immediate aftermath and the charges
courtesy of the New South Wales police
assistant commissioner Brett McFadden
for when he was quizzed about this
incident on radio station 2GB Sydney
where he said following the incident
caught attendance notices were prepared
by the officer involved and on Tuesday
we engaged further with the alleged
offender and we had one of our sergeants
attend the area where he was known to
frequent he said a forceful arrest is
often the case when the accused makes it
difficult to identify but the officer
involved in this incident had identified
shot by other means and elected not to
engage in a Pursuit within 24 hours the
alleged offender was re-engaged and
served due notices to go to court in
September he was charged with seven
offenses including driving unlicensed
using an unregistered registerable class
a motor vehicle on the road refusing or
failing to submit to a breath test and
resisting police in the execution of
their Duty and like I said his court
date is in September the 25th of
September but yeah everything this guy
said was wrong obviously but the officer
was wrong to let him drive away after
telling him he was under arrest it makes
him look weak and sends the wrong
message to Sovereign citizens but what
