with a video of an encounter between a
sovereign citizen and two cops they turn
up at what looks like his place of
business to invite him for an interview
down at the police station regarding an
incident at a protest he attended but
like also states he turned this into an
opportunity to preach to them about his
misinformed sovereign beliefs so let's
address some of those claims let's get
into the video

watch the details down
earlier in the year a protest
uh well representation that was
anti-covered i believe it was on the
21st
of uh
august
in castle park which then moved on to
cover circus yeah um
it's been alleged by a covet marshal
in the course of that um
yeah
in the course of that that day those
activities you use language

harassment alarm and distress oh is that
right apparently
is that honestly what you're coming to
speak to about unfortunately
um right so
so the alleged dessert is what someone's
made a complaint yeah they have right so

we're clear complaint has nothing to do
with me

opinion it has nothing to do with me
and what a surprise he doesn't think it
has anything to do with him

comment section asking who is making the
claim against me but when they are told
that there is a complaint against them
and who is making it then move the
goalposts or say it has nothing to do
with them
oh and by the way he says acts are not
laws but this law right here which is
considered a crime by sovereign citizens
is covered under section 4 of the public
order act but you'll continue with your
own totally made up interpretation of
common law and see how far it gets you
i stand under a common law jurisdiction
so you're at your jurisdiction here
for starters unless there's been a crime
committed you've got no business without
there is allegations
what's the crime the crime is section 4a
of the public order act right an act is
not a crime legislation
but legislation is law and every
definition and explanation will tell you
that but i know you guys don't go to
legitimate sources for your definitions
until you think those sources align with
whatever narrative you are trying to
spin at the time
then they're good right
the statue though i don't understand
anything and i don't i don't recognize
that

statues okay or legislation i'm in
lawful descent and in fact while you're

magna carta 12 15 was invoked in 2001 so
i'm asking you to do a few diligence and
go research this

diligence before attempting to sound

found out and realized that article 61
is not in use in law today it didn't
even survive subsequent versions of the
royal charter
article 61 applied to 25 barons not the
general public it gave them the power to
assail the monarch it reads any man who
so desires may take enough to obey the
commands of 25 barons for the
achievement of those ends and to join
with them in assailing us to the utmost
of his power so article 61 doesn't
absolve the general public of having to
obey the laws of the land
it does require them to follow the 25
barons instead
but the article never made it into law
so it's a pretty scant defense in the
modern day united kingdom
all government legislation and the
monarchy has been dissolved since 2001
so you're all acting fortunately right
now okay um so aaron in relation to the
allegation that i've explained to you
so i need to give you the opportunity to
come for an interview about that matter
i don't need to come to an interview

and distress is something you guys claim
all the time
but when you are accused of it you
suddenly have double standards
so anyway
so there have been an allegation on the
section 4a of the public order act that
you have put in events i need to offer
you the opportunity to come for an
interview if you don't want to do that
that's fine i'd be i've had a direction
by my supervisor you will just be
someone to support so
do that and i'll report you for that
offence

amount of authority he thinks he has
over them to ask two police officers in
uniform and in a marked police car their
names badge numbers and warrant cards

anyway the video ends with him seeing
this as a win which of course it isn't
because there was nothing to win only a
possible summons to appear in court
