do you have any fun plans after the fourth i don't answer questions all right welcome back to the lackluster channel every once in a while a video is submitted to me that is absolute perfection this one in particular was sent in by stephen hey how are you doing good how are you i'm good i'm good well i'm obstacle with the dui task force obviously out here holiday and everything everyone being safe that's all that's tough uh do you have any fun plans after the fourth i don't answer questions all right thank you have a good one sir i just keep going yeah thank you [Music] [Music] part of me wants to say that this is how all police interactions should go but thinking deeper on the subject brings me to the conclusion that this interaction should have never happened at all i personally believe that the supreme court dropped the ball in 1990 when they ruled that sobriety checkpoints are constitutional and do not constitute unreasonable search and seizure but even with that ruling these checkpoints are still not legal in all 50 states the nih and cdc have both conducted various studies finding that dui checkpoints decrease alcohol-related fatalities by a rate between 11 and 20 percent but those studies include deaths that don't involve a vehicle at all and fail to mention the overall downward trend prior to the ruling regardless there is no doubt that the checkpoints have saved lives but what it all boils down to is the real argument of whether you would fight for dangerous freedom or if you'd be happy with peaceful slavery thanks for watching if you have a video you'd like me to review email it or send it in via facebook messenger you can also view this and other content on my website if you're new here subscribe for future content if you've been around for a while remember to like share and comment down below of what you think of this interaction shirts and other goodies are available at the teespring store linked below channel membership start at just a buck if you'd like to further support the channel and get a slick lack logo next to your name i'll see you in the next video all links are down below how do you have any fun plans after the fourth i don't answer questions all right
