got pulled over you weren't able to
provide
he was given all the documentation they
just didn't accept the documentation
that was the issue they told me that it

okay so if it's not your car how do you
know if the insurance is real or not
it's my boyfriend's car

the insurance with uh the court costs
and i'm gonna dismiss the other two
tickets
okay and can these be this dismissed
with prejudice
well there's no there's no such thing as
a traffic offense it's not a criminal
offense
so they're just okay but the only thing
with that is that the vehicle was
impounded and they won't give the
release form to get the vehicle back
even when the owner went up there
presented all the documentation they
won't give us the release form to get
the vehicle back
well no the vehicle needs to be legal
before they release it

been dismissed it gives you cap lance to
drive illegally well good luck with
getting your car released from the pound
if that's the
case that was the reason that they told
me they took the car though for these
tickets

the dropped charges are not related to

concept for the rest of the hearing
so can i request a court date for that
separately or with the judge
there is no court date to have the
vehicle returned

court date is if you're given a set of

the only way for you to get your car
back now is to get it registered insured
and show a valid driver's license
