we have a sovereign citizen pulled over
in wyoming for driving on an expired
license registration no front plate and
a window tint violation by a very
cool-headed wyoming state trooper who in
the nicest way possible does not let the
drivers sovereign citizen nonsense get
in the way of him doing his job
but only up to a point more on that
later
right let's get into the video
hey there
how's it going hey pretty good hey it's
time for a couple reasons uh first off
uh you don't have your front plate
mounted right as required because i
don't believe i'm required to is that
state statute says you are statutes
aren't laws yeah they are
technically not
technically they are a statute is a law
enacted by a legislator i would say
provide evidence that they are not but i
know i would be in for a long wait
uh you have expired registration okay
and you have a obvious window tint
violation that's cool
with you i don't if i haven't committed
a crime i'd rather not provide my
identifications if you want to write me
a ticket for
the infractions i'm
totally happy to find it out in court
yeah but the trooper needs to know who
he's talking to before he can start
working all those citations he doesn't
know who you are you could be anybody
you might not even be the owner of the
vehicle that's kind of why ids exist
also it's not a matter of whether you
would like to provide your license it's
a matter of whether the law says you
have to and the law says you have to so
it's not up to you you are not above the
law even though you think you are that's
cool man i'm not
i'm not here to be a jerk oh my god i
understand you have your your thoughts a
way of thinking and you see that don't
tread on me on the front and i feel like
you want to trot on me so okay
no i'm not here appreciate a ticket so i
could be on my way
okay but you are required to provide a
an id
am i you are yes biola
with all caps corporate identification
i'm not one of your employees i'm a man
traveling in my private property i'm not
doing commerce on the roadways
and if you call for backup you're
conspiring against my rights

you serious yeah i get the impression
that this trooper has dealt with this
sovereign citizen nonsense before that
call for backup just as the driver tells
him it's a conspiracy against his rights
to call for backup was gold
could you get me a supervisor as well

all right
we're not playing games here i'm just
asking for a supervisor because i know
my rights no you're the ones playing
games because you're trying to infringe
on my rights you just call for backup
that's conspiracy against rights 18 usc
241 conspiracy against rights 18 usc 242
would be deprivation of rights under
color of law
under color of law is where you're
acting right now
but didn't you just ask for backup in
the form of a supervisor not two minutes
ago yeah but now it's a conspiracy
against your rights for the trooper to
call for backup make your mind up it's
like sovereign citizens are trying to
out stupid each other or something they
must be because in what universe is
calling for backup on a driver not
complying with a lawful order a
conspiracy against rights i mean come on
and the united states government is
defunct it exists in name only all caps
corporations i'm not an all-caps
corporation i'm a man
all lower case
i'm not saying you're a man i'm not
saying you're not traveling what are you
trying to say in a motor vehicle on a
state highway and you're trying to
charge me statutes codes and ordinances
which are not laws i am a man who abide
by the laws of the land i do no harm i
expect no harm to be done to me i expect
not to be molested in my travels

so if you abide by the laws of the land
i.e the constitution then you should
abide by every law that derives from the
10th amendment like laws that require
your vehicle to be registered have
license plates and laws that say you are
required to hand over your license and
registration when a police officer asks
for it and nobody's saying you're an all
caps corporation that's not why your
name is in all caps you're just
regurgitating nonsense you've read on a
subset website
i mean i appreciate what you guys do and
keeping people safe and all that stuff
and i just want to be respected and i
respect you guys not being respectful to
you oh you're not you're totally being
respectful and i'm trying to be
respectful as well and i'm just trying
to exercise my rights and not have this
ds or like escalate into something it
doesn't need to be yeah says the guy
escalating things by not handing over
his license and by not understanding
what his rights are when pulled over by
the police
who in this case have the right to pull
you over the outcome of this interaction
depends on you
yeah and i'm not trying to do that
obviously i stopped over a thousand
people a year every year and mostly
without incident right which is why i
asked for my tickets so i could be on my
way i can't issue a ticket if i don't
know who you are

once i give you my surname then i'm
incorporating my surname is a corpse
it's tied to the family
so if i say i'm giving you that
information under duress
i'm fine i'm not tracking you need to
provide an identification okay
even with that dressing i do not think
this trooper would understand that word
salad dispute but at least he's now
giving his id
or is he
so under threat dress and coercion i am
giving you this you can call it whatever
you want well
what happens if i don't give it to you
i'm just don't provide any type of
identification right i can't see that
you can see that i cannot make you out
through that
okay you need to provide it i don't
believe i have to give it to you i
believe i just have to present it i'm
just saying state property that's the
problem it's not my property then it
becomes state property because you want
my name in all caps then i bet you on my
insurance and my registration which also
says i'm an all caps corporate citizen
or entity or person to discuss the
intricacies of that right okay
okay so just to be transparent he edited
the part out where he backed down and
handed over his id not me but at least
he did the right thing by handing it
over but he obviously didn't want his
viewers to know that he freely gave up
his id to the trooper which is kind of
sad but you can tell that that's what he
did from the we are back in business
line that comes next from the trooper
we're back in business i appreciate it
okay i just want to make sure you got
everything covered here right uh
well i have supreme court rulings that
as a traveler i don't need license
insurance or registration so i mean
no because you're classifying me as a
driver which is someone doing
business on the roadway someone being
paid
to do commerce on the roadway tractor
trailer taxi driver i am not any of
those i'm a private citizen
person
man i'm traveling in my private property
so i just appreciate if i can get my
tickets and do my away however you guys
classify it because that's the thing you
get into definitions blacks law
dictionary a driver is someone doing
commerce on the roadway so when we go to
court over this that is where i'm going
with this is the definition legally
that's fine
well you know it's one thing to spew
this right to travel without a licensed
bs at the side of the road it's another
thing convincing a judge of it but if
you are that confident about those
beliefs then you can earn yourself five
thousand dollars from juan gold he's
making that offer to anyone who can
prove to him that scotus has ruled that
those not engaged in commerce do not
need a driver's license

driving being commercial when it says a
person employed in it simply means
engaged in the activity of as in how do
you employ your time
so you can you can argue that all you
want obviously we've been through this
many times okay and i'm sure you have as

i encourage anybody to do as much
research as they can right
protect themselves the government's just
reaching for everything they can right

they're
basically 30 trillion dollars in debt
130 trillion dollars in unfunded
liabilities i mean i don't believe you
guys have the money or the jurisdiction
to do what you're doing except for
you're taking it from us to fund what
you guys do so yeah i'd i've done some
research and i would just like to get my

due to your expiration dates on your
registration and your driver's license

a year old or more right you're
receiving a citation for those okay okay
both of those are here along with
failure to provide proof of liability
insurance okay as you're correct you
have seven days to provide that to the
court right sounds like you're pretty
familiar with that process okay so three
citations in total i explained to you uh
you can show for your court date which
would be the 13th of july in weston
county okay the county seats newcastle
i'm sure you're familiar sounds good um
if you don't wish your show for them you
can pay the four full bond okay all the
information to do that
is on the back here right you can either
do it online through the mail and then
the course for some phone numbers for
the course if you have any questions
regarding that okay something can handle
it to you there you have any questions

better circumstances because i i bet we
have a lot more in common but i bet

so to fix it tickets and three citations
one for no license another for no
registration and a third for not
producing his insurance
and the trooper just let him drive away
and that's a huge mistake especially
when he knew he was dealing with
somebody who has no intention of fixing
any of those issues due to his beliefs
and this will only embolden him in the
future because he will see this as a win
even though it's not
