Today we got a video from Detective Liddy and the title of the video is she was banned from this airport three times and then came back again. >> On March 12th, 2025, cops were called to Tampa International Airport around 6:00 in the morning in reference to conduct a welfare check on a woman who was sleeping in the airport in a distressed manner by the way her body was while she was sleeping. Officers realized this woman has been trespassed from this airport multiple times. These are the events that I'm following. >> I Yeager in front of the food court. >> Good morning. What's going on, ma'am? >> Nothing much, sir. >> Are you flying out? >> I am not. >> I'm Officer Ostus, by the way. This is the airport operations manager. We're just checking up on you. >> Why? >> Uh because you're like slanted. I'm doing a welfare check. >> No, I'm sleeping at the airport and I'm looking at the flight. >> What's wrong with that? Do you have a boarding pass? >> I have a passport. >> Passport. Would you like to see it? >> Yes, ma'am. Do you have a boarding pass ticket? >> No, I have a passport. >> Okay. >> Why are you doing a welfare on a person that's really trying to go on board a flight? >> to be India, Juliet, Echo. So, do you don't have your boarding pass? >> Why do I need a boarding pass? >> For you to be at this airport, you need a boarding pass ready to fly out. >> I don't need to fly out of an airport. I need a ticket. >> For what airline? >> I'm Why do I have to tell you? >> Well, right now if you don't have a fake ticket boarding pass, you're going to be trespassed for a whole year. Do you understand? >> Okay. One month ago one of your police officers actually did that. >> Mhm. >> Arrested me, threw me in jail, and I went to a courthouse, and I spoke to a judge who dismissed the case with prejudice. >> I'm not being prejudiced, ma'am. >> No, no, listen to me. That means you can't You can't Do not take a picture of my passport. >> I can't take a picture of your passport, yes sir. Yes, ma'am. >> Okay. The point I'm trying to make is the judge actually dismissed the case because one of your bosses tried to arrest a passenger for trespassing while waiting or doing what you just did. It is illegal to do what you just did. I spent 2 weeks in a >> See, and that's the problem, you know? When with all these judges um dismissing all of these cases and dropping it and whatever, right? Um it it it gives criminals like the confidence to do these things again and again and again because there's no consequence for their actions. Yeah, okay. Like for example, this lady she looks homeless, whatever, needs a place to sleep, whatever. She'll go to jail for a couple of days or whatever, but that's three hots and a cot. Fine by her, right? Go to the courthouse and get it dropped. No consequence for her actions. So, what's stopping her from doing this again? >> Jail cell. I can prove that point. >> Well, at this point, if you don't have a ticket right now, you're going to ask me to leave the airport. >> This is This is the airport operations manager. She can talk to you about it. She's in charge of the airport right now. >> January 19th, 3 weeks ago, >> Mhm. >> did what you just did. I spent 2 weeks in a jail cell for a judge to tell me that what you all did and what you're doing now is illegal. >> Mhm. >> My case was dismissed, >> Mhm. >> literally thrown out, >> Mhm. >> and I can't be asked to come back to this airport, and I'm shocked that you are doing this again. >> Okay. >> It was at this airport. Do you know that? >> Okay. Yes, I know that. They just told me that. That you were trespassed on January 19th. You were arrested for trespass. >> Do you know why I'm here? >> You said you're traveling. >> I said I'm traveling. >> Okay. >> I cannot >> And I'm asking you to provide a ticket. >> Do you know why I am not doing that? Because you're even your own judge and prosecutor says it is illegal what you're doing. >> All right. All right. >> She said she was arrested for trespass and she stayed in jail two two weeks. >> And the judge dismissed the case. >> All right. Is the Is the trespass warning from here active? >> No. >> Stand up. >> It is active. >> It is active. >> What do you mean >> Stand up. >> It is active. >> Ma'am, stand up. >> Before we get you together, what you thought this was. You better act right, man. Get up now. >> What do you mean wait? >> Stand up now. >> What do you mean I'll stand up? >> Come on. >> My trespass is active, so you're going back to jail for trespass. >> Good pattern now. >> Warning issued on the 10th. Sit down. I don't know. I just need to see my passport and and my ticket. Two weeks ago, a judge dismissed this case. I was spent two weeks in the jail cell and they told me that You cannot arrest a passenger You cannot arrest a passenger for trespassing with a passport in their hand because you don't have their boarding pass. A judge actually is sued your is going to threaten your own prosecutor. I spent two weeks in the jail cell and the case was dismissed. You do not have an active trespassing. So, officer >> Yes, we do. >> Keep still. >> Officer >> Jones >> Jones Oliver W. Jones Jr. and officer Garson I'm telling you now this exact scenario has played out and it ended with me being able to come back to this airport. He told me I should be able to fly out. Look at this. Still have the same prison that came from the Tampa International Jail with the date. Your case was dismissed. >> You have anyone in the office so we can print that print out? >> No, I don't want to print anything out. But we're going to replay this exact scenario. We're not going to leave. I don't No, no, no, no, no. Go ahead and finish out what you want to do. Finish out what you want to do. You know how illegal this is? This is hilarious, but finish out what you feel you are entitled to do. >> You want to pass by the office? >> There's no office. No. Print out what? There's nothing to print out. >> Don't worry, the judge will ask for our trespass. >> And they can get it there. >> There is nothing to get. It's The judge dismissed this case. You have my case number right there. The judge said you cannot arrest a passenger for trespassing with a passport in their hand just because they will not show you a boarding pass. And here we are literally printing the same exact thing. >> You want a picture of this before we go? >> She already took one of my passport. >> Is that like musty or whatever cuz if it's has a stink basically cuz the lost and found won't take it if it's got a odor or scent to it. No. Okay. All right. Just let me know. >> So you So you know you've been reissued another trespass. >> No. >> For a whole year. >> Going down. >> Okay, whatever you say, man. >> Terminal 2, ticketing, baggage and airline counter. >> Watch your head. Let me go to the other side. >> Okay. >> I hope at the end of this we get to find out if they dropped us again because I would really want to know do they end up dropping this again and what else is going to happen because we are she's already locked up and this is 6 minutes in. It's a 15-minute video. >> She was charged with one count of trespassing. Our next case also takes place in Tampa International Airport on January 21st, 2025 when a cop was patrolling the terminal and found a man and woman sleeping. It was 44° outside and raining and the man said he was waiting to fly out the next day but the officer realized he didn't have any real travel business in the airport. These are the events that unfolded. >> Trespassing. >> Trespassing for what? >> Cuz I'm telling you to leave and you're not leaving. So you take your choice. You're being recorded right now so I activated my camera. So you tell me what you want to do. Jail or you go to the bus stop and get out of here. I gave you plenty of opportunity. Hey. >> Right off the bat, I like how this cop is moving. He reminds me of when I was a CEO. You take your pick. Listen, I'm a man of many options. I'm going to give you a choice. Which you take your pick. You can choose your own fate. I like how this cop moving, man. >> It just It just came down to this. All right. Ready? >> Well, yeah. You You made it. You started cursing. I don't I'm a grown ass man. I don't need you to yell at me. >> Look how you cursing right now. >> What? Well, I'm cuz you caused that. So you're going to get on the shuttle and you're going to leave. >> You know what? And I'm coming right back. >> Well, you come back and I'll take you to jail then. >> All right. Take me to >> All right. >> I'm not. Take me to jail. The [ __ ] you I'm scared of jail, [ __ ] >> You're not, and I'm not afraid of taking you there. >> The [ __ ] you talking about? You going to take me to jail? >> No, I'm not afraid of it, either. >> I did 4 years, man. The [ __ ] you talking about? You telling me to shut up. >> Guess what? >> That's it? >> You don't run the show. >> I don't run the show. You're running >> Nope. >> Come on, bro. I don't got nothing. >> I got to search you. >> I don't got nothing, bro. You really doing this for the [ __ ] camera, bro? >> Um, where's your ID in your purse? >> Huh? >> In your bag, where's your ID? >> In my bag. You speaking a whole different tone. He definitely did time in prison, BOY. >> CAN WE BRING him down here and talk to him? Because this is this is ridiculous. Like he said, I I was here before. Like I'm not staying here because I have nowhere else to go. Like I came from north. And you can't stay up there according to you have a flight. You have to be conducting business, so This is this is I never knew that. Nobody never told me nothing. Like I'm only reason I'm here because I got my son my wife >> Do you Do you know what these are? They're double locked. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> My wife stays at a [ __ ] section eight house. Come on, man. This is not fair, man. My birthday is tonight tomorrow. I didn't do nothing wrong. I didn't disrespect nobody. I just told him like I don't want to leave I can't leave this. >> What you got when you go? Um can you go on the other side and get your seat belt? You got to >> Yeah. >> You got to get out. >> Yeah. >> So he was charged with one count of trespassing and one count of disorderly conduct. But that's about it for today. So if you enjoyed that video, >> Yo, that [ __ ] is hilarious, man. This guy cracks me up. That last guy, oh my goodness, that [ __ ] was so funny, boy. He act just like an inmate, man. I s- swear, man. Like yo, it's just like an inmate, man. What's all that [ __ ] you was talking? Then you like, "Come on, can we work some Bring him down here. Bring him Bring him down here. Let's Can we work something out? Come on." And now you want to spill your life problems and everything, but that's reasonable. What you doing is reasonable. I'm not going to lie. But you got to come correct. Look, I'm here because I'm homeless. Yada yada I got my situation or whatever. The cop going to tell you, all right, well all right, you got to leave. You can't stay here whatever, you know. And he might even be able to give you some resources to get a shelter or something like that. You never know, right? You never know the resources that the cops do have. But you got to come correct. That whole shut up I'm not going nowhere what all of that? That's going to get you a one-way ticket to jail. But good thing you not afraid of jail because you been to prison.
