You can follow Lackluster, you can follow John Bryan. What's your badge number by the way? Uh 142 142, okay. I don't like you. We're here to just check up on you. Okay. All right? Is not Is not your guard up before now? If you showed up at my house, can I show up at your house? I'd imagine your pronouns are he/him. You never asked. Oh, what are your pronouns, Officer Chen? like to share. You don't like to share? So, you could be a she/her. Why were you making such dirty faces at me? Are you Are you discriminating me? Welcome back to the Lackluster channel. In late April, a viewer named Anthony from the channel Corruption Exposed was at home when five officers from the Groton Police Department in Connecticut showed up at his residence. He was confused by their presence as he hadn't called for help, but they insisted they were there to conduct a welfare check. Anthony, who is on the autism spectrum and highly intelligent, was allegedly subjected to an unlawful entry when officers entered his home without consent or warrant. They escorted Anthony out and began to interrogate him. Okay. So, did you Did you contact your doctor's office at all? No. No? No, I did not contact my doctor's office. What doctor's office are you talking about? Um pedia- I think it was like a pediatric or A pediatric? Uh what doctors do you usually go to? I'd rather not answer that question. I'd rather invoke my fifth my fifth amendment to be uh more safe. I think you're Frazier versus Cupping me. I think you're actually giving disinformation for the purpose of a false confession. What What What doctor would have said Give me one second. As far as my recorded uh statement is, I am good. No issues. Okay. You want to question me as to reality, make sure I'm not cognitively dissonant. I can absolutely answer, you know, who's the current president, what's the current year, as to all of that, but Do you go to Gold Star Pediatrics? No. Okay. Okay. Self-harm yourself? As to who I mean, I know there's going to be more to the story, and believe me, I'm big on my rights. I'm a lackluster follower, and there's going to be a five What's a lackluster follower? five USC 551. When I say lackluster, I mean I follow kind of crappy police work and crappy kind of information and sources that might have Yeah. kind of been the the core to why you're here. Okay. I got you. I mean if I were to summarize my view on police, it would be that I'm I'm not anti-cop. I'm anti-bad policing. Okay. That's fair. If you were to hear it offer but Yeah. If you were to hear it offer me services and protect my rights, that's, you know, that's awesome, but I've talked to a number of lieutenants, sergeants, and captains who don't even know the five elements to the First Amendment. Okay. So, I mean, there's that. It's the It's the the job of the government to protect my rights, but most government doesn't even know my rights. Self-inflict self-inflict, okay. Sure, what's up? All right, I'm going to ask you a couple questions, okay? Okay. All right. Do you want No. Do you want to harm No. Do you want to harm others or Absolutely not. Okay. All right. All right. So, like I said, we're here to do a welfare check on you. Make sure you're okay. Okay. Um you just stated that you You don't Just for the You don't want to kill yourself, harm yourself, or Absolutely not, no. So, um No, Jesus has a purpose for me, but I'm in You should be all set. Okay. You'll be fine. Um if you need us, you have our number, correct? I absolutely do. What's your badge number, by the way? Uh 142. 142. Okay. I don't like you. Officer 142 doesn't do much in this video, and it's unclear why Anthony has an issue with him, and hopefully he'll fill us in down in the comments. But just as it seems as the officers are about to leave, Sergeant Chen tries to explain why they showed up in the first place. But what started as a weak welfare check quickly evolved into a clash driven by ego and insecurity. So Do you have any questions for us? Any Any Any Uh, who who who called? Who was the 911 caller? Um I can answer that. Did this have to come out through 501c3 US uh If you want to do that, you go right ahead. But Yeah, yeah, yeah. trying to get at is Brown Town called us. Brown Town? Okay. And then somehow they relayed message back some doctor's office. I don't I don't I don't know. Uh, there's there's there needs to be more information. There needs to be more information cuz if it was from Goldstar Pediatrics I let you speak. Can I speak now? Just just so we can have a a better understanding and what we can do to to avoid this. Yeah. Is cuz this is like an inconvenience for you, right? This What it feels like, right? It's also an inconvenience on you. I mean, there's more important thing you could be doing. Right here, we're trying to check your welfare, all right? So if there's any messages that you sent or or whatever I'm faring well. Okay. Then that that's is what we're going to take, all right? Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. Take 40 as you're you're you're doing well, all right? Um, the point I'm trying to make is um, if there were messages where you were in distress or or or anything or or you know, like comments or anything like that, like that might have trickled down to us. We're just doing our our our due diligence by checking on you. That's it. Okay. When you say due diligence, it sounds like hyperbole might have been taken out of context. I mean I mean, there's all sorts of expressions like I bombed the test could mean 100 different things. And it sounds like that's an example of what you're here to investigate. Was that the What I'm trying to make the point is we're we're here for good faith. If someone tells us that you you know, you may have made comments that were concerning, we're here to just check up on you. Okay. All right? It's not It's not your guard up and you're throwing out and and making this a whole thing. Oh, no. I mean, I I record I record public officials in the commission of their official duties. I didn't have this interaction when when I when you when a car drove by and you you flagged me down or however you called and I I never tailgated and they kind of Yeah. Yeah. I didn't have this interaction, you know? I mean, I I don't know what happened between that time till then. Maybe this is completely different. Yeah. You know what I mean? I'm We're I mean, I'm I'm pretty sure this guy knows, but It is what it is. It doesn't bother me. You know, you can film me all you want. It doesn't matter. You can be filmed, too. You know what I mean? If I have to obtain that body cam footage, it's like $200 an hour you get to redact whatever you want. And and the GI William Tong, he he'll go out of his way to make sure to do throw you a bone when you made a mistake. And I know that for a fact. William Tong, he doesn't exactly answer public records requests. If there are any If there's anything sketchy or suspicious about the public records request, say it's Norridge Police. All right, Eddie. We're We're done here. If you don't have anything else to say, get out of here. Okay. Take care. Thank you. Thank you. As far as Jacob Evans goes, Norridge Police, I know you guys know Norridge Police murdered that kid in cold blood. That's not even up for debate. We know that. I just I just hate to see how how everything turned out to this. I mean, this this is not communicating. What What do you hate to see? Me filming uh No, no. You guard up and then you're trying to you just just making it making it a big issue with it. Guard up? You showed up at my house. Can I show up at your house with, you know, whatever concern I have and you're not going to film me. You're not going to think, "Oh, it's a it's a member of the public knocking at my house for. Okay, so I got an armed agent of the state knocking at my house and you think I have no reason to have my guard up? So you said I'm free to go, right? Like I'm not detained, now I've dispelled any suspicion that I'm I'm whatever. So I'd like to go upstairs and just be about my business. I have a first amendment right to film you. That's the third element is the right to the press. Right now, I'm a member of the press filming the government enacting within the official capacities of of his duty. I'd imagine your pronouns are he, him. You never asked. Oh, what are your pronouns, Officer Chen? like to share. You don't like to share? So you could be a she, her. And you're here in good faith, right? That that statement was just made in good faith? It's it's Okay, so am I detained or am I free to go? What? Are you calling Are you calling the town? They're calling him. They just They just have 17 rules. So what is I shouldn't have my guard down, right? You're saying they said they 17 No. I shouldn't be filming you because you're I'm just saying there's a huge difference when I I helped you out, there was no issues, and all of a sudden we're here to check on you, and now he's initiating Because what Hey man, you can follow Lackluster, you can follow John Brian, you can follow Accountability for All, but as far as that goes, I don't trust you guys. At the At your core, I don't trust you. My My faith in government Did I help you out last time? I'm not I'm not I'm not drawing false equivalencies, okay? I'm not about making a logical fallacy. I'm well, I'm good. I think I've made you mad. I've kind of strike stricken the ego. You didn't let You don't like to be filmed. There's your ego. Why am I filming? Why is my guard up? Why shouldn't my guard be up? Why shouldn't my guard be up? I have armed agents of the state. Who do you work for? Connecticut. Connecticut. Connecticut. Connecticut. Connecticut. The difference is I'm trying to make is you didn't have this attitude before. And you were making strange like dirty faces at me the whole time, which I also had a security camera footage of. If you're curious, I can send you the dirty pictures. The whole time you were making the report, just constant dirty faces. When? Exactly the same incident you're talking about, my friend. When you were here when when I made this call that you thought was so good. I was wondering why were you making such dirty faces at me? Are you Are you Are you discriminating me? Or what What What do you mean dirty face? I can't discriminate against a public official in the capacity of his duties. What's wrong with my face? What do you What do Why do Why do If you're at my face If you're making angry faces, scowling faces. Like if I were to be looking at you like this the whole time, that's how you were looking at me at the call you want me to perceive as being so perfect. Do I make angry faces? No. No. Oh, well, my security camera could your perception that I have angry faces. I'm sorry my face is not of of your liking. That's projection. Your Your comments are disrespectful. I didn't disrespect your your looks, your The The Sergeant or Sergeant you live. Sergeant, you're an official acting within the capacity of your duty duty, right? I I didn't disrespect I didn't disrespect you. Why are you disrespecting me? What did I do to you? Do you understand how the commission of law, the rule of constitution works? it's it's human. I'm It's It's It's two-way street. You're just You're being disrespectful. I didn't disrespect disrespect you at all. You're saying I make faces. You're trying to compare the last time you were here. The last time you were here, you made dirty faces at me. You want to pull this little that's your That's your perception. Okay, and I'm sorry that your whatever perception wants to pull a a whatever card. You made angry faces. Your natural face, I guess some would say RBF, is is is I'm sorry. I mean this platonically. You have a Well, I think you're very disrespectful. I I I thought highly of you until now but like I mean I was going to say I think you have platonically a handsome face. Talk about angry faces and stuff like that. I didn't say your default face was angry. I said you made angry faces at me. you don't know me. So, it's for you to say I have an angry face, a regular face, or anything. That's very very disrespectful. You want to see the camera footage that I'm going to probably be uploading later on? That is subjective. You never met That's absolutely subjective. met me before. You don't know who I am. You don't know what my background Corporal Chen, you were standing right there. Okay. So so oh, Sergeant Chen, right. Okay. So, you've got you've gone down a level. He's gone up a level. Oh, it goes from corporal to sergeant. Wow. So, okay. Well, that answers You were standing right there. What are the odds that the sun right in that area there and you were here for a wellness check and then you've completely changed the dynamic of a wellness check to an ego check. You were standing right there and you were standing at me. There is a camera right there showing your angry face. Last time or last time or this Yes, the time that you're trying to make yourself appear to be as though you were a superhero. You were making angry faces because I told you that there was a driver who was following me too aggressively because I've been unfairly ticketed. Anthony, and what did I do? What's what's what's the real context? That I contacted the person. I addressed the issue. You got back to them. You got to their parent and I respected that. This interaction I don't respect. You don't have to. No no no no no. The two aren't mutually exclusive. I'm not going to respect bad service with good service. right now is you disrespected me and talking about my face. Which was angry. You can take that as disrespectful but if you make angry faces, that's an angry face. done with you. All right. Cool. You know what I mean? Like like and you're a sergeant for me to And you're a sergeant. This is a wellness that. Like what what what's the issue, man? I can I can talk about I can say anything I want about your face. I can say you're butt ugly. That's my first amendment right under the Yeah, and I can say you have [ __ ] up teeth, but I DIDN'T LIKE BUT YOU WANT A LAWSUIT. You want a lawsuit. This guy wants a lawsuit. Okay, so the government just said I have [ __ ] up teeth. Yeah, what's the point of that? Yeah, WHAT'S WHAT'S THE POINT OF costing all these taxpayers a lawsuit? Corporal Chin, 130 1 133, you are going to be named on the lawsuit. Anthony, if I start off and talk about my face, how's that How's that You're a public official. You're a taxpayer. You're a tax-funded public servant. But Anthony, again, And and you're And you're escalating. Your job is to de-escalate. You just told me I have [ __ ] up teeth. I'm I'm I told you I'm done with you. And you IF YOU'RE DONE WITH ME, then why don't you just go the same way that these guys are going a point. If I start off and talk about your face, like you just did to me, No, I told you you made angry faces at me because you want me to perceive you as this awesome police officer when you're no better than the rest of the Daryl Dicks who don't even know the oath they swore. Anthony, that's not the point of the conversation. be the complainant, okay? Like, you're trying to say I have [ __ ] up teeth. Now, I'm 100% the complainant. Now, all these residents of Groton City who I'm going to sue on behalf of you telling me this, as a member of the government, are going to have to pay for your [ __ ] up. On the other hand, I'm a private citizen. I can tell you you have a [ __ ] up face, but I wasn't saying you have a [ __ ] up face. I was saying the expression you made, subjectively at that time, was suggestive of anger. You were mad that you even had to be there. You're trying to make me glad that you gave me this service, which is great because road rage has been out of control, but I can tell you that you gave me dirty looks. You had a dirty look on your face. I'm not saying it was your resting face. I was actually just saying, before you lost Listen, before you lost your temper, I was saying you have a handsome police officer face, and I was just going to say like the look you're giving me now was not reflective of the look you gave me before. incident. And for you to say that, Is it because you're Is it because you're Asian? You don't Do you Do you get a lot of like bad comments? Like I'm saying honestly you have a handsome police officer face. I mean that in the most objectively. But again, do you get the point I was trying to make though? Like I don't I didn't start off You said I have [ __ ] up teeth and that's going to go to the DA. This is a well This is a welfare check. This is also going to go to the DA how a welfare check escalated to you telling me I have [ __ ] up teeth. I said if I said that to you, how would that make you feel? This is a logical fallacy that you can't let go of. This is an ego. How's this an ego? Dear Lord in heavenly father, Lord God almighty, Jesus Christ in heaven, I pray over Sergeant A 133. I pray over myself right now, Lord. I pray that your presence fills us both with enough love to humbly separate from this argument. Lord, I didn't mean any disrespect toward Officer Chin's face, you know? You know, the last time he was here, Lord, as witness you know that I perceived him as giving me angry faces, but on the off chance he But on the other hand, Lord, Officer Chin did do his due diligence. He did reach out. I don't know why Officer Chin doesn't like being filmed. I have an issue with that guy. That guy right there, he's the reason I'm filming. I'll talk to you if you if you don't mind. I'll switch places Okay, Officer Chin, are you willing to de-escalate? but Sergeant Chin, sorry. I thought you were Corporal. It's just stop talking to you. I There's no There's no problem with me and you. It just It just It just needs to be In Jesus' name let there to be no problem between the two of us. Amen. Cuz if I start off with by making comments about you Amen. how you look Amen. Amen. I think you look like a And I mean this platonically and objectively, a handsome police officer. If I were a criminal, I would fear you. They said that. It's It doesn't have to get get to this point. They didn't say that. Listen, I don't want to point I don't want to be whatever, but this guy right here and I'm I'm going to want his name again because he he's he's going to be detailing another story. Yeah, Anthony I think I'm not going to be answering any of that. Oh, okay. As to what he ever did to me I I think I have enough of that, but Yeah. Okay, what's up? I just wanted to come talk to you. I I just wanted to formally introduce myself. I film police in the official official capacity of their duty. You're on the you're You're on duty right now, right? You're So So you're you're receiving a paycheck right now. That's correct. I'm paying you right now. She's paying you right now. She she he he she she and they are paying you right now. Yeah. Okay, so in my official capacity am I receiving any taxpayer funded money to tell him he has a [ __ ] up face? I didn't say he had a [ __ ] up face. I said he came here and he was giving me dirty looks. I don't know you don't get compensation if you don't work for the municipality, though. He explained it better detail maybe I can understand it. I can have any negative opinion of public officials whether that be a judge, a DA, a firefighter, or paramedic, but you know what's ironic? I don't have any such negative opinions. This douchebag right there, that's the reason I hate I'm sorry, not the female. That guy right there, he's the reason I don't like police. he do to you if you don't mind me asking? Oh, defiled our marriage. I mean Defiled? What do Well, okay, we'll start with Does he hit Does he hit you? No. Does he beat you? No. Does he hit the kids? No. Okay, the fishing expedition. The we don't get the answer we don't like, so we're just going to fish for more more information. And then we're going to draw a logical fallacy from a non-answered question that we didn't like such as Officer Connell's going to talk to you now if you don't mind. Okay, hi Officer Officer Connell, you're not So you're not a sergeant. Connell. Officer Officer Connell, are you the Are you the citizens' officer or you are you tied to the government? Um You like the mediator in between or Okay, I'm here to talk to you. Okay. I got a question for you, okay? Go tell. What was said to your aunt? What did you say to your aunt? My aunt, which one? I mean Fraser versus cop, dude. If I'm going to talk to you, you going to need to be more honest with me. How many aunts do you have? Fraser versus cop, you tell me. I'm not letting you lie to me. I'm not letting you deceive me to take me in the back of your car. I told him I didn't like the face he made when he wanted me to be approval of a service. I was of approval of your service actually. If you want to see my blog entry, I can email you later. I was happy you helped me with that with that tailgater who was aggressive. But when you make angry faces like I was saying, you did make angry faces at me. I'm not saying that's your RBF. We all have a resting [ __ ] face. faces, then why would I help you out after? I don't know. Why would you make angry faces at all? I'm I'm pretty sure this guy has the answer. Anthony, that's a poor perception on your part. That's a I don't have to have important perception. I'm not a public official. I'm not acting within capacity of my duty. But you're trying If you were here to do a wellness check and you're here to de-escalate I'm telling you he's a human If I helped you out, if I made faces and I showed you I didn't care, why would I help you out? Why? And then for you for you to tell me that I made angry faces can articulate Pennsylvania versus Mims so well, but you guys can't tell me Fraser versus cop. Do you guys get to lie to me? Can you give me deceptive information for the purpose of taking me away based off a lie? An absolute lie. I mean logical fallacy is number one is a lie. Anthony Going straight to the point, did you did you talk to your aunt about hurting your Which aunt? Whichever family member. Oh, about hurting Wait, wait, wait. Running over hitting hitting your pediatrician with a car or hurting other people, yes or no? No. Okay. Absolutely not. That's it. It's all it is. That's all I was going to ask you and you made a big thing out of it. You know I Wait, who made a big thing about it? You told me I have [ __ ] up looking teeth. Did you Did you go go back You You went back and you What "What I made that statement, how would you feel?" You're getting lacklustered for this. I'm just letting you know. You're You're going to be on lackluster for this. You should have never told me I have [ __ ] up teeth. Officer Garrits, [ __ ] you. You're a piece of [ __ ] You two. I mean, I hope you don't lead in these two's direction because honestly like you're going to go the DEI route when I tell you I think you made nonsense faces at me and you're going to say it's because I think it's because of your Asian your Asian like honestly like [ __ ] you, dude. Are you Are you discriminating me? Honestly, [ __ ] you. No, you did say that. You insinuated at it and [ __ ] you for even thinking that. That's a piece of [ __ ] position to even think. I know you made angry faces at me. I didn't say you have a problem for being Asian. Yeah, and I think you're disrespectful. I think you're The video cuts off briefly as a family member of Anthony appears in the frame, but resumes a moment later. Cut it out. Put it away. This is why y'all get filmed. This is why people hate you. All right. Like you could have just de-escalated so easily. going about their day. And they could have left a long time ago. Instead, this guy wants to tell me I'm sorry. What's your badge What's your name and badge number? You responded. I'm going to get this in I'm going to get this out of the report. What's your name and badge number? Okay, I'm sorry. What's your name and badge number? Okay, I'm not in the road. What's your name and badge number? Why do I have to be on that side of the road? Get back in the house. Why are you getting so close up on me? GET IN THE HOUSE RIGHT NOW. LITERALLY JUST GO. I'M SORRY. All right. Okay, I'm in my house. In a comment on Anthony's channel, it is asked what happened when the camera shuts off. Anthony responded saying that the officers proudly left after showcasing their commitment to community service. Somehow, during this encounter, Sergeant Chen interpreted Anthony's comment about him making angry faces as a racially charged remark. But, upon reviewing this segment, it's clear that no such implication was made. When you were here when when I made this call that you thought was so good, I was wondering why were you making such dirty faces at me? Are you Are you discriminating me? Or what what what do you mean dirty face? I can't discriminate against a public official in the capacity of his duties. What are you getting at? What's wrong with my face? However, as for Sergeant Chen's comment, Like you said you have [ __ ] up teeth, but I didn't like what the two statements differ fundamentally in intent and nature. Anthony offered a perception-based situational observation tied to Sergeant Chen's demeanor in a specific moment in time. In contrast, Sergeant Chen's response is a personal insult unrelated to the situation. It targeted an unchangeable physical trait rather than addressing a behavior. Anthony's remark invites clarification, while Sergeant Chen's comment is retaliatory and demeaning. Notably, Sergeant Chen, a police officer on duty and in a supervisor's role while being filmed, appears to leverage a visible insecurity as a passive-aggressive yet subtle dig likely to attempt to assert dominance while maintaining plausible deniability. Overall, the two comments are not equal. One is feedback, and the other is a thinly veiled insult. Let me know if you think otherwise in the comments, but then go check out Anthony's channel. It's linked in the pinned comment and description. And as always, if you like this video, be sure to check out another one linked on screen. Mhm.
