Iowa in the city hall it says right here interference with official acts it says a person commits interference with official acts when the person knowingly resists or obstructs anyone known by the person to be a peace officer Jailer emergency medical care provider and on and on so my question is okay so interference is resisting or obstructing these people what is resisting or obstructing and it says right down here the term resist and obstruct is used in this section it says as used in the section do not include verbal harassment unless the verbal harassment is accompanied by a present ability an apparent intention to execute a verbal threat physically so he doesn't even meet that requirement in this code 719 because resist and obstruct has everything to do with interference and interference has to do with not verbal harassment which he's not even doing all he's there doing is engaged in a constitutionally protected right which is covered and supposed to be protected by the First Amendment this cop should know this this should be fundamental so when he arrives on the scene he should tell everybody in City Hall look he can't be resisting obstructing or interfering if he's engaged in uh exercising a constitutionally protected right you can't convert a right into a crime whether it's a misdemeanor or a felony so let's see how this cop does this is again this is a lieutenant from the Muscatine police department and this is Lieutenant motto m-o-t-t-o and I'll have all that information in the description along with the original video link when we get done with protected rights which means he's fighting for his own rights and the rights of this officer who's violating his rights and for the city employees who called the badged armed Bandit gang member to initiate force and violence on the guy who's standing for his rights this is so convoluted it's crazy no that's not how it works buddy that's not how it works so Grandma can go into any public
