citizens are loitering on school
property in a van supposedly there to

honest is not convinced with their story
and demands to see their ID the husband
complies under duress of course but the
female refuses and instead attempts the
script which as you've just seen part of
in the opening clip includes a demand
for 1 million silver dollars

um by where the kids are there's kids

to meet they're supposed to meet

like okay well I'm here to find out like
who you are and what you're doing and
why you're here
um introduce myself and she didn't want
to
she started saying her Title 18 stuff
which doesn't even apply

she refused to give me her name and I
said well you understand that
if you don't give me your name it's
obstruction like Colorado State losses
you have to give me your information
when you're being contacted for a law
enforcement reason
it gives me her name and I said step out
and she said no
um and then I say either you step out
of course he's a driver no she's in the
passenger seat and she don't want to
step out so I told her I called for
cover
um I told Felix to set it up and he
didn't want to she doesn't want to come
out and then she wanted to pull away and
try to fight me so I pulled my face in
and turned it on and say do you come out
here I will tease you okay and then
Felix got here and we were able to I
reached in I grabbed her and I pulled
her out okay so he said
no they were both sitting on the side
he was collaborative and she wasn't he
was like if you're gonna threaten me
here's my ID
um there was no threat I just told him
what the Lawson okay and so

information and run them until yeah
um but I might charge her with
obstruction can't
and then to refuse to get out of your
car and then to passively resist me

tell me who you are which makes me think

whether or not you give me your name you

all right so now because reality is
setting in she knows this cop is not
messing around she now wants to identify
well you probably should have thought
about that before playing your soft sick
games your husband who will hear from
after she tries to charge this cop 1
million silver dollars was slightly
smarter because he chose to identify
under duress of course

now please I'm asking you please do not
resistance
can you hold that for me please

crime you cannot resist police officers

and then she's failing to identify
herself
so she's tried every Sovereign citizen
tactic in the book without success so
now she Wheels out what she thinks is
the big guns so let's see how well it
goes down with this cop so uh

to identify yourself when you are
contracted for a law enforcement reason
right so please correct me in the
comments if I'm wrong on this one but as
far as I know the only two instances
where Colorado law requires you to show
Law Enforcement your identification is
when you've allegedly committed a
traffic violation or they reasonably
suspect that you are committing have
committed or are about to commit a crime
it doesn't say anything about
identifying just because you've been
contacted by law enforcement but lighter
in unschool properties and offense and
whether true or not they are suspected
of being there to adopt a child so that
gives the police probable cause to ask
for their ID in my opinion now if they
were packed anywhere else I might have a
problem with this one but it's a school
we need to keep our schools safe

that the school staff has no idea and a
white van that went from one side of the
school to the other you have students
out here playing on the playground with
an unknown woman and an unknown man who
appeared to be watching them
it looks like you're trying to object a
child
and that's where the body comes footage
ends that's a Pity I would have loved to
have gotten a glimpse of that world
citizen passport also it's kind of
ironic that those who claim to be not
part of the system spend the most time
in the system
anyway she was arrested for failing to
identify and obstruction and he was free
to leave
