all right this new article that just came out is as laughable as it is hypocritical as it is tyrannical according to this article right here the Illinois police believe that stealing a shirt 15 years ago is a worse offense than trampling your rights making a false report stealing money and acting civil asset forfeiture breaking down somebody's door at four o'clock in the morning without an arrest warrant it says Suburban cop who stole a 15 shirt in 2008. the Illinois Police Department is going to decertify or has decertified this officer this female officer right here and she can no longer be a part of The Thin Blue Line gang think of all the reasons that they could have fired any number of police officers anywhere in the United States on any given day and this is the reason they chose to use to decertify a police officer says the Suburban police officer was decertified for a crime she committed 15 years ago now Xena Ramos can't be a police officer in the state of Illinois or anywhere else in the country she says that she took responsibility for her actions says earlier this year she decided to leave the Cicero Police Department to work for the Riverside Police Department she was only on the job for two months when the Illinois Law Enforcement Training and Standards Board decertified her for stealing a t-shirt when she was 23 years old in 2008. why didn't they fire and why didn't they decertify Philip brailsford for what he did to Daniel shaver as a matter of fact he went to court went to trial and he was acquitted how about officer Matt Schneider remember him remember what he did to Johnny wheatcroft in front of his family in front of his two screaming kids when he got out of his taser and he decided to tase him multiple times including in the private area completely humiliating him what about Duncan Lemp Duncan Lemp was according to reports murdered at the hands of the Montgomery County Police Department what happened to them far as we know nothing but they're going to fire this lady right here for stealing a shirt 15 years ago how about Chris Brownlow and Sterling boom and Michael Hall you remember them from the Arvada Colorado Police Department when they decided to summarily execute Johnny Hurley after he had saved their bacon literally nothing happened to them as far as we know they're still on the Arvada police force but they're going to fire this lady right here for stealing a 15 shirt 15 years ago now 38 the crime happened in 2008 Rama stole a t-shirt that was just I think it was like 14.99 the charges were later dropped so the charges were dropped and they still decided to fire her now theft is theft but you know when you place a 15 year old theft of a low priced item above the individual rights of Americans you gotta wonder what in the heck is going on so you got the corrupt Police Department in Illinois firing and decertifying you can never be a cop again as long as you live because you stole a 15 shirt 15 years ago it almost seems like a joke let's listen to some of this and I felt like I did everything right to better myself for myself and my family you were just listening to a Suburban police officer decertified for a crime that she committed 15 years ago those charges were eventually dismissed and vacated but now she cannot be a police officer yeah Tia is live with the details to you Scott and Dawn let me break this down for you Xena Ramos she was decertified by the state that means she can't be a police officer here in Illinois or the rest of the country this is for stealing a t-shirt you know what come up with incidents in the comment section leave them in the comment section I may do a whole video on your comments if you guys get some good examples of times that cops stepped over the line and treated on people's rights put their lives in Jeopardy ripped a camera out of somebody's hand because they didn't they weren't interested in transparency even though they say all the time well we're just a department who loves transparency we want to earn the trust of the American public and of our community so we're definitely interested in transparency uh but we're not going to release the body cam footage to you even though we could we're going to rely on the officer's testimony when we know that we train officers to lie but uh we are interested in transparency so put in the comments section examples of where you think the cops should have not only been fired but maybe even jailed for the evil that he decided to commit against the American people who he swore to protect and serve because this is laughable right here firing this lady for doing something 15 years ago on a on an item that didn't even cost 20 bucks back in 2008 and now she's working a desk job here at the Village of Riverside I took responsibility for my actions oh well see she's still working for the police department she's on death Duty probably making the same amount as she was as a street officer Xeno Ramos admits 15 years ago she was on the wrong side of the law but says it made her a better police officer because I can understand what people are going through and I can better relate to it to them earlier this year she decided to leave Cicero PD to work in Riverside on the job two months when she was decertified by the Illinois Law Enforcement Training and Standards Board wow this letter calls for the governing body to review its decision it says the board staff discovered Ramos was convicted of retail theft a decertifiable conviction Ramos insists the charges were dismissed it can't have you involved in retail theft but uh have you moved into our program for civil asset forfeiture where you can take pretty much anything on the American roadways even walk into somebody's house a house that's not even yours and under the color of law just go ahead and start taking things just put them into evidence maybe it'll disappear maybe those people get it back maybe not it reminds me of these two brothers who are traveling the East-West I-40 Corridor in Tennessee and they were traveling with 160 000 because they were going to go buy a convenience store and they decided to take that that money for themselves because they said it has to be you know this this sum of money has to have been involved in a crime so they take somebody else's property that they worked for and keep it for over five years the brothers had to hire a lawyer costing tens of thousands of dollars and they only got a percentage of that money back and that's just one example of civil asset forfeiture also known as legalized Road piracy and theft when plunder becomes a way of life for a group of men living together in society they create for themselves in the course of time a legal system which authorizes it and a moral code which glorifies it and that is what they do so you got all this theft of property of money of jewelry of cars of houses and and this is this is hail this is glorified but man if we ever find out that you stole a 15 shirt 15 years ago you can never be a police officer again brutalize somebody check that's okay break somebody's door in when without a search warrant and jeopardize their lives or take care you know off their dog or flashbang their kid or whatever hey that's perfectly fine but a 14.99 shirt how dare you and vacated it didn't happen because of a a 14.99 situation standing in solidarity with Ramos as state representative LaShawn Ford and Riverside's director of Public Safety over the last 15 years Xena has worked tirelessly to better herself she has gone to school and studied criminal justice now 38 and she really really wants to be a part of The Thin Blue Line but she wants to be a part of the crypts or the Bloods or The Thin Blue Line you know we should let her do this we should let her become a fellow gang member she only committed a small indiscretion back then power corrupts an absolute power corrupts absolutely three children the Cook County State's Attorney's Office added Ramos to the Do Not Call List a public database of law enforcement members that can't be called to be Witnesses in any cases because of past conduct I would like to get my certification back so I can be a police officer I want to I want to participate in your legalized Road piracy I mean I have experience I've experience and taken things that don't belong to me it's just sick the Illinois Law Enforcement Training and Standards Board they won't talk about the charge but did say this quote pursuant to the police training act and amendments made by the safety act we have a continuing duty to ensure all sworn law enforcement officers are free of any disqualifying criminal offenses as provided by Statute as for the village it's like you can't steal stuff unless we say you can steal stuff and and only with our authorization if you get your authorization you're completely fine but if you do something outside of our authorization you're decertified unbelievable the immensity of the hilarity and the hypocrisy in this story is over the top like I said leave examples where you think that the cops should not only have been fired not only should have they've been decertified and we can think of so many just how they handle men and women with cameras in public who know their rights and will stand toe-to-toe to any off against any officer because they want to secure not only their rights but the rights of their children and the rights of the police officer Who's involved in trying to take away their rights so leave those comments in the comment section below like I said if I read them I'll probably if there's some good ones in there I'll probably do it just a separate video on it if you haven't done so already subscribed to this channel hit the Bell notification icon give it a thumbs up share with everybody you know grab a hard-hitting conversation starting design you can get from the store you can put on a shirt hoodie mug cell phone case pillowcase whatever you want remember the price of freedom is now and will always be Eternal vigilance and indifference to this notion don't you dare be indifferent it's the means by which the people have and will secure their own oppression I will see you in the next video thank you [Music]
