that's actually the 10th Amendment
okay guys we've got yet another right to
travel fail this time in prowess County
Colorado the stop apparently stems from
an incident at a Walmart where Lamar PD
attended they apparently let him leave
then pulled him over down the road a few
minutes later because they ran his tags
and they came back as expired and he was
driving on a revok's license as well
surprisingly though the best part about
this video is not the double arrest and
toe at the end no my favorite part is
where the cop shuts him down by sighting
the 10th Amendment yes we've all been
asking the police to do this for years
and they have finally started using it
and to grit effect because as you've
already seen in the intro he doesn't
really have a response other than to
deny it right let's get into the video
reason reasonable articular suspicion
for pulling me over your plates are
expired as of April 2022 and you're
revoked for three alcohol refusals in
the state of Colorado
okay I'm not going to read that do you
have the entrance to the vehicle okay so
I want you to know that right now what
you're doing because you are committing
depth permission
that's right I'm aware of what that is
and I understand my legal standing and
Authority in the state of Colorado which
is what governs what I do
which is specific
also the United States Supreme Court has
I think that doesn't matter
and I don't want to listen to that
because I've already heard it is
this cop is correct you are a soft sick
you're using all the same troubling
arguments over in citizens use and when
you go to court I'm guessing you'll be
using another self tactic of challenging
jurisdiction
so if it walks like a duck and talks
like a duck guess what
one second I don't want to hear it okay
one second I I don't need to hear it
that doesn't pertain to me because of
what you think that says I'm familiar
with that 18 coach I have not been
convicted okay
you can take that to the Supreme Court
has already ruled that you cannot stop
me from traveling
first of all he's not stopping you from
traveling you can walk all ride your
bike anywhere you like and secondly stop
trying to deflect away from your lousy
arguments by pointing to a nobody with a
camera
and what you need to understand is what
you're doing is violating my
Constitution and that is your opinion it
is the 14th amendment that is European
U.S Constitution are you aware of the
10th Amendment of the U.S Constitution
which gives it the power to the states
to dictate law that's actually the 10th
Amendment I've always wanted to see a
cop use the 10th Amendment on soft Sage
to see how they handle it because they
are constantly citing the Constitution
but never the 10th because it doesn't
fit with their narrative so this hand
wave dismissal was very predictable
statue you're also a violation of 32 3
114 subsection 1A which is driving on
expired brains which is again a Colorado
rice statute obviously if you run the
tax yes I did when I pulled up and
contacted you at the Walmart okay and
let it come up as foreign
Colorado actually I purchased the tax
and then I deregistered them
that I purchased my tags okay they're
still owned by the state of Colorado
which is where they can vote not I have
the receipt for it because right I
understand that do you understand the
paperwork you sign up the courthouse
calling it a non-commercial vehicle
means absolutely nothing you still need
to register it for your tags to be valid
whether you've purchased them or not
stop listening to channels like freedom
from government and here's the deal
this is not you're gonna give me the
insurance or no I'm trying to tell you
no I don't have probable cause and I
disagreeing with you and lawfully I have
the right to do this you lawfully do not
okay right if we can agree to disagree
but Carter well Carter Law requires you
to provide proof of insurance to me upon
request
for the Stop and I'm trying to tell you
you didn't have I do have probable cause
based on Colorado law
you do not okay so you want to refuse
that
no dude driving without insurance in
Colorado is unlawful and if you would
disagree the place to argue that is in
court and not at the side of the road
like a YouTube lawyer but how exactly
would you pay restitution to a victim in
the event of a crash when you admit in
your own comment section that you're
penniless because the city has quote
unquote drained you
okay that's your opinion sir my opinion
and the oath that I uphold with the
state of Colorado is that you don't have
a driver's license did you know that
there's persons exempt from driver's
license it's also a Colorado revised
section
but
did you know that I understand
you're okay
so if you think you're exempt from
needing a driver's license then why do
you even have one in the first place I
mean I know it's exempt but how does
that make any sense and I've read
through the statute you're referring to
and it doesn't apply to you
not to mention your vehicle is also
defective with your broken windshield
or if you'll send everything to me just
your information subject refusing
provided insurance
yet I have asked it and not the writing
is not following my direction
if you'll note that Mr Owens is also on
scene recording of course the local
frauditor is known to the police why am
I not surprised
but I am going to submit this to the D.A
from arrest warrant and that way a judge
can review it because I don't have time
to sit here and write you a citation
because I have to go to the center call
but at this point you have refused to
ride the proof of insurance okay I have
asked for it like specifically the
statute says request are you going to
provide it to me now upon probable cause
of it
but I'm going to draw this up and I'm
going to write a warrant for your arrest
for available provide proof of insurance
and driving under revocation okay and if
a judge assigns it then you will go to
jail obviously okay but I understand you
are not interested if you drive away
from here it's another charge oh so now
you're now what you're doing
oh man now this is entrapment what's
stopping you from committing further
crimes is entrapment
yeah because that makes total sense
wow there's no it's not true I mean I'm
not allowing you to break the law I'm
telling you not to break the law if you
choose to go into your own hands and
break the law that's your own decision
Mr Curry you're not letting me show you
the stuff no because that statute I know
what you're referring to doesn't pertain
to this yes so where's my business card
so since I am releasing you at this
point another citation I am going to
give you a business card but I do have
to go to this other call so understand
that I will write an arrest warrant and
it will be submitted to the district
attorney's office review which will then
be sent to the judge
for
um
to be signed okay
absolutely the whole time everything we
do is recorded okay and obviously
because Mr Owens recording it so if you
want to contact him you can because he's
got a video of it and I'm sure you're
recording it not part of retaliation
this is definitely retaliation
and there it is the obligatory
persecution complex raising its ugly
head again claiming retaliation when in
fact it was his actions that led to the
police being called to Walmart in the
first place and then again by driving
illegally which then led to this stop
you call it retaliation I simply call it
brick in the law so have a better day
don't drive I understand your plates are
expired you don't have a driver's
license and at this point you've not
proven any insurance to me you have
committed unlawful
it's just one stupid sentence after
another with this guy how did he violate
your Fourth Amendment rights exactly you
weren't searched and nothing was seized
if you would like to file a claim you
can go to Denver and file a title 1983
lawsuit you're more welcome to do so but
as of this point or you can go down the
police department file a complaint with
the PD Administration
absolutely if you feel that way I have a
lot more reason to contact you but
that's okay
it's just one stupid remark after
another with this guy asking for your
driving documents is not a violation of
your Fourth Amendment rights he run your
tags and they came back expired on your
license revoked end of
so we'll just go and we'll see what a
judge says right
no they're not another call I actually
need to go to it what's your real badge

PID no sir I am not required by law to
give you my PID upon your
requesting my post identification number

but that warrant was issued and he was
arrested six days later while he was
trying to file court documents let's

thinks they need probable cause to run
his tags and a warrant to turn
unregistered and uninsured vehicle
you do not have permission to tow my
vehicle
you do not have my permission
I do not consent to you
you did not you did not do a traffic
stop
let me write your ticket do not want to
participate
walked on down the road I will be
updating
in a room has now has expired
going to participate
though you are profiling me
get away from me you do not I do not
consent to you I do not consent to you
towing my vehicle
and now he seems to have turned into
