Don Jeffrey was driving with her hand out of the window and she claims that as the patrol vehicle's lights came on she gave him the middle finger officer's Alum immediately got behind her and initiated a traffic stop why are you pulling me up officers Alum now arrests Brittany for disorderly conduct placing her in handcuffs the supervisor then makes a phone call mentioning that he needs to write up a training issue this alarm not being aware that the hand gesture was not grounds for a disorderly conduct violation we believe that being her flipping him off as a violation and it's not after determining that the stop in itself was unlawful they released Brittany few months after she was arrested along with four others and was accused of numerous Federal violations in connection with the firebombing of police cars belonging to the Little Rock and North Little Rock Police
