if you're going to take anything away from this video Let It Be these two words Marvin Sanders this right here is Marvin Sanders Dearborn police officer Marvin Sanders criminal still at large Marvin Sanders this person is clearly a violent individual and he's on the loose in Dearborn Michigan and he hasn't been brought to justice for his crimes a 9.3 million dollar settlement has been paid to Luther Gonzalez Hall who he victimized but he has not only gone free he has gotten a promotion from regular police officer to detective in Dearborn Michigan and I made a huge mistake when I covered this and it crystallized in my mind when I saw lackluster's video when he mentioned that mainstream media in that area did not mention they constantly omitted Marvin Sanders name and then lackluster gave a couple of video clips where they would just say Dearborn police officer a Dearborn police officer the police officer with the body cam let me just show you some of this stuff I'm going to show you a video clip here and then I'm going to go over a couple articles where they intentionally left out Marvin Sanders name the guy who victimized another guy basically shattered this Luther guy's foot broke it in five places to the point where he's probably not going to be able to walk right for the rest of his life but watch how they do this has definitely have a lifelong impact on the victim here and you know we're outside of this White Castle the exact White Castle where that arrest took place now Joseph Gonzalez Hall walked through those front doors right there notice the lower Chiron here I don't know if you can see it man tackled by Dearborn police officer in 2018 and by the way that's another thing this happened in 2018 the settlement didn't happen until 2023 almost five years later a year after 2018 in 2019 this Dearborn police officer Marvin Sanders was given a one-day suspension that's it simple Directions That's when an officer went inside he then asked the officer the same exact question for these directions Joseph Gonzalez Hall then left this White Castle out the side doors and that's when the officer tackled him to the ground yeah what are you doing man at the time Luther Gonzalez Hall was just 20 years old he was asking employees for directions and then he asked the officer the same question I told you I was there right so why are you in here asking the same thing I told you where to go but it was at that moment Gonzalez Hall and his attorneys say the situation then escalated I think he was having a bad day and just took it out on me Gonzalez Hall leaves the White Castle and the officer then follows him the officer tackling Gonzalez Hall then both of them fell to the ground Gonzalez and what do you think would happen to you and I if we did to Luther Gonzalez what Marvin Sanders did to Luther Ellis Hall says he was being choked and ran off later he was arrested and says the injuries that he sustained from the arrest led to Broken Bones which required multiple surgeries and now has lifelong injuries there's Stephen walk up the stairs or walk anywhere you know my foot swells up real bad it's broken in like five spots after a five-year legal battle the Wayne County jury handed down a 9.3 million dollar verdict to the now 25 year old Gonzalez Hall his attorney Azam Elder says his client tried to de-escalate the situation but the officer asked who paid for the officers criminal actions the people of Dearborn not officer Sanders not the Dearborn Police Department but the dear people of Dearborn they paid for it how can you like I mentioned in one of the videos that I did the early videos on this right here if you were an employee of a company and you cost your company 9.3 thousand dollars or nine hundred and thirty thousand dollars let alone 9.3 million dollars do you think you would be an employee for that company much longer no you wouldn't you would have been immediately terminated and maybe the liability would rest on your shoulders whatever you cost that company would eventually come out of your own pocket but that's not how it works with the police department because they have this qualified immunity thing going on escalated it and it violated his client's constitutional rights this young man now has to walk around with the limp because of the surgeries he's had and all of that was preventable if the officer kept us cool and just giving him a ride home I was just happy that the people that didn't even know me can you imagine Marvin Sanders would literally be a hero body cam footage the whole world is going to see hey don't worry dude you need directions how about it let's stick your bike in the trunk and let me take you home can you imagine that's what Heroes do but see these the problem with these officers is they want the name hero but they don't want to put in the work that it takes to accomplish the objective of actually becoming a hero you know gave me Justice now Gonzalez Hall's attorney says that the Dearborn Police and the Dearborn police officer can appeal this verdict and now the Dearborn Police Department is not commenting on this case at the time because of pending litigation the Dearborn police officer and then you have this article right here man wins 10 million dollar lawsuit assault by Dearborn police officer you look you will look in vain in this article right here or any news report televised news report you will look in vain for the name of the officer this right here comes from Fox 2 Detroit this is Detroit News serving Michigan since 1873. now you're really not serving Michigan you're not serving Dearborn you're not serving the people of Dearborn because you're not letting people know what the name of the criminal is and what he looks like don't you think the people of Dearborn need to know that there's some raving Maniac out there who will literally tackle you if you just ask for directions and then ask somebody else for directions because your directions weren't good enough here's the here's this is from news law you will look in vain for Marvin Sanders name in this one either this right here is one of the first click on Detroit news articles and even though they have his picture this is a still image of the body Cam that fell off of Marvin Sanders they do not mention Marvin Sanders name in this first rendition in the second rendition and finally in the third rendition they finally name Marvin Sanders you can see it right here officer Marvin Sanders court documents claim Luther Gonzalez Hall 22 as Dearborn police officer Marvin Sanders for directions I mean this guy's face should be on billboards so the people of Dearborn can know hey this guy's still out there he's still at large he's still on the loose and so I want to apologize and I want to thank James Freeman the civil rights lawyer lackluster and then there's somebody else who mentioned Marvin Sanders name because I neglected to do it and I've been on the internet for 10 years and one of the things that I am constantly telling my audience is that that the media Works in collusion with government whether it's local state or federal law enforcement officials and authoritize they work in collusion so if the government wants a name obscured or omitted they do it they do the bidding unless there's so much public pressure on that media source to get that name out so we can know what happened because we know a crime was committed it was done on body camera we have to body cam footage here's the guy's face right here post this guy's face everywhere unless mainstream media gets that pressure from the people and that's why these channels like lackluster and James Freeman civil rights lawyer and AFA and delete laws that's why everybody is super important in this because we bring awareness to the public who otherwise wouldn't be aware of things like this happening because so many people think that the cops are heroes and that they're Untouchable well I'll tell you what this guy still has not paid for his crimes the people of Dearborn have so what I constantly tell people is you know I use the term the you know the phrase CIA infiltrated operation Mockingbird MK Ultra media if you don't know what Mk Ultra is if you don't know what operation Mockingbird was if you don't know why I call it CIA infiltrated I'll just tell you back in 1975 Frank Church of the church committee started a hearing in Congress where they wanted to they wanted to find out if the intelligence Community had anything to do with infiltrating print and televised media well come to find out the CIA had heavily infiltrated uh print news organizations and televised media even far as far back as the mid to late 60s this church committee was in 1975. so it is Cia infiltrated so whatever news you get from whatever Source has already been filtered through the intelligence communities and it's the same thing with local state and federal law enforcement agencies the media mainstream media runs cover for them so I apologize guys I I fell into that trap I didn't investigate further to find out what the name of this guy was it's Marvin Sanders Dearborn police officer now Dearborn detective because he's been promoted I'll tell you what what I will do when I get done with this video right here is I will leave the link the individual Marvin Sanders he needs to lose his job he needs to lose his pension and he needs to be put on trial for attacking Luther Gonzalez because even though Luther got a payout even those lawyers got to pay out Justice still wasn't served and you know to say a police officer well guess what in Dearborn Michigan there are 190 police officers and they just say uh police officer that that allows him free reign to go to church to go to the store to go to fill up his gas tank without anybody knowing his face without anybody knowing that his name is associated with a violent attack on an
