problem here is it you just didn't want
to stop because as we will see in the
video you don't believe the police have
jurisdiction to stop you so the reason
for this stop is because your speed do
you know how fast you were going
um no less than 80 for sure
okay well that's not the speed limit
because it's a 55 so i got you on radar
going 76
but even when i was behind you trying to
get you stopped you were going about 80.
