this is not me i don't want to overthrow the government or any of their systems i say give us more right you can never set me up to be that guy i'm not that stupid even if i believed it which i don't people get the government they deserve give us more codes give us more regulation give us more dictation give us more mandates because a mandate under roman civil law is a request if you don't know that and don't care to know that and you think that someone else can require you to do something right in the sense of it being mandatory but again require request mandatory as a request so we're not even using language correct because again this is not a dictatorship so someone can politely ask and request and advise but they cannot force compel or else it would be a wrongdoing but again we're getting so far down the road that because we've not retained our status and standing as men and women of the people that this just becomes normal for everybody involved right you have police and lawyers and other folks out there telling me i know more about the law than they do because they never learn the law they learn legal process so what would you say to c dobson who was illegally searched without consent now he's looking for redress of government in houston texas what would you what kind of advice would you give him like anything else hopefully or faithfully you know i'm replacing hopefully but faithfully faithfully you recorded it because that's your best weapon and then uh go through the process if you want to you want to show up and work right because a lot of times i don't show up in their court and i let them know i have no plan to show up in court because you're summoning the all caps entity and the person to appear and i can't do that i can't accept the liability for that fictitious entity which i did not create it's a creation of the government so i can notify the principal and use all can do with that entity whatever you please and get all the money on the trust out of it with your bonds and and certificates but i cannot appear in or as that person and bear that liability so there's no reason for me to be in court right but if you want to take it through the process like my buddy did the other day they just dismissed the cases a lot of times i got a lot of folks who do what i say they say well paulie you know we're not like you we don't want the warrants put out we don't want them coming to get us so i say okay well then take it through the process and just retain your status and standing and don't diminish yourself and don't and don't relinquish that and the way that you do that mostly is by asking questions and putting things down on paper and standing on that don't argue with them don't talk to them did you get my claim did you get my paperwork yes or no right do you understand it yes or no and then do like they do well if you don't understand it let me help you understand it a little bit better what are your questions right but anything other than that i'm not going to get in controversy with them i'm not going to argue with them in their court they can do whatever they please they know who and what i am my status and standing i'm here honorably presenting i'm not appearing right there's a difference between special presentment and appearing as the person so i can't appear or disappear because i'm not a spirit in apparition i'm a man i can only present so i'm here today by special presentment to to clear up the facts of the matter did you receive my claim or my paperwork against yes or no okay if you did then do you understand it if you didn't well then here it is how much time do you need to understand right and then we just go down the line and then and then i don't go any further there's nowhere to go with it right they're either going to push it forward and try to do harm to you or they're going submit anything because because submission is exactly part of the problem right and i'm not picking on you brian i'm just showing you how easy it is to diminish your status and standing oh did you submit such and such to the court yeah i submitted it okay good then you're in submission what yeah what are we talking about filing what do you file with the court so so yeah i mean again we're just filing our statement of intent our understanding of who and what we are what we're not we can reference i don't cite code but i may reference i may put a box on the paperwork and then put within the box hey these codes for an accurate comparison of my understanding of what your codification is and how it compares to this so i will file that i will record that with them my status in standing who i am and what i'm not i have an example of one of the emails i sent colorado state patrol men and women acting as agents of colorado state patrol public service corporation thought that it was in their best interest in the people's best interest to stop me take all my property including my guns they kept my guns and told me they wouldn't give them back till i went to court then they put a warrant communications through the email of who and what i am and what i'm not who and what they are and what they're not and i just kept standing on my you know my my position i'm a man of the people i'm not accepting your titles i'm not accepting your status and standing i'm not a sir i'm not a mister i'm not any of these british titles i don't need to be legal or or counsel you know or member of the bar in order to uphold or practice law and here's the bottom line you're a public service corporation and you're engaged in lost injury or harm because you had no right to do an unlawful search which you did it's an illegal and unlawful search you called it uh uh um i forget the word they use but um uh inventory they said right and we're just gonna take all the guns even though you know you're not a felon in quotes um we had no reason to believe these guns were going to be used in a crime but because you didn't have traffic stop you didn't have license registration internet plate we're going to take all your guns that you were moving from one place to the other right so after weeks and months we finally got them back because you can't escape what's true and what's right we have god given rights to bear arms they have duties and obligations to uphold our rights if they won't do that for code then they're wrongdoers and i told her you'll bear the spiritual and commercial liability of continuing this wrongdoing right means you've got to sit with god that you stand up every day and say you swear to god to uphold the constitution and rights and then you want to break that you know so you got to talk to their spirit a lot of times yeah yep yeah and that's where it counts because they they tend to want to i don't know sear their own consciences with legalese to make it sound like it's okay so they can abdicate their own personal responsibility for the criminal uh basically uh action that they're committing against you and the funniest part about it it doesn't matter how long they've been doing it if there's some so left in there you watch them start to run right like the evil flees when none pursue oh mr la i keep telling them i told you over and over i know that this is your training but i'm not a mister i'm not a sir so you can call me paul right just like i'm gonna call you janet or john right and as soon as you start holding them to their position to your status and standing to what their role is they want us to oh well i didn't do it he did it oh they did it oh we can't do nothing because this is this you just don't let them run out of the room and escape the liability you're the men and women who are doing this if you've been made aware of it now you're complicit in the wrongdoing so i don't care who else did it you're now complicit with it so you'll either right the wrong or you'll get the person who can right the wrong or you're complicit with it therefore you bear the commercial and the spiritual liability what that means is i may or may not get your ass in court and litigate a case and be able to sue you and take your house but you will have the universe visit upon you what you put out what you put out is what you get back so you want to be a wrongdoer you want to continue slavery and genocide and destroying private property rights then it will be visited upon you sometime in the future man they don't like that they don't like having to be accountable and responsible man i hope everybody listens to what you just said and has that sink down into their spirit because that well you just said the wicked flea though know and pursue but the righteous are as bold as a lion you can be bold as a lion because you're standing on what is right it doesn't matter in the end if what you do works in this realm or not you know it's right and you know you can stand on it and it's not the shifting sands of evil or wickedness it's the firm bedrock of doing what is right because it's the right thing to do and for no other reason a man is judged by his principles principles in latin as prince cynthia means first first things first if you don't have principles you don't have anything your car your job your your nonsense relationships your families your institutions it's all built on sand because the foundation has to be principles yeah right the institution institution is only as good as the men and women who make up that institution if they're bankrupt the principles well so is the institution welcome to modern day society and that's the goal the goal and role of government one of the key if not the principal goal of government is to demoralize and to dehumanize and compartmentalize them as for example voting for anybody to be in power is the demoralizing exercise the plantation master set in motion in order to render the slaves submissive to state authority and in turn it turns them into state accomplices when you vote for the chains of your own oppression and when you take that that slip of paper and you put it in the slave suggestion box you were literally saying i'm giving up all my authority i'm giving it to another man not only do i want you to rule me i want you to rule everybody else and that is an absolutely immoral thing to do and that's why you know what is it righteousness exalts a nation but sin or immorality or wickedness is their approach to any people what we're getting at here is this is beyond codes and policies and rules and enforcement and enforcers this is about being a human being and carving back out for ourselves the humanity that the government basically wants us to once eliminated well we're back to even that term right in the in the policy and code book in u.s code and some other places what is a human in modern day if it's not the hue of a man right if it's not a member of the group we call mankind kinda looks like a man kind of walks and talks like a man but what is it at its essential principle in korea you know at its essence it's mankind not really fully stepped into the power of man and womanhood right and that's why you see us so easily misled with the political circuses because again objectively men and women have not come to and apprehended and live in the lifestyle of understanding objectively common sense right from wrong behavior and what's beneficial to the self and to the whole right there's an individual in a group dynamic they can flow together if you're in alignment with with the supernatural and creation if you want to remake the world and everything in it with the institutions then you will be in resistance you will be in suffering and eventually death you know my people perish for lack of knowledge the most important knowledge is knowledge itself it's so funny that you're saying this everybody should know in the chat unhindered absolutely and again you have to ask all the naysayers out there all the folks who say that this is sovereign citizen conspiracy theory why is it all lining up why from the bottom of societal ranks and rungs all the way to the top are we seeing these alignments right these these inescapable truths that are backed by common sense and backed by the contract we call the law of land and i had a policy enforcer say why do you keep calling the constitution the law of the land because it is right it's the contract that we set forth to keep agency in line because they have a history of violating rights for policy yeah good good stuff somebody said uh who's the decider of right and wrong well all you have to do is ask yourself one question would i want the action that's coming upon me to come upon you what i want the action that i'm doing to somebody else to come upon me and you know either whether if you're a psycho or a liar unless you're a psycho or a liar you're going to answer on honestly and you don't want anybody to lift up their hand and harm you or threaten to harm you or steal your stuff that you have spent your time in labor and accumulating in this life so if you wouldn't do that to somebody else then you wouldn't want somebody else to do that to you and then if anybody crosses that line and does that thing then they have done that which everybody knows is wrong and i think the declaration of independence uses the phrase self-evident it's self-evident what is right and what is wrong you don't need a code you don't need a holy book you don't need to be a part of a religion or checked into the cults of personality with anybody you already know by asking yourself the question would i would i want what i'm about to do to somebody else done to me if the answer is no then you don't do it why because you know that you know that you know that's wrong you don't believe it's wrong you have knowledge that it's wrong do you want to speak to that paul sure but i'm just i'm a little bit distracted because it's starting to rain harder but uh um you said what did you say if the word self triggered me up what was the phrase there you just gave with the self uh just self evident how do you know if it's right or wrong who's going to be the decision back to not i i just want it while i'm on it right so we're back to self evident right so again self evidence is only self self-evident to a self who has cultivated discernment if you don't have true knowledge of self knowing what you are and what you're not and what you're connected to versus what you're bonded to then it's not self evident right so again we need a spiritual practice in the community in the home where we're observing ourselves constantly we're getting to the root of our behaviors our thoughts emotions and actions we're getting to the root of societal you know we keep using this word society as if we're in some kind of you know secret society but but again they get us to use these words so we have to look at the root of the conditions we find ourselves in to establish the cause and effect of the thought emotion and action that goes into creating those conditions right this is true knowledge itself it's the same thing that christ did being was teaching in scripture you know you have to be the i am that am if you think you're a white man or a black man from this street and this town and you're a resident you're a person and code is law you don't know who what you are and what you're not and you don't know what you're connected to therefore you've been disconnected you've lacking knowledge yourself therefore you lack will and discipline you're run by fear and when you're run by fear it's easy to be misled oh man look at all the fear out there we need safety better do this wrong behavior to get it right we got to hire people who kidnap kill and steal from people to protect us from people who kidnap kill and steal the logic is not sound exactly paul because i always learn so much and it really when he talks it speaks to my spirits like this this dude we are freaking cut from the same cloth because we both want the same thing we want probably uh with the wrong belief system or philosophy if you find yourself alone coming together with other folks who are alone to create a group right based on a common vision purpose and meaning and it's demonstrable and explainable and it's something that's respectable and honorable and trustworthy then you're in a good place right so again focus on creating the best version of self focus on your spiritual practice uh and focus on gaining more knowledge of yourself through objective observation of your experience right stop letting other people tell you who you could be and who you can't be what you could do and not do experience in the world openly with an open mind heart objectively and make the connections right if you make the connections the world will open up to you you start to see what this all is and then we can stop giving our power away because we're either on the right side of history or on the wrong side of history and again if you're okay living that way then i'm okay living that way because i have i'm only responsible for me right so you know i care about everybody but i have to be careful myself full of care and i have to be responsible for me as everyone else out there does for themselves and their rights so live from that perspective surrender the rest and have faith that you'll be where you need to be when you need to be there even if it's on a cross or
