I know you thought you lived in the land of the free home of the brave but did you know that as of October 1st in West Palm Beach Florida if you're a spectator on a public sidewalk that action could earn you a criminal citation that's spectating this is actually a criminal citation not only that filming public things from a public sidewalk is now against the law and why this thing really highlights well why out there filming is now against the law that went in effect on October 1st maybe we should talk about this roll the intro but here's the deal here's the deal here's the deal record whatever you want to record you're not free if you're not free then you're a slave if you're a slave then somebody owns you and they own your time and they can tell you what to do wherever you are on the streets of America which is supposed to be the land of the free home the slave so Earth land land of the free home of the brave instead it's the land of the fee home of the slave and I'm filming on a public sidewalk aren't you if you use your same standard if you use your same silly logic aren't you officer enticing people to drive recklessly by your very presence on this public sidewalk it's nonsense I hope yeah people being stupid I was just riding my skateboard through and I found a shady spot to stand so I can come over here and just chill to my Shady spot anybody being stupid yet today or they see you guys and don't be he doesn't owe that cop any kind of explanation he's stupid today sir no no we can sit here in our clown suits and that's not going to entice people to drive recklessly but if you a free man on a public sidewalk with a video recording device if you stand here we say that you entice people to drive recklessly [Music] foreign you ever enforced any sound ordinances like a vehicle base and Loud audio boats and stuff like that I never really messed with it sure but like radio stuff aftermarket radio stuff ever mess with it or just change really I heard the statute saying the other way saying if it was heard within a certain amount of feet they were allowed to like oh great now we just he just gave this cop some more tyrannical fodder it would have been if this cop wasn't plied on it it would have been in this cop's mind oh he's got a loud stereo well that's the ordinance has changed I don't write the statute so I guess he can have a loud a loud speaker on his car and now this guy with the camera said no no I thought it was still a law you can't have it oh yeah that's right okay now I will continue to issue tickets then right and look how happy it makes this copy oh all right oh that's right I don't get to get I don't get to be limited by that statue now that now that I'm because I'm a conformist instead of a moralist now I'll just continue issuing issuing tickets willy-nilly because the statute said I could foreign he said it again your presence your video recording the device entices people to drive erratically look at this kid shaking his head coach but that car wasn't loud this is not public property is this not public property the mall owns this property where I'm standing right here makes sense so you're saying you can't film from the grass you can't film from the sidewalk both my edict is because I'm in control I'm in charge you're the surf I'm the master instead of being a public servant like they're supposed to be hey it's both you can't record on the grass or the public sidewalk unbelievable these people have no shame then he goes and pulls somebody over because what's he doing what's he committing right there he's committing Road piracy he's not serving or protecting he's harassing and collecting that spectating this is actually a criminal citation oh a new law went into effect remember with the Declaration of Independence says about your right being unalienable you know nobody can give it to you and nobody take it takes it away well we got a new ordinance all of a sudden we can now take it away and you no longer have unalienable rights because our statute says so what's your name about somebody one seven five three okay so we're not gonna be able to stand here and watch otherwise there's a citation this is the warning for right now everything else is going to be a citation is this a lawful order for standing on a street corner and you are videotaping the cars coming out of here no so I'm recording you I was recording your officer go over and pull somebody over you're also statue if you want to take a picture of that so this statute right here according to We the People University he I think he believes that he pulled it up I'm not altogether sure if this is the exact statue that this lying cop is holding up for the cameraman but it says racing on highways streets Street takeovers and stunt driving a person may not operate a motor vehicle this is this is talking to somebody who's operating a motor vehicle for the purpose of filming or recording the activities of participants in any such race Drag Race Street takeover stunt driving competition contest test or exhibition this paragraph does not apply to Bonafide members of the news media what are you when you have a camera you are press do you have the freedom of press yes you do you are press so this doesn't apply to you even if they wrote a statute or a code or regulation that says it does apply to you it doesn't any law that's repugnant to the Constitution is null and void according to Marbury versus Madison and I know that's a sliver of Marbury versus Madison I know the rest of it basically gave the Supreme Court power the power of judicial review in other words in Marbury versus Madison 1803 the Supreme Court gave themselves the power to interpret what the Constitution says so they can tell all the little peasants what it what it means and how you're to operate under it nevertheless any law that's repugnant to the Constitution is null and void they can make up whatever they want they can't wipe away unalienable rights and if we let them that's when slavery takes over and that's when we lose everything we can't let that happen so back to this guy right here this is a lying crooked cop who's literally doing the worst of the worst and that is violating basic individual freedoms of another human being is this a lawful order it is okay as the first amendment constitutional and and nothing's gonna come of it now if you keep on crossing the line if you keep on doing something that we told you not to do even though we know what the Constitution says we know we raised our right hand put our hand on the Bible and swore to protect and defend the Constitution against all enemies foreign and domestic but you know let's forget about that we're being nice we're cutting you a he's just here to well kind of uphold and it's gonna be your fault this is the whole reason we're out here we're out here for Public Safety because you a human being thought you could do the free thing and stand on a public sidewalk with the recording if with a camera a recording device if somebody gets into an accident it's gonna be your fault that's right because we say so you've seen the videos out here like a little video it takes the videos what do you mean you saw me moving it out of the way it's for everybody's safety it's in the best interest of the public and the general welfare that we the law enforcers strip your rights you Americans think you can exercise rights whenever you want everybody trust me I love cars I'm a far guy there he goes he's turning on the nice guy he's
