detained sir i know my rights my lawyer told me what to say you don't go with the program it's going to be a long stop and then your buddy here going to get a speeding ticket because of you how's that now tell me your rights i still have rights okay all right this is an example of when injustice happens to one man anywhere injustice can happen to all men everywhere when you stand for your rights like you're about to see these young guys do you're standing not just for your rights but the rights of everybody in your community everybody in your city everybody in your state everybody in the country and by extension everybody in the world when you stand for your rights it is no light thing and in this particular case this individual wanted to remain anonymous as a passenger in a vehicle let's take a look at this but never ever minimize the importance of one man and one city in one state in one community standing for their rights [ __ ] it hey david you don't have to give him information huh what yeah it's a harley you can't hear that part it's a hybrid it's a hybrid okay you're right you're right how are you guys doing good good we're going through wrong work flying down the road did i commit a crime or am i being detained i'm not even the one driving the valves are set the vehicle matching your description give me your i don't have my id on me so why did they pull him over initially they said the reason we're pulling you over is because your vehicle matches the description of another another vehicle and that other vehicle was used in what the commission of a crime then they're going to change their story and say well we pulled you over for speeding so which one was it did they pull them over because their vehicle matched the description of another vehicle or did they pull them over because they're speeding and then the second thing is this cop on the passenger side talking to the passenger in the back seat is basically trying to manipulate this kid into giving him the id now the when a cop comes to your vehicle there's already the implied threat of state force against you if you don't comply if you don't obey they're supposed to be the law enforcers and we're supposed to be the compliant ones when they ask a question we're supposed to answer it they think in their minds but it doesn't work like that you have the right to remain silent you have the right to uh be secure in your person's houses papers and effects you have a right to be secure in your own identity you don't you don't have to give your identity to a stranger so that's what that's the right that these young kids are standing up for you know yeah but i'm not the one being detained i'm not the one being detained sir i know my rights my lawyer told me what to say i have rights everybody in the car gonna get my lawyer told me what to say exactly because this isn't the first time i've been stopped zooming you at disservice no he's not yeah he is dude what's up you don't go with the program it's going to be a long stop go what the program means and this is what this cop means he's not verbalizing it this way but this is what he means if you don't go with the program in other words if you don't come off of your rights if you don't relinquish your right to us and give us your id you're going to be in a whole lot of trouble see this badge right here this if you don't let us loosen your grip and manipulate you out of you know giving us your rights giving away your rights this is the bs you have to deal with when you encounter road pirates and that's what this is is road piracy they are on a fishing expedition oh your your vehicle matches the description of another vehicle oh we pulled you over for speeding now he's going to threaten the passenger that if he doesn't comply and follow the rules here's the deal here's what you got to do you got to play according to the rules if you don't then we're going to give your buddy who's the driver a speeding ticket you don't want that do you shut up all right yeah and then your buddy here going to get a speeding ticket because of you how's that now tell me your rights i still have rights okay how does a driver so now this guy's gonna tell me you got rights tell me you got oh you're gonna stand on your rights if you stand on your rights you know what the penalty for that is we're gonna punish the driver by giving him a speeding ticket because you wouldn't give us your id what kind of what kind of law is that who is this guy this is nonsense enforcement he's he's enforcing idiocy nothing the vehicle they committed a crime no you just accused me of committing a crime after he just said the same vehicle that committed a crime how do you know it's this vehicle if he just said it's a description of the vehicle it doesn't matter what do you have a license plate of this car at the very least he was you know what right no he was not did he clock him detain me for what nah watch out get out of the car go away so now you get these badge law enforcers whose job it is to protect and secure and to safeguard people in their community and they're doing the exact opposite rather than making people secure in their person's houses papers and effects these badge law enforcement road pirates are making them insecure in their person's houses papers and effects by the way the name of this youtu youtube channel is hector valencia has got 36 000 views on this was a couple years ago but this is still pertinent guys because what you have to understand is individual rights being stripped from one man anywhere are those rights being stripped by other men everywhere this car was stopped for no reason and when i refused to give my information as is my constitutional right not to do so i was pulled out of the car and handcuffed i was told i could be placed under arrest for delaying an investigation i was not driving i was not being suspected of a crime and i was not being detained you're being detained right now detained for what what crime did i commit on your phone i'm taking your phone these road pirates detain and harass these guys for no reason they changed their story they said initially hey your car matched the description and then they said you're speeding and then they said we're going to give the driver a speeding ticket if you don't give us your ids which they weren't required to have guys if you're a passenger in a car and you you're not suspected of having committed a crime you have no reason to give any law enforcement agent your id these guys
