violation which escalates into citations
for no registration and no insurance and
then later an arrest and trip to the

suspicion that I've committed a crime
right right thank you and and this is
not a crime because there's no injured
party there's no physical or financial
uh damage no malicious intent done so so

operating in Commerce or uh I'm not a
federal government employee and I don't
operate in Commerce therefore I'm not in
your jurisdiction it's a private

me if if I'm in I'm not the private
common law citizen no they don't I can
prove that but they're trumped by the
Constitution that's the if you're in

because because it's not being used for

suspect happened on this stop supposedly
happened a couple of weeks later when he
was stopped again but this time he was
arrested jailed and had his car
impounded of course this is just
speculation on my part but I'm always
suspicious when a video cuts off so
