fishing oh I grinded that sometimes he even goes fishing with RC boats to try to keep it as far as far away from the prop as possible you see let's see if it works oh oh we got one guys I think we got one oh we caught a fish with the RC boat yeah what look look look look we got one oh that was a pretty good hook too man it got him right in the top of the lid we caught this with a RC boat y'all but in the summer of 2023 Brennan built a boat trailer to haul his RC boat with his RC car and to test the functionality of both he took his setup to the public boat launching ramp in Madisonville Louisiana the launching ramp was ravaged by hurricanes and is largely unused and on this day in particular only a few Vehicles occupied the parking spots and very little marine traffic was present so we backed up his boat trailer and unlike the dopes you may find on the credit card Captain's YouTube channel this cat is about to try to park that floating down into the parking lot foreign rips that bunk right off Brennan Nails the launch and lets the boat rip unfortunately he's only able to enjoy the time for a few moments before an unidentified officer of the Madisonville fund police arrives to ruin the day so what's up I can go right over there and do it and your little toy hollering and it's going to be your fault for leaving your little toy in the boat yeah I'm well aware of what I'm doing but uh yeah I just boat launched you know nobody was right here I don't see the big deal you must be bored today but I appreciate it I'm gonna go over there have a good day the officer seems fine with mocking and cussing at the people he's sworn to serve but let's see how well he responds to a sarcastic First Amendment protected volley from the man he just insulted well I'll tell you what it doesn't appear as though he's going to handle it well at all you got to have a permit to launch a boat so if you want to play okay we can play these all right sir I don't I'll write you a ticket for no boat launch permit for a toy in Louisiana an annual permit sticker for each boat trailer is required to use the boat launch however the Madisonville code defines a vessel as any watercraft boat barge or any other thing that has a purpose of being used as a means of transportation by persons or property obviously the RC boat is a toy and we shouldn't even have to look at this definition but it's important to do so to demonstrate the pettiness of tyrants now Louisiana also has a law Banning a person from obstructing the launch but this specific ramp is frequently underwater and has little to no traffic and in the video it's clear that Brendan never caused an obstruction and the officers attempt to find an infraction is so petty and ridiculous that even he knows it no big deal you pulled over here in the water sir I ain't doing nothing but trying to have a good Saturday you need to go mess with somebody that's doing drugs or something okay this is Madisonville property you can go somewhere else and play with your toys it's still unclear why the officer has such an issue with Brennan's quote toy unquote after all they are all toys some just cost more than others regardless the officer has now told Brennan that he needs to go oh yes sir okay I can pick myself up real quick move up and leave all right have a good day sir let me turn mine off too all right go for it you gonna be on YouTube and check it out Brennan Frederick got it for a video I I am I'm just doing me bro I ain't violating nothing trespassing in a in a public boat launch huh they do need to find something better to do hey I don't care he made my video good all right guys so we got kicked out by the cop he's right there he'd be talking about we in a private boat launch and all this this thing says public boat launch on the internet he's just bored he wants something to do despite this being a very public boat launch the officer thinks he can trust past people from it making this his third threat one for no permit prison for filming the officer and now trespassing though Brennan very clearly packed up and left as soon as the unlawful order to do so was issued now there may be an argument for operating an RC vehicle in the water if jet skis and other vessels are present so perhaps the officer should check the vessel for life jackets and conduct a field sobriety test to ensure that Brennan is fit to operate the vehicle it's a shame because other than this officer's bone-headed ego challenge Madisonville looks like a pleasant place to live or visit but let me know what you
