Despite the state filing formal felony charges and the court setting a firm jury trial date for late September 2025, the prosecutor ultimately filed a nle proqui just days before the trial was set to begin. This resulted in all charges being dropped, the case being closed, and the defendant being discharged from her $3,500 bond without any fines or convictions. >> Yeah.
