imagine just for a second if that was
true
that you didn't need a driving license
to operate a vehicle on a public road
it would mean anyone would have the
right to get behind the wheel of a car
trained or not it would be absolute
carnage out there
get your information back by signing
here where it says signature no
admission of guilt
saying you know either come back to
court on september 21st
2021 at one o'clock in the afternoon
at the courthouse in hillsville virginia
for the speeding charge 82 in a 65 zone
or the other option you can call this
phone number and read to the court
they'll tell you how to pay a fine and
you don't have to come back
i've also issued a second summons for
nothing valid driver's license
you're signing it same court date
what happened to the right to travel
what's that you don't need a license to
travel
you do no you don't you certainly do
yeah
here the code of virginia says no person
except
those expressly exempted she'll drive
any motor vehicle on a highway in the
commonwealth until such
person has applied for a driving licence
and satisfactorily passed the
examination
and obtained a driver's license a
violation of this section is a class 2
misdemeanor
and if you are convicted the court may
suspend
the person's privilege to drive for 90
days
you don't need a license to drive right
now
what's that the second one yes sir
do you know anything about that about
traveling
i know all about sovereign citizens
so if he's a sovereign citizen why would
he have to present the advertiser
because it doesn't matter what you call
yourself
you are required by law to have a
driver's license to operate a vehicle on
a public road
you can't just declare yourself
sovereign and absolve yourself from your
statutory
obligations that's not how it works
that's not how any of this works

he could have towed your vehicle like he
said but he gave you a break
because there was a licensed driver in
the passenger seat
