Um, what do you want done today? >> I love you. I love you. Oh, I >> There we go. >> I love you. Okay, I love you. >> The ugly Bricks and Minifigs American Fork Utah Police Department Conspiracy Consignment Saga continues. And I mean, it is an ugly saga. This American Fork police officer, knowing he has a verified legitimate legal court document in his hand that must be served to this guy, refuses to serve the verified legal court document. Before we get to this newly released body cam footage where Joshua Johnson lies through his crummy teeth. Smile for the camera, Joshie. Ugh, the No, don't do [clears throat] that. Ugh. Let's quickly get up to speed on what's going on. The core complaint, as we went over in a previous video, is that Bricks and Minifigs, which is a LEGO resale trading franchise chain, allegedly sold or refused to return a large Star Wars LEGO collection valued by the owners at over $200,000, even though the company disputes this and says it's 60 to 80,000. Well, this Star Wars LEGO collection had been placed on consignment at one of their stores. In 2023, Brian and Mansell consigned his elderly father's expensive, mostly unopened Star Wars LEGO collection to the Bricks and Minifigs franchise store in Salem Keizer, Oregon owned by Crystal Law, sometimes referred to with co-owner Benjamin Gorman. Yeah, that's the guy with the devil horns coming out of his head. It was a consignment deal. The store would hold and then sell these sets, and Mansell would retain all the ownership rights. The store would advertise them and then split the profits, reportedly with no storage fees. The original owners later wanted to sell and then leave the franchise, planning to move abroad. Corporate, which is BAM Franchising, stepped in, terminated their franchise, and took possession of the store and location. That's when the new franchisees, Brandon Best and Joshua Johnson, took over. They and corporate refused to honor the consignment, claiming such deals are prohibited by franchise agreements, that corporate wasn't a party to it, and that they had no obligation to the prior private arrangement. And much of the collection allegedly went missing or was sold without proper accounting or returning of proceeds. Brian Mansell sued in small claims court and won, but the store closed to avoid a payout. This escalated with YouTuber Reckless Ben making viral videos, boycotts, counter lawsuits, arrests, and broader accusations of shady practices. But corporate maintains it was an unauthorized private deal with a former franchisee, not theft by the company. So, what we have here is a messy franchise dispute and a consignment gone wrong that blew up online. The question is, was there a consignment option in the original contract? The answer is yes. The original franchise agreement explicitly allowed consignment services. Former franchise owner Crystal Gorman publicly released these excerpts from the Bricks and Minifigs franchise agreement that she signed. It states that franchisees may also offer consignment services alongside buying, selling, and trading LEGO products. This directly contradicts corporate BAM franchising public statements that, quote, such consignment deals are expressly prohibited under our franchise agreements. There was a signed written consignment agreement dated November 22nd, 2023 between Brian Mansell and the Salem-Keizer LLC owned by Crystal Law Gorman. It gave the store exclusive rights to sell the collection with 35% commission to the store with Brian Mansell retaining ownership of unsold items. The arrangement reportedly worked for about a year before the franchise changeover. Corporate's position is that they were not a party to the Mansell deal, didn't approve it, and that any consignment violated franchise rules. Pointing to the operations manual and other restrictions. But, the leaked franchise agreement itself permits it, and critics, including Gorman, argue this undercuts corporate's prohibited claim. And this is the central point of the contention in this dispute. So, now that we have the lay of the land and an understanding of what's actually going on under the hood, let's take a look at this latest body cam release. >> His name is Ben Schneider. He's stalking my house. Will you come to my house, please, and come get them? I'm not going to have stalkers. >> Are they there right now? >> They're Yeah, they're on the side of the house. >> Kind of One of the dispatchers made a note here saying that you were going to shoot someone. >> I'm done with this. Officer, can you please help me and my family and make her stop? >> Yeah, absolutely. She had a consignment deal with a guy named Brian Mansell. A year and a half, almost 2 years she had this consignment deal with him and she never paid him. >> I hired this YouTuber. >> According to well-documented reports, that is a lie. >> I hired this YouTuber. His name is Ben Schneider. He's Reckless Ben. They sent people in saying they're going to murder our manager. I'm done. >> What are you What are you guys doing here? >> Uh so, we are in a court case with them and we have to serve them legal papers. >> She is a process server and she's trying to serve you papers. >> She's not a process server. >> Okay. >> Get the papers. They're fake papers. They're fake. Go get the papers. >> Okay. You're okay if I give the papers over to you? >> Absolutely. They're fake. >> So, the American Fork Police Department is now doing the bidding of Joshua Johnson. Okay, Joshua. I'm going to go get those papers now. Your wish is my command. >> You have to serve these papers. >> Yeah. >> So, this is what you're trying to serve him with? >> Yes. I wish we could just send him an email. I wish we could send him a phone call, or the court could just send it to him, but this is what we were required to do from the United States court. So, we're just following the instructions of the government. He thinks if I just call the cops on him, he can get away with it, but we're showing him like we're not We're not going to let him get away with this crime, so. >> Okay. >> You okay if I give these papers to him? >> Uh yeah, for sure. >> Okay. Hang tight. >> Are you okay if she just gives you the papers so we can just get through this? >> You okay with the papers? I've talked to the Kaiser Police Department. There's no There's nothing filed. So, no, I'm not accepting service from you. >> Okay. >> Absolutely not. It's fake. >> Okay. >> It's not real. >> That's completely fine. That's You have that right. >> Except that it's not completely fine. He doesn't have the right, and they are legitimate legal court documents that have to be served to him, even though he's claiming that the papers are fake. >> Hold on. All right. Um what are you want done today? Besides obviously talk to >> As much as you humanly possibly can. >> I can screen charges. I'm I'm open to screening charges through our attorney. I'm going to go talk with him, give him this paper back since you do not want this. >> Can I just peek at it? >> What was that? >> Can I peek at it? >> Uh it kind of puts me in a little bit of a bind. It's fake. There's no way. >> Wait, why would you want to peek at it if you know it's fake? And how do you know it's fake when you haven't even peeked at it? And how does this cop make a conscious decision to not serve a paper that he just found out is legitimate, legal, and required by the court to be served? >> Awesome. Thanks. >> Okay. So anyway, I'm going to give this back to him. You're on trespass here. >> Because here's the thing. Think about this logically. Do you think a process server would show up with a guy that's been harassing a YouTuber to serve papers in Utah? >> This guy is desperate. He knows these papers are legit. He doesn't want to be served because he knows what happens after he gets served. So now in his desperation, he's pulling out all the stops and trying to get the American Fork Police Department to do his bidding so this problem will go away. But guess what, Josh? Your problem isn't going away. It's getting worse. And it's also getting worse for the American Fork Police Department. >> They sent a lady in and the lady's like, "Oh, I'm going to murder you." to the to Amanda, the manager. >> Just wait till all this stuff comes out in discovery, Josh. >> Threatens the employees. >> He does not want the paper. So >> He does not want the papers? >> Here's that back for you. >> Okay. >> Not sure what this is. I've never seen something like that. To be honest with you. >> These are court papers. >> Okay. >> Yeah. Have a very nice day. >> All right. See you. Yeah. >> The process server is really going to ride with the YouTuber. I mean, how stupid does he think I am? They have fake service papers. And the the girl is like she's like, "Oh no, I got to serve him these papers." Like they printed up a fake lawsuit, you know? And I'm like, "Oh yeah, do you think the process server would really be riding with the YouTube guy to deliver papers to a guy that he's been harassing?" I'm like, "Do you think I'm stupid?" I don't know what to do, man. >> Josh is now on speaker phone with Bricks and Minifigs corporate owner Ammon McNeff. >> I don't [snorts] know what to do, man. >> Um so, did you call the police again? >> I still don't know what to do, man. I'm done with these guys. >> We're ready and willing to arrest these individuals for uh Utah you know, like Utah statutes for cyberbullying and digital stalking because they're using electronic uh means for uh communication and coordinating their stalking. >> Wait, so it's digital stalking, not stalking stalking? >> It's It's It's all of the above. >> Okay, so that uh >> But because they're continuing to use, you know, like additional tactics and and other things like that, thinking that they're they're being cute and whatnot. It can't continue. So, somebody has to be arrested to show that they can't continue to do this. >> No, we just kind of want to know what you want done on this. We don't want >> As much as humanly possible. >> So, let's get this straight so everything is contextualized nice and neat. The actual thieves of this story are colluding with the American Fork Police Department to have innocent people who are trying to serve legal papers to this guy arrested. A thief wants men with guns committing crimes on his behalf. >> He's going to submit have a screen for charges with our prosecutors, right? With our city prosecutors. >> He is very adamant that he wants to serve you with papers, okay? Um >> That's fake. That's illegal. You can't pretend to be a a process server. So, you can't >> It's illegal. >> Impersonating an officer of the court, that that carries a It's pretty significant, you know, like >> Yeah, you can't pretend to be a process server. I'm sorry. Yeah, you can't. That's got to be illegal. >> And that's Like I say, he's he's he's getting combining charges. >> It's a class A misdemeanor. He didn't impersonate a process server in the state of Utah. >> Speaking of fake, Josh is just making everything up at this point. >> So, right now >> her arrested for impersonating a process server. >> So, right now >> I can't just go and pretend I can't go print up fake documents and go try to process serve people. That's illegal. >> So, these papers that he printed up >> Fake thing. >> Yes, 1 billion, trillion, gazillion percent. >> Again, this is this is Ammon. I'm I'm with the Um >> Fake thing. >> Yes, 1 billion, trillion, gazillion percent. >> Again, this is this is Ammon. I'm I'm with the the corporate office. >> He's the city attorney. >> Oh, hi. >> So, what what's happened is we had a former franchisee. Mr. Schneider is just a YouTuber that got a hold of the story and then went to this guy and said, "Hey, if I can harass these guys, if I can do some stuff and and get some money out of them, will you pay me some of that money?" And that's what they're trying to do is the individual who actually owes the money left the United States and created a fake contract, forged a manager's signature up there, threatened to kill her. >> I didn't sign no agreement and I'm not beholden to somebody else's stupid agreement. I like how he can just lie to you guys with a straight face. >> He owes $200,000. >> [music] >> I'll check with the court, see if it's a valid civil case that he's trying to push through, and we'll go right about it that way, okay? >> Thank you for holding. How can I help you? >> Trying to speak with someone to verify if a case is just verify if a case is real. >> Yeah, looks like a a real small claims case in our court. >> Okay, thank you for your help. Um that's all for today. Thank you. >> They're screening some charges, okay? >> Yeah. >> Um but we're just kind of working through. It looks like this is a real case, it just hasn't gone to court, okay? >> It's a real case. Who's it against? >> It against you him versus you. >> Ben Snyder? >> Mhm. >> What an idiot. >> So >> I mean I mean it's it's just rack up the charges and shouldn't work. >> So the American Fork law enforcement officer has verified this document is legal, it is legitimate, and it has to be served to him, but he still doesn't serve it to Josh. Now Josh realizes that this document is legitimate, but that doesn't stop Josh and the American Fork Police Department from carrying out their unconstitutional, unlawful, immoral plans against Reckless Ben. >> Like letting them go cannot be an option here, guys. Like there's got to be something for for cyberstalking, bullying, like all all of the different things. Like there's got to be something to to to arrest them and and send a message that this is not appropriate. This is not okay. >> I'm I'm in agreement with you. Um again, that's why we're kind of working through this right now. >> Hello. >> Benjamin step out for me. >> All right. >> Okay, we're going to try and find you back. >> Am I being arrested? >> You're not under arrest right now. >> Really? >> [music] >> So with the knowledge that everything Ben set up to this point was true and everything Josh said was false, the American Fork Police Department decides to arrest Ben anyway. >> I love you. I love you. I love >> There we go. >> I love >> [music] >> Okay, I love you. >> Just to be clear, the American Fork Police Department knowingly and willfully colluded and conspired with a lying thief to arrest an innocent man who's trying to serve legal legitimate court papers and the cops knew they were legal legitimate court papers. There's no world in which this is okay. Leave your thoughts in the comment section below. If you like these videos, like this video, share this video, subscribe to the channel, and hit the bell.
