another right to travel fail and arrest
courtesy of what looks like a newbie
Sovereign citizen with a video titled
right to travel when all charges
dismissed so he's contradicting himself
before we even start the video because
having your case dismissed if that is
indeed what happened doesn't equal a win
it just means the state declined to
prosecute and it changes nothing about
the law anyway he gets pulled over for
speeding and no license plates on his
trailer he goes into the usual sources
script like what's the emergency I don't
need a license because I'm traveling and
I don't contract with the state
unfortunately for him if this is his
first time he picked the wrong cop to
try it on because he's in a pair of
silver bracelets in under five minutes

searches right so he was arrested and
his truck and trailer was towed but get
this because his charges were dismissed
by the court for whatever reason he
thinks this order from the judge from a
state he supposedly doesn't contract
with nullifies the fees and the need for
the vehicle to be legal to get it back
of course it doesn't say anything close
to that or anything about the towing
fees but our soft sit friend is
convinced it does so he heads to the
police department with this order you
know the order from a state he doesn't
contract with to see if they can get the
tour yard to waive the fees it's bonkers

so I'll explain it the best activity
um Sergeant Masters called
prosecutor

he said that in order to get the truck
out they can't wave anything here you
still have to pay toll and storage for
the truck although you've paid for the
trailer there's some on the trailer at
one point
you pay like 210 dollars 219 I paid to
get my truck and then they wouldn't
release it after I paid it okay
so there's some type of money
discrepancy there but
according to the prosecutor you have to
pay those fees to get it out and you can
have it too if you if you wish to drive
it you have to provide
license plates and insurance

so they took Dupree's order over top of
the judge's order
basically
yeah that's what it sounds like yeah the
prosecutor gave us that advice okay
all righty I appreciate it okay thank
you very much I don't think he's ever
gonna get it he's he the judge and the
prosecutor are in agreement you still
need to pay the fees in full and you
need to show proof of ownership and if
you want to drive it on a public road it
needs to be legal it's not rocket
